Aliyah Boston pre-game interview | Indiana Fever vs Chicago Sky WNBA basketball

Aliah Larry Smith here in the studio far cry right now from that 2-9 start what has changed for this team here lately uh seven wins in your last 11 games yeah I mean I think it's just the way that we've been playing um we've just continued to flow off each other I think we've just had a lot more connectivity um than we did to start the season and we're really able to just use that and flow our offense and defense hey Aaliyah it's mean mchn your team's finally starting to click offensively hi good to see you hey you're four in one since the Olympic break and for you you're starting to really get into a rhythm down low in the paint where do you feel like you've grown most this season I think I've grown a lot more in that short role um I think you know kitlin has a lot of attention and she gets blitzed a lot and so just being able to make decisions out of there being able to pass the ball or know when it's time to call my number and attack and I think that's definitely helped us hey Leah this is Autumn Johnson in the studio congratulations on your 10,000th career points you talk about the dominance you have in the interior along with Melissa an electric back court and Kelsey and Caitlin and even a breakout year for Lexi Hull from your perspective can you describe just what it's been like to watch this team blossom into something special it's been amazing and to be a part of it especially just the way our season started I mean there's so many eyes on us this season and so for us I mean to be able to grow from the way we started to now and get some really big wins under our belt continue to win the games that we're supposed to win and just continue to get better I think that's the biggest part is we've been able to to get better together and we're having a lot of fun doing it it's been fun watching you guys grow throughout the season Aaliyah thanks again for your time and good luck tonight of course thank you
