it's a serious Race Against Time uh September ICC will inspect Logistics and other facilities and they will not go to the grounds and inspect what is the upgradation level what is what is the latest situation on the upgradation but come November they will come and see the upgradation on the grounds and it's a serious Race Against Time uh the determination showed by m nak the recent chairman he visit the ground 3:00 a.m. in the morning he visit visit the ground 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon he visit the ground 6:00 p.m. in the evening he is hellbent on getting the upgradation right on time but it's a serious Race Against Time we hope that Pakistan is able to convince ICC that the upgradation is complete the security is there they came here earlier this year and they were very happy they were very satisfied with the Safety and Security Arrangements but now it's the Race Against Time on upgradation of the grounds
