Power Up: Tracy O'Leary Marsh and the UAlbany MBA for Executives' ROI

I chose the University at Albany weekend MBA program because I saw that I had the biggest return on investment time and money I saw that the professors were well-versed in the subjects that they taught and I also was excited about the cohort part of the program my experience with the weekend MBA program University of Albany has been fantastic no doubt it is one of the best professional experiences of my life I felt that my career had really reached a plateau I was in management I was still doing the same thing that I'd been doing for years and this program gave me a chance to really recharge and relook at things from a different perspective now I've far surpassed where I was before and I really feel engaged and empowered where I'm going Fant one of the greatest benefits of the weekend MBA program has definitely been working in the cohort structure not only did we make tremendous networks for ourselves and for each other and our companies and organizations but we also got to learn more about our own strengths when you're working in a group you identified what you did well where you want to improve and how you could collaborate with other people within a group environment one of the key requirements for me in selecting a weekend MBA program was looking at what the international business component would be within the program that we did here at University of Albany it was absolutely phenomenal our group got to travel to Munich Germany where we had the chance to actually discuss the global economic crisis um that had taken place here in America and the effect that it had overseas and vice versa some of the difficulties that they were dealing with there from a business business perspective that's something I never would have had the opportunity to do if I hadn't been a part of this program I would recommend this MBA program to anybody anybody who wants to further their career that they want to get in line and know what's happening in the workplace today not only to know what's happening today but to be able to Envision the tomorrow
