Week 2 nfl predictions

guys it's zic bringing you episode two week two of the NFL season predictions for my exotic sports YouTube channel um we're going to just jump right into it and I'm going to give you my predictions and then hopefully this video goes up Thursday night if not whenever it goes up you'll be able to see my predictions um Thursday bills at the Dolphins I think I think it's bills of the Dolphins yeah it's bills of the Dolphins um I don't think the Dolphins win this game as much Firepower as they have I just Tua has struggled against the bills in recent years and plus the Dolphins don't have a good tracker here when it comes to facing the Bills versus other teams in that Division I don't know why I just think the bills have too much Firepower on offense and I think the Dolphins don't have enough against the bills defense and the bills defense always plays physical so it's going to be tough and it's thear hins return debut so I'm his returned to his first home game back since he had Cardiac Arrest but um has been in good form but um I I'm taking the bills pretty easily in this game um and so on and so forth um but yeah we're going to move on to the ners at the Viking all right guys we're doing the ners at the Vikings um I think this is going to be a lot close a little bit closer than people are thinking despite them not having Christian mcaffrey um depends how their corners and their linebackers are able to deal with George KD Devo Samuel on some jet sweeps and some runs and then um the guy just got double team B because he's their deep threat so um if they can just get some stuff going with like get pressure on pry make sure he doesn't escape the pocket and as far as San Fran get the ball out to your Playmakers because um it could be a one day for the Vikings but if Sam Don can somehow Break um get some bow coverages from Justin Jefferson considering he's going to have a heavy workload because Jordan Addison isn't playing we'll see what happens I'm I'm still taking the 4900 Gage just in spite of Jordan Addison's injury they're all they're all going to have the double team um Justin Jefferson so I think it's going to be a bit of a long day but who knows um I'm taking the Niners right next game Seahawks at the Patriots I think this is going to be one of the lower scoring game just not because it's Gino versus the Patriots I'm taking the Patriots unfortunately because um it's they're at home they just beat the Bengals last week they're going to be fired up and then on top of it all Seattle's going Coast to Coast from the West West Coast to the east coast I've think going to feel some jet wack early in the game but the Patriots looked really good um defensively but like offensively I think there's a lot of things to work on I'm going to take the Patriots in a low scoring Affair against the Seattle Seahawks all right guys we're moving on to the Giants as the commanders um I already know who I'm taking in this match but let's go through last year the Giants left a lot of tap with what what a performance on offense um I feel like the Giants best point of attack is to come out swinging and first um get get the get the game going early to have some Tempo and try to have a sizable lead because who knows what they they're going to be able to do on their defense is fine it's just their offense I worry about but um the key thing for the commanders is to get janen Daniels going early froze from short to intermediate froze and then to set the long froze with the play action and I don't think Jean Danel should hesitate to use extend plays with his legs we know he can run and to great success similar to other quarterbacks Like walar Richard and so on and so forth um but yeah I'm going to be taking the commanders at home for their home opener against I I think it's a home over against um the Giants I don't think they should struggle too much but we've seen we things in the NFL I'm I'm sure now we're moving on to the next game which is probably going to be the not so closest game in the in the catalog and that's the charterers at the Panthers wow not I mean but was moving to the game I think it's going to be a lot closer than people are expecting people are expecting a blot of the Panthers but like I know Bryce hasn't had a good game this this year or last year um I think it could be closer than people are expecting cuz the Panthers got blown out they're pissed and obviously the charter was what's in their way and I just have a feeling besides the Colt I think the charters are like the one team that can let some game slip through their fingers and it's obviously against a bad opponent it's the it's it's it's it's a track record with them and it was like with the Houston Texans during Co so you can never see want anyone especially of your team to Charters I think the charters win this game but I think it's going to be a lot closer than people are expecting maybe seven points maybe about three to seven points I think depending how hard game plans so if harball is smart which I know he is he's going to make sure you don't sleep on anyone even the Panthers but I'm taking the Chargers to go two and out in the division and well well you'll see what I mean with later in the later later in the picks who I pick for the Chiefs versus the Bengals moving on to the next game Saints at the Cowboys um the Cowboys were very impressive in their their Road debut against the Browns um I am this game's a little bit of tougher for me to decide because the scenes look good but again they played the Panthers who were abysmal last week and they just felt like nothing could go their way I am taking Dallas more because I think they have more Firepower on offense they got Dak that new deal they got CD lamb still they got all their weapons and I don't think they're going to have to do too much in the running game the way they were passing against a really good defense in the Browns last week but but we shall see I don't know what they could do with CD but maybe get thr some short bubble screens intermediate passes maybe do a curl route just something to get their get get them going I mean they're at home so um I don't see them having too much difficulty but you never know with Derek Carr so get Alvin CRA going early for um Derek Carr but um um yeah next game we're going to be talking about is my personal favorite the Colts at the pack now this one is a track game similar to the Chargers at the at the Panthers but I think the pack the Carolina game is more of a trap game because of how much they lost but with the Colts game they're going to be without certain safety Julian Blackman so they're going to have either Rodney Thomas or Ronnie Harrison in that spot or they could rotate those two in and out um they're gonna the questionable is quiddy pay and um obviously a Josh DS who missed last week with an ancoin jury which I think Josh DS is going to be on a pitch count especially the way the AL Pierce has been balling out last week I know it was just one week but we'll see um on the offensive side of the ball I think this is um key for Jonathan tart and his return to Lambo since he got drafted um because he used to play for the Wisconsin Badgers who lost yesterday um to the uh Alabama Crimson Tai which was also Ronan Kelly's team but for college but [Music] um I think they should get JT going early set the tempo for the play action pass which has been successful for registering especially that ridiculous 60 yard bomb to Alec Pierce for the touchdown last week it is AR try to get stuff going with his legs extend plays run if he needs to get JT going early and set up the play action back with some of their Playmakers I think you should get Pitman going early because last time Pitman played Green Bay he had his first touchdown against Green Bay he is very he does very well against that team I don't know what it is but it's it's it's a thing with Pitman but um some how JT does good against the Texans outside last week I am taking the Colts just surely on the fact that there's no Jordan love that back up is the te Titans literal third string quarterback Malik Willis the last time they played mik it wasn't a good site but then again they have a lot more on tape earlier in the year and the thing I'm going to worry about on defense is the run because the run defense we were torched last week against the Texans we're going from one good back to another Joe Mixon to Josh Jacobs I think that if the Packers are smart they're going to want to have a heavy dose of Josh Jacobs and not leave Malik WS to have the ball in his hands because I want the game is on the line they're down by a lot but I'm taking the Colts on the road in Green Bay it's been a while but I I think it's long way overdue that they have a good game um because there's been a lot of question marked on the defense inside the ball I'm taking Colts in this one okay guys we're going over the next game in the catalog the Browns and jaguars um Browns are at the Jags I am taking um before I get into who I'm going to take um there's been a lot of question marks in the Browns Camp regarding deshaan Watson this ordeal I am going to be T um Trevor Lae obviously coming off that road loss against the Dolphins and Florida they don't have to go very far from Jacksonville to Miami from Miami to Jacksonville back to Jacksonville um in this one I am honestly going to take the Browns just simply off the fact that their defense is going to be I Ed the word pistol lot but they just got smoked by Dallas I thought was going to be much closer than that Affair and Char orange was okay but they just can't let uh let the lead slip from their fingers I'm worried about their defense around their Corners more than anything now the now if Deshawn Watson plays a good game he's a decent quarterback it's just he once he throws a pick or two it just gets in his head but um as long as desan was can get into the hands of their Playmakers maybe hand off to Nick chub they should be fine but I'm taking the Browns by like three points again where Trevor orange goes 0 and 2 by3 but we'll see um as long as CH ORS can protect the football I think they'll be fine but I'm still taking the Browns because I feel like the pressure with Miles car is just going to be too much but um all right next one we're going to be moving on to is the Titans game against the Jets okay now we're covering the Jets going at the Tennessee Titans I know um they're both really twoo good ball Club un certain UNC spectrums of the ball um the Jets obviously coming off of a embarrassing loss to the 49ers and then the Titans obviously had embarrassing laws against the Bears especially towards the end but um I think that for will Weis I think he needs to not try to play the hero and try to um over over throw plays off his back foot or tries to again please hero try to get it done with his legs and then we know all the quarterbacks from the last year's draft can run it with success but he's got to take care of the football I mean that ill advised interception again against the Bears was just it was just bad but um Aaron Rogers is known for doing good on free plays with the penalties and stuff that go his way and so on and so forth I am taking the Jets simply on the the fact I'm not sure will W is um if he's going to limit the mistakes I think the Titans will win and at a certain point I just don't know if it's going to be against the Jets or not I'm going to go with the favorable Jets just uh based off the experience of Aaron roders and the weapons they have versus the weapons that the Titans have they only have Calvin Ridley and I think TR and burs I just don't think that be enough against that jet secondary um so I'm taking I'm taking the Jets in this one okay time for the most outside the Colts in the Packers probably the best matchup I know the Colts is RA go but the Green Bay still a good team but um moving on to probably the best match up of the day top three at least the bucks at the Lions the Lions just came off a really big overtime win against the LA Rams which I was not expecting to go to overtime but they got another match up on their hands another Revenge game on the minds of their opponents Tampa when they lost in divisional round against the Lions when the Lions already beat the Rams um I took the Lions this week um last week and well I'll announce my decision Baker had a hell of a game they were on fire four touchdown four tidies against the commanders I know it's the commanders but if you can play Four Tes in the first week of the Season you're very good you're offensively defensively they looked sharp um they they were get into the ball and the Lions same thing you said with the Lions but the lions were more clutch because they only they were the only team that had had to be in a clutch situation that besides the Texans which we'll get into later um I'm probably going to take the Buccaneers in an upset alert because they have the offense to do it it's just can Baker take care of the ball early in the season and when they're faced with a very tough adversary from last year uh which a lot some of these teams were faced with that last last week but baker has yet to be tested this this week I know it's two weeks but I'm still taking Tampa because of Baker Baker's ability to create space and get the ball into his hands of his receivers and his running backs and tight ends but I think it'll be a close match up I think it's going to come down to who has the ball last but I'm taking Tampa in this upset against the Detroit Lions on the road Raiders at the Ravens speaking of Revenge I think this is going to be a bit of a renge game for the Ravens because the last time they played Gardner he ended up winning that game with the Colts now I don't think he will win this on this occasion with the Raiders I think the Raiders don't have as many weapons and I think the Ravens just got too much they the Raiders just got too much they have to deal with on defense they got Ron Smith and Kyle Hamilton coming off the edge well Veron Smith is going to be suffing the Ry they don't have a really good running back in zamir white I love zamir white but I just don't think he's the same as Josh Jacobs um as would shown against the Chargers they have a lot they can look out on tape Gardner if he tried to escape the pocket the only thing they got going for them on offense is Gardner can use his legs and they have Devonte Adams double team Devonte Adams and then they're pretty much toast but you don't don't underestimate Trey Tucker get he's their he's their speed guy but honestly the way they walked against the Chargers I just don't think it's going to work because on defense just play manto Man coverage and then for the for the run and so like that have Bron be the Run ster Kyle Hamilton Blitz off the edge and I just don't think it'll be a good outing for G again I'm taking the Ravens in this one as they get their Revenge game compared to what they had dealt with last year with Gardner but if gner has to put the ball in his hands he can put it up and have these receivers go up and get it we saw it last year but I still don't think it's going to be close I think it's we got like a two touchdown game similar to the Charger game as long as the Raiders don't pick any fights like they did last week I think it it won't be close I have a gut feeling um so I'm taking the Ravens and this one against the readers and their home opener plus they want to get the bad tape out of their mouth if they had with Casi but Rams at the Cardinals I think this is going to be one of them underestimated matchups that is going to be G obviously the Rams lost by six in OT the Cardinals just lost a game they should have had against the the top two team in the bills it's a division matchup I'm I'm not sure who to take in this one I mean obviously with the Cardinals you got a lot of weapons and the Rams got some decent weapons I am going to I was gonna take the Cardinals last week but um I'm gonna take the Rams on the road because Stafford's going to be splitting it up between Cooper cop and puka now I don't think puka is playing but they still got some decent pieces on offense I think for the Cardinals the big key is getting Harrison going early they did not get him involved whatsoever even in that Bills game he had one reception for four yards and I think the KE say is getting him more involved and in in certain situations but if Kyler can go through his reads get Harrison the ball let him do his magic and then it should be a pretty interesting game but I'm still taking the Rams in the clutch with Matthew stard he's a Super Bowl champion for a reason and um he'll be good in these close games and I'm taking the Rams over the a upstart cardinal okay another one that I think could be upset heavy is the Bengals at the Chiefs um the Chiefs obviously won their home opener against the Ravens the Bengals were coming into town again on their turn I think this is going to be more one of the more better matchups of the weekend um besides the Kohl's Packers and then the Bucks Lions I am obviously not sure who I'm going to pick the Chiefs looked great on offense but and defense they look great too they just give some big plays at the end towards the second half I know a lot of teams do that the Bengals did not look good at all they were they F they fell flat and I think there's no better test to get back on track than against the Kansas City Chiefs um now the Bengals don't usually have a good track record when it comes to starting off the first two weeks which is what my I worry is with them and based on what I read Jamar Chase is not playing again neither is T Higgins and I just don't think it'll be a good outing for them I don't I'm not sure about Chase but I know T Higgins is out again but U I think if it's anything like last week it's going to be a tough tough test for the for the red hot for the cold burrow ch um Bengals because if they can't get going especially against this offense of the Chiefs which is probably the most dangerous version um I think they're going to be in for a rough day I still think it's going to be close despite no T hickin and possibly no jar Chase it's it has a track to be a good good um outing for the Bengals I just think that offens of the Chiefs is going to be too much and I think bur Mahomes will get over the hump and finally even the score in beating Joe bur early in the year now late in the year I think if they meet in the playoffs I think the Bengals will win but I think in this situation with burrow not having his boys T Higgins and Jamar possibly um I just don't think it's going to be a good outing for him and he statistically does not do well in the first two weeks so I am taking the Chiefs I was going to take the Bengals but then after I was reading some stuff and analyzing the tape from the Patriots game I I just don't know right now I just don't have enough to go off of to put Faith in the Bengals um as much as I love the Bengals I have some friends in the Bengals Community I just don't think they beat KC um it's still going to be close despite all that but if anyone can beat momes it's burrow but I think Mom and the offense if they put do what they did against the Ravens offensively it could be a rough day for the Bengals but we'll see what happens I'm taking the Chiefs in this one the at the Broncos um this is an intriguing match up because Russell Wilson is returning to Denver after he got cut from the Broncos B his replacement had two safeties and a pretty bad outing from what I've heard um for the Broncos debut against the SE on the road in Seattle um fortunately for the teams that play um the Broncos in September maybe October um you're fortunate because you're you're lucky because Miles High isn't as bad as it is in December November even January if they make the playoffs but in this game I think I'm going to take Pittsburgh oh Russell getting his revenge over Denver now if he beats Denver but can do Denver Jack squat in last year that's that's some tail of the tape but um I think the defense um is going to pressure n he's going to [Music] panic I just don't have any faith in the Broncos right now because of they they put up offensive numbers but their defense also gave up 26 and the Steelers with Justin Fields I know he's going from one end of the tape to the next but Steelers don't win I guess it's just more recipe for disaster with Russell Wilson at the helm but um we'll see what happens um I'm taking the Steelers in a three-point game if I have a gut feeling of how many how scoring is going to be I think it's going to be like well scoring like 20 to 17 or something like that but um I'm going to go back to making the um scores like I was supposed to do this week but I'll go back to it next week but moving on to the Sun night game we'll be talking about after this is going to be the Chicago Bears at the Colt Rivals the Houston Tex okay last second to last game we're talking about the Chicago Bears at the Texans I unfortunately um it's 210 squads that was very impressive in their debuts CJ shot like he he didn't lose a step from last year the Chicago Bear defense is legit and they're really good against uh they look good against the Titans but the Texans are a totally different beast and I don't I based on what I've um seen online Keenan now and roma ad dun will not be available yet again um um for a full 60 minutes for the for the Chicago Bears um I think in this game I'm going to be unfortunately taking the Texans it's a knowbrainer their offensive weapons are all completely healthy show Mixon saon digs tank death they have too much Firepower I think that the that the Bears will not be able to overcome plus they won't have keen all and rmo dunes that concerns me as far as their offense goes I think they're going to rely too much on their defense for that to overcome so without further Ado I'm going to be taking the Texans by at least 10 points pending what K Williams going to be able to deal with the ball and stuff like that I think for K Williams take care of the football because the Texans will take advantage on those mistakes if he makes any and for the Texans just R what you did in week one R and Joe Mixon set up the play action pass with um your receivers have to make plays and then so on and so forth but unfortunately for me I going to be taking the Texans hopefully they don't win though but um I see the Texans going two and0 um the reverse effect of what they started last year being 0 and two and then I think I think they're going to start on the big foot here with the two and0 start after beating Chicago at home I'll see you guys in the final prediction being the Falcons at the Eagles all right guys we're talking about the last game of the afternoon um the Falcons at the Eagles I feel like Kur cousins well not Kurt Cousins I feel like this could be a solid outing for Philly considering they're at home and when they were at Green Bay last week not Green Bay they were in Brazil they're in familiar territory they're they're comfortable at home rather than being in Brazil it was supposed to be it was supposed to be a um a home game for Philly but last week but it was a Brazil game so I think the crowd is really going to get into it I think what of all the places that are tough to play Seattle KC um and have the ball CLS I think Philly is one of the tougher places to play despite how passionate and how loud their fans are but I think sequ got have another big day against that F against the Falcons I think the Falcons run defense is decent but they're not you're going from the G Harris to saquan and saquan with his legs you can't bring him down if you try to tackle him from the legs you have to wrap him up I think that's going to be key for them and then with AJ Brown being questionable I think if he doesn't play double team Devonte Smith I just think the Eagles just got too many toys to play with on both sides of the ball you got Terry Arnold Cooper De John you got all those guys on defense obviously familiar fa but the Eagles looked decent in the past but when jayen Herz h on to the ball for too long or trying to escape the pocket that's where he got in trouble I think Jason Kelsey will be Surly missed but they was good in that in their in their opener of the season I think the Eagles win their official home opener against the Falcons what do the Falcons going to do take care of the football and um if bej Robinson is playing keep get feed him the ball like the col need to feed JT the ball but I still think fail each out too much Firepower on both sides of the ball um I think the Eagles go two and0 in their division and keep Pace um with the Dallas Cowboys if they win uh if boys went actually but um I'll see you guys later hope you guys enjoy these week two reactions um and predictions I I'm sorry I didn't do much in-depth detail about it I'm just trying to I don't want to be 30 40 minutes because I'm going through every game and slid so I need to get this uploaded before the weekend and so on and so forth but anyway
