ADA/14th Amendment entwined

in response to Mary Godard referring to the 14th amendment that I had mentioned at the court she has refrained to mention the Americans with Disability Act which is the policy I'm referring to that is mandated by the governor or Mary Gard employed by the state as a service provider whatever she became before being certified as a guardian still is under the same mandated policy of the Americans with Disability Act this is what applies the 14th Amendment because the 14th amendment that I refer to it's about having accurate information for legal proceedings it's not about the right of legal counsel as her email is attempting to manipulate my impairment so as this chart shows that I showed her at the cabin the Guardians while I was in the hospital I misused the core by giving them false information and by doing that the unlawful ruling that allowed filing in different directions with that unlawful ruling protecting them this was all explained to Mary Gard very clearly what Mary Gard has done is attempt to get the funding in the trust account for an attorney and take it instead of me getting legal counsel for court so all of the other ends on this side of jaffy family court and the citations that are too small to see with the video are all the rsas that I went over or I showed Mary Gard she wasn't here long enough to go over them so that she could look them up herself but they've been relentlessly emailed in the last year because that's who I am what Mary Godard has been told through email very clearly is that with the accordance of the Americans with Disability Act because of my skull puncturing traumatic brain injury a neurological evaluation is required for cognitive capacity to be determined accurately in judicial proceedings it was going to take 18 months to 24 months before neurological evaluation could be done due to the severity of my brain injury in accordance with um's medical information no noral eval was done so going into the proceedings we are now legal representation for my disability is what's being specified and is required for her to acknowledge the Americans of Disability Act the 14th Amendment is for the judicial proceedings how accurate medical information could not possibly be given to the judge without legal representation filing it for me so my cross disabled medical condition is has created this vulnerability that other people have tactically utilized to steal my home insurance settlements liquidate my businesses and all the while terrorize my children and prevent me from legal counsel innocent ignorance I believe is what Mary Gard is continuing to do when she was attempting to steal money from the trust account that was meant for my attorney that I desperately need for Jeffrey filing Court
