good night [Music] Riley that's it we made it through another day in Riley's life that was an amazing one aside from that exam that gave me a lot of anxiety yeah this day wasn't too bad I think so too there was no bully in school which is always a great day and she didn't forget to put her helmet on she even tried broccoli today and it wasn't as disgusting as I thought we even talked in front of the school I thought that was really cool Val was there too right great job there embarrassment oh okay thanks the only thing I'm sad about is that this day is over but it's okay I'm sure we'll have another great day again uh-huh time to sleep right after we do our nighttime routine uhuh a nighttime what a nighttime routine you know the things that we do before we go to bed oh I've never heard of that before wait so you haven't done a nighttime routine before okay anxiety that's kind of gross this is really embarrassing to say but I don't think I've done a nighttime routine neither oh that's okay you guys are new here so you guys didn't know don't worry sadness and I are going to teach you right wait what me well good luck everyone I'm going to go ahead and do mine yeah I'm afraid I have to go too see you tomorrow morning let me know if you need help oh nighttime routine what's the big deal this activi is make sure that you are clean C and ready for a good night's sleep so you wake up rested and ready to tackle the day oh a good night's sleep that sounds like a dream uh-huh and the first activity in our nighttime routine is a bath yep yep yep okay everyone to the bathroom we go go go [Music] go okay everyone choose their bathtub mine is this yellow one of course bath time always makes me emotional I guess I get this one oh a teil colored tub this one is definitely for me I have a feeling that this is too small for me it sure is anxiety here try this one okay that's better I don't think I will fit here okay you definitely need a bigger one too embarrassment hold on there this is much better yeah I think so too first things first you're going to need to Rin and lther up with soap I can help with that Joy here we [Music] go that tickles a little scrubbing for boredom a super quick one for Envy wait wait wait wait is it going to hurt nope not at all if anything it can be a little tickly this one is my least favorite part it's to wash your hair I don't like it because it gets in my eyes sometimes don't worry sadness I'll be very careful here's our shampoo we're going to put it on your hair and we're going to massage your hair like this oh look anxiety has a lot of hair we'll get that all cleaned up this is going to make sure that enu Shiny Bright hair remain sh shiny and even if you have tiny Hair Envy we still have to put shampoo on it next up time to rinse here you go rinse rinse rinse oh that was relaxing I know now let's dry up and brush our hair I got a pink hair brush for embarrassment an orange hairbrush for anxiety's hair wow I can't seem to tame her hair but that's okay a blue hairbrush for sadness purple hairbrush for boredom blue hairbrush for Joy blue hair and another pink hairbrush for Envy now time to brush our teeth teeth like like my teeth that's right I have a teal toothbrush for Envy a purple one for boredom a red one for anxiety white toothbrush for sadness and purple one for Joy oh wait we don't have a toothbrush for embarrassment that's okay that's okay we can share my toothbrush actually we don't share toothbrushes it's something what we call as personal item you only use it for yourself oh hang on hang on look I have another toothbrush perfect for or embarrassment to brush our teeth we need to put a toothpaste on the toothbrushes T and this oh is this how you do it yep you're doing it right make sure to brush up and down side to side inside your mouth and don't forget your tongue up and down side to side inside the side of your mouth both sides and your tongue uh that feels refreshing I'm starting to like this nighttime routine oh great now it's time to floss you mean like the dance oh no that is so not cool a dance oh no no no not that one a floss a dental floss it's a string that goes in between your teeth to get rid of all the things that the toothbrush was not able to take out it's a good way to prevent cavities you don't want those so put the string in between between your teeth go up and down and then do the same thing to all the spaces in your teeth I'm starting to get really sleepy we're almost there now time to go to bed ooh I like this bed I guess I can take this one this one is actually more comfortable than the sofa uhoh embarrassment I think you need a bigger bed hold on there that's much better it feels so comfy I'm feeling a little bit relaxed but I I don't think I can sleep yet oh don't worry anxiety I'm sure a little bedtime reading will help with that I think so too and today's bedtime book is this one inside out too I heard this one is a really good book 13-year-old Riley was the star hockey player for the fog horns they won the championship game r emotions Joy sadness they always love their girl the end okay time to sleep looks like everyone is already sleeping good night emotions see you again tomorrow
