Community the one thing that's very important to me in my work is that I work on things that provide opportunities for others and within Education and Training from the duraland academy I'm very proud of the fact that we are modernizing ICT training we are bringing it to more people than had typically been exposed to it and making sure that they have opportunity to enter this field and under enter this wonderful space Also to make sure that people are getting the Education and Training that they need so that they can advance their careers and really improve their standard of living in their lives and I think getting to work on that and getting to see the number of people that come in through the platform and start taking the courses I'm really excited to see where this goes in the future and what kind of impact that has bullets on our customers but also as the end on the industry as a whole we are where purpose comes to life and everywhere purpose comes to life
