Joe Biden wears MAGA hat, White House calls it a gesture of 'unity

you you might have seen this yesterday it's getting a lot of attention online I want to put this tweet up here take a look at this this is from the Trump war room with that photo of Joe Biden President Biden wearing a Maga hat a red magga Trump hat there and the Trump War Room says thanks for your support Joe now what is going on there of course we know that Trump and Biden visited all of the three sites that were impacted in the 911 Terror attacks 23 years ago including Shanksville Pennsylvania and Biden and Trump took the opportunity to meet with First Responders with firefighters with Heroes their families their friends uh at a firehouse there in Shanksville the Trump War Room tweeting out the video saying Kamala did so bad in last night's debate Joe Biden just put on a trump hat now we have some video here let's take it [Music] okay so what's going on there you see pres B holding that baseball cap with the presidential seal on it he was going to sign that uh for a gentleman there in the crowd the gentleman in turn gave him a Maga hat let's keep watching H remember your name I don't remember my name I'm yeah I know man I'm an old guy what's his name okay so there you see President Biden signing the inside bill of the baseball cap and that gentleman there with his red magga Trump hat and they switch watch there you go man [Music] I going [Laughter] [Applause] that okay so there you have it Joe Biden putting on a red Trump hat you might have seen this video you might have seen this photo on social media uh and you might not have believed your eyes no it wasn't AI it was real he just did it right there uh the White House though the White House is responding to this I want to put up this tweet here uh from Andrew Bates uh from the Biden White House Press shop he says this at the shakesville fire station pus spoke about the country's bipartisan Unity after 911 and said we needed to get back to that as a gesture he gave a hat to a trump supporter who then said that in the same Spirit pus should put on his Trump C app and he briefly wore it now in the meantime uh this was brought up today at the White House Press briefing Karen jeanpier the White House Press Secretary got a question about this moment here's how she responded let's watch gave an improp two remarks um about bipartisan Unity that's what he was talking about uh and and he talked about it in the moment of September 11th was that's what we experience after 911 and said that we needed to go back to that bipartisan Unity as a country and so he made those remarks impromptu remarks um to uh some of the folks who were there on that day and he offered a a presidential hat uh to a man who was wearing a trump hat he was wearing a trump hat and he offered it to him as a gesture and in return the man said uh that uh In The Same Spirit uh the President should put on his Trump C and so the president did very briefly uh and that's what happened it was it was truly a back and forth about Unity uh and the president remembering a moment in time uh after a horrific incident on that day and how the country did come together it didn't ra it didn't matter what political party you were part of it didn't matter you came together as a country because we lost so many Souls thousands of souls more than 2,000 that day that's what you saw did the president all right Karine jeanpierre uh answering a question about that moment let talk about it Joe B putting that hat on he just he just confusing everybody CU you know they got the debates going on they got the predy going on right now so it's just like it's a lot going on you should not be wearing that hat Under no circumstances sir you should not be putting on that hat Under no circumstances you know what I mean they got old girl in there he just made old girl look bad just being real with I understand it was a 911 it was it was it was it was supposed to represent equality and I get that but at the same time he putting the Hat on like he like like like he about to vote for Trump you hear me he putting the Hat on like he about to vote for Trump he made that hat look real good man I ain't going to lie I swear he made it look like they about put the Hat on he like yeah I'm not going that far but putting that hat on man it it ain't it it was really harmless man he ain't he ain't mean nothing behind it you know what I mean it's just gonna pick at it that's what going to do always pick at he ain't mean no harm even though even though both both of the parties that all the same though but that's a whole another topic I don't even want to get into that right now I just want to get into him just wearing a hat and he wearing a hat it just made just poke fun at him it just made poke fun at him you see dude had a trump hat he wasn't think about biding ass he got the Trump he talk about Trump goddamn it B look at him he know it he like okay D got the Trump hat on I might as well sign this Trump hat for him he going he gonna press me the sign he already knew he had it coming the Hat the Hat bright red you know what I mean but it's good that they did go around and and you know what I mean holl holl at all the people from the uh n 11 what what they say they went to all the little uh fire stations yeah they went to the fire station for the 9/11 anniversary so that was smoth you know what I mean that was smoth I know really enjoyed that I know really like seeing the president you know what I mean walk in there so that's going to be that's going to be a moment the can always remember going always go off of like yeah I met the president back in such such such 9/11 we was at the such such such so it's always good when there something positive going on you know what I mean it's just something positive is doing something positive even if you don't believe in nothing that's going on like cuz you know you got that ain't trying to hear none of that you know what I mean and everybody got their choice of what they want to hear what they don't want to listen to I'm just push positivity we just push positivity man you know what I mean so it's just like this some positive just something positive for both sides he TR trumping them that hey we ain't tripping it's all equal we we all equal at the end of the day and he right it's all equal at the end of the day it's nothing like us it's nothing like them versus them it's not really them versus them you you know I mean everybody already know he know Trump he got his number like they got each other number know that it's it's not it's not nothing for him to call him you get what I'm saying it's not nothing for him to call Trump right now you call him right now so him putting that hat on was just showing like he say equality it's and you know I mean was going around to the uh anniversary of the 9/11 to the fire stations you know what I'm saying so people was able to get take pictures so that's why I said they going to have lasting memories of that so that was small that was small it's just a conf it's just it's controversy and it's going viral cuz he had that hat on like you like you wearing that hat right now at the wrong time you wearing that hat at the wrong time buddy you wearing that hat at the wrong time and you making you making kind of look bad but we all know it's harmless you know I me on that harmless that ain't ain't nothing that harmless he ain't think about no Trump he probably already know who going to be president y'all up he probably already know who going to be president that's why I said they probably got that already written down on a piece of paper who going to be the next president he probably already know that's why I say because they all know each other they all know each other and been knowing each other they've been knowing each other since the 80s and the 90s and like that like they been knowing each other all of them Ain none of this new man none of this new all this the same is is is it's they side and it's then it's this side you get what I'm saying all this is say it ain't I don't look at political parties and none of that it's us then it's them it's the rich and then it's the poor that's what's going on it ain't nothing else going on ain't nothing else going on I promise you so can't even get caught up into this too much either though can't get caught up in this like that like got know what's going on like it's a lot going on presidents presidency is just rich or poor it don't even matter if you don't vote a don't got to go down there and vote for nobody they still this is already picked you hear me a don't even got to go down there to vote nothing this still going to get picked with or without you that's what feeling to realize if they got to make a AI make up a vote this going to get picked without you trust and believe man that's what a don't know man this just got to just wake up you got to just wake up man if you don't wake up you gonna be behind man I I I I I say that I say that all the time if you don't if you don't wake up and keep your eyes on the prize you going to be left behind man cuz this world is just moving fast and at the same time with the internet everything's just exposing his hand so the internet is showing you what type of world we living in everywhere I want to give a you go over here over there all you got this is already shown what type of world we living in you know what I mean so like I say it's all about rich or poor it don't even matter about no president yeah he can put on the hat y'all it's all the same anyway it's all the same anyway if we go to war right now the Democrat and Republic got to come together and go to war against whoever they going to war you get what I'm saying so it's just like that is all a gimmick cuz if we go to war right now the Democrat ain't GNA be like oh yeah no we on they side no they ain't ain't saying that everybody going to join together man everybody going to join together man everybody gonna join together man I'm just saying man so it's just like a can't look at this how they want you to look at it you got you got to think out always
