Brace for Tricky Friday Travel as Widespread Snow Hits Ontario, Risk of 10+ cm

we've got a low pressure system tracking in from the US expected to track across the Lower Lakes Region but storms that take these tracks are notorious boom or bust snowfall systems for southern Ontario and it all has to do with the temperature profile now there is ample cold air for this to be an all snow event however there is warm air LOF just waiting in the wings and depending on how far north that warm air nudges in we could be looking at varying amounts of snowfall across the low Lakes Region and that could even mean a bit of mixing coming in to some areas at this point in time this looks like an all snow event for southern Ontario now if the system tracks a little bit farther north this will mean less snowfall around the niagar region more snowfall for the Ottawa area if it tracks a little bit further south less snowfall for Ottawa this could mean more snowfall for the rest of Southern Ontario and more snowfall for the nagara [Music] region
