danielle pembroke the first event of the second day uh javelin throwing under 23. 8 30. you had to start here your competition how did it go well it's the earliest i've competed you know in any championships but um you know it's early in the season i'm happy with that performance i found it uh earlier about three weeks ago through 70 72 i i believe i've got more in me but you know it's early days early season so there's more to come i think starting with all the throwers event like this how is it yeah it's amazing to see guys throwing over over you know 80 meters it's incredible experience really very inspiring what is a good preparation for coming here getting used to the cold i think but you know just adapting to the conditions and just trying to throw in all different types of conditions really what will be your main focus this season um over 75 meters it's you know my first year in the under 23s so anything can happen i think it will be a big change yeah
