there is Greg he's got Jason law and Scott fitting her as his assistant coaches and with Dylan coming up the dill bot Julie Foudy is down with a very important person in the Blum family here with Dylan's mom Jen and Jenna I understand it has been a long year for you can you take us back to January 4th January 4th I was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia was sent home I was given 24 hours to tell my family and my kids and I was back in the hospital January 6 for 48 days as my first getting rid of the key back leukemia in my blood you were just clear to come to we must pour it on stay on Tuesday was I was cleared I went to the doctor had my labs and they go ahead I wouldn't miss this for the world how special to be here watching I'm not letting you watch Dylan right now but you will be to be here at the Lilly World Series with Dylan and Greg I know it is [Applause] he will be at Williamsport and he said that every single year and as parents you know we you you want to make their tree okay good and you want to make their dreams happen and when these kids have the desire they have then you make it your desire I have two more kids I have a seven-year-old and a nine year old and my nine year old competes and dance so she has the fire just like he does my seven year old he actually plays baseball too and a lot of the times he put make it to his practices because I couldn't drive and I still can't drive so he would practice with the 12 ropes he would practice with the big kids so he knew the you knew everything we knew this and on top of it it's your 16th anniversary today with Greg happy anniversary thank you so much it is you were definitely tested this year no Greg was a single dad pretty much until I was home for 3 weeks depict the energy up in a second Tyra Philips chasing his team-mate day here's the throw [Applause] [Applause] my single parents for everything but three months this is why my husband cared for me every small day up until even now he's calling me every night make me try max he is making sure I flushed my lines this is why we do this I know he's been the caretaker enjoy your time here so happy you're with us just thank you thank you very much and now I'll let you enjoy the game we're so glad you're watching ESPN on YouTube for more sports and analysis download the ESPN app and for live streaming sports and premium content make sure you subscribe to ESPN plus we'll see you there
