Warriors played a whale of a game they were dominant in that first half penalties may have kept them from more points Deshawn Foster that must have been a really interesting locker room at halftime whatever whatever he said brought UCLA back the offense got in gear and the defense made some big plays down the stretch UCLA the far better team here in the second half ashlock just lost it Addison all over it and the halftime adjustments whatever they were from Deshawn Foster and his coaching staff proved to be a huge difference in this game Deshawn Foster is the winner and down [Applause] are you all able to be resilient just some tough guys you know I got some guys that uh have a lot of experience and uh they know how the football game goes there going to be a lot of ups and downs and they just never quit and kept playing and you know we came up Victorious you mentioned tough guys your quarter back Ethan garbers he had to battle this one out right how was he able to show you the way that he can handle adversity just you know he had a couple unfortunate plays at the beginning of the game in the first half and second half he was able to come in there and calm down and and Lead our offense to to Victory but you know we I'm glad we got a bye so we can fix a lot of these uh issues that we had out here on the game but you know I'm excited for our first Victory and uh you know we came up Victorious I'm glad coach you told us in our meeting that not a lot of people get this opportunity to coach at their alma mater now you get your first win as a head coach of UCLA what kind of emotions do you feel right now I'm trying to keep it under control right now but you know I'm excited that was something I just wanted to come out here and get out of first Victory you know I want my guys to play hard I wanted to play with my pillars so you know a little bit of disciple things that we can fix but I'm just glad my guys came out and kept fighting you know they didn't lay down really didn't go the way that we wanted to go but we played hard and I I can respect that congratulations thank you thank you Tiffany terrific job in this one time for the play of the game presented
