a $32 million house in Pacific Heights just underwent an insane renovation and the craziest part is that it was for charity every year the interior of an historic home in Sisco is completely redesigned from head to toe with a different interior designer or contractor redoing each room in the house and this year's Showcase House was a wild one a 125-year-old 11,000 ft colonial style home 10 bedrooms perched at the top of San Francisco on billionaires Row in pack Heights with unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge the bay and the city after the redesign was complete the house was open to the public for the annual Showcase with proceeds of ticket sales going to the financial aid program at a local high school over the years the event has raised over $18 million for the program and I cannot wait to see which house they choose for next year follow me from more Bay Area real estate
