and then the passengers and the pilots on the plane are like the general Partners the syndicators and they're the ones that do everything you know they they go through the pre-check menu they pre-flight menu they make sure everything's safe they you know they get us from destination A to B syndicators the same thing they do everything for us they find the deals they get the the debt on the deals the financing on the deals they get the limited partners or the passeng ERS to invest just kind of like we have to buy a ticket to get on the plane and get them to invest in the deals Capital so we basically we just we just pay to get on the plane pay to get into a deal sit back and relax and enjoy the flight and they handle all the heavy lifting and they handle all the dealing with tenants the any type of Renovations they they pay us quarterly uh sometimes monthly send us a check
