what's up guys this your boy Barca boy 103 we have some breaking news breaking this evening in Barcelona but afternoon my time and that is Alex v is set to join Celtics on loan for the rest of the season very interesting destination the news broke from Gabrielle s Boro then was of course confirmed by everyone else ramano mat marito every other you know journalist in Barcelona and he came out saying that Alex Val will extend his contract with Barcelona by one more season until June 20126 and he will now go out on loan to Celtic the Scottish club will pay his entire salary of 1.5 million euros now VI's contract did expire of course in June 2025 so of course he extends that for one year joins the Scottish team on loan with his salary being covered I have no issue with the loan of course with the uh quite clear that hzi Fleck does a really fancy V at left back at right back of course he has Hector Fort he has Jules kund we might bring in a right back as well whether it be Mark pubil J Canelo so this what I think this V exit gives a lot of indications number one flick does not rate him as a left back number two he rates of course John Martin as a left back ahead of him number three he is third in the p order for the right back position I think personally Alex v impressed in preseason especially at right back the assist that he got in the few games of course me meable one was the outside the foot cross F Victor in the Classico played a solid game so the fact that he's going out on Lan shows that maybe there's something else that's be behind the scenes not H not happening too well or maybe Martin and whoever the hector Fort are just you know ahead of him in the pecking order he wouldn't get any minutes but if he's not going to get any minutes I think alone move is good for him very interesting destination for a Spanish player to go to Scotland but Celtic I'm pretty sure are in the Champions League it' be a good move for him to get some European experience Top Flight Of course in the Scottish division fighting for the championship uh you know week in week out so it's a pretty good move for him Club wise I think just the country is going to be uh quite a a shell shock for Alex himself um again rening his contact is a very strong move by Barcelona of course to retain his value so he will come back in the summer we kind reassess how he does of course I think he had a pretty successful known overall last season at lante we thought he would come in this summer really prove why he should be the backup left back but look like draw Martin has taken that big step ahead of him of course in the eyes of hzi flick and of course he was tried at right back I think he did all right at right back but looks like he raised against Hector Ford maybe the club are going to be planing all right back signing in the final week of the transfer window I'm not quite too sure but this of course gives some sort of indications here and there again apart from the country I think it's a pretty good move for V of no buy option for Celtic as well it's just a simple loan for the rest of the season and of course Celtic will be covering his entire salary as well remember of course Alex v was registered in La Liga so now he'll be unregistered which of course means that Barcelona can benefit Financial fair playwise and you know use that space to register hopefully Danny ELO for this Tuesday against R Viano but V going out on loan to Scotland for the rest of the season so keep your eyes on him in the Champions League and also in the Scotti's Premiership division as well wish him all the best and we waai and see uh how he will reassess his future when he comes back in the summer of 2025 of course in the comments down below let me your thoughts on the value transfer are you okay with it would rather have kept him as coverage would you you rate him ahead of Jar Martin uh would you have kept him as a right back option as well would you rather have sold him as well leave me all your thoughts down below and of course make sure you guys subscribe down below as well if you haven't already and I will see you guys next time on the channel take care and force a Barca [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Music] y
