um I know you don't want to get carried away um but I think that's as good as I could have hoped for let's just recap it light at home Dortmund away Club Bru At Home Atlanta away young boys of Barn at home din Mo Zagreb away Bratislava slov Bratislava home and a Battle of Britain Aston Villa uh away so I think the great thing about it Dan is well as we say first and foremost it's favorable H I think particular home TI if you look at Club Bru and Bratislava you got a good chance there's a Battle of Britain in there so it's got about everything a bit of everything most importantly for Celtic it gives him a real chance of uh progression I think absolutely Thomas burns live on YouTube is is WR inane it was like it was handpicked Villa really um ason Villa is the one I can wait for honestly it's I mean John mcin I imagine will be s well absolutely buzzing well that's it Celtic fan was so close to going to Celtic of course um Brandon Rogers was in charge first time around H uny um Celtic won was it the first away Champions League group stage game against spart MOS cly he was in charge then whether that was the first I think they've only won two away games in Champions League group stage that was the first one definitely that was definitely the first you're going to tell me who the second was I should I should have known this but I don't and Away of course oh God I was there I was working for the paper that night I was working for the record so yes that's the two in I am so maybe that's a good omen of course um a good journey as well for the Celtic fans you know down to the Midlands and that's the other thing I think I think what you want from the Champions League draw for for fans of course they want a chance to progress to get that I also think you want a bit of freshness um you know Celtic certainly recent years and even Rangers going back to you know over the years that they've been lucky to go to some iconic stadiums you know the San cero the new camp you know they've been there on a few occasions both Rangers and Celtic fans the Real Madrid was the one that was missing for so long h k McGregor I think said that was top of his list a couple of years ago they then managed to take that box I think to get new you want they want new destinations there Club Bru I don't think Celtic have played before uh they've been to Bratislava of course media Bratislava so this is still a new uh playing a new team not a new city um Zagreb I think they played under ronie daa in the Europa League but Atlanta Europa League champions going to a lovely city like Bergamo and in Dortmund since we're going all retro this year um sorry this week with Oasis getting the band back together there's a bit of R nostalgia in there because young boys of BN and bisha Dortmund who s to of course have fans have close links with played them both in the early 1990s so it's a a chance to go back there theyve not been there for many years we've we you know we started by saying it was a dream draw for Celtic really yeah and and I still would maintain that it is but if you look at those eight teams again I mean as you said Atalanta are the current you League holders we know Villa no mugs young boys just knocked out galatas and the qualifying um and Arby leig we know as well you know a Powerhouse from from the Bundesliga so well of course well Celtic played him a couple years ago didn't he lost home under an posto and they also played them I think I'm right in saying uh in the Europa League red B salsburg I can't remember no no I think you're right I think so the eight team once again if you're just joining us Celtic been drawn against in the new Luke champions league is young boys of BN RB leig ason Villa Atalanta Dynamo Zagreb Club Brugge brucia Dortmund and slovan brata Slava and of course Daniel we know who they will play um and where what we don't know yet is when I think UEFA will announce on Saturday um the dates of the games and you know they kind of lineup so I think that will I think that'll be key if you look back to last season you know Celtic opened their account a way to F A them right saying that yeah lost lost two nil tricky start you know you're you're you know you're behind the eight ball you they'll be hoping if Celtic could start I mean slov and bratislav at home would be the you know the dream start on paper if not then you know Club Bru you know a game they want a winnable game start with a winnable game get a bit of confidence because obviously ly Celtics record in the champions league isn't very good so you don't want to go away to one of these teams you're losing and you're on the back foot so it'll be interesting to see on Saturday what what the kind of fixure list throws up and I know you've got it in front of you though but just just to run through it again so it's Dortmund away Aston Villa away um and it's away Deno Zagreb away uh and it's leig bru uh young boys and bratislav at home see to be honest if you take away if you take away the lightsy at home you know Celtic would really fancy their chances to win all three of those home games no I agree we've got Dan we've got them in the final here
