the extra work to help us get better so behind me here is the Fieldhouse now right next to it we have the IMG Academy Stadium it holds 5,000 people and right next to that we have the IMG Academy field with our Jumbotron and you know it's the best field in the nation now we're one of the main aspects of classical music this is architecture the emotional strength emotional power comes from following the first symbol that came up was a symbol of a chair a singular chair one chair all by itself and the reason why was because when we think about musicians praise and worship leaders um uh worship professionals we're all kind of isolated someone in Louisiana someone in Chicago one person in New York there's very little uh Community there's there's very little communication we wanted to create an environment where all of these singular people from all over the country yay all over the world are able to come together and be able to put our minds together so that we can produce music that glorifies God music on a on another level worship on another level worship services on another level bringing together all these minds and all these Visions to one place here at Madison Mission uh so that we can support so that we can Inspire explore and create that's what this whole thing is about we're going to pray a lot we're going to talk a lot we're going to share it's going to be like a support group for musicians long lost friends and brothers gathering in one place to see some something amazing happening and this is only the first we're going to do it again and again and again and full sale University absolutely you know um full sale is a school for media arts um we have industry professionals who are graduating from that school who are students of that school who are Lums of that school um you know who work in digital media film audio all of that um you also know that we created the site real tos.com um to house work from those industry professionals and other industry professionals around the country so um what I really wanted to get into was I wanted you to share with those individuals who I will be sharing with this with meaning the student body at full sale the alumnus full sale and the industry professionals at realto.com just share with them a little bit about who Eric Thomas is what break the cycle is and um how important establishing a relationship with IND industry professionals with realtor.com and full sale University how how instrumental that would be in going forward in the future for well definitely um as you stated I'm Eric Thomas of course CEO of break cycle uh which has been existence probably now since 1992 uh you know we're responsible for academic personal and social development of uh young people across the country uh we've been blessed um we've been blessed since um I'd say we've been blessed since oh the shirt yeah I TR to get the shirt I didn't want to stop you but keep uh we've been blessed since uh 1992 to uh travel all over this country you know of course we started our work into internationally in Bermuda uh we've been in Toronto uh Hawaii uh throughout the Caribbeans um you know doing this work uh we've had invitations to uh Asia um of course at that time I I didn't take that invitation but we've had invitations um to do stuff all over we've been in St Martin uh doing work there for the prime minister of Education uh really trying to help people across this country to break Cycles you know we've been all throughout the United States as far as North as Canada as far as South as Florida as far as West as California you know as far as East as New York New Jersey um DC Etc uh and I think it's important to establish a relationship uh with individuals from Full sales um because unfortunately when you deliver a message as powerful as we delivered and we're only saying that because of what people have said about us the testimonies that people have given it's over you know we just left California and whatever we did that day without media uh it doesn't exist it's no longer alive you know and so we think that the media aspect will be so powerful because it'll give we know this is a technological era it'll give young people who weren't at the conference uh it'll give professional people who weren't at the conference an opportunity not only to see what we do but get the tools that they need to be able to work with the generation that they're working with uh and so that's why it's important I think that this message is a message that needs to get out throughout the world and we know that the the the media the uh the entertainment media um the multimedia uh is what's that Medium that you get that out you look at bet and bh1 and ABC and fox Etc you know um you look at how they're able to get their message out and I just believe that we set up an internship uh where individuals could come and work with us to shoot all of our conferences to shoot uh our speeches that we do on major University campus uh I think that this could become a a tool that could really change the way not only we deal with our young uh troubled or uh underserved population um but I think at the same time it can give exposure to that generation they can kind of see hey these are the things that you guys are doing here are the solutions to some of the problems that we have on something um you made some great points um and I've been blessed to be able to see where you've come from um just going from just going place to place with really no no no video camera at all just as soon as we said it it it was over with and now I see that you do have a team Carl here filming this um is heading up the media team um but the future of where break the cycle we talked about it a little bit I want you to elaborate on um where the future maybe some conferences and and how how we started out smaller but it's expanding so that's why we need to expand this media Vision around car because the expansion phas is coming so we prepare for that ABS absolutely like you said I mean we just left California you just think about the testimonies of the young people I mean you think about the messages you think about um the family groups how we divide it we're limited because we're dealing with one or two cameras and so those individuals are going to one family group whereas we got a whole another family group going on you know and then like you said um we're taking this thing in LA from one high school to a Coliseum of 15,000 and again we need people who are skilled not just uh in the area of capturing um the event but people who afterwards can edit it you know and people who have an eye for what America is looking for you know what internationally people are looking for from a cutting edge aspect as it relates to Media I mean you have to think about it we're not the professionals we speak we act we perform but now we need a team around who can help us to really take this media aspect to the level that our speaking and our theatrical uh presentations are perfect perfect um now we really didn't talk about this um but this is an invariable so we here with my right hand man so manufactures a specific special patented interlocking block and so the buildings that we're going to build with Adonai Community mission number one the health clinic and the building that we're going been communicating with and launching and now now we are here this is the factory where we get our brick from and now we're going to come down we're going to train we're going to train our specific son Xavier your namesake just graduated this year from college your namesake that you raised just graduated and so in honor of your grandmother and in honor of my grandmother I see you later we going to build we going to build in Trenton Xavier my nephew that helped me raise my son we doing a Victory lap for your grand your great grandmother and your grandmother Sandra for my grandmother Aura the sister of your great grandmother Betty red your grandmother Sandra Robison the sister of my mother Beverly web Legette you going to build in Trenton and my son is going to build in Trenton y'all going to build side by side yall going to hire individuals in our city y'all going to build businesses y'all go Xavier son of Donald Roberson and Xavier Legette son of Damon Legette your father raised both of us all of us Don Don Robinson raised Xavier and my Xavier and in honor of Don Don Robinson and in honor of Sandra red who raised me and raised my son Exavier Xavier has graduated and so this is your Victory lap my nephew everything that my son do is an exension of what y'all put in it everything that my children do is an extension of what your great Grandmama and your grandma sacrific so that me and M could be successful so anytime we have a Victory lap it's your Victory lap nephew I salute you we got the same birthday so we celebrating all the rest of this year July the 8th from exit Xavier to Xavier this is the Victory lap and I'm here show y'all that we got a new manufacturing brick that makes building affordable can't nobody even compete with the price of what we can build houses for and put our people in the houses at a price that won't kill lot people and you can still eat off of it Trenton New Jersey only place in the country that's doing this on a retail level and that never seen anything like this so now anybody can build a concrete block house say that again say that again my brother anybody anybody build a concrete you don't to mix no more so she was just she was just talking about jobs right cuz she has a she has people in a house that she needs to provide gainful employment and so now you're able to build a block house very easy simple this is a solid block it ain't going nowhere and then you just you do your rebar and you poures pour your yes ma'am yes ma this is going to take the storm yeah yeah this you w hun toate this thing ma'am won't have enough hands to make this thing no loow on Home Depot and all them Place can't keep up with Oh They'll Come and want it too yeah we'll put it on our shelves it's a block that goes together very easy easy you interlock everything is modular so everything connects yes so we have more pieces that way you can build the entire house but we just have this to Showcase but you see how easy it is to and then they got the corner p no you buy it you got to get an expert to build with look at I can't go myse you see that I don't need nobody and you see it looks just like it just it looks just like the squares on the outside you see it it's the same thing and the lines are actually all all lined all lined up lined up when you got the regular the lines are staggered because of how they lay it that's correct this you just pour you see that who is that Daman is that your son or your no this me this just on my con on my phone it's not it's not it's just to my phone okay I'm just document it's a very very simple look at that like process wow very very surpressed so how long you have been doing this oh it took us four years to get this going cuz we started we started in the middle of Co and then when we got a building a drunk driver hit the building and then that delayed us for a whole year and then it's been slow to get funds but we just made made at work we just been clawing and struggling so what's what what is that Josh is that part of this this is a guy who we just oh okay okay that doesn't have anything to do with the Bri okay okay so when this Factory is running all these will have block on it a I got it so when you make it here you stack themp no that goes inside we take it off and then restart it again so imagine to P like a bacon sheet uhuh yes because that's what the block is pressed on and that comes out of the press okay so it's a um so it's called a production palette and then once the block is cured overnight you take the block off pallet bring the block outside that goes right back into the factory keep so really what what we talked about on the phone is really what we need to go to the next level we need projects that need x amount of bricks based off of cuz now we volume now we going to go into manufacturing where we can produce this block sell it to the market give it to people who can build and so that's what I'm trying to do with with businesses like you and your husband's business right so since he's invested in the in the building and the manufacturing and the and the and the producing the block MH and then we have a crisis in affordable housing out here that we're trying to solve right so we have all of these people who are homeless we have the we have the the the youth who are aging out with the partner children family services and they're asking people to provide houses for all of these different groups so if we could collaborate and be like yo all right in got some labor here for in September let's say you you you guys you already have one house mhm mhm M your daughter has another house but let's say we collaborate and we say listen we're going to build you build a house and we going to build a house and you going to deal with the homeless people that we've been working with and my house is going to house those foster kids and then we could hire them in the house to come and learn how to do this that's right that's right you are going to all the match made in heaven yeah the goal is to make concrete block entry level so my goal is to not build the homes my goal is to work with Builders developers people who who have hindsight who say hey we know what to do with the block we want to create jobs things like that cuz this helps make block entry level the way anybody can come on the site yeah and it helps drop down cost for affordable house the less more skilled labor you had to build a house more cheaper the house can be correct much more skill you pay for that so you know I'm looking I'm thinking when we get the property to build the rooms mm that's the that's it oh yeah that's it right there and and the pastor already has the property at five par 514 par 516 param right so what I'm also saying is we need to come together and if four or five or six of us need to come together and raise some money to go in with the pastor to be able to finish that project that project would help all of us because that's the gain full employment that that first project is so big that it if we get that project funded I think all of our programs will benefit if we would just focus on the passes project right now you know what I mean so um that's and that's why I wanted to bring you by cuz he already sat down with the I came in a room Pastor Lewis called me he said hey Damon listen um we about he's like I know we've been shut down after Co he said hey but I'm talking to a developer a builder with a block and I want you to come and um sit in on this meeting man uh he has agreed to help build make our project the very first building project that he's going to do I was like yeah absolutely I walk in the room and it's Josh we're ready to go I was like like I no Josh had the bricks up on the table and all that Pastor L start introducing I'm like Pastor please pastor this is this is my brother yeah yes this is what I'm telling you have the actual real block where people can actually touch it t it feed it lift it up Y and as the block sit till get lighter so this block will weigh eventually by 18 lbs versus a 36 40 lb block can you give me a run run through of of what it looks just the process with the machine I just want to so it starts out here yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah so so these are your mixing bins uhhuh so so how this works is that raw material goes to that mixing
