in order to be successful and you people are well on the road to success you have to find out what makes you excited what makes you want to get out each morning and go to work you have to find out if you love what you do and dedicate yourself to your work then you will gain momentum and look you have to you need the word momentum you will gain that momentum and each success will create another success the word momentum I will tell you a story that is very interesting for me when I was young there was a man named William le le towns you have some here you have some in different state anybody ever he of leit town and he was very successful man became he was homebuilder became an unbelievable success and got him more and more successful and he builds home and at night he goes to this major site with teams of people and it cow the sights fils and solders and small pieces of hood and they cleaned the site so when the workers came in the next morning the site would be spotless and clean and he did it properly and he did this for 20 years and then he was offer a lot of money for his company and he sold this company for tremendous amount of money at the time especially this is a long time ago we sold this company for tremendous amount of money and he went out of about a big yach and he had a very interesting life I want to go any more than that because you Boy Scout I'm not going to tell you what it is so they tell you so they tell you oh you the boy cout but you know life you know life so look at you who think is a Boy Scout right so he had a very very interesting life and the company that bought this company was a big conglomerate and didn't know anything about building homes they didn't know anything about picking up the nails and the S and selling his scraps of food this was a big conam based in New York City and after about 10 year period they was losing a lot it didn't mean anything to him and they couldn't tell so they called William Le up and they said would you like to buy back your company and he said yes I will he so badly wor he got bored with his life of Y and selling and all of the things they did in the sou French and other places you wouldn't get bored right you know truthfully you working you won't get Bor you believe me of course having a feel good he is like that isn't isn't too bad but what happened is he B by his company and he B by his a lot of empty land and he work hard and getting his Z he work hard and his start into the B and in the end he failed he fell badly lost all of his money he went personally Bank he so now much older and I saw him at the C party but it was very sad because the hardest people in New York were this party was party of Steve Ross Steve Ross one of great people he come up and discover really found a time warant and he had was a great guy he had a lot of interesting people at the party and I was doing well so I got invited to the party I was very young and I go in by I'm in a real estate business and I see 100 people some whom I recognize and the big entertainment business and they see sitting in the corner was a little old man who was B by himself nobody was talking to him I immediately recognize that that man was once great Willam Le of living town I immediately went able to talk to you I want I wanted to talk to you more than the holywood so business Communications people so I went over and talk to you I say Mr L I'm Donald Trump he said I know I know said Mr Le how are you doing he is not well not well at all and he knew that but he said not well at all and he explained what was his momentum meaning he took this period time of long year so when he got back he didn't have that same momentum in life I always tell this to people you have to know whether or not you continue to have the moment and if you don't have it that's okay because you got to go on and you got to learn and you got to do things that are great but you have to know about the word momentum but the big thing never quit never give up do something you when you do something you love as a scout I say that you love it when you do something you love you never fail what you're going to do is to give it a shot again and again and again you ultimately going to be successful and remember this you're not work when you do something you love like I do of course I love my business but this is a little bit different who thought this were going to happen so having a good time we doing a good job doing a good job so when you do something when you do something that you love remember this it's not work so you work 24/7 you all the time at the end of the year you're not really working you don't think about this work when you're not doing something that you don't like or when you're forcing to do something that you really don't like that's called work and it's hard work and tedious work so as you can do something you love work hard and never ever give up and you're going to be tremendously
