amazing how all that posturing got Nick Robertson a contract for 875k do believe in Nick Robertson I feel he has great potential but when 31 other teams do not choose to sign him to an offer sheet of 1.5 million or under it's got to be caused for some concern there we all know what's been going on online about Nick Robertson and how unhappy he was being in the leaf system but the Leaf's left wing is pretty weak and Now's the Time to take over who's the best left Winger on the Leafs Matthew n and I bring up the offer sheet because if a team signed Robertson into a contract of 1.5 million or lower they don't have to sacrifice any draft picks but the fact that no NHL team did that makes me think that you know what maybe the Leafs are right about something with a new coach and a new system Now's the Time that he can cement himself as a left Winger he could get 20 goals a season he's capable of that my only question is how are the Leafs going to fit all this under the cap say they sign pater ready and hack and PAW goes through they still have Steven Loren to a PTO how are they going to fit all this worst case scenario is Robertson performs and the Leafs trade him at the deadline what do you think about Nick Robertson resigning with the Leafs will he be showered with booze come opening night if he makes the roster comment below let me know
