and the Scarlet Knights of ruter well we hope you're as excited as we are for this one here come the charlet Knights the bison are looking for an upset in this one but Kirk I just don't see that happening Rutter looks no further than this young man when asked why they play such great defense his coverage ability allows his defense to take more gambles with blitzes and I don't think it'll be any different in this one you're absolutely right rut that's right r Howard is getting fired up down there as they get ready to boot this opening kickoff de return and it's a short kickoff number eight takes it at the 16 kickoff returned 18 yd number eight on the return they'll start this drive at the 34 at4 yd line number 13 comes to the line with three wide 391 [Applause] the counter brought down he's not your ordinary fullback this guy can move you bet he can I like this kid he's a heck of a football player they need to get him some more carage it's first and 10 ball on the 45 yd line Nel defense fullback on the inside here and the big fellow with some room tackle he got a really nice gain on that run I'm going to tell you I think the defense needs to make some adjustments maybe move eight or nine guys into the box coach maybe they can slow this running game down you're right Kirk heck I could run through those holes a backfield they'll throw on first down looking throws it out there complete and down he goes four yards on that play gain of four on the [Applause] play second and six ball the 36 36 yd line number 23 is in the zone and looking to make something happen makes a move and he's taken down well coach he picked up a few yards on that one brat tough running by this kid it's first and 10 ball in the 29 ruter comes out with an eye formation 391 they're going to pitch it and the big fellow with some room so the toss to the fullback goes for nine yain on the second and one coming up here and this is the sixth play of the drive ruter sets up in the eye play action he's looking lets it Go finds his receiver touchdown Scarlet Knights that pass found the wide receiver for six I think the quarterback has found a soft spot in this defense [Applause] [Music] [Applause] and he misses the extra point and here's the Pontiac Drive summary number 14 is lined up to kick this one off number 10 back deep to return short kickoff number 20 fields at the 17 and now we'll see the offense come out out of the field for their next possession to today we get to watch a spectacular athlete at running back when he's on the field as he is right now defenses really have to tailor their game plan for him he's a heck of a player and I really believe that he could have a huge game today that makes two of us then I just don't know if there's enough Talent on this defense especially at linebacker to compete with such a great running back well I guess we'll just have to wait and see the Bison come out in a two tight end set on the ground with a tail back sheds that one and he's tackled and it looks like there's an injury down there on the [Applause] field third third down and a yard ball on their own 40 Howard lines up in a goal line set Howard will line up in a jumbo set here toss right side can he get the first get pass the tackler and they make the Stop and a huge run by the tailb this guy's always had outstanding Vision but it seems he's got some incredible quickness as well once he gets into the open field boy you're right this kid showed me he's a great looking athlete number 17 with three wide receivers up the middle they'll drop in for a loss boy he is one big guy down there on that defensive line oh man the big fell is a hoss I saw him last night at the hotel he had three bags of fruit going up to his room yo it looks like he's got a big old bag hanging over his belt right [Applause] now and he's tackled in the open field that run didn't go far they'll spot the ball a yard from the line of [Applause] scrimmage third the defense will try to stop this third down as they were unsuccessful the first time on this drive Howard finds up in a shotgun set looks down the middle and it's caught and he's taken down they'll get a good chunk of yards on that play but they're still looking at fourth down maybe that will perk these guys up a bit and get them going on the next drive and the 33 yd line they come out in a goal line set hand off up the middle he lost the ball and it's picked up by one of the line [Applause] [Applause] it's first and 10 ball on the 36 36 yd line the Scarlet Knights line up with two tight end looking over the middle and it's incomplete I know it's incomplete but still you've got to be impressed with the zip that he put on that one he did have some heat on it that's for sure second and 10 ball on the 36 yd line Y Bunch formation he drops back steps up in the pocket someone got a hand on it dangerous dangerous throw there give credit to the defense they did a good job out there this quarterback thought his man would be open and boy he was wrong third down and 10 coming up B on their own 36 the Scarlet Knights come out in a two tight end set throws it to the outside oh he could have had a big reception that time guys just let that one get away from his vision just for a split second four and 10 on the 36 yd line the Scarlet Knights are lining up to punt it away number 30 gets it off number 20 signals for a fair Catch and they make the fair catch at the 33 yd line their last Drive ended when they decided to try for it on fourth down and were turned away by the defense they'll get the ball here at the 33 number 25 wants the ball will see see if they give it to him throws to the middle it's deflected he tried to force that one in it should have been intercepted he can't be thrown into coverage like that second and 10 ball on the 33 yd line the Bison come out in the [Applause] shotgun they'll wrestle him down in the back field the quarterback draw not successful there nope and I'm going to tell you why this defense was not fooled at all on that play it's third down at 10 ball on the 33 33 yd number 17 lines up with the shotgun drops back the pass throws it to the outside batted ball oh he had the pick and he dropped it now it's going to be fourth down nice defense that was Picture Perfect three and out good series for these guys and 10 B on the 33 yd line Howard ready to put this one away number 48 punch it and he didn't kick that ball well at all number 84 Fields it at the 50 he has some room to the 20 to the 10 touchdown ruter and that was a great punt return what have I been trying to tell you about this kid can he run or not but you're telling us about all these kids you're right this guy has some serious Talent [Applause] [Music] [Applause] and he hits the pat [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] number 14 looks ready to kick this one off's lined up for the kickoff number 10 back to return he kicks it number 10 takes it at the 12 you guys remember what this offense did the last time they had the ball did they have the ball before exactly it was three and out so fast they had to ask for slow bow replay to recap it they'll go to work at the 25 yd line the Bison go with the eye formation they'll give it off here broke away from one tackle and the halfback ripped off a nice gain there to get him the first hey this kid's a goodl looking back let's see if they go to him again it's first and 10 ball on the 36 yd line on the ground with the tail back it's on the ground looks like a defensive linean might have it and he does and this turnover is certainly not what they were hoping for the rich get richer but let's not write him off just yet it's still early but they can't afford to turn the ball over and let this thing get out of [Applause] [Applause] [Music] hand excellent field position to start the drive the Scarlet Knights come out in the Ace formation throw short it falls incomplete and the tight end couldn't manage to stay in bounds that time yep the tight end caught the ball but not before he stepped out of bounds good call there by the refs so it's second and 10 ball on the 34 yd line ruter goes with the ace set here back to pass down the middle and it's the senior the 10 and he gets the touchdown down all right coach your team is down by three touchdowns in the first quarter what are you telling those kids on the sideline well I look them in the eye and I say hey there's more than three quarters to go it's your choice either lie down and lose by 50 or man up dig yourself out of this hole so you can head into halftime with something to work for [Applause] and he TS on the extra point over 10 minutes remaining in the first quarter and our score ruter 20 Howard nothing [Music] looks like they're ready for the kick here's the kick number 10 takes it at the 16 I'm sure the defense will be trying to strip the ball once again and if these kids don't start hanging on to the football they won't see another offensive series they might start start putting in some of those defensive players that really want to play [Applause] bad and he's hit hard he just went right through him who was supposed to block that guy I don't think it matters Kirk he's playing with Reckless abandon out there it's got to be hard to block a guy that hits like [Applause] that second down and 12 ball the 25 number 17 comes to the line with three [Applause] wide he's gobbled up in the back field and they snuffed out the quarterback draw there yep there was absolutely nowhere for the quarterback to run on that play good job by this defense third down and a couple miles here ball in the 21 yd line six DBS in the lineup he drops back he's looking pressure coming and they got it they can't block the defensive end and he'll get credit for the sack excellent athleticism by this young man he just beat the man in front of his play Simple [Music] number 84 is deep to receive and something tells me he's looking for a second return number 48 hunts it and he didn't get much distance on it number 84 takes it the 43 and now a slight break in the action as the offense comes out onto the field for their next possession they're on the right side of the 50 as they start this drive ruer comes to the line only one man in the back field wants to throw outside he had his wide out but he couldn't hit him when he misses it's usually high and that's something he's been working very hard with his coach [Applause] on so it's second and 10 ball in the 29 yd line this impact tailback would love nothing more than to have the ball in his hands right now finds his receiver the five touchdown oh my when it rains it pours that's why I brought one of these whoa whoa whoa watch it coach you're going to take an eye out put that thing away like rat said when it rains it forc I came prepared my friend very fun now seriously can you close that thing off so we can see the game [Applause] and he hits the Pat the fine folks at Pontiac bringing us this summary of how that drive took place [Music] and it looks like they're ready for the kickoff short kick he didn't get a hold of that one number 20 takes at the [Applause] 14 this defense did a good job on the last series they forced the offense to go three plays and out and now they're looking to build off of that and shut them down again right here they'll set up shot at the 30 at the 30 yd L first and 10 the Bison go with the eye formation pitches right knocked out of bound picked up big yards there and he's going to have a first down yeah nice job there this guy does a good job in reading his blocks and accelerating through the [Applause] holes it's first and 10 ball on the four 42 they line up in an eye they hand off on the counter and he's going to lose yards on this one the D lineman wasn't letting anyone buy him that time yeah the big fella did a heck of a job plugging up the hole where that play was supposed to go that guy's so big Kirk he doesn't plug up holes he plugs up the whole line down there yo the Bison line up in an eye formation he steps up looks down the middle got and he's tackled move those sticks that's a first down and a great catch too did you see how he looked that one in oh there's no doubt about catch the football first and 10 ball on the 34 yd line how lines up with a shotgun set here's a counter play they'll drop him for a loss taken back three yds second and 13 coming up here this is the fifth play of this drive on the 3 yd nickel defense little hand off [Applause] and he's taken down a seven yd run by the running back seven yd gain on the play Third and six and this is the sixth play of the drive from the gun number 17 lines up in the shotgun back to back steps up looking throws it to the outside almost picked off good defense there guys I wonder if the quarterback was expecting to see man coverage there because he threw it right to the defense and that's what's so tough about playing against a Zone you think the GU open and out of nowhere a Defender shows up just like that Howard sets up in the eye drops back to pass steps up in the pocket wants to throw outside got it to him on the Run [Music] y gain on the play Howard goes with the ace set here they'll work to right side and down he goes three yd gain by the running back three yd gain on [Applause] the this is the kind of running back who can make you pay when he's in the zone gets the ball no they faked it wants to throw outside touchdown Howard so they call a tight ends number and he comes through with the score he did a great job here of using his size to create space for himself so the quarterback can get the ball into him without any Defenders getting in the way you know in high school this guy was so big he played defensive tackle when he's going across the middle he never Shi away from a big time hit no he's more interested in delivering punishment than taking [Applause] it and he TS on the extra point and now we're going to take a look at the Pontiac Drive summary [Music] [Music] number 31 is lined up to kick this one off is lined up for the kick off number eight here's the kick number eight Fields it at the 17 they did a great job on their last Drive moving the ball down the field for a touchdown let's see if they can duplicate that on this [Applause] drive they'll take over at the 36 the Scarlet Knights go with the eye formation first and [Applause] 10 and they get the sack the defensive in showed his athleticism getting to the quarterback when you send blitzers like that you try to confuse the offensive line and get someone free well the only one confused is a quarterback because he wants to know why they let the big guy be the one who got free one man Back [Applause] Field Jed's a tackler brought down he rumbles ahead on that misdirection for sixain of on the play third it's third down and nine to go ball in the 37 y the Scarlet Knights come out in a two tight end set he's looking across the middle now coach I know that pass was a bullet but you still have to look it in and catch it he tried to catch it it just bounced right off his hands maybe they ought to get him practicing with one of those jug machines in practice that at least get him used to catching bullet passes ball on the 37 yd line the Scarlet Knights line up to punt number 30 gets it off number 20 calls for the fair catch he hauls it in at the 31 and now we'll see the offense come out out of the field for their next possession they'll start this drive at the 31 yd line Y Howard comes out with an eye formation here's a counter play and they got him for a loss that Blitz couldn't have worked any better for the defense or any worse for the [Applause] offense second down and 12 B on their own 29 the Bison come out in a two tight end set they keep it on the ground with a tail back the halfback picks up a yard one yd gain on the [Applause] play Third 11 coming up here ball in the 30 yd the Bison line up with four wide outs he steps up he's got to throw it in a hurry incomplete so they go three and out after that incompletion and 11 ball on the 30 yd line they line up to put this one away didn't get all of that one return number 84 Fields it at the 48 inside the 30 to the 20 to the 10 they return it all the way for the touchdown and in the blank of an eye he was gone Brad this kid is special he just proved once again that he can make the big time play [Music] [Applause] [Music] and he hits the pat a lot of game left four minutes remaining in the quarter and our score ruter 34 Howard 7 [Applause] [Music] ruard to kick this one off and this one's a short kick number 20 takes it at the [Applause] 14 not a whole lot of success their last time out not at all this offense has to do a better job of staying on the field and giving their defense a chance to catch their breath it's first and 10 ball in the 29 yd line Howard sets up in the eye counter play and he's stopped behind the line the defense comes up with a good play to pull him down for a loss a nice call by the defensive coordinator it's like he's in their huddle sometimes second and 13 coming up here ball on the 26 yd line the Bison go with the eye formation Howard comes out with an eye formation another run tackle the halfback gets the call and picks up five yd on the third and eight ball in the 31 y Howard comes to the line with three wide looks he's going left and it's incomplete he L his halfback too far on that throw this kid needs relax and get the ball down where his receivers can catch it and eight ball 31 yd line number 84 back to return and if they're smart they'll just punt this one out of bounds number 48 punts it and he didn't get much distance on it number 84 takes it at the 43 so here's an opening the 10 and he's all the way in for the touchdown another touchdown why not this just goes to show you that there is more to playing defense than a motion you can't continuously play out of position like this you're going to find yourself in a lot of mismatches and today those mismatches have turned in the touchdown and he TS on the extra point and under three minutes to go in the 14 [Applause] the offense gets ready to start a new drive as they just couldn't get anything going on their last possession going three and out they'll get the ball here at the [Music] 23 number 17 lines up in the shotgun here's a little draw play brought down maybe got two feet on the play one yd gain on the [Applause] play great it's second down and nine to go ball on their own 24 number 17 comes to the line with three [Applause] wide and down he goes zero yards on that Play No Gain on the [Applause] play Third and nine ball on the 24 from the [Applause] gun rolls right he unloads it complete tackle oh man he doesn't get the first great play by the defense incredible they saw that coming a mile away I think you got to give your quarterback a little bit more time especially on halfback behind the line of scrimmage it's second down now in 13 to go ball on their own 18 Howard lines up in a shotgun [Applause] set he passes it and it falls incomplete he overthrew his tight end I know the tight end has a little more height than the white outs but give me a break third and 13 coming up ball on the 18 yd line Howard comes out with two tight end he's going left incomplete pass you got to keep it under control that's some nice arm strength but it doesn't matter if it's not on target you're absolutely right coach you have to be accurate on those type of passes Howard ready to put this one away number 48 punts it and he didn't get much distance on it number 84 felds it at the 41 time once again for this offense to come back out and start another Drive [Applause] they'll start this drive at the 39 yd [Applause] line number 13 with three wide receivers here's a pitch left side and they hit him in the back field this is a heads up play by the linebacker he's playing run and had his eyes on the guy carrying the football from the get-go good defensive play second and 10 ball on the 39 on the 39 yd three wide outs here on the ground up the middle and the big fellow with some room juke move the 10 touchdown ruer another score touchdowns have just become a habit for this G well the defense better find a way to break that habit because there's still a lot of football and 10 ball on their own 42 the Bison set up in the gun inside hand off and he's going to lose yards on this one great play by the big linebacker I'll tell you what coach it looked like he snuffed that one out from the beginning you're right Kirk there wasn't much the ball carry could do in that situation second and 11 this is the fifth play of this drive the Bison line up with three wide steps up looking he gets rid of it and they couldn't hook up on that one yeah we got an injured player on the field it seems to me that he landed on his arm a little awkwardly third so another third down upcoming for the [Applause] offense nickel defense Howard comes out with an eye formation drops back to pass he's looking he lets it Go and it's caught tackle well he caught it but it's almost no yards gain and now it's Fourth Down give props to the D here for coming up with a big stop on third down the bison are lining up to punt it away number 48 punch it and he didn't kick that ball well at all return number 84 Fields it at the 34 and now a slight break in the action as the offense comes out onto the field for their next possession [Applause] they'll get the ball here at the 41 number 13 back in the gun there's a play fake he's going to air it long and it's incomplete he had his wide out but he couldn't hit him when he misses it's usually high and that's something he's been working very hard with his coach on it's second down and 10 to go ball on their own 41 they line up in a double tight set toss there he goes and they bring him down how do you like that run I'll tell you what if you're the defensive coach you don't like it at all in fact you're probably disgusting no doubt that big fullback made this defense look bad on that play [Applause] great first and 10 ball on the 30 Howard brings in the nickel here here's a pitch left side the 10 and he's tackled at the six great play yeah you don't see this too much the fullback TOS play here they pick up great yardage as he's able to elude The Defenders and power his way for a big first [Applause] [Music] [Applause] down number 13 is in the zone and looking to make a play and down he goes four yds gain gain of four on the play let's see if they can take this one in for six nice play fake looks to the end zone that pass Falls incomplete In The End Zone CH that one up to the pressure in the quarterback's face absolutely they had a tremendous Rush coming in at him and it was all he could do to avoid the sack they've got all the big boys in for this one setting up the play action he tosses it short and another touchdown through the air he looks like he's just playing pitch and catch out there with his receivers the defense better wake up pretty soon before it gets real ugly [Music] [Applause] [Music] and he TS on the extra point better than 12 minutes remaining in the first half and the score reads runers 55 Howard [Music] [Applause] [Music] s number 14 is lined up to kick this one off and this one's a short kick number 10 takes from the 10 and now we'll see the offense come out on of the field for their next [Applause] possession they'll set up shot at the 25 yd line the 25 yd first and 10 they come out with three wide receivers they'll throw on first down complete they'll bring him down and the completion Nets him very little yardage coach up with that play I'll tell you those Defenders crashed in and got him in a hurry no chance to get anything there it's second down and eight ball on the 27 yd line 2 yd line Howard sets up in the eye gets the ball oh they faked it and he's going to be sacked for a loss so one of the veterans on this defense gets in there for the sack they've got to do a better job of protecting their quarterback yeah he can't to take too many more hits like that third down and long coming up here ball on the 19 yd line the Bison set up in the gun he drops back steps up in the pocket looks throws to the middle found his man brought down he's going to come out it looks like he was hurt on that last play Howard ready to put this one away didn't get all of that [Applause] one number 84 takes it at the 47 there he goes to the 20 the 10 and they're going to bring this one all the way back touchdown a huge special teams Mis Q There guys no doubt they love to have that one back yeah but credit the returner for a great run back he just ran by [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] everybody and he misses the extra point is no good everyone's all lined up and ready for the kickoff number 20 back to return here's the kick number 20 takes it the 15 not a very good series for this offense on their last drive as they were forced into a three and out boy oh boy they had nothing going last time yeah maybe scooter you need to get out there and show them what you're made out of somebody get me a helmet quickly they'll start this drive at the 29 dri at the 29 yd line first 10 the Bison come out in the shotgun he steps up looking down the middle and that one's Fallen incomplete and he overthrew his wide receiver I don't know too many seven foot guys played football so maybe he should aim lower the next time it's second down and 10 to go ball in the 29 yd line they'll bring in their dime package back to pass steps up he's looking he's going left and it falls incomplete the Gunslinger couldn't hit his receiver on that pass I wonder why could it have been because was thrown in the next County thir third and 10 ball in the 29 29 yd the Bison set up in the gun drop back to pass looks he's in trouble and he's going to be sacked for a loss great speed to find his way to the quarterback you know if I were the coach I'd line this kid up at defensive end every now and then wow can you imagine that on third long type situations he'd make a great Rush end Kirk I I like that I like that Kirk four and long 22 y they line up to put this one away number 48 punch it and he didn't kick that ball well at all number 84 takes it at the 43 they're ready to start another Drive hoping to duplicate the results of the last one which ended in a touchdown and they'll look to capitalize on the good field position here the Scarlet Knights line up in an eye formation looking he's going left the senior makes the catch and they make the stop I like the defense that was called they just didn't make the play on the ball you're right it wasn't necessarily bad defense the offense just executed and the result is a first down three wide outs [Applause] here on the ground right side they'll bring him down the running back HS two on the carry on the play it's second down an eight to go ball of the 22 y ruard comes to the line only one man in the back field gets the ball no they faked it throws this one out to the left nice decision by the quarterback Not only was it good decision-making but the offensive line protected just long enough for him to find his Target and when you combine the two it'll be a first down nine out of 10 times their last Red Zone trip resulted in a touchdown I don't expect this one to be any different throws it to the outside knocked out of bound and a nice pass to the tight end yeah this is what I like move the ball down the field use that nice and steady intermediate passing game they've got about a 100 tight ends in there for this goal line play guys this thing is getting out of hand yeah it's been a total mismatch out there these guys have scored about as many points as possible so far Hey listen up to you guys somebody needs to throw a white flag out there because this one's getting [Applause] [Music] [Applause] nasty and he hits the Pat the second quarter clock reads over 9 minutes left here in the half and our score is ruter 68 Howard [Music] [Applause] [Music] seven looks like they're ready for the kick short kick he didn't get a hold of that one number 20 Fields it at the [Applause] 13 not a whole lot of success there last time out not at all this offense has to do a better job of staying on the field and giving their defense a chance to catch their breath they'll go to work at the 24 yd line 24 yd they'll throw on first down he lobs it out to the right and it's caught and he's going to lose yards on this one that'll be a loss of one one yd L on the [Applause] play it's second down and 11 to go B on their own 23 Howard lines up with three receivers they keep it on the ground with a tail back and he's tackle and he manages to get back to the line of scrimmage and that's it [Applause] third down and 10 coming up all on their own 24 number 17 with three wide receivers steps up in the pocket he's looking for his man and he drops it dropped by the wide out on the four and 10 ball on 24 yd L they come out in a punt formation didn't get all of that one number him for a loss the halfback couldn't get any Running Room and that was because the defense had called a blitz just at the right time he went right through the offensive line and nailed him for a loss one as he couldn't get past those big linemen you got that right they sacrificed their bodies in there and stuffed them second and 10 ball on the 32 yd line Howard comes out with two tight ends here's the G cat some open field and they make the stop that was a pretty good run incredible effort there running the football by this guy it's first and 10 ball on their own 46 leison line up with three wide there he goes and he's tackled and that was a nice run K that was a great job by that big offensive line yeah it really was Brad and also a nice read by the ball carrier to find that running L when you break one like that you got to give a lot of credit to the offensive line great first and 10 ball in the 42 42 Y Line he backfield on the ground up the middle he breaks three he's knocked out of bounds tremendous run right there and Coach is just loving when he can run the football like that it opens up so much more of your offense [Applause] it's first and 10 and this is the fifth play of [Applause] Howard lines up in a shotgun set there's a play fake throws to the middle and the wide out couldn't drag a foot yeah but he showed really nice hands on that play number 17 with three wide receivers he drops back looking with the to throw they went for it but they were denied well that was a situation where they had to go for it I agree they can't afford to let the other team hold onto the ball the time is ticking away they'll go to work at the 5yd line 5 yd first and 10 they come out with three wide receivers he breaks free at the 30 at the 40 he could go across Midfield at the 30 carry [Applause] the it's second down and eight ball on the 36 y they line up in a nine and they'll run him again and he's taken down and the Half Back ripped off a nice gain there to get him the first hey this kid's a good looking back let's see if they go to him [Applause] again it's first and 10 ball on their own 45 y Howard lines up with the shotgun set it's a direct snap they'll wrestle him down in the back field they lose four there second down and 14 ball on the 41 yd line 41 yd line the Bison come out in a shotgun back to pass throws this one out to the right dropped by the wide out number 84 the intended receiver on the play it's third down and 14 to go this is the fifth play of this drive the Bison line up with three wide he steps up throws and it's caught that's how you convert third down sweetheart that was a good looking play wasn't it coach oh yeah this offensive coordinator must have seen something in the defense he really liked [Applause] first and 10 ball on the 39 yd line number 17 lines up in the shotgun it's a bad snap and they hit him in the back field the quarterback draw not successful there nope and I'm going to tell you why this defense was not fooled at all on that play it's second down and 11 to go and this is the seventh play of the current Drive the Bison set up in the gun and the snap goes to the back big opening and they make the stop picked up big yards there and he's going to have a first down yeah nice job there this guy does a good job in reading his blocks and accelerating through the [Applause] holes first and 10 ball on the 28 yd line Y single set back field little hand off broke away from one they'll bring him down four yd gain by the back gain on the play second and Six coming up here and this is the ninth play of the current Drive the Bison come out in the shotgun and down he goes number 17 with car gain of eight on the play first and 10 they're inside the 20 the Bison line up in an ey for drops back to pass steps up he's looking lets it Go complete not a bad little play there yeah it's a nice job by the quarterback reading the coverage and delivering a very catchable ball and allowing his receiver to come up with a nice game High formation here here's the give brought down they're really putting a nice drive together right now and it seems right now this defense is having a hard time guessing what the offense is up to well if they don't guess right pretty soon they're never going to stop these guys they line up in an eye they'll run the option pass back well they're not going to win it but they're like they're ready for the kickoff kicks It Off number 10 takes it at the 14 The Run game was a big factor in this offense's last drive when they got down the field for a touchdown they'll take over at the 27 yd line on the ground with the tail back and he's going to lose yards on this one they go with the draw but it fools no one you know it's a bad sign when you run a draw play and no one on a defense yells pass well that's why sometimes you'll hear smarter quarterbacks yelling run during the play action and yell pass during the draw plays it's second down and 12 to go ball on the 25 yd line they line up in an eye can't wrap him up tackle the running back gets two on the carry gain of two on the play third down and 10 coming up ball on the 27 Howard lines up in a shotgun sa he drops back steps up in the pocket he's looking down the middle almost picked off he just couldn't find the handle that poor kid looked like he was trying to catch a greased Pig easy scooter at least he kept the receiver from making the play fourth and 10 ball y l the Bison line up to punt didn't get all of that one return number 84 Fields it at the 48 inside the 30 to the 20 to the 10 touchdown ruter that's what his ability can do well here you see a combination of things his athletic ability his ability to amplifies and his speed accelerating by the defense keep this in mind guys he is of doing they're looking to build off of that and shut them down again right here they'll set up shot at the 29 the Bison come out in a two tight end set up the middle and he's tackled at the 30 yd line a yard if any there for the [Music] halfback second and nine coming up here ball on their own 30 number 25 alone in the back field back to pass across the middle someone got a hand on it fantastic play by the quarterback all you young defensive backs at home that is how you play defense third and nine ball in the 30 on the 30 yd line Howard comes out with two tight end looks throws this one out to the left and they couldn't hook up on that one he had his wide out but he couldn't hit him when he misses it's usually high and that's something he's been working very hard with his coach on y they line up to putt this one away number 48 punch it and he didn't kick that ball well at all number 84 Fields it at the 44 they did a great job on their last Drive moving the ball down the field for a touchdown let's see if they can duplicate that on this drive and they'll look to capitalize on the good field position here ruter comes out with an eye formation across the middle batted ball great defensive play by the cornerback on the coverage [Applause] it's second down and 10 to go ball right around Midfield they'll bring in their dime packing he steps up looking he'll dump this one off there he goes nice decision by the quarterback Not only was it good decision-making but the offensive line protected just long enough for him to find his Target and when you combine the two it'll be a first down nine out of 10 times first and 10 ball on the 35 yd line they line up in an eye a little misdirection tries to Juke brought down nice gain for the halfback that time they kept it on the ground with the counter play The Blocking was great up front and the tail back was able to get into the open field and do some special [Applause] things it's first and 10 ball in the [Applause] 23 three wide outs here he drops back steps up floats this one right side and it's caught they'll bring him down well coach a short pick up on that pass play it was but you know what as long as they've got those guys getting open underneath it'll take a lot of pressure off those offensive linemen who are trying to hold their blocks second and Six coming up here this is the fifth play of this drive nickel defense drops back to pass steps up in the pocket wants to throw outside it falls incomplete number8 the intended receiver on the play it's third down and six to go and this is the sixth play of the drive and the impact D tackle is in the zone setting up the play action complete and he's taken [Music] down on the 11 going in ball on the 11 yd line the Scarlet Knights come out in the Ace formation he's looking to the end zone got his man touchdown it's been one touchdown after another all game long and I'm going to tell you what this has been a dominating effort these guys came to play today and they have played almost a perfect game well no question coach everything just fell into place out there and nothing was going to stop these guys from getting the ball into the end zone came up with a ball somehow the quarterback was very fortunate right there you can bet he holds on to the ball with both hands next time he gets it fourth and 15 ball on the 20 yd line it's fourth down and the punt team lines up number 48 punts it and he didn't get much distance on it there's a fumble and the defense is on [Music] it excellent field position to start the drive high formation here and they make the stop the running back gives them six yds on the ground gain of on the [Applause] play second and four ball on the 25 yd line 25 yd line ruers lines up in a double tight set they'll try to power it with a fullback and he's tackled and remember one thing that this coach said they will force it down this defense's throat until they prove that they can stop [Applause] it their last Red Zone trip resulted in a touchdown I don't expect this one to be any different they keep it on the ground with a tail back they'll bring him down a nice job by the off defensive line and they pick up a gain of eight let's see if they can get it in for the touchdown and they'll score and they just continue to pour it on out there I'll tell you what this has been a tremendous effort all game long what a performance this is one team that's been extremely well prepared these young men have played about as good a game as you could [Music] ask and he hits the pat so with less than two to new drive as they just couldn't get anything going on their last possession going three and out they'll get the ball here at the 28 yd line 2 y they've decided to go with a different quarterback on the ground with a tail back and he's taken down the halfback picks up a yard one y gain on the [Applause] play second and nine coming up here ball in the 29 29 [Applause] yd and they make the stop zero yards on that Play No Gain on the play Third and nine ball on the 29 yd line Y Howard sets up with four receivers he unloads it and it's caught they'll drop him for a loss and they fail to convert for the first down well the offense hates to see that the defense again coach stepping up the defense is important it wins football games for you 29 y Howard ready to put this one away didn't get all of that one number 8 four calls for the fair Catch and they make the fair catch at the 48 the Run game was a big factor in this offense's last drive when they got down the field for a
