Kyle Monangai for Heisman? Our rapid reaction to Rutgers' win over Akron

hey guys we're here at SHI Stadium fresh off of Ruckers 49- 17 win over akan and Steve py is going to give you guys his quick take all right quick take Heisman Trophy candidate that's what Ruckers has got Kyle manang guy 208 yards hasn't touched the ball in the fourth quarter in two games he'll be among the nation's leaders I get it I get it a quarterback from the SEC wins every year or it seems that way well let's give this guy some love Ruckers has one of the best running backs in the country it is undeniable he is a GameChanger he is as good as advertised and he will he will Ruckers will go as far as he carries them all right obviously talk about manung guy I'm GNA bring you back to the offense that Ruckers actually has an offense that's my hot take of the day scorching scorching 515 yards today uh that's very significant uh it was the first time uh that they had a 200 yard passer and a 200 yard rusher since 2008 uh International Bowl which also came against a Mac team so uh after slow start last week Ruckers really uh showed some life offensively and I thought that was huge that's what they had to accomplish in this game I'll bounce back off that nice symmetry with the Mac uh Ruckers has a quarterback who not only can complete short passes voila he can complete long passes he can complete 58 yard touchdowns and he could bounce back from a bad start had that pick on the first drive missed his first throw pretty badly but he can move the ball and he's their best quarterback in quite some time I don't want to be hyperbolic and say since who you guys can kind of figure it out amongst yourselves but very encouraging Gary NOA his name rhymes with Gary Nova best quarterback since Gary Nova too soon to say that can be though absolutely can be uh if I'm gonna be the Debbie Downer here and bring up one thing that can be better at lot of pressure not enough sacks another mobile quarterback that kind of ripped through and gained some yards with his feet uh Kiran drones is gonna be another difficult match up for Virginia Tech in a couple weeks but we have the bye-week to think about that uh any last second takes fellas anything you guys want to say one last second take if Ruckers wins that game in blackburg this Stadium better look better for that night game against Washington it did today every seat should be filled at kickoff just SK the ball to Kai all right enjoy the bye-week guys we'll see you in blackburg and uh thanks
