Kenneth Elva Smith of Fargo is facing two felony counts of terrorizing according to court documents on August 19th police were dispatched to a Fargo residence for a disturbance uh neighbors gave a statement saying Smith was walking around carrying a can of gas threatening neighbors another neighbor said he was making slashing motions on his throat another person said they were scared to leave their house the suspect Kenneth Smith even called 911 stating he was about to murder his nosy ass Christian neighbors while being arrested he told an officer they should be effing very afraid I'm Neil Carlson reporting for I news.tv
