IOWA STATE FAIR KICKER

an 8-year-old boy stole the show at one of the pie eating contests at the Iowa State Fair on Thursday this is Zach Lucas who took the crown there he is right there uh face full of pie along with the other kiddos there this was his first competition and here's what he had to say after he won big this is my first time winning first place on a a chocolate pie with frosting eating contest I never done this before in my whole entire life and it's so fun and I like getting dirty sometimes and it's it's so it's so the chocolate tastes so good yes Zach the chocolate does taste so good you know what else tastes great at the Iowa State Fair literally everything else at the Iowa State Fair Foodies eat their hearts out there I was there last weekend actually uh over a 100,000 people showed up on Saturday and it is for good reason there are so many things to do at the fair I might be a little biased I'm from Iowa but I definitely think you should put it on your to-do list your bucket list before you die it is an amazing thing I actually took my mom to the Iowa State Fair on Friday and took her to the concert Foreigner and Melissa Ethridge it was we just had the time of our Liv it was fantastic so lots of fun folks like Zach and lots of really fun activities as as well thanks so much for watching we'll be back with more news and weather at 6
