Hello friends uh Heather and I want to invite you to a master class we're doing on Wednesday evening at 700 p.m. it's free it's all around couples families and plant medicines uh Heather and I have been married 33 years and have raised four kids uh amazing daughters that are now in their 20s and we know how hard it is for couples to stay connected it's hard to raise family to do a career uh and to try to find each other um in the midst of all that chaos how do you be seen and heard and known uh we've got these beautiful substances that are coming back into our Consciousness and our culture that are really helpful tools at a learning how to take off our armor so we can feel seen and heard without reactivity without fear without kind of getting triggered so we're going to talk about how we have used medicines in our own life uh how we work with couples in in group settings then we have a special guest our daughter Milan our 28-year-old daughter is going to come on and be interviewed about how she works with plant medicines and how to talk to your kids about plant medicines like this so check us out Wednesday night
