I was expecting tonight a five gamer and kraton's a great team and uh they got two special players and Kendra and North CIS those guys are really really good and do a great job of leading that team and um they play really hard they're hard to kill the ball on and anyway I was it was uh I thought our team handled game five really really well for our first fifth game and I thought they really um played well in game five especially we needed as we talked about when the big points come we're going to have to play our best and and they they did in game five when you when you assess game five like I mean it felt like the place was just stunned after four how how did you restart the end um I I I don't they do that so you know when when you lose a 30 was it 3331 you lose that I mean it takes a lot out of you because it's just like oh we and we had four swings win it and couldn't put it away so that takes a lot of momentum away and so uh I just told him you it's regroup it's game five you're at home let's go and that that's about all I said but they they they found a way to play really really well and um thought uh I there's still some great rallies in game five I it was really hard game five were you surprised how well the team did with Laney in the front row in that third set yeah I mean yeah I was surprised I was having flashbacks Oregon when we have up there Maisy yeah um but I they were telling me not to sub but I I I really thought we're were going to win it we had we did a couple rotations I just thought we had we had two swings to win it with her in the back row and then we didn't get it done so less and learn but they still I mean here's what I told them I said you guys we just did that because I just wanted to have some memories from the scheme that you'll talk about for a while so L will be Lany will be tick tocking about that for couple weeks your your offensive balance in this this match how key is that to to win I haven't even looked the stats yet but uh do we have good balance 16 15 15 15 yeah that's pretty good I I always challenge Bergen before let's let's be balanced tonight and um yeah she she's had a great game tonight when things were going well especially early in the first second set was that was that as good as You' played this year yeah yeah it was definitely as good as we played and I just thought I mean cig was playing great but we just made about three or four more plays than they did in those first two games to you know get a little Gap and um you know I thought our our serving was pretty good and I thought our block was touching a lot of balls and then as you saw game four we weren touching anything just they're just bouncing balls on us and uh maybe they got their confidence bouncing on Lany but um yeah blocking defense takes a lot of energy and I I thought that was the difference in the first two games men after your last match that you f like the medals could be more involved offensively you see what Andy Anda did set ones into in particular yeah how efficient they were was that message sent and receiv yeah we're always we know we got to our midd have got to have a major impact and it'll help everybody else was not afraid to set him so I wanted her to set Andy every ball she could tonight so uh so I thought Andy was was doing some really nice things how do you feel that Olivia handled being a target of serve great she's she's got ice ice fans she's nothing phases her she she did really well tonight yeah they were targeting her and um they got after Harper a little bit but I thought our passing was pretty good tonight final questions for Coach how big was me that fit set it really felt like de took it up a notch too how much did that help you all kind of get things back going it helps a ton that's a great thing about being at home and having this crowd I mean it's worth a couple points but when they say in football home Fields worth a field goal it's worth at least three points in a game five and our crowd was great the whole match till game four they I think they like took a break to get ready for game five but I thought yeah the crowd I mean I can't my ears are ringing and that's that doesn't happen that often here but my ears were Are Ringing right now so it was loud how did uh how were s Martin able to terminate the way level they were able to especially late in three and four to kind of yeah they just move it around and uh they got a million shots they're hard really hard to defend because they tip they roll they hit off the block I mean they're just those two are really solid players noris is as good as any left side we've seen this year and that I can remember in a long time I mean they're not even catching the touches and they won four challenges Hitting off our block like micro touches I mean that's hard to do we we didn't have any of those but that that's that is high level skill right there you talked after last game about how you were winning games but they didn't necessarily always feel great that you wanted the team to make a jump into this game do you think they made that jump tonight yeah yeah this was they've been waiting for this match for a match like this and we got a whole lot more coming up so I think this one is you know if it's almost like uh yeah they they were up for this one tonight all right thank you okay guys thanks
