here's everything I eat my one meal a day at Panera at a roadstop we had 600 miles to cover between Baltimore and Kalamazoo which means I didn't have time to play around with perfect fasting Windows when we sat for lunch I took the opportunity to eat even if I didn't get my 18 hours first spite of the day it was my turn to drive after eating so I made sure I was fueled and ready for the task I had the chipotle chicken avocado melt as well as the Green Goddess chicken cob salad so many toppings on both of them I love toppings which means I was a happy eater I especially love the eggs in my salad I never take the time and make hard-boiled eggs at home but I think they're such a good salad addition I eventually lost Steam and couldn't finish my salad but I saved a little bit of room for sweets I had gotten this blueberry muffin and I ate just a bit of the top before handing it to Matt and then I had some chocolate bar while I drove
