Leah ramini and Angelo Pagan have decided to end their marriage after 21 years together the former couple announced their separation through a joint statement on social media where they openly discussed the reasons behind their decision to divorce after 28 years together including 21 years of marriage we've made the difficult decision to file for divorce their heartfelt Instagram post began this decision wasn't made lightly it came after a great deal of thought and Care while divorce is never easy we are approaching this with optimism knowing it's the right choice for both of us we're proud of how we've navigated this journey together alongside their statement they shared a throwback photo of themselves from earlier years paired with a current picture yes we're sad and there's still a lot to figure out as we move into this new phase of our lives together in many ways but also apart in others the post continued despite having been best friends for many years and still maintaining a close family bond the couple outlined why they felt it was time to part ways simply put we've both changed as people do and found ourselves in roles that no longer fit after much effort and reflection we've chosen to take this step which better reflects who we are today they explained our bond remains strong it has just evolved into something different we believe a marriage that lasted this long and brought so many wonderful memories especially raising our incredible daughter is something to celebrate the couple referred to their daughter Sophia Bella whom they welcomed on June 16th 2004 Pagan also has three sons from a previous relationship from our perspective this marriage was a great success they continued now we look forward to creating new Cherished Memories just in a different way Ramen and Pagan emphasized their desire to be as transparent as possible given that their marriage had been in the public eye for years they had been featured in various projects including their TLC reality show Leah Rini it's all relative which ran for two seasons from 2014 to 2015 we're sharing this Uncharted Territory with you all as we embark on this next chapter of Our Lives publicly they wrote they also expressed hope that their story could provide others with a broader perspective on relationships showing that changes or endings in relationships are not failures we'll continue sharing Snippets of Our Lives as we navigate this new chapter love Leah and Angelo
