hasn't recovered it's still healing and thirdly you do realize that the Dodgers have gone through 12 starting pitchers so far this year right I mean I do realize you're saying well maybe Otani can pitch out of the pen but you're going to tell me that you're going to trust sh otani's arm to pitching coach Mark Prior again sent 12 Dodgers starters to the injured list this year you could literally make a sci-fi film out of Dodgers arms melting just like just like lowering Arnold Schwarzenegger into the molten medal at the end of Terminator 2 before he finally disappears no need for CGI all we but that is the state of American journalism in 2024 so take what I'm about to tell you about the Lakers with a fist full of salt Anthony Davis still wants to play power forward incen of Center so ESPN is claiming that Wizard center yonas uh Valen unus could be a Target could be by the way nothing is imminent nor have any actual trade discussions been confirmed they just took a random Center's name and threw it out there for everybody's consumption in other words there is a big chance that Dave McManaman is full of turd now we understand why the Lakers would want to servable serviceable Center to pair with Davis the Lakers tried two randos last year but according to a website called cleaning the glass Davis he only played for about he only played the four Davis only played power forward for about 921 possessions next to either Christian wood or Jackson Hayes what that means is is that Davis played 84% of his time on the floor as the Lakers only big man they did not give him the five that he's been asking for for years and by the way this offseason Lakers haven't even tried to address the need for another big man no vets the draft picks went to alleged three and D guys so I want to thank ESPN for keeping us up to speed on vacuous empty promises by the way they're not even going to have wood for a while the dude underwent a knee procedure recently you might wind up hamstring his foot now his back we have no idea if he's being held out for Sunday's game but uh we don't so we don't want to get ahead of ourselves but uh Dam you know at what point is Joey Bosa going
