FREDDI’s NOLA Food Stops

[Music] hey y'all this is a quick recap of my most recent trip to New Orleans it's a recap of food that is so I already spoke about Mother's restaurant and their gumbo I love their fried oysters those green beans and tomatoes that are on that plate there y'all off the chain I don't know what they do but I love it the next morning we woke up and we head it over to brunch we went to Brandon's I got gumbo y'all cuz I was on a gumbo kit for this trip I think I mentioned that before but my husband got one of their breakfast specials was like a shrimp creole type of dish on top of some hot cakes Sunnyside up eggs I'm not a Sunnyside person he is if he likes it I love it you know how that goes but to our surprise this banan's Fosters it's everything that you've ever heard of I mean it touches that sweet spot that sweet tooth everything you have to try it if you go there Bananas Foster Brennan's um Mr EDS so that evening we went over to Mr EDS and got some dinner um again I got some gumbo he got a shrimp po boy the drinks are also awesome here mm located right there in the French Quarter but that's my gumbo there just a little I don't know it's the r was really different than that at Mother's though but anyway it was still good the next morning we had it over to the Ruby Slipper where we got an omelette I got my cappuccino of course some breakfast potatoes we were trying to get into the Ruby Slipper that's over there in decada but couldn't get in so we ended up going up to Garden District and going to the one on Magazine Street but y'all I headed back over to Mother's again the day before we left yeah I had to do it again D going shame right New Orleans one of my favorite places
