[Music] so last night in the postgame you went out of your way to thank the training staff for getting you to where the point was you also said you know in spring training if you thought you throw this many innings you know you'd be you'd say you got to be kidding me you're a free agent when youve developed a comfort with the training staff that's gotten to to this point does that something that weighs into your decision or is it something that you just let your agent and take care of oh yeah of course 100% yeah I mean right now I feel like you know they're way more than they good to me you know they were really nice so like when I had to take a decision I had to think about where are the people who's going to be make me be be my best self so you know it's always going to be that uh know thinking about that uh hopefully you know if I go somewhere they have somebody like that but definitely I can think about it also the team chemistry on this team just seems everyone is bought in and everyone's on the same page how important is you know the comfortability that you've had this season to your success yeah I mean we have a great you say before chemistry here we got a good guys who wants to win and I think you know uh David Stern uh brought a a group of guys who knew how to win who bang and winning thingsam before so I think just the the uh having those guys the same CL house all in the same way I think it's amazing the thing is the pitching staff the second half of the season has been one of the best staffs in Major League Baseball on the lowest ER since the break how much have each of you pushed each other and the conversations you guys have in The Dugout game in and game out how much does that help the staff as a whole I think just you know like I said before everybody's buing for each other you know uh every time I see you know a Sean or Peterson through a good gang in China we want to do the same so uh we also just you know trying to help each other if we see something that they're not seeing you know uh helping everybody accountable uh so I think when we have a group of guys who feel for each other who wants the best for each other just bring the best of us and lastly tonight you know the team is one win away from equaling last year's total wins for the season 10 games over 500 after being 11 games under you know when you guys were in 11 games under could you ever imagine that you right now September you'd be the half game out of the Wild Card 10 games over 500 I mean in Sprint raining like it was it was easy for me to yeah we're going to win because it was z z with the team that we have after a first month it was like uh uh we're real far from where we want to be so just but we have a good team you know we got a team who going to fight uh who's never going to give out and at pass you know who never give up their certain rotation never give up so seeing those S and be in the same place with those guys give my
