undersized going against EB um and so trying to just be as active as I could get my hands on as many balls as I could um and take advantage of that Kaitlyn yeah oh this from the first day we met I tonight very entertaining game back to really the brand of fever basketball that I prefer um but it could be better than this you know offensively I think it could be better than this but Connecticut I knew they were going to come with some defense though so I knew it wasn't going to be you know nothing too chaotic like the uh Phoenix and Seattle games that we saw after the break but way better looking game than the last two games though way better I just think it's something about the fever are starting to really just play really well at home and I think it's just they they feed off the energy of the crowd and um even though they they hey look their Road games be feeling like home games too but it it's still a symbolist a element of a of a road game though uh you know what I'm saying so even though they really be having their fans on the road it's still like it's still like a rooll game but CC and uh Lexi man they were Dynamic tonight man um you know Clark and the crazy thing about Clark right now she's not even playing her best basketball right now but she's still coming up coming away with some really good production some really good points I really like the way she's been actually looking like early in the season it looked awful like for Clark when she had games like this like especially against DJ character like this is the first half she really broke through to her and there was some people that was you know when they were previewing the game and stuff like that they were talking about Kon is Gonna Keep Her under a certaint I was like no man kartin ain't saw this girl since June the 10th June the 10th was ages ago you know B basic Kaitlin's grown a lot really since probably about early I want to say early July like that the game where I think Caitlyn really figured everything out in the WNBA was that Liberty win when she be bringing inq for the first time early July that was the game that was the turn around for kitlin Clark um since then she's been a totally different player than she was in May or June that's why I wasn't going off of that I'm giving Ken to her respect she had like I think she had six steals today but it was like it it was like it looked different today like Caitlyn had her she even put on skates she made her fall on one play I was like she actually did carington kind of nasty tonight uh she did caring pretty nasty tonight man but she play I thought she played pretty well she didn't have a assist production of cuz I I took a bet on her she was supposed to have gotten 21 and eight she hasn't been hitting her over I think in the last three games now uh for me when it comes to her props she has been hitting it uh but still playing very well though had to steal in the block people claim she don't play any defense but she is uh Le like she's in like the top 10 to top 20 in steals and blocks so I I guess that don't count for playing defense the only thing seven turnovers uh she was a plus three on the court so that's that's always like seeing something like that her three ball was just off but she just she's going to have these games and and trust me there's going to be a period before the season ends with Caitlyn clarus just on fire from three she's got one more in here like she really needs when the season ends she's going to be so relieved because she she needs this break coming up she needs this this next six months off coming up because she definitely she's been playing almost a whole entire year whole entire year um but I do believe that she will have a run one more run in her to make uh some three points shots but looked amazing player of the game Lexi freaking Hall Sexy Lexi bro I will say even though the storm game she had 22 points a career half this is her best game of her that I've seen of her in her pro career I think this is her best game cuz it was a well-rounded game her defense was on another level and offensively those long rebounds she was getting bro we going to talk about Lexi Hall in the next video like I'm going to make her say y'all know I've been making separate videos about Lexi Hall going over whatever she does in the game them rebounds though was huge for us huge and Lexy was a bit of a playmaker you know she only had two assist but she was a bit of a playmaker tonight like she was out there um handling the ball at the top of the key and passing it around getting it to the right people uh one of the pass that she had to Mell was great was absolutely great she had a block in this game defensively four of six from three wow I mean four six from Three Man three and D play She's well-rounded into a three and D player and outside of TAMU Fang uh Fang Bley I still got I gota learn how to say her name man I just I just call te I just call T uh Timmy from now just call Timmy from now man uh plus 16 she had the highest plus but Lexi Hall was the was the highest of all the starters she had a plus six tonight she was valuable and she knocked down those clutch free throws at the end I'm going say this again I think it was a little bit more of a team effort tonight but I'mma definitely say Lexi Hall won the game again Lexi Hall won another one for him on both sides this time it was on both sides it wasn't just on defense it was on both sides this one she did all the intangible work uh made those free throws at the end she was clutch she was confident and and that's the thing lately with with Lexi she's getting her confidence back from her uh College days at Stanford man she's getting that confidence back as a basketball player bro um I don't know what happened during the break but hanging out with CCE was a good thing for her man it was a good thing for her because she came back as a totally different player six offensive rebounds bro I can't talk enough about her rebounds bro cuz that was key them six offensive rebounds was six offensive chances you know for the offense man 30 minutes she started the game uh I still need to see those minutes go up but I can't blame Chrissy sassin this because she was in foul trouble she had four fouls I was even saying it in my I did the first half video I was saying she might have to sit some sit a lot in the second half because she was in foul trouble so um in the Lissa Smith now let me talk real quick about the other players Nelissa Smith was actually somebody tonight who even though she was a minus 10 she was a minus 10 though I thought Lissa Smith played pretty decent tonight um this is her best game that I've seen for her in a while uh she hit a uh Corner three I was like damn like she really set the tone early you know what I mean but it Lissa Smith really needs to put it together man when she could put it through the whole game because her Talent there's a reason why she was a a top five pick man she needs to find her game again man Lexi just refound her game Jon do the same thing Lexi did and refin her game man but I will still replace her though we not we not changing our man on that but for the night she played pretty good ab ab had a iffy game now lately she's been struggling with the points and stuff the missing layups uh she did have eight assists tonight uh four steals six rebounds uh she did the other stuff but she's still struggling to me um I was looking at Alysa Thomas and I'm like damn man what if we had Alissa Thomas over AB we're gonna make a video about AB uh hopefully I can make one tomorrow we got to talk about AB um because I do I do Wonder like if she could be replaced but I don't I want cc to stick with her though like I that's the only thing like I'm I'm real I'm real scared of having AB leave here man because I I think man I don't know though because it's just some better power fors in the league man I don't know man I'm torn with that one I'm torn with that one bro I would rather keep Boston though if we had to really do it now Fang Bley or t t me was really good tonight she had 17 minutes I thought it was productive minutes she didn't have any points but man she made some key plays on defense though uh she actually made like you know how um Lexi Hall made the key defensive play in Atlanta game at the end she made the key one on the sun in that last possession with Alyssa Thomas um really key play she's starting to coming back into her form but she just got to find her offensive game though Dantes she didn't really do much tonight but Willie wasn't out there either though this really was I think match wise this really wasn't a game for her either because Connecticut they have like force that could get out on the perimeter so she wasn't going to be able to do her thing wheeler had a nice first half but I still would rather see grace Burger out there man I'm I'm still saying that and then uh last but not least Kelsey Mitchell I didn't have a lot to complain from her today I thought she she did have a lot of ball hogging moments but Kelsey Mitchell was actually clutch tonight I think tonight was a way better game from her the and I'm telling you she looks better when the offense goes this way instead of that half court [ __ ] like we saw in Minnesota in um Atlanta she looks a lot better this way but there's been times with with with Mitchell this the problem with Mitchell there's been times out there tonight where you wish you had a point guard type of two guard next to Cece man because if we could have had somebody else make some passes cuz this game was all about making passes bro we had somebody making some passes man we could have did a lot but I can't really complain about Kelsey too much tonight like I did the other night definitely ain't going to hear no ranting for me I thought she had a solid game man uh I I I prefer seeing Mitchell like this then Monday and S Saturday I don't want to see that version to M want to see this version because this is a version that we also saw against Phoenix and uh Seattle too pass it around a little bit she made a key pass to Boston played some def she actually played some defense tonight she had like two blocks I like okay Kelsey I see you I see you this gotta just if the team could continue to play like this man they could be anybody in this league bro they got to stop playing the way they did on S like they got to let that [ __ ] go in the past don't ever play like that no more don't play like that no more that I mean Minnesota kind of makes this cuz Minnesota got the D but Atlanta we shouldn't have saw that game against Atlanta Atlanta should have looked like tonight you know what I mean let's see if they can keep this up against the sky sky got you know tough team sky is all dependent on sh Kennedy Carter man Kennedy Carter is there we got uh we probably gonna have a close game if not I think we gonna blow the doors over because M just beat him tonight um we got to make sure just because if the sky don't got cter we can't get complacent man got to play them up got to play them up send a message and blow them out send a message cuz we trying to get the we still trying to lock our spot in the playoffs so send a message on Friday bro don't get complacent in that game cuz Dallas is going to be a rough one for us Dallas on Sunday is gonna be rough so we need to make sure we take care of business um on Friday because Dallas got all they people back man they got Sab you know telling you you see this version of Lexi Hall you're not going to lose games you're just not not going to lose games man it's she already provides defense so she has to offens the game to go with it
