was anybody else triggered when Brandon IU kept dropping those P I was like enraged I was like and troyman kept going oh but but he was Wy he didn't have twaining Camp he didn't have twaining Camp I was like did he have training camp for the Super Bowl when he only caught like three passes was he Rusty then and poor Debo everybody's like everybody's like oh try Debo try Debo I guess this is going to be his last year uh this poor guy is risking his life and limb out there and people are like oh he can't separate maybe it has something to do with the fact that we're running him into the ground I don't I don't know what Kyle's problem is uh when Jordan Mason is like gashing the Jets I don't know I don't know why we keep running Debo into into the dline he was like hurt by halftime dude so I feel bad for Deo everybody just wants to discard him when he's like when he's doing like the most work basically now as far as the defense uh to my eye it looked like an improvement over the latter half of last year the last year they looked they looked fat and happy and overpaid this year they looked faster and hungrier and deeper now do you guys remember when when you all got mad at me for saying running backs are totally interchangeable Jordan Mason rahee moard Elijah Mitchell could all do like 99% of of what Christian mcaffrey does and it was effing stupid to to not only uh make make mcaffry the highest paid running back but to give him a raise I thought that was freaking insane because they all they all basically do the same thing and you saw that in this game like there there's basically no drop off between Jordan Mason and and Christian mcaffrey I told you running backs are like strippers D there there's not a lot the number one best stripper can do that the 200th best stripper can do they they all pretty much get the job done number one best stripper 100 40th best stripper it's pretty much the same okay it's all it's all pretty much the same so um now the one thing I never understood was this widespread belief that you you heard it like on ESPN FS1 you hear it from everybody that if if all if Aaron Rogers is healthy oh he's going to be elite I never understood that because the last time the last time Aaron Rogers was quote unquote good he lost to Jimmy grappolo at home okay and that was like what was it that was like three years ago since then he's turned 40 uh he's had a season ending injury and he's considered running for vice president so so I I didn't understand this confidence where if only he's healthy he's going to be El lead I I didn't get that at all we should probably talk about uh Brock party um what did you think of of Brock part's play I thought after a shaky start he played really well and um I'm I'm sure Nick Wright and Grant con will say he had like he was he was he was rather pedestrian but I I really think this week weekend this game and and in the context of this weekend really solidified for the 49ers that they got to pay Brock party whatever whatever they got to pay him because if you look at Deshawn Watson Kurt Cousins uh even Joe burrow I'm not I'm not saying Brock is better than Joe burrow but it's just so hard to find stable competent quarterback play it it's look look at look at look at all these teams that have been trying for years like how long has Pittsburgh been trying to replace uh Ben rapistberger how long has uh how long have I don't even remember the last time the Titans had I'm trying to think like tanah Hill was sort of like a bridge but it turned out to be a bridge to nowhere so I think um I think Brock is getting paid if he stays healthy um yeah so I'm I'm super excited about next weekend Minnesota Vikings the Sam darnold and the Vikings are are L looked really good I'll be it against the Giants still I'm super hype for that game we lost last year so great start to the season I'm I'm quite happy with with the way that went [Music] [Music] a [Applause]
