we're a small County like we're a small community and it just blows my mind shocked in complete shock um I work at a warehouse and I had on a helmet and I just threw my helmet off and ran into a truck so that I could make a phone call um he didn't answer so that's when I text and I was just like I'm leaving work um and I told my boss I was like this is happening bye and I just left I just I was running out of there I knew that I wouldn't be able to get in the school or get to him but I knew I had to get close I I knew had to be there yeah um on the way there there were a lot of parents traveling to the school um a lot of cars parked on the side of the street we couldn't get to the school exactly so everybody parked on the street and they just started walking and once we got closer to the school um officers were directing all the parents to go to the football field and wait for their kids there so that's where I went and when I saw him I was very very relieved
