Trying some new Wendy’s menu items & Classics!

all right what up all of our food lovers of food critics are fruties as you can see behind me that's right Wendy's Ron and I are here at Wendy's in dman Massachusetts on uh State Road also known as Route 6 uh ronin's already on the inside ordering some food and getting as the table so we're going to be heading in there meing up with him ordering some food ourselves uh or myself so let's go inside meet up with him we'll be right back with all of you in just a moment good morning everyone this is R LEL here with t in dmouth so anyway we decided to come here get some food you know we travel a lot and sometimes it's just nice to stop in and just get something quick and I got myself a nice baked potato the CH the ghost chicken burger and this little uh two um two Patty cheeseburger and that's going to be my lunch nice little cheeseburger got the nice pickles the [Music] onions believe it or not I like when he's a lot better than Burger King and the burgers are I think a little bit fresher with u Burger King and McDonald's not as much sometimes the hit him it don't get me wrong I go to MD a lot for you know like a drink or something like that when I'm going to have something to eat want to give a shout out to the lady that uh works at Wendy's she's the manager well shout out to her you know she she decided to uh hook me up with this nice drink um I appreciate it thank you h this is the W pepper chicken it's actually my favorite chicken right come here got a nice heat to it it's got nice [ __ ] got the nice tomato LS these little Punchy [Music] things by the way a shout out to Dave Thomas even though he's no longer with us but he's it he's with everybody spirit because one of the things that he did love was adoption he was a uh he supported it and if you have an opportunity to do something like that there's hundreds of thousands of kids right now that could really need them that really could use a home and a lot of them unfortunately do not get processed to be going into a home [Music] W look at this potato nice baked potato goodness of [Music] bacon so [Music] good my favorite thing when I come here is always going to be the baked potato they used to have a nice salad bar here in Wendy's years and years and years ago where you could go there get a baked potato and load it up on what whatever you wanted but then they stopped doing that but at least they kept the baked potato you know this is better than french fries and because his bacon is better got to say been a great little breakfast to me this is breakfast I'm not one of these people that has to have cereal you know like everybody like a lot of people do you know back in the old days you ate what you um you you had from the night before yeah with your breakfast now it is because you got all these supermarkets and stuff like that kids get cereal a lot of sugar all right everyone so as you heard Ronan say we're at the wy's end dment and uh just want to give a quick shout out to the manager over at this location she's been awesome very nice very polite just to let everybody know give you the heads up uh I don't know if all Wendy's do it but the Wendy's here in the dment uh in dmouth will allow you to start ordering lunch even though the breakfast menu is up around 9:00 so it might take a little bit longer to get the uh lunch stuff but you can still get it I did get a breakfast Baconator I got a burger and uh I got four piece nugget of all four of the Saucy nuggets which by the way the Saucy nuggets you can get with either the spicy nuggets which would then make them spicy or you can get them with the regular nuggets which would mean they're not spicy at all but let's start off with this all right that's the hamburger so I'm just going to put that off to the side for right now now let you try this this is the breakfast menu one oh and I also got myself a Dave's diet orange cream soda means it's a W's original I like that one I I had the same one that Ronald's got but uh I definitely like that one so let's check this out all right look at this you've got off the way the bacon looks like you got some cheese and egg and looks like a no it's a sausage patty and it's Square just like the burgers would be here at Wes has some like tosty fun action so uh cheers give it a bite definitely taste a little bit of like black pepper from the sausage course got like the saltiness on the bacon then with that American processed cheese on the egg it's not bad [Music] now I just went with this small regular size Burger so that has tomato looks like onion and pickle with some mayonnaise and ketchup and you got this nice Big Slice of lettuce some cheese and then that square Patty it's kind of thin all right but they do say at wy's it's supposed to be fresh Frozen so let's [Music] say not bad most time and I come the Wes I normally uh go for like one of the chicken sandwiches they got some good chicken sandwiches and the piece of chicken is nor pretty big but pretty thick but compared the other fast food joints I'll normally go to Wendy's and one other place which is Mu speaking of mu fast food run I saw in the comments and one of the videos somebody had asked if we could do a video on our favorite fast food joint so stay tuned and yes we will definitely be doing a video on our favorite fast food drink which you mean you're going to be getting two episodes one would be on ronan's favorite the other would be on my favorite oh which one's our favorite well just have to stay tuned and find out for many of you who have been following St from of the begin she say we never shy away from the fact that we started off this channel by doing f food places and as you see we still do it on occasion people ask us to or maybe try something new on the menu if we see something new on the menu that looks interesting yeah definitely all for more for uh supporting the small mom and pop chain business chain restaurants and stores because like we always say you know when you go to the mom and pop places that's where you're going to get more of the fresh ingredients and stuff like that once when they're gone they're gone so got like I said a four piece of all four different uh Saucy nuggets and uh which would be honey barbecue buffalo garlic palm and I forgot what the next one is got some ramp and I also got some blue cheese but let's try these each um by itself I don't know which one this is so we'll find out I don't think it wants to be eaten but as you can see all that eat them there we go oh it's honey barbecue again you can get these with either the spicy nug get for the regular I got them with the spicy but is they're all different sizes look at that almost like a [Music] circle I definitely taste that uh spiciness flavor but it's not like a spicy hot kind of thing not for me anyway I did order the four piece but I got a six piece but I'm not complaining I'm thankful oh yeah it definitely smelled the honey barbecue just uh try some with the ranch I'm curious what will Ranch taste like with Barbe sauce let's St that with some blue cheese not bad either what person I prefer the barbecue just by yourself with no sauce all right this one's orange so this might be the buffalo in six oh yeah that's Buffalo look at that very saucy I love buffalo sauce and that bles which is Ken uper or not start in the [Music] ranch and this Ranch is just Wendy's form butter milk Grant I like that that was good too this one you can already smell and tell it's garlic it smell it coming from the D this one came off easy guess it wants to be eaten and another six now I did order a four piece but again not complaining I'm very thankful just look at [Music] that parmesan definitely taste the garlic taste the parmesan and you can tast like this Italian seasoning that they put on it look at that I'm not even going to try any of these with the sauces cuz I don't think the sauces would do it any justice they're just perfectly fine by themselves oh oh so this would be the ghost pepper sorry I know I said I forgot what the last one was but this would be the uh ghost pepper one I know I tried the uh Oney ghost pepper fries so if you go back little ways of the food lover review show I did I did that one solo I believe it was the spicy nuggets that I had with the uh ghost pepper fries um I I don't think it was the ghost pepper nuggets in other words I can't remember but I believe it was just the regular spicy nuggets look at that it's good smell do color let try it by itself Flav I like that not feeling any [Music] heat W nothing's kicking up yet P some [Music] blue this is even better with the ranch at Wendy's as you already know uh it's at 449 State Road in North D and uh I'm actually really surprised that people had given it a low R you got of tables I mean one two three four five 6 7 eight eight tables one looks like like a coffee table with some nice seats got a nice atmosphere it's nice and clean the service was really good the food was really good I mean they gave it a 3.6 Stars I don't see that I really don't I've gone to Wendy's quite a few times mostly in Fall River always gotten good service based on the fact that you I got good food food that was you know I enjoyed eating the service the overall atmosphere the place the price the price was right I mean my cheeseburger the double cheeseburger you saw I got that for free and that was because I have an app and you can uh accumulate points like that so it might be it worthwhile for you to get the app also so you can get uh certain things that you normally wouldn't get if you're just going to the store and I just got this a Ruba Diet Sprite it's really nice they got a assment of flavors for people who want the sugarfree or as well as the people who don't mind the sugar which is what I always like about you know coming to a place like this you have choices and that's important so based on that you know for me it's a Five Star All right so I just got to say uh all those Saucy nuggets that I had from the garlic Palm to the Buffalo the honey barbecue and the ghost pepper are all delicious my absolute favorite though I would have to go with the garlic parmesan one I just love that I love the a of that flavoring that was on it tasted like Italian seasoning to me you could really taste the pom and the garlic and the ghost pepper one was really good too I mean they're all good but that that was my favorite bacon was good you know I love the uh the black pepper taste of the sausage and and uh you know of course I mean who doesn't like bacon and then that burger oh that was delicious yeah like gron said this had a 3.6 rating now mind you every fast food drink's going to have uh its own rating so say you know that's the rating for this Wendy's here in dominant uh you up the Wendy's one of the two wy's in Four River so there's only two in Four River each one's going to have a different rating it's like that everywhere now I would say uh because this is a Wy that my wife and I uh go to when we're in the mood for fast food because we like Wendy's out of all the other fast food joints around um this Oney has always been clean uh people who work here have always been friendly uh and you could tell it's clean it's open you could tell to keep up with it and the manager today very nice very friendly uh so again you know give another shout out to her and two thumbs up for uh just making us feel like we were at home so with all that said I would have to agree with Roney you know 3.6 that is a bit low even for a fast food junk so I would have to give this a I would say a 4.7 would be a good breing 4.7 which is still a a defin goto fast food joint spot you know 4.7 is not bad you know what do I said you know if you're down around this area come here come to this W you won't be disappointed again it is it's very open it's very clean you can tell to keep up with it the staff is always amazing
