little tip a little head right a little head news granted exclusive access behind the scenes as Reed prepared for her trial hiding out like this you just watch the world pass you by and you're you going through the motions pun intended and uh but you know it could all end yeah going through the motions it could all end um and well this show is not going to end right we're GNA keep this show going but no I think that was very nice of her I know she probably did not mean that at all however if she did thank you Karen thank you very much anyways I don't know maybe the pun intended was the display I can go get those super chats at the end but I really want to get our guest in um and I'm GNA bring him on 19 years on the job okay Boston guy right work midnights right the graveyard sees it all right sees it all and uh without further Ado I want to bring in friend from Boston PD Javier Velasquez Javier welcome to the show how are you J well sh you ah doing great doing great um I really want to appreciate I really appreciate you coming on um I'm excited for you I know this wasn't easy uh under C certain circumstances right and I kind of get the feeling that maybe you um you held on to you retired is that true yeah I just retired on August 2nd August second that's great man congratulations you made it through right no extra holes in your body same holes you went in you came out with a lot of screws of my body oh that's you know some you know some that's right and I'm glad you said that because we're gon we're gonna cover that too yeah sorry about that so listen um well let's start off here why don't you tell us a little bit yourself you can tell as much as you want or as little as you want I'll keep it quick uh what to Trinity College a DK job I said I can't do this Joy the Marines um went reserves military police I figured I'd needed a pair of boots to wear I wanted to wear boots you know like just not being stuck in a cubicle and then uh went to Iraq in 2004 2005 came back and got on the police department wow I was fortunate enough to work with uh my brother had a great time working with my brother uh that's one of the reasons why I definitely wanted to go to Boston instead of any other department or State Police or fire department uh I wanted to work alongside him that's awesome now is your brother older or younger than you uh he's two and a half years older than me and I was fortunate enough to work with John well Keef and who's the classmate as well oh I see I didn't know that so John yourself were in the same class what that's is awesome yeah he was in class 4305 and that's your class right there 4305 exactly 2005 oh man that's awesome wow that that's amazing so what part of the city you're from originally H I'm from H rosale Rosy kid all right Rosendale Square that's my that's my spot to Norwood so yeah Roos Norwood my um my mother used to send us up the sermons in the Square there it was a men's clothing store we used to get ready to go back to school to St Angeles you remember that the back side of Ry Square the backside sermons yeah great right near the bank absolutely that's that's great man so you grew up in Rousy and then you got the bug what what was it you okay so you want to wear boots but what truly was it about being a a Boston cop that gave you the bug uh I grew up I remember seeing these authors responding to calls um I I really admired their job I I I saw them as people that'll help you out there's they're the good guys um yo they're the cops they're the bad gu no I always looked at them I was brought up respect to officers and I like the leather jacket too oh yeah that I used to love that too man you know usually the bike the bike Squad you know wear's the leather but I remember the Leather Coach too that was that was awesome you're right and I was also uh did military police with the Marine Corps and I was also heavily involved in uh martial arts jiujitsu mutai oh really wow and I thought that would be it's like go handed hand you know right so um did you ever get the bug for the MMA or anything like that or did I uh coached MMA in Norwood at Carter's MMA really you fights to I did well beautiful beautiful so um what areas of the city did you work I started off in B2 rockbury oh nice get right jump right into it buddy right midnight awesome baby watching for that full moon when you get out right yeah uh Roxbury I thought I knew Boston until I started working at Roxbury and I realized I did not know Boston yeah because like try to tell these people you like for instance mat pandas we stay in our own little hoods right and Rosy the same way you cross into another neighborhood it you know it doesn't matter what you are you know but that's how we grew up always identify hey what parish you from right we're Parish right so uh Roxbury how long did you work there for uh seven or eight years good for you man yeah had a good time down there uh was blast I I think the jiu-jitsu saved my life jiujitsu mut saved my life multiple times I bet did I bet it did and I've took a lot of firearms off the street I'd like to think I was active and I was looking for the guns at night looking for the criminals sure I I have a lot I had a lot of fun worked with a lot of great officers good good so did you have like a was it a two-man unit or single single Cruiser back then uh you usually I was in a two-man unit beautiful um all great has did you uh run the radio or drive we switched up every day yeah beautiful yeah beautiful so tell me what was the most dangerous call you think you ever on in your whole 19 years up there Lot Party call up on each block I think it was what street it was came down the street uh got a call for people drinking on the on the stoop we approached the house immediately we saw four car four car doors close and a group of four people walk away from the house um so right then and there me and my partner were both alarmed with like yeah it looks like he might be carrying something one person went off behind the house I followed him behind the house it was about 4 in the morning um I went behind the house it was dark he couldn't see me I couldn't see him I did have my flashlight I finally started looking around and he was holding a gun in his hand whoa started chasing him and we have the perimeter fence there's a wood fence U breaking up the back of the yard and the front of the yard just a wooden you know the 8 by F whatever it is 8 by6 fence yeah and he hit the chain Le fence perimeter fence turned around with a gun in his hand um I thought he was going to shoot me but I was already in the air and I put him through the wooden fence all brawled I put him in handcuffs gun went flying and the entire host dubbed odog me and my father wow you know that's an that's an interesting scenario right so you're facing a guy with a gun in his hand right now you know we've seen we've seen some incidents where you know some cops get little little hanky and they start blasting away right now you know the thing is you know and I taught deadly force uh in with DEA but it all comes down to your perception of the threat true correct right he had a gun right but you did not at that particular moment in time did not perceive that as a threat oh no no I perceived it definitely as a threat why chasing I was running and I I I was already in the air like tackling him off the fence it was so it was too fast for me to transition to process right but I'm just saying when you did turn see him with the gun right there was that Split Second where you could have been in a shoot don't shoot situation right yeah but I was going right through him right down and then there was a all out brawl big big ass brawl right yeah he got away with my uh handcuffs on oh did he really jeez but you recover the gun I hope right got the gun FRS on it but we got some DNA but yeah blood or something like that and it was they couldn't say whose blood that was because was it all overall yeah so did you guys was the camaraderie really good when you guys were on the job you know the was Patrol yeah Absol it it's just like the military you're on a you're on a team I got you back I might not like you right and when something happens I got you back no matter what we're all blue when [ __ ] hits the fan we're all blue you gota right exactly and that's that's the thing I that's the that's the way it should be right I mean obviously I mean of course we've heard some stories but we'll get into but so the camar was good how about the upper brass how was the upper brass the upper echelon do they have much to do with you guys on the ground you know Patrol officers I had was fortunate enough to have some great bosses in my career um wanted two shitty bosses but uh fortunate to have some great great supervisors and they really care me I'm not saying like overly but you know I enjoyed working for him good that that's that's good I mean it seems in your case you had a very uh active career you had good camaraderie you had good supervisors no one was messing with you right and supervisors mess with me but there's always one shitthead right there's always a few right I mean but then then they're the they're us they're usually the blue flamers and they're looking to get to lieutenant or captain or whatever quick so you just have to it's like a wave one wave comes you just ride it and you you know hopefully the next supervisor will be better I mean I went through that all the time yeah so um all right so then all of a sudden you're you're working your tail off and then you get injured can you tell our audience about your injury yeah uh well after Rock per went down time for a couple years then I ended my career in East Boston oh you went to East okay yeah so uh I was there for like four five four years five years wow down sou for two I was doing I was divorce separated at the time and uh my wife was living in my house at Rosendale at the time so I wanted to do a detail near the house so I could swing by see my daughter you know try to make things work for me sure near the house I grab lunch see my daughter go to the gym and work out later and I was working at Ukraine and H par right fors right there yeah and I was watching traffic I was on a sidewalk it was a busy place I mentioned the guy you should be uh to the the super said you should be unloading behind the fence or behind the building right a busy spot and you he uh you know some construction workers try to throw the weight around tell me about it I'm just uh cleaning the things up while Tred to be a ball buster right like okay so I'm guessing like now it's on you right you're assuming responsibility of the truck trucks unloading in the front I already told you shouldn't be unloading in the front Okay uh and then a dump truck lost control the driver I I don't know if he had a heart ATT I heard he had a heart attack or diabetic coma not sure what really happened right um opposite side of the street uh lost control he blacked out went through a truck and I was on the other side of the truck so when he hit I turned around I started running and I dove and I got cracked on my right side from the truck or from another from the whole tsunami of Steel that was coming at me oh my god wow so this was a detail this was an actual detail you were working I was working oh wow okay well just so happened we got we got a little video of that might play it no I mean it it starts out you know um you know it starts off from let's see you can you can narrate this if you want oh right there on the trucks on the wrong side of the road all right so so let's go back a little bit so I know we can't zoom in for some reason so you're talking about this truck right here that's on the wrong side of the road right yes this dump truck right there yep right there with the orange correct yeah so he's coming down he's on the opposite side of the road right what the hell is he doing medical emergency he doesn't know what he's doing he's having him oh he oh okay let so and you're down so I know we can't see but you're down over down there by the uh by the white van the white van parked on the left side yeah that Van's unloading I'm on the other side of it you're on the right side of it other side of it The Far Side The Far Side all right so let's see what happens here just keep your eyes people on the further down where the intersection is is that H parav right there or the Grange this is H parav the camera is right at dunking donuts right on H par okay all right all right here we go guys this should bring back memories for rogy rogue here we go so this B Dodges and he goes this all right here we go hits the van boom there it goes I think went over me too I don't know though damn wow iy I I just knew it hurt and it still hurts I'm sure it does and we have Let's see we do have something to show here for our people uh let's see what this looks like right here here we go check this out people look at this so can you explain a little bit let me see if I can get this any uh I guess I can't can I get any bigger no I can't but why don't you explain what we're looking at here right now I can see some metal yeah that's my first neck fusion that's uh C5 six and seven that I know it well and those and what those are the brighter white is that you're saying that's a plate in screws holding my neck together okay now I couldn't get the other photo for some reason comes out like a a movie and I won't accept it as a movie but what else did you have done uh the later went in and went up another level yeah I've had three procedures on my right elbow four my shoulder and they're they G to start doing my left arm for nerve damage yeah so getting a lot of nerve decompression surgeries W uh but it's workman's compensation it's always a mess with the paperwork sure it is and city of Boston self-insured so Boston police is paying all the bills and I try to get authorizations for it's just a pain wow so how long did this keep you out Javi I've been out I got retired August 2nd last month so and that then when was um when was the accident May 6 2019 so go ahead I'm sorry sorry about that sorry for interrupting you no I I'm I'm the one that interrupts go ahead the nerve damage it's my hands are asleep inner parts of my arms um my left arm is getting worse so they're going to start doing some nerve alner neuropathy surgeries or something like that and uh my legs fall asleep every once a while not too bad uh I have some pretty bad back pain sometimes like I was in stuck in bed for three months and then when I feel better I go ride a bike I go run I try to be active didn't matter four hours after that did you really yes I try to do whatever I can absolutely wow that's that's amazing my friend amazing well so that Kip so from 2019 till you just retired I mean you hadn't you've been dealing with these injur because the hell you can't be chasing down guys with guns right well I never said I wanted to retire they said you have nerve damage down your right arm you're a mess right now basically right exactly we can't give you a firearm you can't control the trigger properly and they're 100% correct carry I don't carry a firearm anymore I just have it in my house for home protection good for you good for you I I it would be irresponsible for me to carry right now I can't I don't I'm not secure like the grip in other words the grip are you talking about when you to grip the uh gun trigger control right right the trigger you got to pull the slack out of the trigger there's plenty of times on the street where I pulled out the slack I'm trying to figure out do I shoot do I not shoot sure and working in Boston that's gonna happen all the time maybe not these other Suburban areas but no it happens a lot I can tell you right now I'm definitely not in Canton definitely not in Canton which is which this is this is a great transition so I I did not know you were in John's class that's amazing so trigger controls one thing with a firearm and they said they can't be responsible for me accidentally shooting somebody I would never want to do that either no decided to retire me all right so let's talk about John O'Keefe as you met him while you were in the did you know John prior to the academy or met in the academy uh just met him in the academy great guy right um strong dude like athletic great guy uh hard worker smart by the book uh and I had a pleasure of working with him and being in Academy with him I didn't work with him too much but I'd see him at like special events know just what's up sure so um well let's let's get into it how did you learn about this tragic death how how' you learn I got a phone call one day I was in Norwood and somebody said J ke that I said what I I couldn't believe it I was like okay what happened and I thought it was on the job right and I said what happened and he said John O um got backed over by his girlfriend in Canton and I was like backed over by his girlfriend in Canon just didn't make sense so in other words without knowing anything a little bell was going off in your head uh yes and that day I remember snowstorm I went down to the location and nobody was there you mean you went to 34 Fairview I did and nobody was there I I expected a crime seat to be up hello right did you um did you know who lived at 34 Fairview uh at the time no somebody just told me where it happened and I drove by because I'm okay maybe seven minutes from yeah you come right across right you come right across over from uh right where'd you go down East Street right exactly yeah so um so as the story evolved what what were you thoughts like what were you thinking as you kept hearing the story uh tragic horrible tragic accident right right and whatever I heard I was like people immediately started calling her cop killer and right did it didn't sit well with me his funeral was coming coming up I was planning on going and I didn't go because I didn't like that people were calling her a cop killer um I had by accident with a truck and I get it it sucks have some injuries but that was an accident you know what I mean right immediately I was like it could have been an accident right you know what I mean you think she meant to run him over and I'm like there's accidents that happened with motor vehicles and sure you one she was overcharged in the court case immediate right exactly I believe so well as we know now with you know 2020 sh they they immediately yeah disregarded the the murder too but I guess what I was saying before we get to that how did you feel knowing how you got hit right compare your injuries with how you saw Jon's injuries when they finally came out what what did you think about that inconsistence um I got hit by a truck I had broken bones I have screws in my neck I wasn't bleeding wow I mean don't get me wrong it's different accidents everything happens differently I wasn't there so it just didn't make sense things didn't fall in order I didn't like it didn't sit well with me that people were calling a cop killer I'm like may maybe it was an accident I don't know exactly um even you know I you know I hate to say this because the guy is well-liked but even Greg Long came out within three days said you know she killed him and this case is over with I mean okay but it was pretty uh to me pretty obvious if the Boston police had taken a little bit of uh interest in this um I I don't understand why but I I guess from your perspective do you have any re reason why the Boston police seem to have taken a a hands-off uh approach to this I don't have an explanation okay what I could tell you is I'm pretty disappointed with Canon police and State Police um I think if they did a thorough job there'd be a lot of answers right and there would be Justice for j o Keefe unfortunately the my perspective right now it's they dropped the ball and I don't think there's there will ever be Justice for John O'Keefe right so make believe that you are the first responder that that morning on the midnight shift because you probably had many calls like that accidents and stuff like that you're getting off shift you and your partner arrive you see the three women there including Karen and you see John how would you have handled that situation with with your partner differently from the Canton First Responders if you could comment well first of all we would never I I don't think I have ever left a crime scene just left like a hom homicide accident whatever it is right not leaving that scene if State Police wants to take it over we'll stay here until state police shows up that's how I've been taught I've been doing a lot of homicides though I have a lot of experience in Boston time and I wasn't a sergeant I was a patrol officer I knew my job I'm going to run around put put up the tape it wasn't blizzard um another thing I would have done was each host in Canton in Norwood I'm in Norwood right now every fourth of July there's these 10 by1 tents in everybody's yard sure if I was on KPD I would have knocked on some doors excuse me we just had an accident outside sorry to bother you it's 4: or 5 in the morning whatever time it is um you know that 10 by10 tent you have uh in your garage oh yeah I got one of those yeah can I can I get it I'll write we'll write your name on it and we'll give it back to you at the when we're done with it now we those try to conserve the prime scene and uh don't abandon the scene and I would have probably done a protective sweep right exactly right protects the sweep because the way John was found no winter cat on right uh a shoe missing his face was badly beaten you know the eyes and no matter what you didn't no one knows you're the first officer on the scene you see this you're and you hear the you hear his girlfriend say I dropped them off at that party I mean the logical thing is something happened inside that house maybe there's other victims maybe there's a triple homicide who the hell knows maybe John got out with his life and just collapsed right that's a protective sweep so a PR sweep is it's a very limited search sure you go in the house hey sorry to bother you I gotta walk through the house make sure that we just we just found a body on your front line right make sure that there's nobody else that needs medical assistance right you have every right to do that legally as a police officer so you walk through make sure that there's no other people people that need assistance and if you find a crime scene uh you freeze the place and then there'll be uh doing search warrants sure there's no crime scene perfect that's it they're involved right and you know that would have been have that would have alleviated a lot of doubt that people today still have had they just done that one act said Hey listen we got to do a protection sweep here but here's the thing have here let's do it reverse we all know who owned that house if you 19 years on the job this guy had almost 30 would you come out of that house I would think I'm coming out of the house absolutely but at the same time I wasn't there if if some I found a body on my front line or they found a body on my front line I think I'd be I'd be like yo um come through come to my house right walk through my house here's my phone don't let my my uh fiance see those text messages and new pictures please right there you go there you go how about this your sister-in-law comes in knocks on the door and says hey guys Javi uh John's outside I mean would it'd come out then too right you still got the cops out there you got the firemen yeah I would I would think so but again I wasn't really there right I would think I'd like to but right I don't know did they scoop him up take him he's already gone I don't know right but as out of Cur listen out of curiosity we know we know what the scene was like but just out of curiosity I mean yeah what's he gonna do nothing but if you're the homeowner and you're a Boston cop no no and your sister-in-law found a Boston cop uh I believe that the First Responders came to the door and they were right there in the doorway talking so I don't know yeah that's fine that's fine okay let's see here uh so did you when did you stop when did you start doubting the hit and run Theory or did you did you doubt it well first I was there like day one I was like this doesn't make sense that I'm not saying it's not possible Right I'm just saying both sides don't make sense to me true the Commonwealth doesn't make sense the defense doesn't make sense okay and I'm been in law enforcement I like to go on facts so the way I look at it I knew Karen Reed was getting off I knew she was gonna I called a hung jury and I knew that she beat some charges that's what happened um and then then I don't Point myself at anybody else yet I want I hear that there's a federal investigation I want to see what they do okay well we know they we know they contributed to Crime Scene reconstruction that's for accidents they PID them close to a half a million dollars yeah that's the federal government they clearly thought that Karen was innocent just by that just by that that alone um I guess my next question to you is what's you think of Jon's injuries on his right arm yeah inconsistent I haven't seen uh just doesn't make sense know what I mean it's inconsistent I mean I mean you've seen I'm sure you've seen plenty of accidents hit runs pedestrians uh bike you know people on bikes your own accident something that you said to me back when we were speaking John had Cuts in his face right the Commonwealth is saying that he only got hit in his arm you got hit by a damn truck you had broken bones did you have Cuts in your face I didn't I uh I covered up pretty well yeah well this is the thing you said you didn't even bleed I mean and approximately how fast you would you estimate that truck was going that caused that I don't know uh it's a little different because there was a big mass of Steel coming at me right not just a it was a dump truck with a a van that was a hood ornament now um right so it wasn't going as fast but it was a l lot of force coming out I think it was going 24 25 miles an hour probably 20 okay right so kind of similar right also I had my rain jacket and the the rain jacket was ripped up destroyed um okay so that could have saved most of the brasion I had slight abrasions right but I did that rain jacket which helped me out sure that that's true John had like a a long sleeve hoodie and another shirt on but you know and that was cut up too but if they had puncture they had puncture holes you know they were puncture holes um yeah so uh what did you think of forget about the Canton side of the house but what did you think of the mass day police investigation as a whole uh pretty poor why do you say that I mean why do you say that oh one you have a homicide you got to get out there I don't care if it's snowing whatever get out there they're probably saying oh you have a blizzard we're short-handed have homicide detectives on call at all times go do your job get there and if you need more Trooper we have an officer down go help him out do your job right and the first thing I would I would have made sure Kon stayed there too exactly and they knocked on doors um asked all the residents if they have any uh surveillance cameras on their house um ring cameras I don't know how many homicides I was on when when they're like the bosses are they like yeah we got to go knock on doors even if they don't answer they don't want to talk to the police we're you knock on that door we're checking off that door that nobody responded this that I didn't see any surveillance cameras on the house and you say this person didn't respond but yeah there cameras detectives could respond to that host later I mean let's face it all the shows we watch now you know with the SVU uh Chicago PD all that stuff right it's always a complete canvas knocking on doors and pulling all kinds of video Street videos uh store videos whatever it just seems that this was just like you know one big cluster just a big cluster the fact that these two guys bragged buenik and Proctor they actually brag no we did not go to the crime scene how can you as a I mean you on your Duty time went to the crime scene I I did I drove by I he was a classmate I an officer's down I wanted I wanted to know what was going on I I didn't get any answers but right so did you did you expect to see a crowd of people out there you know just mauling around and you know in a in a show of camaraderie because that's what happens when a bosson when a cop goes down yeah you're bringing you're bringing friends over you're bringing food whatever I'm just saying did you find it weird that you were the only guy out in the street at that time it it was a blizzard you know um right I get it but when I got hurt they Shi out the jway to get me to the hospital as fast as they can sure and sure I appreciate everything that Boston did for me I appreciate what EMS did for me right what bman women's I worked with Brigman women's for years oh yeah there they did a hell of a job they saved my father during covid and that's why I ran a marathon in four hours because that's amazing I wanted to pay back the hospital than Spalding they helped me out a lot they saved my dad I said I'm gonna take a lot of ibuprofen 800s and try to run it I be profen 800s yeah I used to take those like chicklets man I pump those all the time it's amazing I had to to get through it but right um so let me ask you a question was it high for you to come on the show tonight a little hesitant or what do you think a little hesitant even PE people don't like yeah people don't like talking to media especially forcement and you're you're told don't speak to Media don't speak to Media you know what I just watch Justin for J keeth what whatever that is right exactly do you think at this point all through this investigation that he got any justice at all no no no that's that's that's a great point and you know these are cops you and I were cops you know we know there was no justice given to that poor man and um you know obviously you know the fact that I don't know why I just a lot of people ask me you know okay so you have John is a fallen officer right and we have a court case going on and there's a an incredible amount of support for Karen Reed obviously why couldn't guys from the Boston Police Department come over and show support for the O A that's perfect K that's perfect sorry about that for the O family well when I look at this case it's kind of like being a Republican and Democrat that's true Kon split the whole City's split right split I'm a republican you're a Democrat no matter what you say to me I'm not gonna change your mind you're not gonna change my mind that's true and it's it's tough I'm trying to look at the facts I I want to know what happened to him right and I'm open to anything right I'm open to uh Karen Reed backing into him but you got to prove it exactly also if you do charge her don't overcharge her right because uh accidents do happen just like like if that guy killed me in my accident it's an accident you can't charge him with murder right [ __ ] happens no no intent right no intent and meditated right you got to look at this stuff now you saw the videos obviously from CF McCarthy's and at the waterfall it didn't look that there was any animosity between them in both places in fact all the people that were with them said they were fine right I agree you know so there's no motive what to whatsoever you know and it's um I don't know I just to me do you think it might have been a rush to judge I mean a rush to get her arrested just to close out this case AB yeah they just you know they just did whatever they could to pin it on her or say she was the one do you think let me ask you a question you think there was any framing into any frame job I I I I don't know okay and you know what all I do is I'm looking at Ken Reed at her case there holes in it right she's gonna beat the case oh yeah if they take her to court again to trial again now with the birb case going on and some of these detectives getting suspended this that she there's even less of a chance of her getting right because I I truly believe Javier that there's going to be a great advantage to Karen from The Fallout of birchmore of the birchmore case and uh you know I said about a month and a half ago uh it was actually on hoa's radio show that the FBI was heavily involved in birchmore and I got laughed at because it was known that the birchmore case was reopened by the the Attorney General of Massachusetts the AG of Massachusetts right well I definitely had information and everyone say yeah yeah Sean you're always wrong you this and and of course we all know now that they grab Farwell and he's now under indictment possibly facing the death penalty and here's the rub so here's the rub the FBI had to do the locals job that you know as a as a Boston cop how embarrassing that has to be right it has to be embarrassing um yeah that that's not a good look no and we also know no I mean you don't have to you don't have to be on the inside loop when you have the US the well Josh Levy sending over his team of investigators to investigate all the state police Troopers that investigated all the witnesses were interviewed by them not only that Javi they were brought into a Federal grand jury it's unheard of it's it's it's never done and they also targeted the da and the thing is this and you know how the politics work for them to take a huge swing right at the State Police you know the almighty State Police what do you guys call them the Hollywood cops a good buddy of mine says they call him the Hollywood cops I I love that guy his his code name is Shamrock believe it or not and I actually think he's an Italian but that's a good cover for him he says tell the ask ask your guest tonight if he knows about the Hollywood cops I said yeah I will yeah so um yeah that's a big big swing to not connect how can they live and operate in this city now Boston by knowing that they took a big swing at the uh at the uh Mass state police and the da and mess with all those uh Witnesses for the case they can't come up with uh they can't come up with nothing they have to like I said they were on on birchmore like like like uh fly and fly paper that's how that's how much they're on and they can't look at that affidavit that's amazing that young agent two years on the job today wasn't even wasn't even in the academy when when uh John got killed Andor sander burchman her baby so they they're on to something harv they definitely are no about it um so I guess the feeling I guess the elephant in the room comes out now did you know Brian Albert at all uh I did I so around I never really worked with him right and I mean so you saw so used The Fugitive unit Sergeant detective there I knew you ran a show there uh he was in a gang unit too or something like that of course yeah gang unit I yes uh yeah I'm just a police officer sure it's it's funny how things are on the police department sure some I'm not saying all cops are there some people that are too good to put on a uniform right right right I'm not too good to put on a uniform I could put on and go to work and answer Radio Calls right people I wouldn't overseas with a guy that came back from Iraq he's put on a uniform yet and he's a Boston cop yeah maybe put on a uniform here and there for the first year and he's been in specialized units the whole time and you're you dimes right that's a big dime that that's that's when you talk about dimes and people go what's a dime what's a dime that's you know people that you call connections you have and these authors will tell you how great they are they're am officers right just do the family tree know what I mean do the family tree and see where the politics line up and right your uncle and you'll figure out why you're in a specialized unit and you never got out of one so I know a lot of people asking what a dime is so if someone said to you yeah man that guy has a big dime that would mean pull Rabbi you know clout backing what what would you call it your uncle cousin's a politician your uncle's a captain or something right yeah preferential treatment day off if I need a day off oh [ __ ] no I'm denying your day off Jesus guys are flying around to every uh unit they want so that in itself would cause some type of I don't know heartache with the with the regular ground troops right when it a little bit uh [Music] I I I thought I was a competent officer right uh physically I think I did well on the street um took a lot of guns off the street yeah uh but I'm not too good to put on a uniform you were still happy doing what you were doing beautiful right you wanted to you wanted that you wanted that guy right right um I I don't think Brian was uh I don't believe Brian was uh that long on the street was he as a as a patrolman no clue uh you gotta start off as Patrol I just don't know did um I think it was the game that he went to The Fugitive unit right do you think Brian had a had a dime oh AIT minut I have no think like I I don't know him very well right so I really can't comment on him uh I see him around they you know cordial hey what's up right never really hung out with them so I I yeah but I know that there's plenty of officers and oh that dude's got a big dime he goes the gang unit oh I don't like the gang unit anymore I I want to be a kid officer right and get any job they want so one of your uh Confederates there my friend one of your one of you because they' been hitting me all day Sean tell us who it is we'll tell you if he's a good guy I said no I'm telling you he's a good guy I'm not giving you his name I'm getting hit they said okay ask her if he knows about the Boom Boom Room oh I heard of it yes never been there good for you so they said they said tell us about the Boom Boom Room Javy they closed it down before I got there okay good job good all right apparently it was an after hours party okay so yeah so if cops getting off the uh three 11 shift that's where they go and blow off some steam well this guy said it was everybody it was not just off it was nurses nurses it was everybody it was so St strippers not strippers I have no clue I was it there so so this guy goes he says you know most guys push it they go there around 12 1220 Brian would get there about 10 o'clock he just wanted to be there just leading the charge you know so anyways but that was down the street from the warehouse that was uh that was in the early 2000s I got on 2005 okay yeah so yeah he said that uh yeah that was down by the the evidence Warehouse with the drugs and whatever weapons and whatever you got out there so on uh High Park there you go beautiful beautiful High Park AV um so I I okay so I know you didn't know much of a but how was his reputation on the job uh he was in The Fugitive unit that's a very highly respected unit right there you want to stay there and if you get kicked out of there you want to go back there right okay it's a very well respected job yeah and during this case I heard a lot of heay right okay right on both sides sure I I don't know what to believe what I mean okay well let's put like this um did you ever hear about the beatdowns that he he was known for Duty off duty uh I don't want to put you I don't want to put you on the spot but you if I don't ask I'm not going to get the question I mean the answer but but I mean I'm a city kid I I I've been on some off duty scraps sure right yeah but City kid you're gonna get into some off duty scraps right right so here's my question ja you are a city kid how's a kid from Canton get that much dime that much juice you know you know exactly what I'm talking about right I get what you're inferring oh come on man he's a [ __ ] [ __ ] from Canton you know that you know what they say about kids from Canton stop the [ __ ] the thing is we have residency of Boston right oh big [ __ ] it was it was a flop house with 100 guys down then 600 feet from Pat E's house come on I know exactly where where he had his Flop House he said on the stand he lived his whole life in Canton right there in the stand he said I live my whole life in Canton that piece of [ __ ] I I'll say it for you my friend we have guys from all over Massachusetts all over hey Kyle dugall from Florida Mass yeah I don't know where that is it's way out the way out in the west up by Lee and uh North Adams and I don't know way the hell out there yeah I didn't know that there was but Florida Mass A1 District A1 downtown well that's A1 that's right he's another kid detective now was he gonna be a sergeant well you yeah right so um so you know it's like um was it tough breaking into okay so I know you were do you think it was tough to break into Brian's gang unit a it's a fugitive unit by the way oh that's right the fugitive so yeah yeah so yeah it's it was more like a gang you know getting busted down but uh I guess what I'm saying is uh how how did how did guys get in there like how did Eddie Hernandez get in there uh I don't know uh what I'm saying is in each unit there's guys that do work hard that deserve the position sure every other job right yeah that work hard that deserve the position right there guys that kiss a lot of ass we know those guys we know those guys yes then you have the guys that are connected that my UNC my uncle's the senator whatever it is sure exactly right it's just like every other job yeah that you could ever imagine you know you know you're gonna have a lot of I mean seems a lot more prevalent in Boston because of the nepotism right because of I don't know because of the city connections right and I'm just saying how is this kid other than him being a marine he spent all his time playing he wasn't playing in the park leagues like you were he wasn't in The Sandlot dugouts right in the city youth leagues like you were growing up right fighting fighting to get home Mak you sure your bike doesn't get stolen right he grew up in [ __ ] Deval field the little pansies going down boom boom Marini tell him to do 50 yard Sprints that's it and he went then he went to zavarian now you went to Trinity and now that's pretty damn good brother down in Connecticut yeah Harford Connecticut look at you buddy look at you did you run into uh John's brother I think Paul was down there Paul graduated from Trinity I believe I'm not sure yeah I don't know maybe he did maybe I get the story wrong but that's a great wherever the hell he went nice that's literally done played all the same sports did uh mix martial arts Jiu-Jitsu all that stuff together both Jiu-Jitsu he went into the police uh police academy I got pissed off so I went in the boot camp then I finally got on the police academy we worked together on Boston and uh [ __ ] if you went to a different College I probably would have went there too it's just that's interesting that's not that's not an easy school to get into I I know that Trinity that's a high school um so so I guess what I'm saying so you you're you're a mixed martial art guy you you know you you know that stuff so wasn't Brian I'm surprised you weren't recruited to go to his unit okay this is where it got a little mixed up last time right yeah there's mixed martial arts and then there's different Arts there's boxing T all this other stuff right yeah right a boxer and I said on a couple of uh Facebook groups I said right he goes into a MMA gym this 14 15 year old kids that'll fly around him right exactly and an MMA guy goes into a boxing gy they're gonna get smoked there's two different games right and it's difficult to if you you play one game yeah you well in the other game but somebody that's in that game right yeah especially MMA you're just bearing down on guy's legs you're just kicking the kicking his legs kicking his legs taking out his legs I mean a boxer a boxer needs his legs you know exactly so I mean he's proficient in boxing I know he in boxing well his wife said no his wife said on the stand Brian he's not a tough guy he's not a boxer that's pretty bad that's what his own wife said I don't know about that big Bry your own wife gave you up my friend well my understanding is that he boxed yeah I get it he's not a professional boxer no I'm sure he would smoke the normal person on the street right right also in the Marines and I was in the Marines yeah he's older than me so I went in the Marines 23 years ago almost 24 years I mean that [ __ ] wears off real quick right so I mean didn't seem like with him and gouie and uh and Timmy Walsh and whoever the other happy H yeah guys were now were you Inn the 125 afterwards no you know do you know about the 125 up New Hampshire well yeah that the the weapons thing or whatever it is I guess I guess they're all all part of that whole unit or something like that I don't know yeah yeah yeah they call it the Marines with badges group yeah I don't do the they're like oh why don't you join the Marine Corps Boston police group and I'm like uh that was 20 years ago right exactly right how about the uh how about the Marine Corps uh lunch and parties you ever go to those November 10 no November 10th I have gone to uh the birthday D cookies yeah Philadelphia oh really okay to see some guys that I went overseas with okay there so yeah but but if Brian knew you were the Marine Corps would you say hey man you know Ur ra simplify all that [ __ ] do that I'm like ah that was 20 years ago uh I I don't even have I can remember those days me right and and and how about this you take a picture you keep your hand up I don't do that no you're because you're a real cop that's why right well the thing is it's some people that I've worked with right and I think it might be some of the the brainwashing that the Marine Corps does or something I don't know training intense training it is int well you know Paris Island right you went to Paris Island love the trading right some guys are 60 years old they still think that they're lead mean Fighting Machines and they can run through wall and I'm like yo slow down bro right exactly that you know speaking of Real Deals right and I got a real deal right in front of us this guy right here Glenn Pio he went and did about four uh tours uh between Iraq and Afghanistan man so GL Glenn P huh I said thank you for your service yeah and Marine Marine he was in Paris Island with uh I guess this guy would know if uh if Brian was a boxer Timmy Stanton he was in boot camp with Timmy Stanton Timmy Timmy's the real deal boxer yeah right s in um he had his gym in brain tree and he his hands he big dude man he's a big dude monster he reminds me ging oh really okay yeah Sean both monsters yeah man Sean uh yeah yeah uh my brother used to uh uh spy with Shawn uh over in Brockton and ston he said he said man he had a heavy heavy hand heavy hand Sean gadon I used to train with him all the time um yeah and what an athlete what now the guy um who he fight ju Julius juices whatever what's like a juicy something the huh Kimbo Slice yeah Kimbo Slice [ __ ] what a fight that was holy Joe Rogan who has the biggest podcast ever yeah I think I'm gonna get on his show by the way did you hear that I did not hear that yeah yeah that be that'd be something awesome wouldn't it yeah Joe Rogan so he's out of uh Rhode Island right so he knows all the local mixed martial arts guys and he's and you know he commentates for UFC sure and he's a black beled Brazil Jiu-Jitsu so he's accomplished sure he said that fight Kimo slice and Sean Ganon was the best fight he's ever seen yeah bear knuckle man be knuckle I I worked with him in East boss oh my God I led working with that guy yeah seemed like a really really good kid you know sad how how's a kid that that in such good shape die of a hot attack all of a sudden I just he uh he ca uh he blew up a little after okay gotcha he got a little older and me and my brother were trying to get him back in the gym yeah yeah we're getting him back in the gym we're working out again and you know he's just 380 pounds you know what I mean that big oh huge wow wow I was probably 220 at the time and I'm like he's twice by more than twice by size right yeah well not twice like one and a half times yeah that's pretty big then that's pretty big yeah right so let's let's kind of transition because I want to get back to a few things but just real quick with that Glenn saying so he's saying in regards to birchmore watch Mel and little this guy Mark bero right great guy uh either missed it but they were unaware that John Fanning who's the trooper who interviewed um Matt Farwell was forly a stoen police officer before joining the state police so the the the whole idea is when Fanning interviewed the main suspect and knew that there was a a sexual relationship with the woman that they just found hung he interviews him in a parking lot right state trooper former stoen former stoen cop interviews him in a parking lot and and refers to Matt he just I interviewed Matt at the CVS parking lot whatever the hell parking lot was how I'm professional can that be yeah uh not not good yeah and and state police detective but I would think that you do that professionally you do that you go down the the the station or the the CPAC unit you do a a full right and it's not Matt it's Mr Farwell or officer detective Farwell you don't put in Matt off duty detective yeah whatever right yeah and then you got the guy in the middle of both cases this guy Nick Gino right you might know he was a n guy he's tently tently uh affiliated with u Gino's Bakery but he's not really he just went there during the Summers and rolled D because I believe it's his it's his uncle that's related to the Ginos and he just had a summer job he's going to have to get a full-time job when he goes back there because this guy not only messed it up in the recase but Javi he messed he missed 32,000 plus text between firewell and the victim sand B how how do you miss 32,000 texts that's I have no clue and he's the guy that you have to believe because he said so that John o'keef didn't go in the house at 34 Fairview because he said so he's the guy that misses 32,000 oh uh Matt I I loved our day back in April of uh 2000 you know when she was 15 how do you miss that statutory rape how do you miss that yeah and the F and the FBI had to do the his job and you got him he controls two shows out there he controls the GPS and he controls the ways data and it's because of him it's because of him Javier that they say we have to believe him because he was the all knowing for data but yet a year before that he couldn't find 32,000 texts he also couldn't find in in the read case the famous house long to die in cold at 2:27 in the morning yeah I mean this smells really really bad just poor police work or there's also officer discretion officer uh not discretion officer uh what do you call it courtesy it's kind of like oh yeah oh you know yeah I'm hearing you you don't do any courtesy when a body's involved right especially a body of a Boston police officer right exactly so you do your job you do it thoroughly especially when a body's involved right you think they gave Brian a pass because of his dimes um it could have easily been oh yeah that's Brad's house so we're not going to go in oh he's a cop he's good and it could have been anything could have happened right anything could have happened because pent State Police dropped the ball right and as we both know more than that you know what I mean I want to see are the feds gonna come up with anything I want to see that I think you're gonna see that they will oh by the way did you hear any rumors that the feds were all over Boston interviewing cops or anything like that so I heard they had a office in Boston a at at command Central wherever the hell you guys have your big building there uh when to Plaza in Ro there you go there you go beautiful right down the street from JJ Foley right yeah yeah I I don't go to JJ foy's man you seem to you seem to been a very smart dude man you oh very dumb at the same time don't don't get it wrong no but let's face it man you worked the midnight shift so the best you could do was have breakfast with the guys right right then you had to go home try to get some sleep and get ready for the next night right I mean you doing doubles every day if you're a cop you're doing doubles that's yeah that's right you got it right try to hit the gym train some Jiu-Jitsu take it out for two hours go back to that's true that's when you're young man you can do that yeah I can't do that anymore no no it's true so so the thing is we have an overlap we got well first of all we have Canton canton's Ground Zero it seems like if you want to you want to get get covered on a homicide or if you want to you know not get uh get uh turned in just commit something and can't you'll cover it right but no I guess what I'm saying do you think you would have gotten to shake like Brian did you think they would have treated you or another let's put it like this another citizen they'd be in that house like like yesterday right I mean they'd have to be I would think so yeah I stand it right I'm Nord I I I get every once while I used to get pulled over and Nord for nothing and I'm like right uh why' you pull me over oh yeah and I'm like I'm on Boston you know like right yeah yeah professional courtesy whatever yeah courtesy you take care of people yeah but you can't go too far with that you gota watch no I can tell you right now from first firstand experience didn't work in my case one time as many times as I sto cops as a cop in DC once I knew their cop I hid my badge and name said you know my name is no officer I said okay see you later because I didn't want to get in trouble but I wasn't gon to lock up another cop unless he was a a real [ __ ] right you fail the attitude test right right and and the funny thing is uh when I pulled over cars that car that you pull over oh everybody knows a cop right right exactly easy way to get around that I used to be like oh I hate that cop yeah they'd be like yo do you know uh Flynn I'm like oh Brad Flynn yeah the tall guy yeah glasses yeah I hate him yeah there you go they just shut up immediately right usually it's just a rid of warning or whatever but sure well back in the day before cameras and all the cop had the biggest uh amount of discretion you know and my thing was if you pass the attitude test I don't give a [ __ ] you're a good [ __ ] you you're going go see you later I want to I want to fight crime but now today there's no more discretion you because of the cameras and all this other crap you gotta go you gotta you gotta lock people up you know yeah and a lot of people lose their jobs yeah they're being a little too drunk in public right that they shouldn't say let couple of racial words come out and boom that camera goes public and you're gono it's over with you're right man you're right so um so give me some thoughts uh Javier what do you think's going to happen with karon Reed 2.0 you think there's gonna be a trial a second trial there may well I could understand why they're GNA push for it the the the OK family right um I understand how it's split so I don't get mad at people if they have a different perspective I mean in the middle I just want to see where the evidence is right what I mean well the evidence the evidence seemed pretty light didn't you think uh yes I think there are holes in the story I guess what I'm saying is light in a way she was facing life the possibility of life in jail they only put on six witnesses to defend her that's that's pretty remarkable I think yeah I didn't think they had to put it on any witnesses there you go I think defense team could have just been like yeah uh we rest yeah give it to the jury let's see how this we rest yeah right yeah it it's I'm I'm gonna blame poor police work right and unfortunately I don't think we're gonna have Justice for ton o' Keefe that's sad right yeah um my question is was a poor police work or was it because it seems like Proctor really did a great job in this Brian Walsh case right is it poor police work or purposely done police work like purposely fudged whatever you want to say it could be both well you could look at it both ways right she said that she she said that she killed him so right what do I do I write it the report it's a wrap right exactly so that goes back to my question if you heard that if you heard her say that at 604 if I heard I'd be putting cuffs on her right then and there at least detain her at least detain her yeah and but but I understand that she's hysterical at the same time sure right her statements could be interrogatory sure right spontaneous uh you know whatever yeah but declarations it's she's in hysterics how can you really hold against her her mind is um I could I kind of feel feel like I I've been in her own situation CU after that accident I'm on medication I don't take my medication for panic attacks at night my head is spinning at night I can't and I don't know what the hell is going on and it's it's bad and I got to take my medication on a regular basis and to try and avoid it and I could manage my panic attacks but sometimes I have no clue what the hell is going on if I'm not on my medication just like the driver that hit me he blacked up exactly right exactly how many how many surgeries did you have have you uh two neck fusions four procedures on my shoulder three on my elbow and they're gonna start working on my left arm right they should have started paperwork I I don't know I'm and and and I just want to query you right so the Commonwealth is stating that the accident occurred by hitting his arm okay at 24 mil hour now you're an MMA guy you Center of mass is what you want you grab an arm I mean I I know you can do an arm hold and roll them over but Center a mass is where you're GNA get the whole body to move if you hit an arm it's gonna it's going to be swinging it's going to be right I mean the law of physics are if you want to hit someone you're gonna hit him Center Mass to to move them right yeah yeah if you if you want to shoot somebody you shoots at a ass right exactly but you know this thing with the armor is on a hinge is free flowing how can an arm how can you hit an arm and catapult someone 12 to 30 fet yeah that's a long distance I I don't get it yeah and then how do the cat and cops Miss 407 pieces of red plastic in three inches of snow with a snow with a leaf blower yet the state police with 2 and A2 fet as slow fine well it depends who you believe if you believe uh if you believe the first story by tul he found three or you believe him on the stand when he found six I can't know I don't know how it went from three to six but how do they find all that in three almost three feet of snow I mean I I don't believe both sides both sides don't seem right right um say you believe the defense right right and drive made it inside I do okay no yeah yeah no no try to like Devil's Advocate sure absolutely uh see he gets inside and there is a fight inside because that's their the defensive Theory and got a little too far he falls out a set of stairs buries his head okay and you think he's gonna die or whatever I don't know do you threw him on front lawn I wouldn't I mean what would you do what would you do I don't know I wouldn't throw him on the front lawn will you take him down a salty and put him in a put him a a freezer I I I I don't know what I'd do I'd probably call 911 right right saying it doesn't make sense right and so so I look at both sides and I'm like both sides don't make sense to me right now right and you know what I'd love to find out the answers I'm just trying to listen right right you're you're digging you're doing a lot of investigative work turtle boy doing a lot of investigative work right other people doing investigative work you know what I'm willing to listen sure sure and if any answers come out because of it that's great because right John's family to get a little piece right they'll never be the same but just a little piece Those kids deserve it yeah you're absolutely right um so do you think with the oi family if they were told that they were just sold a big bag of Lies do you think they'll accept the federals uh side of the house if they say we have the evidence that John was killed I think so yeah so if they're sold a big bag of lies right is that they've been hanging with the Enemy the last two and a half years right exactly so I think they would have to accept it right are they privy to more information that doesn't get into the courthouse right I know they are I don't know where that information that so let's let's make believe you're Paulo Keef right and you watch that whole trial and you see two guys that he was there he knew we all know now because the jury didn't know but those two guys were defending defending Karen saying that it was impossible for her to hit John and not only that but they were given the the the go the head the U they were given the authority to testify on behalf of the Department of Justice to a tune of $500,000 allegedly right yeah would if you're the sibling you are the brother right of a like say your brother got killed right God forbid and wouldn't you want to know hey pal why are you defending the person that the Commonwealth is saying killed my brother why are you defending what do you know that I don't know wouldn't you do that wouldn't you go down and say Hey sir Mr Levy you gotta let me know here wouldn't you do that I I agree I mean there's a lot of questions on both sides sure and I'm I I went downtown today I had to do some paperwork yeah I'm applying for my Visa in Columbia oh good spent some time down there I some friends of mine officers that I worked with and it was hey what do you guys think and I I think the department they have or guys I work with they're just waiting for more information to come out they said well guess what the Commonwealth took their big shot they missed they I mean that's the case I mean you think they held back uh I don't know I I mean you're supposed to bring everything out to the table to convict her yes right I mean that there's no more secrets I don't believe right I I don't know right uh where'd you go Javi Javi you there I can't hear you man yeah yeah sorry about that I just had to do something real quick no no problem man that's all right um yeah yeah they were supposed to take the big shot they took a big shot and I think the second the second trial they don't have as much ammo right you know people getting suspended some people might lose their jobs sure and it's what's their credibility now exactly exactly their credibility is can be questioned an officer Integrity is everything the first and last step of the Boston Police Academy is integrity that's all the cop has you lose it right you lose it it's over with yeah you're not valuable to the you can't testify in court no no you're giggly OED you got a jacket no prosecutor wants to take you like that guy Marty craf when when the judge uh coffee there I think her name was said don't ever let this guy come back in my courtroom that's pretty bad you know M you must have know mty right I worked with him you know what he's had a very colorful career and all I could say is I enjoyed working with him sure he officers backs he's not scared to make a decision right he's a working cop and do agree with one thing that he said on I think it was turtle boy or something he said uh working cops they're gonna have tabs which are sure jackets right right and oh oh yeah if if you're hiding and you just answer your radio calls and do the minimum and just do a police report you're not making any waves if pulling over cars searching cars looking for guns looking for drugs arresting people these guys don't want to go to jail right right not jumping in handcuffs exactly running yeah my uh yeah you're right I mean so my my first lieutenant said the same thing they're not complaining on you Sean you're not doing your job right but D after the 20th the 30th maybe the 40th complaint I mean you you got to start thinking hey bro you might be a good Ro worker but hey slow it down a little bit you know you know what I uh I got literally I transferred out of rock because they told me to slow it down right right because in two weeks I think I had a little situation with a firearm and somebody went through a window yep um whoops whoops hey the guy's alive I didn't shoot him right uh that was one and another one was a little fight he lost the fight and the other one was uh guy pulled a gun on me I tackled him thing and he got away with my handcuffs and after that they were like you were doing your job I and the thing is when you're doing a job you're gonna get complaints it's gonna happen true just H the guy getting away with my firearm with my handcuffs handcuffs right that's an internal investigation of course of course I and I'm like I didn't do anything anything wrong I didn't have control of them I'm getting surrounded by a party right right I'm surrounded by 20 people and it was an all out brawl until War officers showed up see it's funny how you say that because you know here's a situation where you were involved in a citizen cop type thing right but yet we know Brian beat up at least one cop he's a saer right now kicked his teeth out how do you hide that and how does IIA not investigate that um look at this I avoided all the Christmas parties right cause I'm probably that jerk that would knock out a sergeant that opens his mouth a little too much to me okay party when he when he thinks he's a tough guy with a couple of beers at him I think it was um I think it was a Marine Corps party yeah November 10th I avoid all of them yeah because Marines with some beers they turn into G there you go right in Brian's case he turns into John revolta he's picking up girls he's picking up uh he's got his crew behind him he's picking up wives then he bangs you out if you call him I mean what the hell I mean but anyways hey jav you always a pleasure man tell me something final thoughts what do you think what do you think how's this end up well I know ston they're going to clean house in stoen I know that they're going to start cleaning house in uh Canton I think the Canton that's so the Integrity of the detectives on the case for Karen Reed are shot now I think right so there's gonna be some questions there right so goes back to trial I think it's gonna be easier for her to beat the case absolutely right I mean full full a quiddle not guilty I I don't know okay I would say easy hung jury depends how they charge her too sure charge her with uh I'd say like degree murder I think that's a not guilty right um oh yeah charges I think and I I think it's the Lesser charges cwol has a better chance um of convicting but there's still plenty of holes in the whole story on both sides sure you know I appreciate that I like that I mean listen here's the bottom line um I wanted Carl dugall like you come on because you know he's he's as he's as much for guilty for her as I'm as not guilty for her right I just want to have a meeting hey KY you're a detective tell me what I'm missing just tell me what I'm missing what tell you right I get it I I uh I'm a Democrat start to a republican last night we met up and met went down the street with a couple of friends kicked he couldn't control himself couldn't have a conversation yeah that's crazy that is crazy it really is me and I'm just like I just said I was a Democrat these are my thoughts that's it yeah right my mind you're a Republican and you want to fight me now like shut up that's crazy yeah you know listen that's why you really can't uh discuss politics Church you know and the Karen Reed case right yeah this is another one right or Donald Trump right you know you leave that out but Hey listen Javi really listen I am so happy you took the the fact he's middle of the road um and I think it was great for him to come he's the only one that came up I put a thing out um on Twitter and the Facebook group you know real Justice for John get on the camera for this thing tonight the 2020 thing because it's a sham that means that means they're doing it for a f pH op the difference between the people in pink the Karen Reed supporters
