[Music] I'm Scott toac joined by the twins it's great to see Devon mccordi it's great to see Jason you got it right I got it right this [Music] time off platform throws Drake May spins the hips around man um he still talks a lot so that's still the same uh he doesn't let me get a word in but no I I think the biggest difference is we've been doing I guess the media stuff me for two years him for a year but our journey still have been really different so I think coming together to do a game uh different from the radio the first time on the TV something like the telor he's looking at me like you can have the T I want no parts of it show versatility you don't usually see him on the edge what do they say who who's going to be replaced at number nine we see number 50 Ray Clon McMillan lined up right there a guy that's usually in the middle of the defense he's now on edge but watch how he man handles the tight he obviously has done games so last week being in here I was like you could do the telestrator and I'm just watching like I'm watching zo who's done this for years I'm watching Jay who's been ahead of me so I just try to learn We Get Better by learning from other people and then challenging ourselves we're competitive as hell and I want to make sure I'm better than him at something and I'm sure he feels the same way I Tower God you you guy you played alongside he's now coaching is there a chance we can see you down there on the sideline what are you trying to say I'm bad in the booth I like my seat right here and I learned from him when he first got in because I went to go with him on good morning football and they're coming back from break they're going to break he's reading the promos off the teleprompt I'm sitting there like who's this guy when did he get at all of this I'm looking for him to take the field and play for a while tonight you just mention on defense so whether it's calling a game hosting something we just keep trying to do more and more and learn those guys believing in what he's saying being ready to go [Music] it's been a lot of fun especially doing with the guys that I'm doing it with you know what I mean with the mccordi twins Zoo Paul pillo who I've known for a long time the two rookies two rookies for me what I'm trying to do is convey the knowledge that I learned throughout 15 years of playing in the NFL and convey that to the fans who are watching at home let's go down to uh our friends Paul pillo Brian Hoyer Brian what did you see on that interception yeah I mean we always talk about in the red zone right it's it's they're they're smaller windows and and Devon and Jason they both hit on it right there with man coverage tight and so I think you to be able to use that experience to kind of explain what's what's going out there with these guys has been fun I'm just saying this experience is the first time I've ever done a a production meeting to see AB getting older huh see game two game two baby being in those meetings I think it was just natural of what would I be thinking about as a player and then what would I be thinking about as a fan that I would want to hear from the broadcast and that's the questions I tried to ask what is the message to the team overall coming off the joint practice what are you telling the team like this is what we're doing going forward this what we're looking for tonight as we start in the beginning there was that a little bit of self-doubt of like well do I belong here what are the right questions to ask how do I know what what do I need for the game I've never called the game I have no idea what I'm going to need flipping over to the offensive side of the ball I know last week we talked about Drake May how much he was going to play jco was going to be the St and then with the joint practice what's your plan kind of for the quarterbacks according to you're getting in those production meetings and you're trying to learn the same way from other people but also having the confidence that you know what I know what the heck I'm doing and I got to show up and be ready to go that's right see you guys [Music] later it's fun to walk the sidelines in pregame and catch up and talk to people it's fun to watch Joe Milton throw a touchdown he looks off to safety it's fun to sit there describe it or he Brian hoer talk about that being able to be fully in this game of football a a game that we both love we've studied it our whole life to now sit back watch it and break it down and and tell it to fans and then do it with zo who's you know wild and crazy and I think having all three of us in here and our energy bouncing off each other that that's been a lot of fun it was fun two weeks uh with you guys spent a lot of time with you talking football Brian hoer down underneath Paul pillo uh hopefully we can do this again sounds like
