TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS NFL PAYCHECK REVIEW WHAT AN NFL PAYCHECK LOOKS LIKE HOW MUCH TAXES THEY PAY

hey what's going on guys i want to show these uh paychecks off i've covered up all the uh important information and the second time making the video because i put these post-its on there and you were able to actually see through so i had to mark it out but uh this is of a uh player played for the bucks uh you can see the uh check was made out in 2004. uh this paycheck was for the amount of 170 000 so so it's a lot of money but uh let's see exactly how much uh how much money he made um pay period ending and uh 10 22 2004 not sure um how often they get paid well there's a pay period ending and here's a 2005 check okay let's go ahead and uh look at this i'm hoping none of this information up here is important but uh here's the uh buccaneers uh information this player was uh texted the single rate at this time he did earn 270 thousand dollars for that pay period year-to-date was 1.4 million dollars um here's some of the uh somebody was paid on i guess never seen a paycheck this large before mine are a little bit smaller than this um so yeah that seems like a lot of money right um so let's say year to date 1.4 million dollars which is a lot of money let's go down here to some of the deductions and uh federal income tax for this pay period was 93 000 uh year to date was uh 470 thousand dollars if you think about it it's a a third um of what was uh uh what he had earned that year uh medicare tax um three thousand almost four thousand dollars twenty two thousand dollars for the year it's uh ridiculous um mo uh state income tax uh missouri montana maybe missouri uh not sure social security tax california state income tax which is crazy because this part uh player lives in florida played in florida uh louisiana uh maryland uh here's some of the other deductions um looks like they're getting charged for uh hotel stays which is crazy yeah i'm not sure what all this stuff is um it's like you paid in thirteen thousand dollars to a 401k i think the nfl is pretty generous i think they uh match up to 200 percent um not sure how that works but that's what i read online so uh yeah that's that's a paycheck from the nfl sure direct deposit most players have a direct deposit um even back in o4 so yeah that's uh i think it's pretty cool i've never seen a uh nfl paycheck so let's go ahead and look at the other one uh for the same pay period it looks like 10 22 10 23 2005 that's a four so uh payment this period was a 282 year-to-date was 1.2 looks like he's actually paid in more uh income tax a year-to-date was a 1.2 here and federal income tax was 545 000 if you look over here the same pay period was 1.4 and he only paid in 470 only yeah that is absolutely uh ridiculous um yeah these players uh put their life on the line for this money it's not like uh they're not working hard for it and if you think about it um it's it's a lot of money to a regular person but um this isn't top tier um pay in the nfl so this is still a crazy amount of uh income tax coming up so hopefully you found this interesting i found it interesting hopefully i've done my best to cover up all the uh um personal information like i said it took me uh a second time to make this video uh i thought these posters were gonna do the trick but they didn't but yeah that'd be a nice paycheck to cash every week or uh every two weeks or hell every month oh once a year that wouldn't be too bad it'd be actually pretty pretty good uh yeah there's the bucks if you want to call them up and uh see if you can get a uh get a job from but if you watch this long thanks for watching i actually have a contract from the buccaneers organization to the to this player so if you want to see something like that uh yeah let me know uh hit the uh hit the like button if you like the uh the video subscribe if you want to see more stuff like this in the future and if you do want to see the contract video which i haven't made that yet but if you want to see something like that let me know in the comments so anyways uh thanks for watching
