handy chapter uh what would you say to someone who might be offended by this flag and what does this flag mean to you they need to do their education unfortunately a lot of schools do not teach proper history I've taught history for several years um and the one thing they got to look up is the textbook the war between the states and the historian Teresa Ron she gives a fantastic program on the true history and uh this is my Heritage it's what my ancestors proudly flew and they fought against tyranny and the whole idea of State sovereignty which is the foundation of modern day conservatism George Washington was a Virginian first a true conservative much like General Lee was and president Davis uh in your view what when you say they fought against tyranny what what what do you mean by that unlawful government Invasion the right for states to self-govern themselves and the right for states to have sovereignty and this is critical with a lot of issues today where you know we're having this fight against federalism we want states to decide what they want and you know all the different things um versus a One Federal ban on something so good example right the abortion thing uh when it was law of the land Row versus Wade it was telling states that didn't want that in their states that you must allow abortion after it was turned over it was up to the state to decide what they want to do and that should be the case with every single social issue uh do you see any connection between this flag and slavery no and I'll tell you why New Jersey was the last slave state if you look up in New Jersey they ended slavery in New Jersey long after the war between the states um to get real technical the real slavery flag would technically be the United States flag because that flag flew over slavery the longest it flew over slave ships and there is a book written by a man of color Stanley K lot called the American flag is real slavery flag and he wrote several other books on the history that's not taught have you ever had have you ever had any uh unpleasant encounters while flying this flag or oh oh absolutely uh in New Jersey it's gotten better um I flew to New York no problem I've gotten handshakes going out to California flying it um we've had everything we're flagging from the one middle finger salute we've got garbage thrown at us we've gotten um harassed but ultimately it's been um very positive in the last few years as more people are waking up and uh since this is a trump rally would it be safe to assume you support Trump for president and it's so why I sure do because Trump did a lot for our history and Heritage uh Trump was actually given the general Steven Dill Lee uh award it's the highest award that is given to somebody who is not a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and he was given that award um at the maretta Georgia or sorry Carterville Georgia 2022 reunion he uh was really nice about you know supporting General Lee he released a statement when they destroyed uh General Le Richmond and he has been for our heritage uh during his presidency and after the [Music] fact [Applause] [Music] everybody stand [Music] up [Music] I support Trump Because he believes in a free America he believes in the fabric of America and American values American Marketplace and he supports women he has women in all of his offices and he's hard women in his businesses and in addition he supports Christianity and Judaism they're paid to do it they're paid off to do he doesn't have a woke Easter egg hunt like the White House did say I'm sorry but you near Brick New Jersey and tell me Edwards uh why did you decide to come out here today I've been to a lot of these rallies near the library near the Great Golf Course which is Trump's new home when he's not in Florida anymore I go here because it's important for us to show our support for our president most of the mainstream media is unfair they won't touch him they won't cover his things feedback on uh Trump's first term as a president how did he help you I think Donald Trump is the greatest president in the history of this country I think he is the Fulfillment of the citizen president that our forefathers envisioned and we finally got him and and things were great then the economy was great then and we were at peace most that we we you know no new wars were started I was doing fine we were secure people were proud to be Americans uh the country is going to hell right now it's on the verge of collapse I'm not sure if we can survive till the next election but B Biden is like the but Biden's not the President Biden's not the president he and Camala Harris are a couple of ignorant brain dead sock puppets this is this is Barack Hussein Obama II's third term he's running the show he promised fundamental change and by fundamental change what he meant is destroy the system and rebuild this country is a Communist dictatorship
