internet said 81% of people love nachos with another 177% saying they like them so if you're one of the 98% that's down for nachos you've got to check out this delicious and super easy game day version to get started I seasoned some pull beef that I made the other day along with all my veggies with my salt-free taco rub before placing everything on the smoker at 225 with super smoke on for 25 to 30 minutes once they were done I took them off the smoker and prep the peppers corn and onion with some dicing before placing in bowls to eventually build the nachos and with all my ingredients ready I started by building a layer of tortilla chips into a cast iron pan then added some seasoned pulled beef then onion green pepper corn black beans and Mild green chilies before finishing off by piling on some cheese then it was back in the smoker at 350 for 20 minutes until the cheese was melted these nachos were perfect for the first trigger game day and hit the spot with the whole family they're super easy but also something you can add any ingredients you'd like
