well around the world now British Princess Kate says she's completed her chemotherapy treatment now she's opening up about a journey she calls scary and complex ABC's Maggie rouy joins us from London with more Princess Kate has announced she's completed her chemotherapy treatment and is now doing what she can to stay cancer free the princess released a highly produced video where we see a a rare and intimate portrayal of the royal family we see Princess Kate sitting next to her husband Prince William the two are kissing they're hugging we also see them with their three young children we even hear the children giggling as they play cards as a family we see them hiking through the English Countryside playing on the beach this is a side of the royal family that we rarely get to see now in the video she gets personal the cancer journey is complex scary and unpredictable for everyone especially those closest to you with humility it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you've never considered before and with that A New Perspective on everything as she says well she's completed her chemotherapy treatment the path to recovery is long and she says while she looks forward to getting back to work uh she won't be there fulltime but she does plan to participate in some selective public engagements before the end of the year Maggie ruy ABC News London
