Intro and Farrell how are you I'm okay thanks you're looking far fresher and less bruised and battered than I normally see you this time of year um for the reason of course that you've been a spectator this Six Nations how was that uh it was okay yeah um had a good break um got to do some some different some different stuff some normal normal things i' i' describe him as uh but yeah it was it was it was nice to watch good um 250th appearance today for sar's um big day for you and the family take your back to that 17y old 17 and L days I looked at that this morning um running out in those early days with your dad all the The journey bits in between up until this point it's been a real journey isn't it you've almost gone from boy to man at this club how you feeling this afternoon uh yeah no it has it has been it has been a a massive journey I mean I've been here since I was 14 I think um a lot of my Mets a lot of my Mets are here uh at the club a lot of my best friends um so yeah I've I've grown up here I've I've and I owe a lot to the club I owe a lot to to to this team and the the people that's been around us for for a lot a lot of that time because a lot of us have been together for a long time now and yeah I'm just excited to get out there today um do you have one memory in Memories particular that stands out in those 250 appearances you've had a few good Days In fairness to you yeah you have had a few good days probably your first ones your your first uh your first game your first trophy um them them would be the the standouts cuz I mean it's a it's always a it's always a privilege but you remember your first ones that bit more I think I'm I'm I'm not quite sure why um so yeah it'd be the the first game and first Premiership win um okay so it's Season almost like the start of the running really isn't it today now you guys have been here you've done it you know personally you've been there time and time again so what is it particularly about this time of the Season you enjoy as a player um um it usually brings the best out of us as a as a team usually uh we get to this stage and we kick on um we've it's it's a bit different this year the big break that we've just had uh we've been a little bit more up and down at the start of the year um so we want to we want to use this to to to make sure that we're at our best we want to enjoy it um because we think the more that we enjoy it the more the best the best will come out of us how important is it for you you silverware mentioned that I know that you've grown up in this club that you're here with your friends we know you're leaving at the end of the season so how important is it for you to leave your Boyhood club with silverware uh I I think I think more so that we enjoy this this this uh back end of the season I think I'll be I'll be happy if we even if if us as a team have loved uh every minute of this this uh this buildup towards the back end of it so um and I think when you're talking about trophies of course of course we want that to happen we're not saying that that's not the case but I think things will come off the back of um uh what I just said about enjoying it and working hard and being together and and making sure that we we get after it and we're all pulling in the same direction prematch it's very chilled out here isn't it prematch you do know next year ring you''ll be walking into drum and Basse and you'll have a bit of a Swagger in your shirt and tie you know that right you're going to have to practice your Swagger cuz I feel you're not going to love that F I don't know I'm just enjoying this at the minute this is this is not a bad place to play you are we're satting the the there there's everything in the changing room having having a meal in the changing room so um it's a it's a bit different what we and reclining seats which I'm quite enjoying right Owen we leave you get on with it all the very best today enjoy it with your family and your teammates thank you very much
