what's up guys um we're we're here with the first ever installment to beyond the stats I'm here with Sky Anthony and uh Biggie and we're kind of going to be going over some news going around the Sports World and then we're going to get into it with some predictions all right Scott you want to lead us off uh yeah so the hottest Topic in sports right now college football kicked off about two weeks ago uh week two the main day was today Saturday um biggest upset of the year so far Notre Dame beat by Northern Illinois uh 16 to 14 shit's crazy bro really crazy at Notre games House in South Ben Illinois it was honestly a stunner Riley Leonard didn't play well not dude he's not good he was like even at Duke bro they were like okay I I don't think it's fair to say that after that first week I think I think he like he played really well that first week it might have just been off game yeah Kyle Field Kyle Field you can't like I know you guys play NCAA 25 like you can't you can't just go in there and win bro that's a good atmosphere play the stadium P crazy over there he is good like he did win say that it was just he couldn't wi here but like off week everyone yeah it's off week it's just crazy that he had it this early as all yeah 100% uh other uh scores over the day we had Texas taking on Michigan in a top 10 rivalry game uh Texas uh absolutely stomped them 31 to 12 it wasn't really close uh other games we had was Penn State edging it out over Bowling Green 34 to 27 uh Oklahoma State taking it over Arkansas 3831 in overtime and Kansas State uh edging out two lane as well uh 34 to 27 uh so that's the kind of Basics around college football right now uh Colorado Colorado's getting stomped Colorado currently right now is getting stomped 28 to3 last time I checked and the B vers South Florida game is actually very close 1413 going right now so I'm interested to see who's going to Edge out both of those games yeah yeah for sure I I don't know what it is dude I never like to watch like Michigan play they're just boring now bro I don't know what it is they lost like everything I like game though I think we expected Michigan to not have as good of a season as last year but I didn't think it was going to be like this like I didn't think be like are they making the playoffs Texas is like that team though you know what I'm saying Texas is that team that's different I do think they could sneak their way into the playoffs they're 10th right now the new uh edition of top 12 we can talk about that later on the segment but uh I think that's a really cool ad and it'll give a lot of teams areas to make the playoffs what's going on in the the NFL um kicked off this week uh 105th anniversary of the New York Giants season um first game of the year was the Baltimore Ravens versus the Kansas City Chiefs 27 to 20 was your final very interesting game uh coming down to the wire Isaiah likely in the back of the end zone his turf was on the white uh what did you guys think of that game to watch just unlucky honestly like I think the Ravens are going to be really good yeah that that does suck honestly I don't think either team like they both didn't play like crazy yeah they both no they both like they matched up well like they both made errors they both made both teams made like good plays but I think that's how it's going to be like in like a good game like an AFC Championship kind of game you know he's going to fall off hell which kind of sucks cuz I got him fantasy Travis Kelce he did not look good at all at game he was not getting open four targets I believe bro it's cuz they have weapons it's cuz they have weapons now catches for 34 Mark Andrew also not a very hot week because likely took over in his place basically um he's going to be the new guy Andrew is going to be more of The Blocking style player I was very mad as a Andrew fantasy own uh second game uh kicked off yesterday first ever game in Brazil sou Paulo it was the Packers versus the Eagles um sadly I'm repping my guy Jersey he scored three touchdowns for the Eagles in their Victory 34- 29 uh what you guys think of that game that was aun one yeah Sequon had a hell of good debut for sure yeah sad to see Jord Love g at the end I am I was just like sad too out for three weeks though so that's like that's a plus we got a very exciting slate of games coming tomorrow on Sunday uh looking forward to see who wins those and that's kind of what's going on in the NFL right now to Soccer Soccer yeah yeah I mean soccer just kind of like what it's been about lately it's just been uh in the Prem at least Chelsea has been making so many signings dude they got uh they just got J Felix back who they recently had before he went off back to Atletico and then um to Barca from there but he's back there so um we'll see how that works out they just got rid of Raheem Sterling too huh where you go he went to Arsenal but like he's he's old he's kind of washed but he he's still a solid guy Conor Gallagher's gone too um but they've been doing some like um some good stuff with like uh Jaden Sancho from Manchester City he's real solid so they have a really like but they have so much depth on offense to where I think that it's kind of like I don't know what they're going to do with the back and I feel it's kind of slow right now like it is slow when the leagues start getting into like more League Play than you know obviously Champions League dude cuz UFA Cup right now they're all going to have zero chemistry too going back into it because that's their all their practice time yeah and then uh in La Liga barcel has been starting off super hard um lowski four goals in four games uh at the time of recording and uh L mall has been playing hella good literally RH younger than me playing in the best like country for soccer younger than both of us yeah both of us it's crazy yeah and then the AA Cup group stage right now is really where it's at but um yeah moving on to the NHL I feel like the only fair piece of news to talk about would be the passing of uh Johnny G Johnny hockey flames and Blue Jackets Legend him and his brother ly passed away um hit by a car when they were biking um some unfortunate stuff so yeah we're really really sad to see that rest in peace pairs up to them yeah um all right moving on to the NBA there's still like a month and a month and a half left uh until the season kicks off usually starts like mid October honestly I think it's just going to be a good season a lot of new like players on different teams like we got like the Villanova Knicks now very excited for that you got Brunson Dev chenzo bridg and Josh Hart on the Knicks L just a bunch of college roommates playing for the NBA team so cool um Paul George on the Sixers who knows how that work out regression regression yeah I don't know about the Nesh over there but like Jared McCain though you know some spacing maybe little tick tocker I hate that team dude I don't know what it is I I've always been a Sixers hater yeah always um Klay Thompson going to the Mavericks I think that'll help cuz now they got a guy that can just space the floor good three and D Defender and then you know other little things like kcp leaving the Nuggets going to Orlando I think that's a big like piece that they lost that's that's in my opinion like one of the best signings just cuz he was so crucial in the playoffs they gave he gave the Wolves so many problems because he was their like shooter like think about it the um like the Nugget Shooters bro Michael J that's itj and he's and kcp is gonna be good like Mentor for the young guys young guards on the magic it is going to be weird though to see clay in a different uniform that's not the Warriors kind of sucks um and then you know Boston going to be favorites probably to win it all again but who knows they still got like KP like pingis could get injured always does Jaylen Brown sometimes getting injured you know who knows what happens Tatum no he's only 19 he's only going to get better you know what um okay so moving on to baseball you know we got the Yanks and Orioles kind of battling out in the AL East right now honestly Orioles are probably they play better seems like when they put the Yankees but we'll see how that turns out uh AL Central Cleveland Guardians and most consistent third baseman Jose Ramirez on that team but they got the Royals coming up on them Bobby Wht man looking scary this year best average best batting average in baseball and and judge are fighting for that Al MVP this year interesting to see who gets it judge is going to get it for sure how many homers 51 51 crazy and like 125 RBI already like stto only has 98 and that's like only buster hell of the Season Two come on uh all right and then National League we got Otani crushing it as a DH I I I would want to see like catel Marte win MVP over there though just because he actually plays both sides like he plays outfielder and then he's batting well otani's just dhing I just think there's too much love they're gonna give it they're gonna give it a showy he has like he has 45 homers right now um and then you know Al NL West like with just the Dodgers Padres and Diamondbacks just going crazy right now all of them are on like hot streaks it gets very exciting come Baseball playoff time I love it October baseball is like where it's at um moving on to USC there was a fight night tonight and yo USC bro UFC oh my fault my fault go ahead um Gilbert Burns number six welterweight was fighting Sean Brady number eight and uh Burns lost by decision really yeah his his era is over he's getting too old now but you know fight nights can get a little bit boring but that's why next weekend's going to be more exciting because we got UFC 306 um at the sphere yeah the Las Vegas sphere um when the main card starts we got Brian Ortega versus uh Diego Lopez who are it's going to be a good featherweight matchup they're supposed to fight at UFC 303 but then Ortega backed out but um you know Ortega is a big Grappler and a wrestler while Diego Lopez more of a boxer and then main main event suar shanal versus Mor um everyone everyone want Suga uh you know Su I'm no different I love suar I think he's got it this week loky I don't know the other guy he's just he's a wrestler he kind of just goes in for takedowns but I feel like I feel like sha is just GNA find him when he goes take down because Mor Rob has such a big head bro like he's just like it's so M's just he's all around he can grapple he can punch he can defend it too like know he's a superstar I feel I don't think he's going to like def like he's not going to have to worry about his like Mor Rob's takedowns um he's just going to I think he'll find him UFC's got to be sorry goad you're good UFC's got to be one of the most exciting Sports to watch right now 100% I think Sugar's going to take him out first or second round what about uh isn't Pereira fighting 306 or is that not that no that's like that's 307 he's fighting Round House no worries we'll see about that later but um other than that that's kind of it with UFC you know just big time sphere yeah sphere sphere match you know and then kind of going into the main topic of the video we're going to do some predictions on the NFL and college football we're going to we planned ours out we kind of what predictions we had we have our takes set up ready for you guys to listen yeah but then we we're going to kind of give biggie like some time to like free ball it so we'll see if he uh he knows anything I know straight opinions so then uh NFL predictions who do y'all got for your Super Bowl matchup and winner this year SK matchup I got the Kansas City Chiefs looking to three Pete versus the Detroit Lions um very basic match up but I just really feel like that's what's going to happen I think the Chiefs are going to three PE that was kind of supposed to happen last year and then the ners made that come back yeah exactly I like catch off the helmet and all that I'm hoping I get to see the crazy you were there yeah I was there really yeah uh my matchup is uh I'm trying to be different I just hate the Chiefs I got a the Ravens and then the ners I got to go with the ners they're as strong as they ever been um I just got you got to love their team dude they're so they're so good this year I got I also got Niners Ravens um I feel like the is just going to come out strong in the NFC uh Eagles like they lost Kelce and like some other guys I just don't think they're going to be as strong as really it's really just the Lions and the it's the Lions yeah and the Niners contending in that League I thought the Packers would have a chance as Jordan love sadly he's gone down what's his injury MCL yeah M but I think especially after watching The Raven that Ravens game versus the Chiefs like I think they can put it away with that maybe and the Ravens definitely can contend with the Chiefs like you're saying Ethan what you got oh I think I would say I'm I'm going to go with the Niners here I think it's between the obviously the Chiefs and the ners but I like before the Jordan love injury I would have thought that the Packers would make a run but I mean we'll see how how bad that hurts him I don't think it hurts him too bad who's there um who's coming up from place of place I have no idea um yeah I mean speaking of like winning teams I mean there's no winning team without a coach so I mean we do got to pick coach the year here so KY Shanahan I got Dan Campbell Dan Campbell's so cool I love like dude he pulls up you know he drinks like three like venty iced coffees a day per out I was on Hard Knock oh I didn't watch I watched the Giants Hard Knock I watched Lions Kevin stansky won coach of the year last year uh but I got demo Ryan he was in the running for last year the coach for the Texans I think if they have a good season they easily could uh I think Ryan could take the cake on that one dude he used to be the defensive coordinator for the ners right after sa last sa the Jets yeah it's crazy Shanahan starting his own tree yeah it's pretty sick um I think I'll go with Mike Tomlin I I think the Steelers are going to have a really good year especially like all the new additions uh at QB obviously we'll have to see how that unfolds Russell Wilson Justin Fields that's kind of Justin Fields actually starting week one because Russ won yeah but Russell Wilson got injured so Justin Fields starting week one we'll see if he maybe takes a spot of Russell Wilson dude they were they were giving him snaps I saw preseason they were giving him field snaps like freaking punt returner bro there that's pretty stupid I'm note offensive player of the year offensive player of the year I had Jamar Chase coming off he wants a contract so badly and I think once he gets it he's going to ball out I feel like bro once players get contracts like remember when Zeke got that bag like they just kind of give up a little bit well some it depends where their mindset at depends you are I got I got mcaffrey he's just so explosive and he's just he's just with that line and that team with all those weapons it really like the game plan necessarily can't be just around mcaffry so I think that gives him more opportunity to kind of like be himself and be a great player I'm also doing an NFC guy got alond Ross St Brown that's my favorite he like he's so uh he's like he never gets injured so like knock W but like if if the Lions perform how they did last year like they're going to be improving speaking of which you see receivers like the Show on Netflix I you guys I watched a couple episodes dude there was a thing where they were talking about alar R how he literally played through like a torn oh like and like dude playing through that his mentality and just who he is a person he's a dog I love that I love that his dad was um bodybuilder like the leading bodybuilder in the US at one point comes from a very strong family what about um I'm gonna go I'm going to go with saquin because I feel like he could you guys will probably disagree but I think he could have a better year than mcaffrey on this new offense I think his his ceiling is way higher than last just got to stay healthy D I think Friday we were able to see a glimpse of like his potential really just so sad we couldn't keep him yeah that's already ball the the thing is y'all are rebuilding though it's not like you guys like oh we're going to build around him you guys need to like rip that from the 100% office front office to vending machine rip it all out get a new thing be surprised if we draft shadur next year not even joking sh shadur probably have a fourth pick all right I really want to get into um rookies Rookie of the Year um offensive and defensive top it off with MVP yeah and then we got defensive too we'll get there um my offensive rookie of the year is I don't it's either Caleb Williams or Marvin Harrison they're both just so good and they're both going to get a lot of play time if they both stay healthy I think it's either one of their games Kyler Murray just doesn't have as many targets so I'm leing towards Marvin Harrison yeah I'm doing Marvin Harrison just cuz I think he was put in a better situation like for sure sure they might not win games cuz they're in a tough division but like at least he has that like for the Accolade like he has Kyler Murray thr to him I don't know if actually he's in a better situation because Caleb Williams has Roman dun Keenan Allen DJ Moore and then dude they they just got DeAndre Swift too that's like that's a like that's decent I know they're all like average the Bears I don't feel for some um my pick was Jaden Daniels on theing football team I think he could be EXP he's got Eckler in the back field he's got Terry McClaren um that he's throwing too so I think Jaden Daniels could be scared Jun he got sleep on my boy oh my bad yeah that's a great pick I was between Caleb Williams and Jaden Daniels I think it's just going to depend who on like who who plays better between them but I think it'll be a QB for sure and I think it'll be really good for Terry mcen to finally he finally has like a a QB I feel like he he'll definitely show out this year he'll explode yeah sure I think Washington will be good this year yeah all right let's get it out of the way just cuz it's I in my opinion it's just unanimous like MVP this is not unanimous it's not I thought it would just it's just like momes no scub no the bills are just not good I feel like they're just not they don't I just think out this year he might be the most valuable for the team but like they're not going to go anywhere so they're not going to give it to him I feel like I that's just my prediction what you guys got that's hor I would be bro I'm doing Lamar back to back bro no no I that's like I know that's like all these teams have that but like do you think the do you think that lineup overshadows him though like I feel like they look at like Tyreek and Wadd they don't look at to like when you think of the Dolphins I don't think you think all the highlights are like Tyreek Tyreek and aan and rimos all the fast guys of the highlights feel like they don't look at Tua that's fine but at the same time look at Brock pie last year he was in the MVP conversation so much could be the MVP If he if they I don't see p oh we didn't do defensive player year that's what I was forgetting Dexter Lawrence I got Dexter Lawrence on the Giants I think he's going to have an explosive season actually is inside the line bro I'm going simple I'm just going sner I'm with that though uh I think it'll be a corner um I'm not I'm not sure which one yet but I think great prediction you great bro rookie I don't really know I only know I put terion Arnold L on the Seahawks who you Doon sleeper playoff team coming into this year top 12 now so who's going to sneak in Miami they're not no okay but it's still like like you wouldn't expect Miami to like make a run in the playoffs like yeah it's 12 teams now like they've they've been killing it but like bro all the eyes are on Georgia Alabama Oregon Ohio State like Michigan maybe I like I like that for sure but it's Kansas Kansas they're good like this is for college football plays you got Kansas they're top 20 right now they were in a they were in a barn burner against Illinois tonight they were losing I really like I like their strength of schedule and I feel like when you think of sleeper's tough yeah you think of sleeper you're forgetting Kobe Bryant like names are kid it doesn't matter U they like they have a team that literally like when you think of Kansas you're going to think basketball like you're not thinking football and I think when the definition of like a sleeper team you think of like Kansas you think of teams like that and I think that them as a football program it' be huge for the first ever team thing I feel like that's their goal and they want to get there so that's just that's just what I feel I feel like a big thing for like all these teams that are like trying to sneak in is like they're flying under the radar and that's like a big Advantage like when you don't have all the bright lights on you you can just focus on football and sneak your way into that top 12 personally I had Nebraska I think Dylan rayola has got something special going on uh they were given a a whoop him to Boulder tonight so I think that will put push them into the top 25 hopefully in the time coming and when they do get a chance there I think they're going to shine in theid 10 where was r at before he was committed to Georgia he's freshman this year he's 19 years old but um yeah no yeah the mini Mahomes but um that's actually sick yeah he's 19 decommitted from Georgia over to Nebraska and I think he's going to shine this year and I think Nebraska Corn Huskers will make it into the top 12 do they play Penn State at Penn State this year they might I don't they do over for I don't like I don't like Rola bro just be your own guy bro he just wants to be Mahomes I don't think he's trying to be Mahomes I just think that's like where's number 15 same cut he says he wore it for TBO my ass yeah ttim tbo's cool I don't know I got the Corn Huskers e what do you got uh I'm going to go I I don't know if this is like someone that'll sneak in but I think that they're going to go deep in the playoffs I think it's going to be Arizona I I think that yeah it was close in the first half between in Mexico uh state but I think that they I mean McMillan just going off crazy first week I think there's no stopp in that offense and I think their defense will make strides to get better and I think they'll be pretty un 300 yards four touchdowns as a debut they have star power for sure with McMillan and faf I think but uh at the same time like we uh they're a great team but I feel like they they their depth is just a little bit like like compared to the other teams yeah I don't know I feel like in a couple years they'll be really good yeah I still can see them sneaking in yeah I can see that for sure actually and I think pen state is this is the team that the 12 team playoff has made for man they're always sitting on the side of like 6 seven8 sneaking in at four so now they got their chance to prove themselves barely beating Bing I know but I'm just saying it's it's if they want a year to make it to the National Championship I think this is their year wait let's bring it back wait what about Notre Dame like what's their deal now after losing it not I still think they have a chance to sneak in if they win out I just feel like they're so sorry like every year bro you got to think about it it all these other teams are going to lose games bro the only teams that aren't going to lose games are what like maybe Georgia Ohio oh yeah you're right Ohio State oh it's either Ohio State or Oregon I don't know what I feel just like not you can't afford losing to an unranked team like that yeah I don't know if their schedule super I haven't looked into that that much but um I think they could definitely make the playoffs still it's not over yeah just a bad way to start I'm just not sure if they're going to make noise scares meisman Heisman who's Theisman I'm do I'm doing his guy again bro McMillan from Arizona like cuz like last year we saw Jaden Daniels LSU and like yeah LSU wasn't totally in the mix of like playoffs like they're like what were they like cut like 10 they were no they were like seven they were seven they were up there but still top four though but like Z if zon can sneak in like McMillan's gonna get that media attention like with his crazy stat lines I think he can bring home a Heisman and we've seen the Bonte Smith receiver I feel like I feel like I'm just going to go Travis Hunter just because like publicity wise they would like at the end of the day it is a business I know it's not fully based on that but if he continues to play it the way he has I don't know how he did tonight actually but three touchdowns week one week three maybe some progression throughout the season playing both ways pretty much playing every snap for their team was a good I think that he I just want to give him his flower stff I'm going to go him there uh I know an you're high on the Miami Hurricanes I got cam Ward winning the highest in the series he's off to a very hot start with uh 380 yards against Florida what czy um he's really old he's like a super senior oh okay uh he was at wazu before this so I think he's going to have a breakout season at Miami I think they're going to make the playoffs as well yeah I'm going cam I'm with you on that I think Miami is going to be really good this but don't count out Carson's back or Jay like we don't think I would I hope I pray it's not Carson back that's just like the most like he's so boring oh Dylan Gabriel Dylan Gabriel Oregan does look scary this year I'm not going to lie all wait that that first game though that they played shout out Vandal yeah I don't know I I don't think it was I think that they'll bounce back for sure I too I think them in a new conference I think the whole outlook of college football has now changed with all the movements no Pack 12 sadly rest in peace to the Pack 12 hey Morgan State Washington state is that it hold together I though they'll get some teams from the Mountain West they surely will Boise State will move soon I'm calling it yeah so I like that too good to be in the mountain who did they play When the running back Alex entry um that I It Wasa yeah but he had 270 yards and six touchdowns yeah all this talk about like the playoffs and stuff but like at the end of the day all that really matters is like winning the national championship that's what everyone remembers in like 20 years so like I don't know what do you guys who do you guys have with that I got my national championship um the two teams that I think would be like the best option for that is Ohio State and Georgia which is like super for basic Texas and um Texas and uh I'd put uh Oregon like right outside there I do really like both those teams but I feel like watching Texas I mean uh watching Texas play against Michigan they played really well for sure but that's Michigan and I feel like adding the star power that Ohio state has compared to that i' I'd go I'm going to go Ohio State National Championship it's it's like for their coach it's winner win or lost I mean winner bus he's gone me uh I got the Bulldogs um and I have the Crimson Tide Alabama I think they're in a tight tight one right now but I think over the year I think they're going to separate I think Milo has the skill to take him in the championship game but I do still think uh the dogs are going to pull it out Carson Beck's going to go home in National Championship you coach with B too no more Nick Helen dor coming from Washington he's a good coach about you uh I'm going to go Texas Oregon I'm pretty high in Oregon this year I think that they're to do great even after the first week and I mean I might be on a little higher right now after Texas beating Michigan by that much like it they look pretty they did look really good they're deep too they got Isaiah Bond they poached him from B receiver St Ryan Williams Wait who got hurt though Texas third running back right I don't I think it's Baxter I don't know yeah yeah yeah that guy but um yeah I mean um I got I might have to I might have done like a sketchy take with like McMillan at Heisman but I'm going to go kind of safe with the mie I'm doing Georgia Oregon I think Oregon with like uh Dylan Gabriel and Tess Johnson I think that's a good like onew punch and then Georgia they just do like the same old every year or these past couple years they're so good they're so dominant it's kind of like no one like I don't really care to watch for Georgia because I know they're always going to win but they're going to show up with M I feel like I hope I hope some other conferences step up though because I don't I'm sick of like cuz I super dominance man I love it honestly you might hate it but I love it you like it cuz you want to go there it's different cuz like all those like I just think it's the best football to watch it is it is but it's like why make it all one thing the the great thing about college football we got 12 we had Michigan last year too I 12 team playoffs now too yeah I think definitely like a small Michigan Wasington whatever no I no Michigan Washington though last year I get behind that yeah do you think a team from like Conference USA or something can make it no that's not a bad take I saw Liberty on Tik Tok I don't think it's going to happen though wait there is going to be a group five team though in the playoffs like for right Conference champions gets a bit like I'm pretty sure group five team for sure gets into the 12 team right I don't know we're going to check on that we're going to put on the screen don't worry you're going to know yeah but um I mean hopefully I don't really I wouldn't I wouldn't like that cuz in the first game just going like a thousand Z so good last year they play Oregon in the be like two lane like Boise State two lane I love two lane they just uh just lost to Kansas State today Kansas State's raw though Kansas State I think Kansas state will be in the top 12 that is i that's bold it dude you know they tried to get um the Colorado State quarterback they were they offered him so much money so I don't know yeah but
