CBS News Detroit's Kelly Vaughen continues our team coverage with the efforts underway to get the power back on. >> Power crews are getting out to help restore power but many people tonight frustrated with yet another power outage, especially considering the heat that we've been dealing with And of course the lost money this power outage lasts a long time. >> Dee Dee says they have thousands of people responding to the power outages working around the clock and outside resources are heading in to help as well and should be actively working by noon on Wednesday. >> And once we're able to put eyes on our damage we will be providing estimates as it relates to the restoration activity. >> Brian Kalka with DTI says they're dealing with more than a thousand reports of downed power lines as they work to restore power. They say to be careful outside especially if you're out cleaning up debris. They say look all around you because downed lines could be on the ground or even wrapped in trees. >> Power lines are not always working and sparking and making a lot of noise from power lines that are really just sitting there quiet are equally as dangerous as those that are presenting themselves as such. So please consider all wires that are on the ground live and extremely dangerous. >> If you see downed lines stay at least 25ft away. That's the length of the school bus. Then
