[Music] I'm The Quiet One in our in our receiver room I'm The Quiet One I'm that for I showed it on time to me you said you know he's very willing to teach and you're willing to learn what is the biggest thing that you have picked up me what I take from him I say his approach to the game um you know I got as as a accomplish as he has to go at it hit it hard come to work every day don't just uplift the receiver room but uplift the whole team you know you used to watch when you was in high school and then I been play with you know so I'm blessing and you have set the standard in the league as well ranked number one in the top 100 meeting out Patrick Mahomes Lamar Jackson Christian mcaffrey the first wide receiver to ever receive that honor boy if you ain't know it you feel me first we'll see what to do it yeah you always say no one is better than me mhm does this prove that I think it does man and the Dolphins did a great job of bringing me here and put me in a great situation owner GM coaches obviously and then my teammates like those guys make my job easy but there has to be something special about the fact that it's your peers that voted you that I would think that also means the trash talking has to go up a notch cuz they all know look at you for him I know he got a big Target for one he got like a real outspoken personality so he talk a lot trash especially on Twitter he gets us into smoke before we even go out there on the field teams already got it out I want to got to talk trash you feel me because I feel like that's going to make me better you feel me that's going to push me to be like I'm going to cook you bro I'm going to put up 270 in the first half on you bro you feel me so I've heard you talk about a really important moment after you all lost to the Chiefs and the postseason you said in the locker room Mike McDaniel looked at you and said you're supposed to be the best player he didn't he didn't say it in that moment but it was just like man like the expectations are H you you feel me like if you want to be the best you got to show you the best each and every week you know um and for me that's the kind of coaching I grew up on like that's how my dad coached me that's how Andy Reed coached me and I feel like that's the only way I can get better if if like I'm held accountable so for him to be able to tell me that I gained a lot of respect for him you know so Tua recently discussed how much confidence Mike McDaniel has given him how has your coach instilled confidence in you um I think he instill confidence in just the the whole team you know allowing us to go out there play free play ourselves play for each other um that's kind of like the foundation that you know our team is kind of built on I mean Tu of course is coming off of a career year he looks like he's on a mission what do you feel like is different about him diet I was in I mean to say die he look slamber I told him I need that chubby tour back man I'm Carissa Thompson with Thursday Night Football thank you guys so much for watching and don't forget to hit that subscribe button to see interviews with your favorite players the best stories from the NFL and of course the crazy things we get into during tnf Night Cap all season long and remember you can hang out with us live during Thursday Night Football each week only on Prime
