are going to be living with the um the all-time greats really learning how how to get it done uh by two of the best to ever do it you know so Sam you wanna you want to see a grown man hold his tear moment well I mean no they're gonna hand it to the entire team first uh like like it would be the team on the ice first everybody on the ice gets to touch it then the coaches and then yeah then then you know [ __ ] you it would it would definitely make him ball like like do you understand I would be a a mess if I see if I see the cup if if the sharks can win the cup I will be a goddamn mess I will be un I will be like the the most happy tears you'll ever see I'll be unavailable for the podcast I'll throw that out there right now I mean it'll take me like a week and a half to come down like I get it when the Eagles won that Super Bowl I I was I was crying my eyes out with a bottle of of uh Hennessy in my hands too yeah no I'm celebrating hardcore man to be sure so I mean I I threw up a fun little meme uh shark City hockey threw up a full house and you know it's the two the two old dudes and then the two rookies um you know just for fun so uh shout out shark shark City hockey uh for the meme appreciate you which one's Bob Saget um you know what I think that's got to be Marlo that's what I was thinking yeah uh because because jumbo that's gonna be your Uncle Joey man like like like he he already has puppet he has a puppet right he has Slappy and that's your um compared to the wood check so does that mean the uh the players uh are the the Olsen twins yeah exactly yeah um you know what I might go Stephanie and DJ um yeah Stephanie was Badd wasn't isn't she oh my God anyway Tim uh are you able to play that video yeah let's um Sam has um something that he did a while back so um uh and we teased it a couple weeks ago I think we're finally able to make it work so that bad boy get one more can I get one more go yes cannot beat this guy try this the puck hit this button move to the left and shoot you'll beat the goalie to the stick side every time can you make it bigger good oh wow is your shark swing on CSN california.com and sportset Central Sam did a commercial for the Sharks Once Upon a Time that's awesome for well specifically for like um Comcast Sports or whatever right uh you're like talking to The Insider yeah yeah I think it was Comcast yeah Comcast because yeah they're talking about yeah Kevin K uh as the uh the wingman the Sharks wingman is was their Insider at the time yep so that's what that is it's you know fun little uh Memory Lane there for you about a decade ago so you've got some you got some street cred you know yeah you're not total bandwagon no that's awesome man that was a fun that was a fun experience too the production crew Atomic Studios who are still around were they were great right on cool cool cool okay so uh one more hockey note the professional women's hockey league uh pwhl they started last season and they just had like the team names were PHL and then the city name so it was Boston Minnesota Montreal New York Ottawa and Toronto uh so but now they've El they've um released I was about to say Unleashed and released at the same time anyway uh they they have their logos now and they have the actual names of the teams now instead of just uh and instead of pwl Boston it's now the Boston Fleet and they have all these logos uh Minnesota Frost the Montreal victoire the New York Sirens the Ottawa charge and the Tonto scepter um and they kind of kept most of the uh same color scheme you know that they were working with uh in in the first season so so but now you get some really like like these logos I'm really I I kind of dig the Boston logo because it's like the anchor but it's also is a be and so it's like you know the fleet and you can kind of see the waves in the in the lettering um the Minnesota Frost it almost looks like a like a Jagged Little icicle that might fall off your house and kill you so that's kind of cool um yeah so I mean I think that these are uh some pretty cool uh looking logos uh liking the sirens the the the second one there on the on the right there it kind of like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles type of deal situation yeah yeah there's some there's some fun stuff Happening Here uh again uh because we don't really have a local dog in this fight I'm I'm I I'll I'll be the first to admit is just being a casual but uh you know it's fun to watch and like I see the highlights uh through you know Tik Tok and whatever comes AC on my feed and so it's kind of you know I I I kept a little bit of an eye on it uh this past season and now that you have actual team names uh could be a lot of fun to like really just follow a little bit closer especially if you live in the areas of these uh these particular uh teams cities what have you yeah yeah um also uh I I will make a note that in Toronto this past season they were playing at this Arena that held about 3,000 they're moving to a different Arena now that holds like almost 10,000 so because of the demand for these uh T tickets so it's uh we we've talked about it before women's sports are having a uh an opportunity here and they're really seizing it and just good stuff coming you know more more seating than the uh than the Phoenix Coyote Stadium yeah yeah I think it's great you know on like not just for the players but everything around it you know it creates more coaching jobs it just jobs that are in the sports industry for for you know there's there's men that Coach women's college women's high school you know there's women that work around uh men's sports and I think we need to have more cross-pollination you know um female female Executives in the NFL baseball we're starting to see this happening um there is going to be a woman that is you know football operations and and his drafting I mean there's you know you don't need to be a a football player to be able to put a a roster together it's you know there's there are women Howe Roseman right it yeah you know yeah I mean you look at ESP ESPN has a Mina KES and she's the smartest person like in that entire network I think uh so and she does an excellent job for the only wait is she the one that's a Seahawks fan that's downfall yeah she she's kind of yeah that's her downfall but she at least has fun with it and Embraces it um but I I do enjoy uh I enjoy you know her content so um uh yeah so I mean we think about it um just representation in general uh how many you know fat white dudes saw Avengers endgame and saw Thor and felt [ __ ] yeah let's go let's do this like you know that's what representation is when you get to see yourself on you know on a big screen or in playing professional sports you know that's what representation can do and and finally like seeing women have you know you can play hockey now and have an established League somewhat close to home especially if you're you know in in or near one of those cities also you know with soccer too and basketball uh the first WNBA team is coming to the Bay Area next year I mean this is a chance for for girls in the Bay Area to regularly see themselves people who look like them playing basketball so all of a sudden things that are just like in a in like in a vacuum possible they're like tangible and that's that's what's important and that's what's great and I'm just I'm really excited um for the opportunities that are that are coming soon coming coming down our way you know absolutely
