e e e e e e e e all right guys good morning good morning good morning how's everybody doing today we're going to run through this watch list really quickly we got the mic working sounds like I can hear my dull early morning voice all right so hit the like button for me please I urge you I need you to uh subscribe if you haven't already subscribed we're trying to get to a th000 subscribers and that's it then I don't have to say this stuff anymore let's get there I know we can tell a friend send it share it help the stream out you know I come on here for free we don't charge a dime okay if you want to give back to the stream the Link's in the description PayPal venmo cash app go on and throw a little bit to the stream you know what I'm saying you if you've learned something if we've helped make you guys any money um you know it's the least you can do is give back to the Stream So we do thank you for that if you do if you have any questions if you want some outside help on you know really understanding how to recharge understanding the timing reach out all right first things first Nvidia has a little bit of a inverse Head and Shoulders here on a 15minute sh sh I said shart uh left shoulder head right shoulder um so we're going to see if we can get above here at this 110 level I think today you'll see a pullback let's see if we can get that pullback to Prior day's close and then see if it does end up breaking this is a nice nice bounce here um it doesn't like to move much anymore unfortunately being that it's at 100 bucks I mean you got to think 10 bucks is a is a 10% move on a 100 so um so don't you know make sure your expectations with this are within line and I'm sure the majority of you guys will have it in line but again I hope everybody is doing well please hit that like button subscribe um Nvidia has a 100 day moving average coming right up uh as soon as you get above 110 so you want to you know be keen and cautious of that as do the cues same setup right Nvidia looks just like the QQQ so watch this uh 108 level like if you get a pullback and you see 108 hold on a light volume pullback oh wait I forgot to say grab a pen and paper where is your pen and paper at write these levels down it's important Tyreek what's up bro I got a good one for us this morning it's good to see you man I hope everything is well with you hope everything is well with your family I hope I just hope everything is good hope everything is going good you know um more people I wish kind of knew about using a lot of the things that we have in life for prosperity and being able to get the things that they want in life you know like you have the markets you have you know different type of jobs but the things you can do outside of your job or at your job right you can have multiple things I I got to be honest man Co really created and that's what zero interest rates brought like the Ubers right you saw a lot of new car manufacturing you saw a lot of different technology that that allows other people to be able to benefit from it so um you know I just wish that for a lot of people you know there's a lot of people hurt and suffering out there let alone you know it's kind of hard right when gas is $4 you know it's it's it's tough in this type of economy to to even save to be able to do something but um so let's let's keep it going here I don't want to get off track um Nvidia we're watching for you know we're going to go up here test 110 and then look for that pullback to to 108 and prior days close and what this is showing us is like that 100 day moving average is up there so until you can actually get above it and the cues get above it this blue box right there uh for the q's is your 100 day moving average so you're you're you're still got a little bit of a challenge um above you so today be mindful I'm I'm telling you guys people there's nobody talking about this but we have a 10-year note auction today you got to see if it goes good or if it goes bad all right which I don't think it'll be too bad because I think there'll be a lot of people that'll be urged to grab the 10year and grab some of these lower uh yield or not lower yielding but you know the you know closer to date right your one years your two years out to your T while the yield is still there right while the um pretty much getting while the getting's good so watch that 10year note that's going to be at 1:00 all right that's going to be 1:00 listen I don't know what the Yen and all that stuff has like there there could be implications here with the Yen carry trade and you know I don't I I I'm not that deep rooted in banking and inv that's my banking so I'm sorry but you know so all right Nvidia watching for um for that 110 if that 110 can break pullbacks to 108 right if you see prior day's close hold I know I've already talked about this um look for pullbacks to Prior day's close Okay um and if prior day's close does not hold you know the last support level you have is there at 106 all right that would be just down at prior day's uh just under just above prior day's opening price uh yesterday what did we say about the Spy we were trying to get that one that that 546 test right and what it do this morning went right into 546 right into 546 I was I I put this trade on and I took it off we got a little bit of pullback so that was a flat tra literally a flat trade for me I think I might have made 50 cents a contract um you know I made a little bit it paid for commissions and it you know so it was a pretty much a free free uh trade for me um what I do want to talk about is let's go here so this is what I was doing all right CNBC let's go here let's pull this over here all right so what's going on here [ __ ] why do I because I was going to bring up um some some of the ideas that I have um the first one okay there's there's a couple this is big all right Spotify okay Spotify um this setup here in my opinion let's go to here let's go here all right so you guys can see here just like you'll see in a lot of these other areas here that this this level looks like it's holding that pullback let me make sure because I have not really checked the daily chart I did but I didn't as far as moving averages are concerned and I'm looking to see if we can try to get a bit like if the q's can try to break out I would look for Spotify to bounce but I'm also watching you know I'd like to see if this holds as support right I'm looking for a run back up to like that 335 340 area you have the 20-day moving average right there and you held the 50-day yesterday okay you held the 50-day moving average yesterday so what I would like to do is to see if we can get a bounce back on Spotify let's go here boom boom so if you if I pull up the 4 Hour so here you go this will give you a little bit more of a of a uh you know of an idea of what we're looking at here all right so you can see we're coming in and you're seeing that volume attempt to come in down here um Spotify where's my news thing at let's see here all right so why is there Apple there [Music] hold on one second I'm just so Duty Oracle okay so this had it yesterday is what it was guys I'm sorry all right so here's some of the um upgrade you know calls of the day here oh this is a video God damn it um so it's neutral okay they have a price target of 340 so that's actually taking us right where we want to go all right caner Fitzgerald has an upgrade on this or neutral stance I should say and their target on this is 340 and we're looking to get to 335 340 as well that's literally where I'm looking to take this if not trying to get it back to the top end of that range um I would look for Spotify here today if this can hold if we get some volume especially if the q's start to try to break out because I mean this thing has just been a beast honestly this thing has been a beast um I mean this daily chart is just it's just grinded higher this is the dip so if you're going to get it you should at least get you know a bounce to that 20day and then find out if this bounce Falls so that's why I'm kind of looking for a long here on Spotify and if there is volume I want to see if we can take this so that's my target guys 335 taking profits at 330 330 250 let me see something right here real quick see it doesn't quite get there um I'm I'm this is not really a top idea but you know 335 guys I think we should be able to get there I don't see why there should be any trouble getting there to 3:35 and if we can get it if we can try to reclaim it we we'll see what happens I haven't traded this in a while so I don't know how it trades obviously it hasn't moved much uh I mean days like this are the days you kind of want to be on it um I will say this the overall markets right the overall markets uh they have we have the dip has been being bought we'll skip it all right we'll skip it um arm let's go to arm I haven't been watching this so arm is in my opinion one of the semiconductors that has been doing a little bit better you have regain that 128 level we talked about that consolidation a couple weeks ago all right because we went long here on this day at least I did right we went I went long here on this day on this up it was either here or here it was that day or that day um that I went long we were trying to see if we could break out because you still had the 50 day up there I'm sure it's right around 140 145 it may and I the reason I said it's because I'm sure it's gotten lower it has so it's it's it's coming right into 140 right now all right it's coming into 140 we had a nice nice tail put in yesterday today on the overall markets so let's see today if arm or the SE Andor the semiconductors and the q's if we can get a little bit of strength today we'll see I'm not I'm not saying we're going to but if it shows up I know where I want to be arm has room to 13250 roughly that 100 day moving average okay 13250 or so um let's go into like GameStop djt some other setups here dude that looks so weird why did that happen so this is a nice little pullback looks like paler is regaining uh 3350 yeah paler paler should have an have a uh if you're looking for like a quick trade you could look for a run back to 3450 and see how the volume is here on Palance here the volume is pretty nice this morning so far what time is it it is 9 o' so on a five minute chart let's see here 8855 so yeah the volume is actually pretty decent look at that pre-market volume on paler so let's actually put paler at the top of the list um the Target that I'd give for this you're sitting at this level now like these this is the area I would look for is this it would be this it would be this area how about that right here you're trying to hold it and I would look for like that right a test right back up to 3450 and there it goes let's see what happens at 3450 so if you want to write that down 3450 that's the area I'm I would look to see you know does it struggle you do have some volume there waiting for you once you get up there and if this bounces what's going to happen that means the q's oh [ __ ] sorry I place stuck on fire oh no yeah [ __ ] um yeah you gotta watch actually that's and I wanted to bring that up was GameStop it's actually on the list here so I have this level down here if it can break all right so now we should be able to get some liquidity on this name if you get a bounce back what what is that like 22 looks like it's trying to bounce back now look for a rejection at 22 that's what I'd look for i' look for that bounce back to $22 see if you can get that rejection at 22 um and you have some room here if you can break $20 then you could have a nice drop down into 18 just be careful because it is kind of a bit overdone it is a a little bit overdone but so there's your 20 days up there it's a weird pattern isn't it that's a weird pattern let's go let's go look we have to look at JP Morgan you guys we got to look at JP because that I don't know I don't know if we should be looking for a trade to back to the like a revert back to the mem which it looks like it's doing that now off of 204 that was a huge move guys that was a huge move I don't think this thing has ever put in anything close to that candle look at that so I was a little early on the short right we we were talking about being short JP Morgan and the banks I was just a little early I was a little early the thesis came about but it just the timing that's the timing aspect of things that you know you have to anyway um so we're bouncing back off a 20 or4 we know 50-day and uh 210 so let's look for a bounce back to 210 on JP Morgan again grab your pen and papers if you don't already have them hit the like button subscribe if you know if you make some money with us and you want to give back to the stream give back to the stream not my pockets but the stream you know I'd like to be able to um bring some people on there's a lot of things that I'd like to be able to do so you'd be able to help us uh you know contribute to getting to those goals so 210 50-day is the upside Target I'd look for on JP Morgan all right huge day yesterday um I here's the thing we got this news early and I almost took it but when I looked at JP Morgan it literally didn't move it was like right here it was just chilling and I guess the more and more and more that that guy was talking talking yesterday about their revenues and Loan growth and uh m&a mergers and Acquisitions will be flat um you know it just got worse and the second I turned and looked at city and then I seen City wasn't doing anything I went to Wells Fargo here's the thing with the banks for those that don't know okay Wells Fargo would be your riskier of the bigger Banks they do auto loans uh they you know they it's not that they're RIS I'm just saying out of the big three we'll say Wells Fargo Bank of America uh JP Morgan I can consider City kind of like JP Morgan so I guess you could say the big four Well Fargo would be your riskier one all right uh going giving loans out on things that depreciate okay uh Wells Fargo wasn't really it was actually bouncing right it was bouncing with the market so then when I looked at JP Morgan it was like I you know it wasn't moving it wasn't doing what I thought and I think I looked like 10 15 20 minutes later and then bang this thing is just falling to the ground I'm like you got to be kidding me like we had it to where that trade was early I'm talking early right in that consolidation it was pulling back but I was like dude so and we tried to find it but you know anyway I I get off of that subject uh let's look to see if there is a bounce back I think you see that people try to buy the dip and you just see another test apprach prior's low um you know if if we do hold this level then sure I just think that that's too easy I think trying to get to 204 to 210 might be too easy but we'll see what happens so we could look for a pullback um because right now we are see like we're still below technically you're still Below prior's close so we'll see what happens with JP Morgan and the rest of the banks and what this means for like um City and Bank of America all right um let's keep it moving here Robin Hood what's oh Hood all right so Robin Hood Robin Hood Robin Hood this thing's in a tricky place this thing might start to make a move here crypto would be too or so I'm just looking at uh just to make sure I see everything all right all right so Barkley's upgrades Robin Hood to $20 we're already there so that doesn't mean [ __ ] okay all right all right look the Spy that's literally our Target yesterday did it this morning pre-market that's it's all good it's all good um if you're looking for upside Target like on the Spy or the q's man we're still struggling there with the 50-day um I think we still need to run a test back up here guys to the 20day you know we did test 555 but keep your eyes you know on the overall markets here on on these levels on the Q using this spy let me go back into some stocks here um so GameStop okay so we already we we gave out GameStop right we said look for the bounce back if you can bounce back to uh 2150 $22 and look for the rejection up there on GameStop all right this has some room to the downside if we see look it's just that that uh it's getting sold that the every bounce is getting sold just give me one second let me do this I need to get better at this guys I do apologize yeah I would I would like another test of uh $22 if we don't get it I'll see where we're at when we open but I just I got to stick to my guns here so that's broke so this would be in my opinion our new range for GameStop would be you know 20 to $22 I would like to see $20 break you have a you have a small Gap fill here small Gap there down in front of $20 you can get a nice move to 18 I just don't think it's going to give it to you in one shot you might have to go out like like two or three months honestly like if you wanted to get that trade if it worked you'd have to give yourself some time all right and then remember if the markets bounce that may not help your it may not affect it but it could all right it could all right uh 22 22 is what I'm looking for bounce back into 22 and see if you get this rejection here what is that 23 okay yeah because of the because of earnings we're down here that's right all right so yeah 22 gme $22 rejection okay um another one we were watching is Baba we called this short out yesterday not Baba not Baba we did bring up the the $84 rejection but it's still holding up so let's see if Alibaba is going to extend higher I am kind of curious if Alibaba we're going to we're going to get on that we're going to get on Alibaba but Boeing this was the short this was the a top idea yesterday this was uh you know it kind of took the trade away from you but then that news came out and it brought it right back we were watching for that 164 test um what happened was off the Bell you'll see here we broke 162 and that's what we were watching we were saying okay 162 below us 164 above us either one of those breaks it it it has room right to the upside and or downside we don't care which way it goes um so 162 broke and we were looking for that bounce back and it just wasn't coming so what happened was there was a piece of news that they ran through the wire and you got your 164 entry it was a little tough you had to pay up a little bit if you were laate on it because of the volatility but that ended up working out we were targeting 158 and that's what we got so let's see what does the Dow do where do we go from here is this going to hold or is it not going to hold hold because if it does not hold we have an open floor guys on Boeing you have an open floor here you have nothing here until 150 all right so I'm going to be watching this closely and I'm going to take it I'm going to take it if it opens up all right really that support level if you want me to be completely honest with you you don't have support until 141 140 right because 150 is blocked by by you know that that strong rally so I would keep an eye on this if it opens up let's see here let me pull this up okay so we are holding that that that that that we got to hold 160 I'm telling you guys we got to hold 160 you got to hold it let me see something here yeah so you put that tail in there yesterday at 160 let's see if we can start to catch a bounce I want to see if we can bounce if we don't you guys see that you guys see what I'm looking at here right look at this this level here let me pull this up right here okay right here right there you guys see that you see how you had that pivot High consolidate it breaks out what's it do support support support support support it went lower and lower and lower and Consolidated for a while but that's a bare flag you know or a barar trap whatever you want to call it um and you're there now you're on this support level so if if you give that up you know this opens the this opens you up to a uh you know a nice 15115 move to the downside okay and that was a low volume day yesterday it looks like everything is over you know oversold here we actually have some Divergence which is good that's actually good we made a new low with the higher RSI let's go this is actually a nice bullish setup so I may end up going long Bo I don't like it there's no the volume hasn't proved it to me but I may try it and give myself time I may give myself some time at least to see if we can get up to 170 and test that 20-day moving average if we don't and we break you know it is what it is I tried it it didn't work but I have to listen to the Chart the chart is telling us this thing is trying to turn around whether it does is another question all right you can see look at the hourly chart right new lows new lows right higher higher lows higher lows higher lows higher lows on the macd nice little volume coming in there it looks like the sellers are exhausted there may not be as many sellers left and all it takes is for the sellers to step aside and or a bounce to get a little short squeeze going all right so I'm kind of you know the the level I am watching though is this level right here this is the level we need to pay attention men to is 162 162 so let's look for bounce backs to 162 and see if it can get recover uh if it can get reclaimed you know I'm not going to worry about it if it does or if it doesn't I'll just you know it breaks down and we can't make any progress okay cool I know I know my role I will just you know I know 150 145 is the target to the downside all right uh that trade we should look for time with that all right um djt holy [ __ ] car konia is so funny he can like say these little things but the fact is is how many people are how many people's wages are beating inflation that's the question so that's kind of funny all right uh djt djt djt uh djt's pulled back obviously today oh it already did it so 17 was the level I was watching it already retested it premarket uh looks like this thing is going to get sold off it's no surprise and that's okay that's okay all right so that one's not not good for anything um [ __ ] okay so DAV Busters oh yeah DAV Busters had a really good day good day yesterday NOA nordis oh novaris I'm sorry us L Shar Swiss pharmaceutical shed 2% following a downgrade from Bank of America okay so here we go crypto stocks tied to the price of Bitcoin were under pressure as the price of Flagship cryptocurrency fell slightly overnight with crypto Traders uh digesting Central Bank policy in Japan uh looking ahead of keep blah blah blah blah coinbase fell 2% micro Str and I told did anybody take advantage of that coinbase trade I gave that out I gave you guys that coinbase trade and I was like guys watch this once it shows you the direction you got to take got to pounce take it um also Goldman Sachs downgraded Morgan Stanley oh my God come on man what is going on here dude is there anybody here I just want to say no I feel like I always waste my time in the mornings Endor endorse Taylor Swift endorses kamla Harris after heated presidential debate was it heated so Taylor Swift is going to take a few words instead of action and she's okay with the fact that they lied to her for over four years and they have to bring back the draft why is that why is that isn't it funny a few little words like Obama oh yeah you just that doesn't mean that it's [ __ ] true here's the thing that man proved what he could do he proved that he can soften fuel prices to help give back to the everyday person right just in fuel costs could help create a savings account over time for people I mean it's so funny Taylor Swift I endorse you kamla you talk that [ __ ] yesterday now talking to talk and walking to walk are two completely different things all right let's have a moment of silence for the victims of 911 for all right okay so there's not much news um let's try to keep keep um names like crowd strike right might feel like people may have kind of forgotten about this a little bit uh Palo Alto I'm sorry uh yeah palow Alto I'm still curious if if this is going to recover or not this still has some room on it looks like you you could have room and run a test back up there to what is that 355 uh you have to get above 350 you got to get above that 350 level which would be like a week ago that closed right there and it was kind of a support level so let's see here looks like it's pulled into 345 I don't know if you guys can see that or not you guys can see it's pulled into 345 and now it is trying to run a test to the upside all right so here we go I had a feeling I I never got my opportunity to go along guys told you guys yesterday if we got a pullback in the 347 346 is really where I wanted it that I was going to go long and it looks like this Market's going to run without me [ __ ] God damn it it's all good it's all good all right stre all right we only have a few minutes left here guys I might end up trading the in overall indexes um let me make sure I have my moving averag is ready to go we can talk about Tesla uh I'm not going to trade this I just I feel like uh this might hopefully it doesn't happen to you but you know I was bullish this thing and I said man this thing looks like it's going to break out to the upside all right um it it's it's fun just don't get caught up like look look if you end up trading Tesla and for whatever reason you keep like like it just plays games and you're not making any money just leave it alone and let it just just come back later that's what I'm doing all right I I'm not sure what it wants to do um I was talking about it having a runup into October [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] sh sh sh sh [ __ ] we have four minutes let me get my stuff done uh you're up here at the 50-day you do have some resistance possibly up here um up at the 50-day moving average and this uh 230 level but chances are you may end up breaking 230 today let's see it's yeah that's the level I'm okay with it's going to be a range you guys it's it's going to be a few dollars right it's not exactly 230 what is going on here that was a nice pullback I asked you guys yesterday if you guys liked that pullback in the 220 off of 226 225 uh I should have taken it but what are you going to do that's when that news came out with JP Morgan in the morning that we ended up getting locked in on Banks and watching them so let's keep an eye out for banks let's see what banks do there should be some liquidity there um you know there's a catalyst there so we have the tenure what does the tenear do to them I got to get rid of some of this [ __ ] here so that's your range it looks like you have now 220 230 I think you got to watch for um prior days high uh 226 oh you just rejected it you are rejecting it so I'd watch this level right here 226 it's like 2262 right there bang 226 on Tesla uh oh Tesla's getting a little crazy what's it is a spy doing the same thing let me see here [ __ ] we have one minute let me not get let me not get caught slipping let me not get caught slipping again I told you guys I'm taking my time this week I need to get I need to get myself back in the saddle I need to get myself back in the saddle because I did too much damage to myself making too many stupid dumb decisions and really really it came down to rule breaking I broke a lot of rules right I broke a lot lot of rules stopping out when I should have what you got for us Baba what are you going to do Baba we going to get another rejection at 84 Baba what are you going to do all right guys 47 seconds I'm going to turn down the volume let's have a great day today please if you guys have any ideas call out um I guarantee you I guarantee you watch a firm keep an eye on a firm guys as well um upst these are some other names that I wanted to watch watch I'm I don't know what I'm talking about but Baba watch alib Baba down up here at that 84 see if it rejects or it regains it all right so upstart guys nice little uh break and retest here it's been down the last couple days though Roblox I'm trying to think of some ideas all right so the q's are pulling back Dow Jones Industrial Average down 19774 55 nasda Roblox is up at resistance guys you could get it we could have a nice trade here on Roblox to the downside let's see watch this volume here you're bouncing into that resistance Zone keep an eye on Roblox I might man you have a level there that is resistance let's see you're testing prior day's close right now on Roblox boom just took it not the trade but yep right there boom boom boom boom let's see here is it going to break out let me make let me check the news Starbucks to Rally around 21% here at top 10 on okay so here's the analysis forecast Okay so this is what I was looking for God damnn it PDX smmt smmt [Music] r% even JP Morgan uh wait what oh that's Ste us Steel okay Roblox uh bti increased Roblox from 47 to 51 maintain a buy rating okay Jet Blue that was a few days ago all right oh yeah you just hit your trade line in vwap here on the 15-minute chart you guys um let's see let's look at the Spy real quick you are making higher lows it is putting in higher lows but I would look for a move back to $44 I think we should be able to get 44 I don't think we should have a problem with that 4 4 maybe get 4350 44 that's a Target I need to get on this trade now if I'm going to take it guys I'm waiting way too long here and then 43 350 4350 all right guys fck I think I'm going to take this I'm just trying to be patient what's today today is what Wednesday yes today's Wednesday dude there's like no volume for these things dude 31 if what when did Roblox become so IL liquid that's crazy bro nobody trades Roblox anymore that's wild kscp night scope deploy security robots at National Airport Andy Charlie Papa damn look how far they dropped guys 17 cents to 45 damn son all right guys Baba broke above it's got an in Baba's trying to get above that level there what to do what to do what to do and there's your vwap trade line test here we go does this hold that's the question for me does this hold here you already have a tail so I don't know if it's going to all right spies at 546 looks like we could not break out but this could be our high or low it could be and I'm not going to take a guess I just want to see if we start to uh you're seeing the volume dry up a little bit here watch 545 or 546 on the spy watch this level here this was uh you know here's the thing too right now it's Wednesday and we're still below we are still below Monday's high we're still below Monday's high so do we have a lot of room to the downside like because if you think about it we still have somewhat of a little Gap to take us down to 542 so I wonder if that would be our best bet is to look at maybe a possible like 542 trade for like tomorrow or Friday if it's cheap just to have a small position on in case it does give it up and we do get that pullback remember we do have a 10year auction today all right we do have a 10-year auction and look at roadblocks look at roadblocks you guys okay so the spread's tightening up never mind um oh [ __ ] guys all right so look Boeing Boeing is retesting that that Gap look looks like it might start to fall out of bed here guys it's not a good look I don't think things are the good and going going well at all for boelling UMC let us be patient so Roblox is just sitting still which is weird oh that was a 30 minute chart I had up that's why now look at Spotify you guys it's got no volume but it did bounce okay it did pull back and bounce dude I think Boeing's getting ready to break down it's it's really edging it way to break down here that was a double bottom at 157 yeah look I'd look for that revert back to vwap trade line uh and then see if you can get that continuation see if it gives you the continuation to the downside the level I'm watching on this um is this 15 158 level you know if you want to try to be a buyer here you could and I that's all I'd give it I would would actually give it to like one like that double bottom from uh last Friday but look the volume is it's getting weaker it's not coming in here where it would I mean it kind of is but it isn't like this thing should start be starting to get away from it like that there's nobody wanting to buy it or own this all right there goes Boeing or not Boeing but Baba here go oh [ __ ] that was really low volume that volume just fell out of bed let's go look at Tesla Tesla Queen base things like that I knew it I knew it she gave it up Tesla gave it up all right so what do we do from here okay so that was a pullback in a prior day open okay prior day's close is Monday's closes down there at 216 so you might have a few dollars left you might get like 215 or so here on Tesla 2115 that would have to be my targets that's a nice tail nice tail being put in right there 54 at the in Lo all right what else do we got here what do you guys see you guys see anything with relative strength relative weakness let me look here dude why is my stuff getting [ __ ] up like bro this is [ __ ] like oh we said palen here we mentioned palen here this morning and the volume that it had um I feel like I'm missing something here JP Morgan what's JP doing so we're still below prior days close what the [ __ ] is going on with this thing what on a circuit breaker Charlie November Echo Yankee at the highs of dollar oh is that what you were talking about uh Children's Place I'm sorry Ty yeah I I didn't see that I I didn't I didn't know what you meant there I do apologize yeah it is that is a nice pop you're right into the 100 day right now you know you do have Christmas K coming around the corner uh so maybe maybe you get maybe you get a tested like $10 or so um I'm scanning right now I'm looking around right now looks like semis are are leading us like uh Micron we could we could look at micron's making a nice little new high here all right this is a nice little prior support level it looks like but you got to watch there's a resistance level here at $90 too kind of all right kind of maybe we could say it's like 91 lifestyle let me let me do this let me do that yeah that is a nice little support level and it has room all the way to $94 so if you want to try that on Micron look for a move try to you know you might be able to Target that $90 Spotify is bouncing Roblox is not doing a damn thing it's just stuck all right watch the cues here guys keep an eye out for this if we hold or if it Rejects oh man I may let's see if we can get a bounce back off 545 or so like part of me thinks it would be wise to just go ahead and get short um and look for that move back down to the low 540s you guys it's just my opinion so if we bounce back and we can't get through 547 548 is and it looks like we're struggling there then I I definitely want to look for um a possible short here on the Spy I do we're not making any progress and you have this prior support let's see here let me do this like look how quickly we left can you see that guys like look how fast we went from 540 to 555 right when like look at that bang right just a bullet move right just quick as [ __ ] and then and and even here one two days you were there we've spent one two three and we're like not making any progress so I think you still got to use this area see look it's already fallen uh you still got to use that 549 that 50 day as your rejection Point uh um let's look for a bounce back off this level H it'll probably be like 544 let's see if it bounces back and then we'll look for a possible rejection here the volume is actually I don't know if it's bad or not or if it's good you have have to give it more time we're just stagnant stagnant ass Market let's look at Nvidia oh my gosh Nvidia got above 110 guys where my people at where y'all at here guys damn help have our backs damn gang what are we rejecting 112 pulling back off of 112 oh my God oh my God oh my God I missed Nvidia I missed it the moves over with I'm a [ __ ] loser unbelievable n nclear energy popping to the highs nov November Echo it's also a message of help Doug you got to have hope Kramer's hilarious all right so that 112 11250 area is a potential uh resistance Zone can't skate from the bottom to the top lifestyle all right so there it is what did we say that damn 100 day moving average C ccj we we were looking at this yesterday oh my God oh my God look it's going to throw me off of invid I gotta go look at ccj like there was no news he's saying that it spiked but oh [ __ ] guys look at this oh damn I was wondering when this was going to break out okay cool what time is it it's 9:50 Russ's Russia's Putin said that we should think about exports restrictions on some Goods such as uranium okay you have resistance up here at $40 titanium and nickel they want to like not export it guys uhoh so there could be a shortage if they do go through with it boing broke down boing broke down to a new low the shore is on on all right so watch for this little area to be resistance up here at 158 and see if it gives you a continuation if you like damn so you have a mild level of support here and resistance so can we get out of that range that's the question can we get out of the range from the bottom to the top lify I got to put on some music you guys the spy man that's not a good-looking chart it really isn't that is not good guys oh my God [ __ ] Kane skate from the bottom to the top all right so I'm not going to go long see ccj yet because it's you know you're getting long right in front of a level and that 20-day moving average is at 40 bucks as well I'm going to look at the Spy here and I'm just going to go ahead and go uh with my gut here give me one second can we hold can we hold it's going to be hard to hold with the banks like this that that happening with JP Morgan yesterday literally sums up the trade idea that we've talked about which is you know this entire Market pulling back ler down ver hey let's make sure we're seeing the board I want to make sure I'm seeing everything so I was thinking about the weekly chart here it looks like it's going to break down guys damn it that sucks all right so the weekly candle so we are still just above Monday's we are still just above Monday's open all right we're still just above that and oh [ __ ] it's bouncing let's go baby let's go let's go I guess we're stuck we're stuck here range bound huh that's going to be what it is huh all right let's play The Range I'm with it let's do it kcap from the bottom to the top uh oh um be careful me keep your head on the swivel that's all I'm going to say Keep Your Head on the swivel because ccj dude this thing's breaking out again guys oh my God the thing is that you're right at the resistance Zone like you're literally right in front of $40 and the 200 day mov or the 20day moving average which is that green line so you can see that tail being put in there and people are a little reluctant to take this you should start to see some sellers step in and take profit and then you know I would be patient and wait and see if there's a pullback um and now on the daily chart like look at that that's pretty much a breaking retest of that prior support level so I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes resistance it doesn't have to be but I mean that's some pretty decent volume it's it hasn't even we it's not even 10 o'clock and you've already done over half of the volume from the prior day so that that's a good sign there's another increase in volume here but a lot of that's got some selling pressure in it what you gonna do Baba yo yeah Ty she didn't even come in today bro she's sleeping I gave her fed her earlier I played with her earlier and then uh it's she ended up laying down I opened the window for her today like I usually always do but today I had this you know the slide glass door open so she was I guess watching birds and stuff she did she fell asleep early she's been up she's trying to get me up at like 4 o' this morning she was poking at me so this was the first time in in I can't remember when she hasn't came in here yelling at me to to get me away from my monitor it's it's hilarious it's just crazy not sure what she uses to keep track of the time but I didn't even think about that all right there's okay so Invidia is going to be presenting at the Goldman Sachs conference guys so that is going on there's a lot of companies IBM Microsoft PayPal all these companies so I'm not sure if we can listen to it live or not I'm sure it's on a Bloomberg if anybody if any of you guys have a Bloomberg terminal I'm sure you guys will be able to listen to it there possibly I don't know but see any now all right um oh [ __ ] let's look at crowd strike let me look at coinbase I'm trying to find some stocks that have setups you know I mean that's a nice retest on coinbase up here at 158 or I'm sorry yeah all right Queen base is drilling let's go look at Bitcoin can't skate from the bottom to the top just a little downside there let's see if there's no there's no volume here but let's see if grandfather H we will always love and miss you Timothy Paul Gilbert Paul Stewart just a few blocks away from here guys always a somber day at the New York Stock Exchange so many of the streets Areo let's watch this reversal coming up here look at that Wick come in there on the Spy that is one hell of a wick guys look at that Wick that was a mean Wick BX bried shares on the way back up now at65 up 166% so we do have buyus here all right maybe we maybe we try to take a shot what do you guys think let me know in the chat what do you guys think you guys want to take a shot hit that like button get them likes up let's go we can do it man we got to get these likes up gotta start making some type of progress I know you know I got to do a better job at things but let me do something really quickly let me do something something really quick let's see let's see what's going on here all right let's see what we have going onhc Vol okay so okay so let's go here here's the Dow the Dow screaming to the downside all indices down uh iwm is still holding up okay uh the cues are holding up the best you guys look at this area right here on the cues the cues are holding up the best and you can thank Nvidia thing is is you have the 100 day right above you Microsoft look at Microsoft above the 20day it looks like it's falling over tell me that's not a head and shoulders tell me that's not a head and shoulders forming oh from the earnings yes yes yes yes very smart very smart of you exactly look at that all right left shoulder head possible right shoulder coming looks like this thing is just falling over and trying to and possibly going to go break down I mean if I pull that out that looks like you have officially made a lower High um not to that high but to that previous base there so I would keep I'm going to take no I'm GNA leave them um this level here at 400 you get 400 to break on Microsoft I'm not saying it's going to but you know let's talk about right now because we need a trade it's 10 o'clock let's see does the long come in here let's see um I think we got to look for a bounce back to the 50 day and 100 day just the top side of that range possibly Auto and car delinquencies were worse than expected oh they're fine they're fine they're doing just fine just fine so moan is bullshitting 42 is is your little support level all right so that's that that's Microsoft msft let's go look at UNH meta's down Amazon's up Google UNH look healthc care is down JP Morgan is pulling back possibly pulling back again so it might be a weak day you guys watch JP Morgan here look at this bare flag breakdown this could be a nice setup this could be a really nice setup man come on man it's just not it's not going to give it to us it could but I don't know if it's going to this is a nice setup in my opinion if you get a bounceback rejection at 20347 look for a pullback off of that level if this bounces low volume which is why we have the one minute chart up it just feels like it's too easy but it's going to take a little time I'd look for that to get down to the 202s tape is speeding up here here it goes what are they going to do what you going to do when they come for you nothing crazy I'm not seeing any huge orders coming through look at that continuation to the downside you guys that that's a pattern you need to like have your eyes on like just the candles are the same and it just there's no bounces in between I missed it I I located it early but I wasn't sure if we were going to get that bounce I not going to try to fight it I'm not going to try for a reversal all right so Nidia let's see if Nvidia pulls back here okay so inidia that was a nice test of the trade line right right there now it's time to see where does it go from here there was your test of your trade line on the 15minute chart you still have a gap hold on let me pull this up right there G I think we just got our answer there for the money that hasn't kicked in yet um they just said that there's still more to be done oh my God this is crazy all right what do I do here what do we do we're just not getting any bounce backs unfortunately this sucks sucks I think you're this because of the uncertainty of the presidency damn it I should have taken my own advice and bought those low 540 puts God damn it um you got to be kidding me you got to be kidding me look Roblox is green you guys not it's not moving but I'm just saying like is this thing about to break down Shopify Shopify is green so you still have stocks that are green today that are bouncing pure Cy technology getting a pop to the high Charli Tango Oracle still bouncing unbelievable man supp e well I can't say thatc can't say I didn't um let's see let's see let's see let's see let's see can't say I didn't want to try you know I didn't bring up that downside move to the low 540s I said it on the stream I said I I think it might be uh beneficial to look at the low 540 puts for a small position in case we do get that breakdown because it's Wednesday middle of the week and we still have not really made any progress and you still have that Gap fill from Friday um turns out I should have put my money where my mouth is it just kind of like I never got a bounce back guys I was looking for a bounce back to 546 545 for a rejection and we never got it never got the pullback and now like I said yesterday you have Bank you had JP Morgan and these Banks pull back and all you needed was health care now you have Tech Banks and Healthcare which is the market right uh all pulling back that's really going to put a hurting on the market so nice job if you're able to capitalize on that nice job wonderful job you guys made a lot of money a lot of money if you took that trade especially on the Spy that's a huge trade I mean you're talking it's not even 10:00 and you just moved on was 8 so thank you T thank the Y I gotta find a [ __ ] trade man I do Walmart Walmart's pulling now everything's getting sucked in yesterday this was a trade we talked about as well Walmart breakout um if the market it's not going to bounce Jesus Christ you gotta be kidding me this is [ __ ] [ __ ] by do your China names are green by is pulling back though I disagree with that Tesla cracked 220 oh damn that was a nice breaking retest on the 50 day I be damned look for 215 you guys look for that move to get you down into 215 this is [ __ ] ridiculous the q's might have some room left on the trade you have a support level down here at five uh 452 gota be kidding me man you gotta be kidding me you know what at least I'm not trying to fight the trend and I'm down money all right the Spy is already down 1.2% that's a mean mean move down all right nice job if you took those uh 54 you know if you took it upon your yourself to take those 540 puts I l un is breaking out guys again Energies Just Energy is just falling this is ridiculous this is so ridiculous so if for for anybody that was here we mentioned it it's Wednesday and we're still below Monday's high all right today and it said it may be worth going after a 540 to 542 puts very small okay and if you did that if you positioned yourself for it congratulations congratulations and if you haven't done anything just relax let the market go you haven't lost any money so be happy for yourself there's so many people that that just saw semiconductors try to get bullish and they tried to get long and they just got stuffed all right I almost took the 108 co uh puts but I'm going to wait a minute here I'm just going to wait I'm G to be patient you know this Market's going to break down it is what it is this is end of the cycle stuff guys rates being raised employment go unemployment Rising right GDP slowing these are all end of the cycle things so things got to get a little bad to get better right it's all a cycle it's all a cycle there will come a time what's up basic when the markets are boring and the Market's going to be damn near flat move 40 maybe 25 50 75 cents and you know the fed's back in the markets providing liquidity and we're just we're just buying calls you know a month to two months out you know you'll have your daily news lines and headlines and stuff but right now this is the opportunity that is quantitative tightening a lot of people have not traded this people haven't even been in the markets since the last time there was QT you really haven't had QT like this since you know before 2008 right since 2008 it was how do we fix that issue providing liquidity trying to ease out of that cycle right you started to ease out of it boom co so it's like you really haven't had you know a lengthly QT um you know you haven't had that type of trading and movement in a while and what that is is there's not a buyer for every seller and there's not a seller for every buyer because liquidity is being taken out so you know but again on top of that we got to think you know this is end of the cycle stuff unemployment is not being is not high being lowered okay the FED is not providing liquidity employment's going higher the fed's actually taking out instead of putting in um you know that's why we saw a lot of Mega cap Tech names rise because they're the most liquid they can get in and out of those those stocks all right let's go look here let's see what the Spy is doing um so there we go we got that test of Friday come on now um I may take the opportunity to go short possibly possibly I don't know what I'm going to do because the last week when I tried when I tried to you know catch the reversal when I thought we would have support I got stuffed so I'm just going to be patient uh I will say this um Alibaba did not looks like it's not holding $84 so I am thinking about this and these names are strong today like JD by do for whatever reason we turned the page then bro she's talking about the same old tired rhetoric well what about the damn lying the the they're not having any trust for them [ __ ] address what we must do Biden is fine for four years he just needs a nap he's just not feeling good straight lying to your [ __ ] faces but yeah it's the same clowns that had to pull the draft back they had to bring the draft back because nobody wants to work for them they don't trust them I think Trump could have did a better job man I wasn't even really going to watch it and I ended up there wasn't anything else it was kind of like I was forced to watch it because there wasn't anything else to watch uh but um I think he could have did a better job he's got a proven track record but I mean you could have you know every time she said oh well we came in the office it was the highest unemployment you he could have said yeah because you're Democratic states like New York and California you you told people they couldn't go out and eat you told people they couldn't get up and go to work like but again you know he was under the gun under the pressure there were just a lot of things oh I didn't say I was going to ban guys no actually you did say that you did say that you did say you were going to do an assault weapon ban and a mandatory gun buyback for assault weapons whatever an assault weapon is there was just a lot of points that he missed that I don't know if the team went over it just got to get a better team but he has a proven track record right just in fuel cost can provide people's a savings account just in the fuel part of things over the course of two years the amount of money you could save you know within just two years I I mean that guy just brought us to a place where we're like damn it was weird there was no wars in the Middle East there wasn't this you know just my whole life it's been Middle East Desert Storm you know just all kinds of dumb [ __ ] Syria and like oh we got to raise taxes to pay for war this stand a third like no because they don't want to solve it they haven't picked up the phone to to try to stop the deaths that's the first part right young men and women are getting [ __ ] up over there and if they don't die they're mentally getting screwed you know because they're seeing what what war really is and it's ugly it's ugly you know I just think that what that is is there's a little game between between Biden uh Obama and Putin and his crew I think there's like a little tag team thing going on there because none of this [ __ ] happened under Bush none of it happened under Bill Clinton both you know two different parties Republicans and Democrats and it didn't happen under Trump why is that why didn't it happen under uh George Bush's father or um you know it's just it's funny man I just think that there's that Joe and Obama sticking their nose in the in to Ukraine's business like trying to push NATO East it's them trying to expand their territory and Russia's like you going to expand your territory I'm going to just fight back and expand mine like you know it's kind of like who are you right who are you to police the world right that that comma has that mindset that's not our job our job is to make sure you know things are somewhat cool common Collective right but it's pretty clear she doesn't want to she doesn't they don't want to try to come to a resolution in Ukraine and um Ukraine and Russia and that was the Border deal right that was a Band-Aid that said border deal but 20 billion went to the border and 80 billion went to Ukraine for weapons right really you could say locky Martin and all the other places and and equipment and all that stuff like so that's why the Border was shut down and these are all the points that that he missed on right he missed on it what about all the [ __ ] that they talk that the only reason they are fracking is because of the war they have to they have no choice so I just think you could free up so much spending from the government if they just went and actually tried to find a resolution but they won't but they won't they'll just use the little pores all the little soldiers right just use them to just continue like it doesn't get it doesn't get anyone anywhere even like this could go on for years if you don't want to solve you got to think about it even if Ukraine takes back their land do you not think that they're going to continue to like you know fire missiles over there and just continue to take back that that little land that's quote unquote like not Ukraine's but it's also not Russia it's like kind of like you know it's it's up for grabs kind of I I don't know the story but I do know you know it's not at the end of the day I know what happened with the Soviets and and ending Soviet and Ukraine and you know we said we would arm you if they attacked you sure but why is it happening under Obama and Biden that's the only question that I have for you all right I think we all know that there's a little something something going on behind the scenes um because it's not Russia it's not you know really North Korea and the Middle East right North Korea is running missiles over top of Japan God forbid it it lands in some random City or hits in and people sure but you don't see Russia doing that you know Russia didn't fly the planes into the buildings they were fighting alongside of us in the Middle East against terrorism people forget about that so I don't know but I'm not going to spend my day on and I'm just saying he missed out on a lot of key points that he could have just the team failed him I feel like or he just kind of forgot about everything and was stage I I don't know what it was right I wonder if they ALS so he couldn't say certain things right about kamla lying for four years about his Biden's Alzheimer's disease that he has had for a long time before he was president right that has started to kick in so what else is a lie right like things like that he he messed up on so but I don't trust him right I know what he's done I know what he brings and there's nothing that can change my mind because the fact that they wouldn't address anything with Biden that they showed me they will continuously go up on stage and instead of just not bringing the subject up but bringing it up and lying like if you're going to lie like don't even bring it up right Obama Hillary oh they attacked our soldiers over a picture it wasn't over a [ __ ] picture like don't even bring it up if you're going to lie about it that's what I'm getting at if you don't want people to know because you think it's security reasons then don't even bring it it up right I don't care if there's a news article sorry I can't address that that's that's you know uh whatever you want to call it that's classified information I wish I could right I'm not going to sit here and lie to you right they they can't even do that no they they lie to because they put them above they put themselves above the citizens of the United States and they don't do what they say they're going to do they don't and I don't trust them I don't trust them at all whatsoever um let's see here so uh let's see if we get a bounce back guys look for a bounce back here I have indigestion uh look for a quick bounce back on Alibaba and see if we can get this rejection we have we have some really nice room if you get this Gap fill down to $82 with the 20-day moving average this could be a nice little trade it doesn't seem like much but this could be a you know a 40 to 80% type of trade TR if we get this right you might even get 100% out of it this is your support level in my opinion down here at uh $82 and it looks like we're back inside the range you got to take profit in front of 83 yeah let's do it I think I'm going to go after this let me see where am I going to enter this at um let me see here let me see let me see let me see let me see here no no no no no what am I doing what am I doing here we go all right so um and guys natural gas is climbing and they just talked about a storm approaching Louisiana so I wonder if we can capitalize on some calls or some buying on um on natural gas I mean energyy is selling off but natural gas is is doing its thing man that's low volume yeah guys I wouldn't take this short we'll see I don't know I don't think Baba's worth it guys I don't think it's going to give it to us it's already yeah I don't like that I'm going to scratch that off the table you know it could uh or scratch that off the list I I I think you could get it but I I just in my opinion the way that the chart looks and all the indicators and everything uh it doesn't it doesn't scream to me that it's going to give us that 20-day moving average you could just find yourself consolidating right around this area it could just sit there flat all day long at 8350 to 84 and just bounce between vwap and prior day high okay so un so the thing with un is you have boil which is uh triple leverage it's either triple or double and you can take let's say If you think natural gas is going to go down or if you want to back up along right let's say if we went long um here's ccj let's see if ccj is going to break up through there um you can take um you know a quarter of that position size and go the opposite side for some insurance on uh on like let's say if you're if you if you think it you you know you want to be long maybe you grab some contracts to go long maybe you go out a week or two and then maybe you back that up with some uh boyal uh puts and you know spend a little bit of money and that way if it rises you're making money on the UNG or if it gets lowered you're making the same amount with a lower position size on the downside right just maybe that's a you know you're collecting some insurance on the pullback and that long is still intact and you have that long giving you uh which is giving you time you know what I'm saying that's why I was saying to uh you know I don't know like to give it some time here so I've already been long last week last week or two weeks ago I played the upside here off of that second double bottom here I got long this day right there on the 27th just before the contracts ended oh come on energy sectors tumble now so they're just saying that natural gas is an outperformer blah blah blah blah blah which is why I started looking at it and it's pretty liquid too keep an eye on that Midstream sector Carl pipelines and natural gas seem to be relative outperformers in that energy trade I'll send things back over to you it's a commercial all right let's go look at Nvidia Nvidia is that is it at 108 yet it is just about there my charts are not saving things are being weird hold on what's everybody watching today do you guys see anything that has relative strength relative weakness I know ccj had a pop here so we can see if this consolidates and tries to break out higher massive volume you it's 10:30 and you have more volume than you have had in the past couple days or you're working on it so uh I will say this look at the daily chart you do had this prior support level here um resistance support and now you broke it now it's retesting it but you have news there was some some news with Putin and that was Russia's Putin says maybe we should think about export restrictions of some Goods such as uranium and I think he said titanium um and some other like metals and stuff but you can get them from Swiss or um yeah like that they're still you're still able to get them that's it might have a uh why why is this not finishing also mentions titanium and nickel exports so we'll keep an eye on uh um medals let's see here this is a nice uh this could be a nice pattern here here's your ABCD pattern watch this 15minute trade line here and let's see if we can get one more opportunity down at vwap let's see can we start to break out here come on baby what are you gonna do what you gonna do I kind of want to go after it I'm just trying to be a little patient like if I can get another opportunity down here here it goes is this the lower high watch let's see it's either going to break out or this is going to be the last lower high look it's going to go watch the tape watch the tape if it speeds up watch the size I would look at because it is a resistance Zone um with this let's see it's already went 38 to 40 what's this this is 47 50 $3 38 39 3940 so you should have another dollar left if this is going to go a $150 guys um I would stay with the $40 calls or 3950 um the $40 calls have more volume so I'm going to put up here the $40 calls so you'll see level two for that and then you'll level two for the stock itself watch this trade line catch up and view out let's see what happens here and look look at the volume that came in on that one minute chart right there or that one minute candle all right that was pretty heavy selling pressure in front of that $40 level yeah Tyreek brought that up this morning and I didn't even I didn't know what he was talking about at first nice job guys um I didn't even see this like I didn't know like he brought it up and I'm like I kind of like didn't like I didn't know if he was like on it like if he was driving to grab coffee or work or whatever and there was a Children's Place by him on fire or something I don't know like I didn't I didn't catch that news or think um because he said I see Children's Play Stuck On Fire or something like that so I didn't really know what he meant by that but yeah that's that's one that's going here why is it playing all right let me use the restroom real quick I'll be right back keep an eye on ccj if it breaks down he might have a trade here if it fails to break out through it look you could look for rejections also at that 220 on uh on Tesla I missed that 50 day that's why I said today be careful with Tesla if you think it's going to break out you might have another thing coming that 226 level was a you know pretty heavy level that you could you got above it tried to hold it so you can see after hours it you know gaps down right um You had a quick Wick right there on off that opening candle and then it runs a test test test and it just can't get through it and it starts to break down uh the q's have room down to 450 e all right again I just had to use the restroom all right ccj here let's see this could be a higher low I just don't you know it's not going to give us this I don't think it might I don't know I'm just going to keep my eyes on it um there's a lot of names that were oh my gosh Roblox broke BR down dudee this was my trade idea and it already did it so I was watching Roblox up here at 45 to get short and that's already done it's already done damn it damn that sucks you could have got those uh you could have got those contracts for for like you know anywhere from 20 cents to 30 cents and they're at 80 now that sucks man that's that really sucks so that was a pretty big trade that's over 100% it's almost 200% just on that dollar move there so I think about that next time you know um so what do we have here so we have crowd strike we have crowd strike which is let me go here Tesla spy [ __ ] use okay um crowd strike has room down to 239 this move's already just about taken I'm doing good Matt it's good to see you how about yourself how's how is everybody in chat doing today how's everybody doing it's good to see everybody man that sucks man I wish I listen to myself I started to do it um I talked about this morning that we were stuck below Monday's low or Monday's high and that it's Wednesday and it might be a good idea just to take a small position um you know if you want to give it a day or two keep it small but buying the low five uh 540s or the low 450s on the q's or the 540s on the Spy like 540 540 2 541 uh just in case of this just in case of this move because we had that Gap fill and I'll be damned if not even by 10:00 we're already there and you're already in the money you probably would have paid 20 maybe 20 cents right let's go look at it let's find out what were the 540s this morning kind of curious even for a daily there's 11 11 let's look at these 540s that's a [ __ ] dollar you gota be kidding I really messed myself up today I should have listened to myself because even if you would have bought two or three of them what the hell 40 50 bucks now you just made you know $300 you know depending on where you have taken it it hasn't given you a reason to sell now it hasn't like it hasn't been like the Market's bounced back you know what I'm saying it's not like oh [ __ ] I got nervous because we bounced back into that area look at that guys less than 20 cents 19 cents so I was right about 20 30 cents off the Bell is't that funny and you're working on working on$ two there I think you do try to push there the volume's trying to fall out of bed unbelievable dude I thought I just saved it thought I just saved the chart could have swore I saved it right look watch me save it okay time and sales keep time zoomed in boom all right here comes the 100 day moving average oh my gosh you guys have a gap fill here at the 5 530s and there it goes look it just sliced right through 540 knitting out of nothing trying to hold this thing up 150 160 I think you should start to look for a bounce back to vwap here um just because it's going to kill premium and then I'm not saying they take the long but maybe you look for that second leg to the downside but this is a continuation this is algorithm selling it's not giving you any type of pullback save this chart if you're new all right I said it this morning this you'll be able to identify these charts early like you see them all the time right just closing at the lows just steady like boop boop boop boop like it's and same for the upside you know stocks that have relative strength I fed up man I should have listened to myself and just taken it should have just went ahead and just bought the 540s but told myself this week I would I wouldn't pressure myself into trading just for the sake of trading um and you know I disobeyed some rules and I gotta I got to get some get back out here so let this Market do what it wants to do at you know usually at 11 11:30 or so you'll just have this ripping run back to vwap it'll kill premium and then they'll you know they'll it'll go back to that second you know it'll go back to selling off throughout the day because again you you're at a percent and a half right now like if we can get this thing back to like 1.2% a percent then maybe we could find you know look to get in and then we'll take that uh look for that extra half of a percent or you know or not half a percent that that know that moved to 2% from one to 1.2% if you know what I'm trying to say here it's trying um let's go look at the scanners I knew it man I said it yesterday that if Healthcare gave it up look and you had a gap down here I said Healthcare gives it up that's it that's all we need for a major pullback you had Tech and you had banks give it up and that's it once Healthcare gave it up he had nothing to hold you up um damn I never got the pullback all right see I don't want to buy it that high I'm just going to wait I'm G to be patient I'm going to wait if we can get another little pullback I'll try to get on this un trade here I'll try we've already blown past my target my target was 1350 [Music] on so I can get rid of some of this stuff [Music] here so we pulled it damn bro all right so this will be the pullback Zone if we can pullback it's like 1450 we pull back and hold 1450 see because you already pulled back to this level right nice little support Zone there right and you did that this morning right so you pulled into it this morning and BL last off so we could look for this previous high this is the range we're in a new Range now and I know you guys see it but move to 15 so it's 50 cents let's look at the daily chart dude I want to see massive volume down here no way it lets me know hey you're really going to climb higher you know what I'm saying there's a flat top resistance you break out pull it back bang buer step in and this is that volume is on lower volume unfortunately look at that lower volume on the Breakout so it's not really enthusing en I'm not really enthusiastic about the trade I liked it down here I should have went longer on the contracts and um gave it more time but again it was breaking down so I was like you know what it's paying me I need to take it and there goes Tesla making another like lower I don't know what to do just going to be another day for me without a trade is what it looks like maybe we can get some news Uso breaking down we talked about this in my opinion I think Uso has roomed down to the low 60s 59 58 or so damn look at that boom 68 that's a nice one um oh guys I forgot about GameStop okay it never gave it to us anyway wait wait wait did it no it didn't we were looking for $22 and you have the market pulling back this thing could be extra weak if yields are pulling back we could look for t l t to move higher damn this thing's already back to the 100s if you haven't went for a swing trade here on TLT and you've been wanting to I think now would be the time to start looking let's go look let's go look matter of fact let's look C bra damn look you just hit the highs and you're getting ready to break out higher let's look at these contracts right look at that this uh this looks really good actually dude you're just banging off the highs look at that right there's a little uh it's a little level right there and you went down and wicked right on it right went down boom Wick this little Wick down there goes back to that close and that level right there you'd have to go to an intraday chart you can see that Wick and that opening price it's just taking look see what I'm saying it's going to take off now yeah it should it should get this thing right back to 102 should have no problem in that oh my God what's holy [ __ ] do they have weeklys on this thing they do yo they have dailies for TLT now there's news something going on about with the Cyber truck I mean 20 cents if this thing gets to 102 by you know even today uh let me not I'm done I'm not even gonna look at TLT it's not even worth looking at right now in my opinion it is look at all the volume in there today all right this thing's only up 0.5% so you could see this thing up a percent and a half by the end of the day and listen you have a 10-year auction today this thing could take off at 1 o' so maybe we'll just look at that for keep TLT on the list for the one o'clock uh 10year uh 10year auction okay 10year note auction see what do we have what what's moving let's go look at Palante here if you guys have any tickers throw them in the chat I'm so pissed about Roblox I'm so pissed about that that makes me mad man I had that 45 entry to go short down to 44 P shop P down 3% Shopify so look Shopify is green it's like flat but it's not red so let's find our relative strength for when the market does try to bounce um and find support I think the q's you're getting a little bounce now but I wouldn't try trust it I just don't know where the markets think they're going to go has offered over5 billion dollars for the transition of electric school buses get your five billion today the commercials are so funny oh that's because it's a uh I love how CNBC has been doing uh uh penny stock promotions or like stock promotions lately they've been hitting them hard with them promotions on the commercial I knew there was something with that commercial uh all right so Shopify these are some names we could look at that are still down at lows that if this market for whatever reason finds a bounce these are the stocks that haven't been bought that are not up at highs that still have some room um if they have their day right this part of the Market's going to have to join the rest of the market all right so upstart you saw a firm upst is upst starts ticker a firm's pulling back airm is green today all right right now it's green it's not red I haven't looked at this but okay Arc is holding up okay and look at this look at this pullback wedge here on a firm I'm really curious about this he was about to say a pop all right ccj I your time is almost up I'm watching the clock come here tur well the little girl joined us the little girl joined us okay I'm G to get you down here don't fall all right so we talked about a firm uh I think no Roblox is Roblox is red so afrm affirm nice little setup here if you can if you reclaim $38 right you could reclaim High a day um you have some room back to $40 big yars big YNS all right Shopify we talked about um Spotify is just just went red Spotify just went red Uber is red that's not one that I was looking at uh what else do we have Spotify let's see here dude why is this still playing I'll play it anyway um so as I would say there was something in there for everyone if you want to look at the 3mon average where two I'll give you guys the tickers in a second once I go through them so I would say this is a bit of a number that you you got what you wanted out of it depending on what you were looking for do you think the inflation problem is in the rear viw mirror I don't know if it's completely in the rear viw mirror um but we're we're clearly headed in the right direction and the price of energy which we continue to see make newer and newer lows we see crude Robin Hood's green near term lows clearly that price filters through everything we consume in the economy gets delivered there's a lot of Transportation cost it will end up being in the price of an airline ticket that will help Drive inflation lower and lower so I think that we have done a pretty good job of fighting inflation and we've got it back to a place now where we're starting to look at the other side of the equation in the Dual mandate which is employment is oil so oil's a could be a rescue from having inflation resurge but is it a tell about our economy or is it more about what CH is battling with or something else right now I think it's it's a bit of all the above you know oil is a supply demand commodity we know that we know that we continue to see a lessening of of Demand right now and it's a global commodity you know oil is traded around the world it's fungible barrels are fungible they can be moved around the world so we are clearly seeing some dis demand disruption around the world I think China so we we I wasn't too confident about Alibaba re rejecting this level it still could but I just I figured I'm like hey this thing might just sit here and it looks like that's exactly what it's going to do so far despite of there being hurricanes in the Gulf which usually spikes the price of oil we are seeing an over Supply situation of oil and the price reflects that so more worried about the jobs now as as the FED is paying more attention to part of the Mandate you you have been on with us and you have been using the word normalization as it relates to the labor market and the overall economy do you think think it's it's getting worse than that at this point is there more softness happening no I I I I think that we are renormalizing in many of the factors the yield curve is renormalizing we have two tens twoos T at a positive number at least right before I walked in I think it was a basis point or two positive doesn't that isn't that put us on recession watch so so you could say it put on recession watch you and I been having this discussion now for 3 years about the inversion of two1 signals together do usually send a powerful sign that of recession I think we're putting ourselves on normalization watch back all right he's he's not he's not giving us any information that helps anyone um coinbase coin base okay so look here's the cu's bouncing back you guys all right cool so so we might be on to something here we just might be on to something let's see here so support resistance support let's see watch your 4 55 on the q's and that level on the Spy would be I have no idea I have no idea what it would be on the Spy um it just looks a lot the setup is a lot better on the q's I mean it would be like 54 six oh that's big jumps it's so funny watching her jump when she jumps she has her back legs like like she jumps and it puts her back legs like up and forward it's so hard to explain to where like her back legs get like it's just funny to watch her jump she just jumps so high like she just sits still and then just jumps and she's like 8 ft in the air it's just hilarious all right let's see she said Dad I'm half uh I'm half uh bunny yeah bunny legs she's trying to find somewhere to hide and sleep under and all right okay this is still a little support level you could say for coinbase and you're rejecting that opening price it broke below it on an increase in volume oh that's a weekly candle the hell am I looking at I knew something was wrong with that and why would they line up to vote for uh for attacks on unrealized gains because that's the start like yeah now it's for anything over 100 million but that's the start you've started it and then where does it go from there then it's lowered oh we need to do it for a million dollars now just about everybody that's a Trader or in the markets has to pay on unrealized gains oh we're just going to make it everybody we we we brought it down to a million we need more money like they need to work on on how can they stop spending so much you know at least spend it on what the government needs to spend it on like you don't have to do all these extracurricular activities you should be able to have low uh low for the most part you know lower taxes for everyone rich and poor and for businesses big and small um and you know do what you need to do to bring down fuel cost so that more people have money in their pockets and in their savings and we're a country of spender so velocity is important and that's exactly why everything went into Donald Trump's favor back when he was in office was because when you lower the price of fuel when you lower taxes that creates more money that businesses and people are able to spend so therefore the velocity picks up and once the velocity starts picking up and a dollar is moving at a faster rate there is more jobs there's more things going on right it's a active economy so and I mean just in fuel the amount of money you save cutting it nearly in half just in a year two years you know especially for a person that's you know paying A1 to $120 filling up a 30 gallon tank it's a lot of money and just in that year think about that just in a year they were able to go out to dinner they go to the pizza shop they were free they could have had a savings account so those little things do matter and the only way to get that back is you got to pick up a phone and say you know what like see the thing is is like this Administration won't do that because they have an agenda and this is my opinion again this is my opinion right I think they want to expand NATO like they want to push that thing make it bigger and kind of just try to take over you know um and the thing is is Ukraine and Russia have always traded together like they need to be able to work together um and do what they both need to do as two countries to do what they need to do for one another and and not have US influence like influencing who's being voted what's going on creating a friend or a foe like we should only be there if we're technically asked to be there obviously they're asked because Joe and crew have already sent his son years ago to be on the board of barisma and you know what I'm saying so there was already some like like Le like we're putting the puzzles in place uh and I think that's you know you got to get that solved if you're going to bring relief to people there's your energy source there that's the biggest you know that's I feel like one of the root causes to inflation is once Energy prices drive up then that means you know fuel costs go up for trucks and ships shipping rates rise right and then you get oh I'm not making enough because food's so much more and you know and then it's just a mess it's a mess once it gets started it's a mess so I just don't think this Administration is their top priority is to get any of those things solved maybe they want to solve the uh war in Israel but I don't think they want I think they want to keep trying to take Russia over and Ukraine and I think they want to keep that going and beat Russia to where you know I mean Russia's already guys been beat down in my opinion the innovation has left long long time ago right so there was no reason to to do any like to even think about doing more damage or try to take over okay [ __ ] that but listen here we go watch this area right here guys for a retest of 455 watch the cues keep keep an eye on the cues this could be a nice setup here let's watch this let's watch this area it's now 11:15 what did I tell you guys right that you would get that bounce back right and look at the spy at at 1% all right we're getting the bounce back we have the 10year at 1:00 you have to be careful uh do we reject here on the cues this is what I'm watching we're watching this level here watch 455 on the q's and look you also have vwap trade line all right there on your 15minute chart watch time in sales to see what side of the trade the orders are on where are the heavy orders at are the is the selling pressure still there keep an eye on the you know the speed of the tape the amount of the size that gets filled on each one like 4,000 to the buy side right there somebody covered a short or Bal the dip all right 99,100 to the buy side got filled 9100 shares so we're at 15,000 shares just in two orders we saw I still haven't even seen a thousand share order uh sell sell a th000 cell share order get filled all right so here we go we're testing that pivot high from Monday on the q's was today the 11th and let's see let's see if the q's were to be down point8 see I feel like the q's are are have have some relative strength behind them because they're not nearly down as much and normally on a on a down day they'd be down they could be down 3% so it's like the Spy being down you know 8.7% kind of basic for the day so let's watch this keep an eye on this level here we'll look to see if it regains vwap at 455 4555 is the level I'm watching on the q's serious bare flag there notice the volume it's why I have the one minute chart up you have that pivot low here as well all right 4555 I hate that I have to keep moving everything but I got to get this daily chart so I can see it oh my gosh all right we're already rejecting I don't even know what options I'm going to look at what did he say it was some weird [ __ ] at Bangkok Ranch said something weird guys that was really weird and it involved kids it was a commercial on CNBC I mean obviously I'm joking but it I'm just saying it sounded weird and it involved kids like what the wait what is this some Camp [ __ ] sicko all right um okay so here we go that sell volume is just poop so bad come on man give me one second guys let me look at this daily chart on this chart here because my monitor is [ __ ] it's huge so it's like every it's so wide and and I'm just like dude I can't even hardly see the daily chart because it's so big like a candle is like the size of my face um so I also when I dwindle it down a little bit okay so we have this major level here you pulled back you bounced you're retesting it you're bouncing now back to that opening price and and in Monday's close all you're testing Monday's close right now all right so do we reject Monday's close come on you jerk uh I was thinking about the FED being late I think it's not the FED being late like you're hearing CNB come up with all these reasons on why the Market's pulling back but you're throwing in the hat that throwing in the ring that Comma just Pro the Market's saying like oh she had a good debate Taylor Swift is endorsing her they're pricing in uncertainty of a new president that we haven't had Biden and and uh Trump we know what we get with them we don't know what we get with Harris so there's uncertainty with Harris and if her you know what quote unquote if they say they is in the N uh TV TV stations um say oh she's taking the lead or she's got a greater chance of being president now that's going to price in uncertainty and the markets don't like when there's uncertainty so you're going to get some volatility with that so I don't think it's this that and the third with rates and all this I think it comes down to the debate if she you know gained a couple spots that's gaining a couple spots for the category of uncertainty and a president we have never had before that we don't know what we're going to get or not get all right so I think that's really uh you know along with inflation inflation's down it's at 2% and we're still where we are you know maybe the Market's saying oh [ __ ] within the next couple months we're going to have deflation it could be the both of them right because you know inflation is still coming down coming down and it's got to go negative at some point to put in that like you know um what should I say that like you know that to give you that pullback um so I you know I don't know obviously I'm talking about month over month you know we should start to go flat but all right so the cues here it is um we're so overdone this is crazy this is so crazy I don't even care get it I don't even get it that volume here we go all right guys so I'm going to look at [Music] the this is for today for man that's too far out I gota look at something closer 53 what is this this is a 39 Delta PL locations not 100% building up uh there was some news on a Chinese automaker or something I don't I don't know um let's see here what could we do with like tomorrow what's today the 11th what do they want for like a 450 for tomorrow a150 with the Delta I got to be closer to the money yeah I gotta get closer to the money gotta get closer to the money you know this is obviously going to bounce a little bit like so what I'm going to do is going to watch the clock here if we just kind of like bounce and bounce and we can't make any progress and you you're seeing like oh we're just sitting here sitting here sitting here um you know see the volume is kind of dried up ah I'm out of cookies damn it I gotta go get I just gotta go get a snack real quick um yeah so this is I'm I'm cool with that and this little level right here all right that little level right there I'm not going to put the mark But I know where where it's at uh 454 I just feel it just feels to me that the q's have have like pretty much like sold off the majority of what they're going to sell off feel like the better trade would have to be with the Spy but the q's setup is like amazing I don't know if you guys have feedback let me know in the chat what do you guys think let me know what you guys think no see that see how the Spy is not back up to that level there at 545 right Monday's that little low there like 544 545 would have been a nice rejection point but The Q's have have been sold off for quite some time now they started it and then it was like the spy and the Dow just hanging out you know they're just like yeah I'm not I'm not selling off I'm good I'm cool bro we'll see you later bro yeah we'll be down yeah we'll be down just not right now we're good we like it up here the views nice we're going we're going to enjoy it for a little bit longer and it Q is like damn I got to go home man I don't like this [ __ ] I don't like being married Bro this sucks so the Dow the Spy all having a good time and then but now that time's up now they got to get off the ride and head home vacation's over so it's a pretty somewhat major level here at the 100 day we'll see what happens just not sure you know even if you do bounce and get above vwap you still have some resistance above you Tesla guys is regaining 220 watch Tesla look at Baba as well Russia oligarch ties to the gremlin Putin's Traer so funny all right so here we go you guys see right there there see how it finally I saved it and it and it didn't it just went back to being like squished I would love for this thing to sell off and give me 215 I would love it I would love for Tesla to sell off and give me 215 what you think Tesla what do you think huh I'll be right back guys what is again Japanese Yen times two futures all right so Nvidia 110 watch that 110 level watch Tesla see if Tesla pulls back here I'm I'm just I'm waiting waiting for something to set up we can scan through some charts let me just go grab something to eat really quick a little bit less than six to post with Bob bani hi again Bob hi you know it is hard to believe with the market is very volatile so the vix is over 20 again uh and we're essentially flat for the week but it just doesn't feel that way it's just so choppy and and whips sawy that it's hard to figure out what's going on a lot of the sense of time here is uh we need to get out of September but more importantly it's just really choppy and hard to figure out there's two sectors that are having some fundamental issues we talked earlier about this and let me just show you the regional banks have been down four or five days in a row so PNC all of them MTB cica hunted Bank Zion I won't show them Fifth Third it doesn't matter they're all fund moving down in Tandem and that's a fundamental issue even some of the big uh Banks uh are and uh the investment banks are weak recently Goldman's been down the last couple of days uh as well so there's some very simple fundamental issues for the banks that are out there number one is everybody's trying to figure out what is this rate cut environment uh mean for bank profitability I heard some comments yesterday on net interest income having to come down a little bit uh that's an issue uh there was some credit quality issues that are floating around out there with the alley warnings uh and then for a big Investment Bank like Goldman Sachs there's m&a which has been generally fairly weak and there's not a lot of IPOs out there so these are major issues these are fundamental issues this is not just like let's just sell because it's weak in September story these are fundamental issues the other of course is the energy area where we have new lows uh in oil oil's approaching threeyear lows natural gas not doing much so uh you whole sectors are essentially at new lows oxy's a new low uh kico hes halberton uh Devin a APA the old Apache new lows uh here's SLB used to be Slumber as we used to call it but uh again same situation here new low Slumber was look $45 a you know six seven trading sessions ago now it's 39 uh accidental was 55 here uh a few trading sessions ago uh 56 now it's down here uh just want to point out one other stock that's moving big here's GameStop of course the mem stop uh Champion out there the earnings were out and the bottom line is simple revenues are down 31% from a year ago and everything is sort of down at this point we've seen Hardware software Collectibles down uh Sarah they're closing stores here's what's interesting the book value on this it's largely cash $10 it's got a $20 stock with with Book value of $10 and they've got over $5 billion in cash it's essentially a bank at this point uh and it's very interesting to see what if anything they're going to do with all that cash sitting around Sarah back to you hey Bob thank you Bob bani time now for news update Bertha kums has that for us morning Bertha good morning Sarah opening statements are set to begin today in the federal trial of long- range missiles against targets inside of Russia they are expected to push Ukraine for more information on its strategy before deciding whether to give the green light Carl back over to you all right berthday thanks very much still to come former e damn that was loud oh there is no news here on on arm it's weird fslr is green n so solar [Music] names oh my gosh damn look at that [Music] I would much rather like to have a percentage on that but so fslr just an idea okay EMP is at resistance possible resistance right now but fslr is at highs and it's like green today so you have resistance up there at at uh uh 240 so I bring that up because if the markets are down the way they are and they start to rebound it's like we need to locate where and what is strong that's all oh I love buy one get two free that's my favorite the Crackle Barrel used to do that all the time I buy one shirt I get two free and a candy bar um I don't have much on here what the hell let's see how do I I don't get it oh well I'm not worried about it look look look at CNBC tax deduction to Startup small businesses knowing they are part of the backbone of America's economy we're doing tariffs on other countries other countries are going to finally after 75 years pay us back for all that we've done for the world I have a plan that is about allowing people to be able to pursue what has been fleeting in terms of the American dream by offering a help with down payment of $25,000 down payment assistance for firsttime home buyers look we've had a terrible economy because inflation has which is really known as a country Buster it breaks up countries we have inflation like very few people have ever seen before Donald Trump left us the worst unemployment since the Great Depression Donald Trump left us the worst Public Health epidemic in a century everybody knows drug addiction down diseases spread by drug addiction down highest employment in the century up check F that one that was all false and that's an image from CNBC right there no neutral stance a comma stance like that is a fact do you understand the biggest opiate crisis came under Joe Biden and OB Obama and you're going back in that direction people are giving up not keeping up just look at the numbers just look at the numbers it's a fact all that was false from Kamala and and what did she do she had she called him a convicted felon this stat the third okay well where where's the convicted felon and the person that you know dropped their bag of cocaine on federal gowns at the White House where was the uh you know prosecution to that person they weren't even fired you didn't even know who it was they lied to you oh we're doing an investigation blah blah blah no investigation came Biden's like this is the the double- sidedness that is the television so I don't know the numbers do speak for themselves and guess what they didn't have to spend a bunch of money to get that GDP either they spent money on the on Co sure New York San Francisco LA California as a state a lot of those states were shut down nobody is to have a say over anybody's body this lady is reaching hard reaching who do we trust her face looks just like health and to have a say over bodies um so it's it was a stark contrast last night on an economic front and when I talked to CEOs and the list of people are endorsing uh uh KLA Harris they look and they see a very stark contrast when I talk to people that endorse Kamala what about when you talk to people that that endorse Trump because you don't this is it's just a bunch of [ __ ] like this is the and this is the world we live in which is sad they used to not be like that they used to just show you what would happen but they know they get money they are donors matter of fact they're giving money to them they're donors there was not chaos like she's so reaching and so funny listen here's the fact they sat and lied to you guys for four years a fact about Biden's Health you have China getting ready to to they're doing tests to take back Taiwan they're already running drills you have the Middle East you have Ukraine and I said it would be about the third year but it was the first year where we would be back in the Middle East and what did you have you had the [ __ ] show Afghanistan you have Iraq now possibly getting involved with the houthis and this Jerusalem stuff fact okay inflation high you're losing jobs they're talking about raising taxes they've already started raising taxes on items Andor transfers tips $600 or more you shouldn't be taxed because you spend spend money first off unless you know your state like your state already does that right um or does or doesn't but you shouldn't have to worry about a federal getting taxed twice um I just think that I think that that is ridiculous you're you're already the topic of unrealized gains is being brought up it's going to try to be enforced I don't think this is the direction that we need to go I don't I think that Obama I I it it proved that things could be better after Bush and Obama a lot better and a lot calmer so which we didn't think we could have and I think I think actually they blew the doors off of the expectations on 2016 to 2018 I mean you finally had drug addiction the opioid epidemic people you know Finding hope that's a fact and then Co came and they still want to run on that but again it is just a fact you see it every week go look it up in your local news in the New Jersey and Minnesota they are taking away things like your triggers for your guns they are trying to piece away at those rights that you have because the excuse is someone else has done something or you could potentially do something okay I mean it's the fact is they they they this administration's failed they don't care you've heard Biden say it on La National TV that we can do whatever we want we're the United States remember that he said he can just do whatever he wants we can spend money we can borrow we can spend we can do whatever we want you heard him say that on the 60 minutes and they act like it they spend like it and what happens you see what happens and then we go back to the big government the fact that they have lied to your faces for over four years that that man was okay he was not okay anybody that has been around him or seen him or seen him in the flesh and saw some of the the just where he's just not even there he doesn't even know where the hell he's at where do I go I'm on a stage what do I you know if I'm not directed what to do I just sit here just with my eyes looking up just in la la land like they've lied to you oh it's a cold oh he's got to go to bed early oh he was traveling this that no well you know I think uh I think there's more things that this Democratic party at least Biden Obama and them they want to there's there are things going on and they want to charge you for it they have not brought down gas prices they have not made life easier for people in fact life has gotten harder and they're talking about taking more so I think it's the wrong direction I think it's the wrong direction out of the two Democrats have been in office for 12 years Joe Biden's been in office for how many years two terms with Obama one term by himself and it still did not compare to Donald Trump and the fact is Donald Trump will and does stand for Less government and regulation for your life and for your businesses there's a place for government and there's a place that for that that isn't for government let's just talk about the te let's talking about Gary gendler you now nobody wants to hear it's the truth it is the truth it is the truth we could go through the numbers here on the live stream housing more people having families more people buying homes a president that actually went to other countries to try to help solve some issues that like you know it is what it is we ain't scared to fight we ain't scared to strapple on the boots you know but um I don't trust these people as far as you can throw them all right and the only thing that they've shown is that they like to paint pictures and do the opposite to not to really to just paint a picture to hide behind that so that you don't bring up the truth the truth is is that they've gone after companies Gary Gensler has not done anything for Bitcoin that they said that they were going to do he said he was going to legalize weed and start doing things for businesses for weed companies never did that because he's a politic so I don't know I think you get more reform you get a person that listens who doesn't have an agenda that wants to make life easy and actually worries about this country and has the citizens at Focus it's apparent they don't they're too worried about going to Ukraine where they at right now they're in Ukraine they're in Ukraine it's [ __ ] ridiculous it's just it's just and anybody that falls for it anybody that falls for it oh he said that he he appraised his houses too much he took out a loan right for his house on equity on his house paid it back but yet it was too much the government says it's too much first of off who the [ __ ] is the guy government like really this is this the same government that's trying to do a RICO trial that has no that's just built on hearsay with no factual evidential proof go watch the Young Thug TR that's the same Georgia that went after Trump where judges didn't want to take it on because there was no case there was no guilty verdict there was no case there so they had to get Biden team member to take up the court case in New York like I'm just going to end it on this they're here to raise taxes to raise money for war they don't want to solve the Ukraine war they want keep the war machine going and whatever it is that they the little plan it is that they have I don't know you have to ask Obama what that is right in my opinion we're not the World Police we're not the World Police we're we're abroad to make sure Goods travel the way they should things are safe cool but it's not for up to us to go to different countries to make sure uh an election was fair or to to think we're supposed to just you know pretty much be the World Police I think that it we can expand NATO East and I I just I'm not for it I'm for working for this country we got Mexico and Canada surrounding us worrying about what it is we're doing and how do we get first off inflation under control I can tell you right now you can help by getting that War settled right which would actually probably do something to the currency with the ruble and all that other stuff and you know figure out what you're going to do with the Middle East and and honestly not raise taxes bring down regulation spur some uh energy creating job it's just they did it once they did it once that's all I'm going to say I know that Donald J Trump can put together a team and A Team that isn't that that's for common sense he's not going to go after your guns you know of course the state and lo you have to worry about your own St state and local officials doing it right taking it up to the to the courts but New Jersey just had one can't have 10 or more uh I think it was a rule or something for 10 or more clips and then a trigger or something of that nature so it's I don't know I'm rocking with my guy I I just I've had enough of big government I've had enough of Obama I've had enough of Biden they're they're just just I'm not I don't trust them guys I don't trust them and the thing is it's the it's the military the the individuals and the military who have to pay for their actions and may God protect our troops well if you wouldn't [ __ ] put them in Harm's place he wouldn't have to protect them you wouldn't even have to say that again there's a difference between flying two planes in the buildings and then just randomly starting [ __ ] yourself because you think that you're entitled to do so because you hold a position that's their view their view is United States is the World Police that's that's not the case in my opinion and I don't think it's you know I think there's a uh you know there is law obviously but it's just you know Common said it yourself go check your T Twitter page oh we need to go down there and we'll see what's going on with the voting uh it's not right blah BL blah but com it's not even your [ __ ] job you're not you want to go worry about that country go be a citizen of the country then it's that's none of our [ __ ] business what's going on there you know unless there's something going on where people are getting hurt and you know it's I don't know it just not not with it not with it I think I think this Administration at Joe Biden and Obama have caused more uh than they have helped solve it's just it's just a fact it's a fact dude fslr is on a mission yeah I didn't even touch on the border but that's not really where my concern lies it is but it isn't C it's crazy to think that the Democrats didn't even get to vote for their for their uh candidate either like that's the type of time that they're on all right 458 here we go wait we could get what we got yesterday all right what I'm looking for here let's see if this dip gets bought if it does maybe showing us we're going to have a V bottom here let's say [Music] Mar d all right here it does that volume's picking up though oh you guys remember when Comm said that they had so much manufacturing weird manufacturer has been damn near negative her whole Administration so let's see if we get a trend reversal here I mean you're at your 50% Mark of that down move trying to hold it as support look at that volume on the q's the inflation reduction act hasn't reduced inflation at all that's weird isn't it it's a good one we created the inflation reduction act inflation's still high as [ __ ] Bro matter of fact it's still going up and I'm proud of those things some [ __ ] don't do [ __ ] they don't do [ __ ] um I might be alone on this but I also think like wherever we got this idea um of like what are your views like like it shouldn't be about what your views are like we have a constitution where you know this always gets me right where it's okay for you know women's to like when when KLA brings up you know oh it's it's it's women's rights their body their body's rights this that and the third but then why do you arrest a drug user for ingesting things in their body or doing things say like you're saying it's okay for one person I mean I get that it you know whether it's whether it's wrong and it's not healthy this that the third isn't that technically not up to us or not necessarily us but the government right what one person does you know until it's a problem like whether you know they do something they shouldn't do as far as like destroying somebody's property stealing you know getting behind a car and Wrecking and you know so I just kind of like look at it like you're okay saying that like women you know as far as a b Reproductive Rights and stuff like that's concerned that's cool and all uh here's my point here's my point like shouldn't the president not oppose their own personal views on on the nation shouldn't it be solely focused on uh you know like I get there's a supreme court and all like like just because she doesn't think that people are responsible to have uh certain types of guns how is it up to her solely um to say whether or not somebody can and cannot have something or how do I say this like I I don't know how to get this out like I don't know just forget I'm just done with it I don't know uh TLT good long term I think now I mean that that would have to be up to you Matt I think now is like if you wanted like if somebody wanted to take advantage of a upside uh it's pretty clear now is the time and we we got on that a couple weeks ago um we got on that a couple weeks ago I've already been long TLT and I'm out of that trade uh it's just I don't know where it goes like where's where does it kind of top out at that's the question you know the question now is where are rates going to go to which we're going to get summary of economic projections you'll get that answer I'm pretty sure next week I'm pretty sure we get summary of economic projections so what we could do is we'll use the end of the year uh fed's um target for their where they think they're going to have rates and the market should trade off of that now it doesn't mean that that's where they're going to be because it's just about all of the um like if you go back to 2020 and you look at the summary of economic projections and you look where they W where they had rates uh for like their year end their year end Target 2023 four five six and on it's totally changes and it changed in 2022 and so it didn't change it changed in 2022 but we're still kind of on that path so the expectation as of now is like they're looking at 3% as the long-term Target so we got to see does that change right so that's kind of and I'm pretty sure that's next week okay so here we go next week so let's see here so here we go see that next week we're going to get summary of economic projections I'm pretty sure they had the year- end Target at like four and a half maybe five for this year four and a half or five so that's why you're seeing people say maybe a 50 basis point cut I think we'll get a 25 uh a quarter of a cut but you'll have we could just go to the CME Fed rate tool and that's pretty much whatever the CME Fed rate tools pricing in or fed funds Futures is pretty much what they're going to do they don't want to surprise the market so you can see here five five right now it's pricing in 5.25 so I don't think they're going to do half of a percent but you know 50 basis points so we have to see where that uh where the not necessarily year end Target but what's the where are the projections so what happens is if these projections come in like uh let's just say like rates come in lower faster then that's going to give TLT a boom right because it's going to say oh [ __ ] we didn't price in enough you know they have here they're going to be dropping yields a lot quicker than we expected and priced in uh but for the most part I would play the range the Target on that's like 102 so I would wait for pullbacks I would make sure you wait for pullbacks we traded this we traded that move I gave you guys on the watch list this move right I gave you guys that move that bounce back back off of 95 uh and now we're breaking out so we have to see here can we extend I think you need a pullback first but yes TLT is always good you could always so there's a uh portfolio kind of like uh you know like if if somebody wanted to make it really easy for like a retirement you could buy TLT and buy by the spy and you have uh a really good portfolio you know what I'm saying you have I forget uh could have let's say you could do a barbell approach between the Spy I think it's like 45 if not 50 in the Spy 35 TLT and then use that you have some cash left over and you could use like a barbell effect it's I forget which what it is I'd have to look I'd have to look back into it but a real easy way um you know to run if you wanted to like not like you personally but I don't know that's what some people do they buy TLT and they buy the spy and that is their you know they have portfolios that work with just them too but it's a it's again it's up to each person but but I think TLT we we should be able to see this thing back at 105 I would just wait to buy the dip I think you need to wait for a pullback I think right now it's trying to price in an upside move but it doesn't know what to price in because we don't know if the summary of economic projections is going to change which is going to be that uh longer term Target for for rates so I would wait I would wait a little bit but the time is now rates are being pulled out that that uh you're getting the bear steepener so you're going to start seeing the long end of the bond rise above the short end right so if we go to so I would give it time so I wouldn't you know if you're thinking about a trade you know you got to wait for the days that there's volume and a reason for it to go or you know maybe buy pullbacks if you want to buy it then you have to ask yourself is a few bucks going to make a difference looks like right now you want to start pulling but looks like you're going to pull back so if you get like the high 90s low hundreds that's a place to to nibble on right you could take a nibble there um come on come on so Abby hold on oh my gosh she is something else all right so where we at here where is it this is not like hold on one second Federate I wanted to you I wanted to bring up the one that was uh that that was that we could use Abby I didn't mean to yell guys but I'm like damn dude she's over here just sitting here yelling like for nothing um just boo booo just give me a second she knows it gets my attention [Music] um I'm going to give you more hold on anyway I I'll have to find it it's on stockcharts.com all right and Abby I'm coming sweetheart I know you want more just give me a second please um let's see here images come on web this isn't it it's not it [ __ ] it's like literally there it is there we go right here okay you see the short end of the the yield curve here you see how the short term right we can go time length let's see 10 20 30 so if we move this oh this isn't doing it like it did it before no hold on okay so here right you see how you both the short end is still below the long end there um right now we're in a position where the short end is way above the long end or they're about even right now I will say you see that that's a normal that's a normal yield curve right here that's a normal that's you should get more money for uh you know for your time right you should you should make less you know you should make money more money on lending 10 years out than you do one year right you should be paid for that time so this is where we're at right now look at that see how the front end of the curve is way down let me see see if I can go back even further what is that I don't know when that is February 1999 when was the last time we had this okay so you did have it in the 2000s kind of towards the end of the 2000s right bang right there okay so that's and even then they dropped quickly like look it even it freed back up the front end of that just dropped so that was one one year guys I mean right now it's so weird like so and that and listen that doesn't mean that doesn't mean that the that the long-term because you can see look at the long-term yield here at 4.6% right look how it drops with the short end right here's the short end this is the long end and you can see how it drops with it it doesn't have to go higher right look at that it dropped hold on like it dropped drops drops drops and then it what happens down at the lows it bounces bounces oh it it went down even more it kind of just stays there so it's not like it has to go higher okay so I want you do I do want you to remember that you will get your bounces and again it's to an extent you can see we've remained between zero and six for the past 25 some years right so here we go look the front end of the curve is is is ripping higher front end of the curve there you go look see way down damn near zero right and then the front end of the curve Bo so what would be a better trade would be to short the front end of the curve short the two-year short maybe even the 10year but even then the 10 year kind of which we're going to get to where we're at now you can see it just sits here it it's not really going to six or seven it's not really going you know it's it's kind of just choppy but you can expect a short-term bounce off of these lows you should here's 08 look how low that is look at that that's kind of like what we had now or when we were going into like 2020 and even going into like yeah going into covid right rates were really low and then 08 bang right they bring rates Down The Long end of the bond is what that's probably around 3% or so um just under 4% and then it starts to rise and then it rips and rally so and then again right it gets brought back down so it doesn't have to stay higher that's what I think people are going to forget when they try to go long TT is that yeah for a period of time it'll go higher but that that that yield will only go to a certain amount then it'll pull back again so here we go we're coming into 2020 right here are you okay you okay I'm G give you some gon give you some baby just give me a second oh you know what let's say what is this 2018 2019 go dude we might have a chance to get back up there this might be a nice move for TLT actually so here we go uh 2019 we're going into 2020 right now November yes so we're in 2020 look at that look at that we're down at zero and the 2030 years below 2.3 that's insane and now it's rising Rising rising Rising right and as the yield Rises um the price will will go down wait no the price why am I having a brain fart yeah see there it goes it's starting to rise rise rise and that's your bottom there so this is where we're at right now look at that right so you got the short end there um damn look at that the 30 year did get up to 4.6 and that's about where we're at now right I think if I go all the way over yeah so so the thing is I think TLT there's a chance that it could sit here um here's what I here's like does it have to come down like it already has been coming down right pay attention to this where's the date at where are we at here let me find it right there okay so this is April 2024 it's at four just above 4.65% and what's it been doing the yield so when the yield pulls when the yield lowers the price of the ticket goes up which you guys know right um so as the twoe should pull back the if if there's a ETF for it or something you could use for it that you'll get a lower yield but that price of the ticket will go up ticket will say I just use that as an example so you can see that that the 30e rose and then right now it's B lowering so we'll see do we start to bounce from here this is exactly where we're at right now it's where we're at right now so you should start to see this go back up to 4.65 and hopefully this start to get lowered like now because we're going to have that fed meeting right um but that doesn't mean that it has to keep Rising I just want you guys to remember that it'll usually stay within an area it'll go up right that yield will go up the price will come down and then it'll drop and the price will go up what would be the Catalyst to go to that five five and a half 6.7 7% you know that's the next cycle we could be on because here's the thing there's going to be duration risk the FED is out this is the other part to this the FED is out right yeah they're going to pull the the front end of the yield curve down right like they did here in 2020 but they're only going to pull it down to a certain point it's going to be gradual higher for longer so this is going to start within like I'd say by December let's say the beginning of 2025 we will probably have a straight lined for the most part it could be October November depending on what they do this will start to flatten out like it'll just be flat it'll be like a straight line and then it'll start to uh that front end will you know eventually get pulled back but like what if they don't have to pull this front end back that much what does that do to the back end right because if they are if things stay kind of calm and the front end of the Y curve let's say we're down to like four and a half let's say 4% three and a half percent um do they start to price in Risk at a later date you know later on down the road whether it's 10 15 20 years from like you don't really know 20 but you can kind of look five years down the road right if I were to say right now in the next few years we should have a cool off stage um you know it's just does the government have to get involved D does it get that bad and if the government doesn't have to get involved then what does that mean for liquidity um then you know where does the market place yields because ever since 2008 and pretty much the 2000s it's like you know the fed's always really had their hand in things but like I have to go back and look I haven't really done my research on this you know um you can see here the 2000s were like they're they're all Rising together like look at that it's like raise the roof raise through it's just like going higher and higher like the the short end and the long end and then it starts to get inverted and then boom they see stock prices start to drop that causes the FED to react because that's retirement accounts this that and the third let's see here so if we watch this I'm coming turkey but see we've stayed here ever since' 08 you'll notice we've been staying Rel relatively low we have not visited that white area I'm coming baby I'm coming sweetheart and right there see it just and then it look I'm gonna I'm gonna go back over this I'm actually kind of interested in this so I haven't I actually haven't went back and looked over this look it's ripping ripping so we'll see what this means and what's the come here um so let me just play this real quick I wish I could play this wish there was a way I could play this slowly so you can see TLT the yield is rising it pulls back you know I just don't know if the 30-year gets any lower than the fiveyear let's see twos twos are around 3% and so the twos and tens are about flat I don't know give me one second I'm going to feed her and I'll be right back um so I will say this like it doesn't have to go higher but I would wait for the fomc projections again they just control the the short end of the curve um it's just what's the risk right does the market see any type of risk for the future fut like obviously news headlines Wars different things would cause that to to change you know on a day-to-day basis I was speaking you're taking a sound bite out of my comments in barklay I said a more challenging macro environment in August referring specifically to that August volatility has that fully passed you do expect more volatility I am look there's a lot going on in the world um we've got elections that obviously the result of which will have impacts on how people think about policy going forward but no that was an event you know at that moment in time I think generally speaking the economy still pretty good shape I think we're going to get a couple of interest rate Cuts here that has been widely you know telegraphed at this point in time and so you know base case I can point to things that are slowing a little there's some consumer you know spots you've heard it through earnings Etc where there's a little bit of softness but generally I think the economy is in pretty good shape and my base case is we're going to continue to chug along through the fall with a lot of attention to the news whether political geopolitical or otherwise are you still in the soft Landing Camp then I'm still in the soft Landing Camp yes I'm still in the soft planning Camp um I I think that is the most likely scenario you know I can't tell you that there Can't Be A disruption or something that can set that off but I think we've navigated to this point where the likely scenario is we navigate with a soft Landing but certainly got to continue to watch consumer Behavior continue to watch inflation indicators will put more pressure on consumers we've made real progress on inflation but we'll watch the data and we'll see how things unfold through the fall what are you hearing from your own clients about the consumer because you could look at some of the commentary all over the place and formulate a different opinion based on which company you're talking to I think that's I think that's very fair Scott um we had a big consumer retail conference in New York last week I think we had about 85 uh company CEOs and CFOs there I spent a little bit of time at the conference and I would say you know there were some mixed views but generally speaking relatively benign consumer still healthy you know particularly so in Services businesses there were some pockets of softness um I think in particular particular when you look at consumers that are in the lower part of the economic strata because of the you know the inflation and the cumulative increase in prices they're feeling a little bit more pressure and you're seeing that in some places but generally speaking I found the CEO CFOs set at this consumer retail conference quite constructive you just talked about the prospect of rate Cuts your own view on that has evolved ABS right from you thought there was going to be zero to well maybe we'll get one and now do you think we'll get how many so I think when you look uh when you look forward at the moment I think it's clear that the FED has gotten comfortable with the fact that at 2 and a half% inflation rate the funds rate should be lower you know I don't know if the right rate for that is 4 and a quarter 4 and a half um but I certainly see you know two maybe three Cuts as we move through the fall I think to go further than that it's really going to depend on are we continuing to make progress or is inflation you know more stuck at 2 and a 12% and that you know I think the FED will watch the data we'll watch the data and we'll see my my view on this has always been you know very data dependent and the data has evolved during the year and like anybody else I look at the data I evolve my view is to what I think's right it's it's one of the criticism though of the FED is that now they're too data dependent that the rate where it is now is already too high they should have cut in July what do you think uh there there are people that have that view there are people that don't um you know I think generally speaking this is navigated pretty well I go back to what you said am I in the soft Landing Camp I am predominantly in the soft Landing Camp our economic research in the soft Landing Camp I talk to most CEOs the consensus is in the soft Landing Camp I think this has been navigated reasonably well of course you can in hindsight criticize here and there but I think we're in a relatively good place and the FED will take action as appropriate you think they'll go 25 basis points next week our our best guess is 25 but you know I think there's a case to be made for 50 based on a little bit more softening in the labor market um I think we'll see I think the you know I think the percentage chance was in the low3s um you know is kind of where the the the odds percentages weighed out what's your case would you would you go 50 my my my expectation at the moment is for 25 I don't have to make the decision so I'm not going to comment on what I would do and by the way I don't have all the data that they have all the access that they have I mean I've got a lot of information and a lot of input but my base case is 25 but I I I could given there's been some softening labor signals see them cutting 50 but my base case is 25 we talked about some of the commentary this week at the various conferences that have been going around yesterday Jamie Diamond said he wouldn't take stagflation quote off the table what do you make of that comment how do you feel about that issue itself I um I I didn't I didn't see Jamie in the context of all his comments but I think we have to watch carefully the trajectory of inflation and also the trajectory of growth and candidly it's very hard you know to speculate about that as you look forward because the policy Direction the policy kind of program that we're going to have as we look into 2025 and 2026 is very uncertain at the moment very uncertain and so it's it's hard you know it's hard to think about that is there a risk of that yes I think there's I think that in the distribution of outcomes there's a risk of slow sluggish growth and higher inflation than people want I wouldn't call that my base case but certainly it's something to think about let me ask you another piece of news you made this week the pre-ex charge on the unwind of the credit card business is is that unwind proving to be messier than you thought I I I actually I actually don't think it's proving to be messier than we thought you know it's it's very unusual for people to transition credit card programs in the middle of contract periods and there is a little bit more friction than that but we you know we anticipated that you know remember we want a very big firm and a very big business um you know we're focused on our forward we're running our business forward these consumer businesses that we continue to narrow continue to be a very very very small portion of the firm and so we're focused on making sure we serve our clients well that we have responsibilities to as we transition these programs um but it's you know this is small in the big game of the progress we're making executing on our strategy growing our asset wealth management business moving the firm forward I think the stock price reflects that could that number grow could that number did I miss them did it already happen no we did I did miss it damn it all right so if you were with me a couple minutes ago I said if this pullback gets bought then I'm going to go long uh and I fed my cat so I missed that long I missed it here's the thing don't get too bullish we have a tenure getting ready to come out at one o00 in 30 minutes so let it do what it wants to do maybe the Spy will catch up and they'll uh the overall markets so be at their moving averages and we find out if they can break through them or not um I didn't mean to cut off what's his name from Goldman Sachs if you guys don't know he this is your CEO for Goldman Sachs here who told KLA Harris you know an endorser oh just say it'll be bad you know he don't know some others about the of capital markets and IPOs and m&a you talked about a quote they bring up economists but economists couldn't even get inflation numbers correct back in 2020 they couldn't foresee a lot of the things just like the FED they give out some year of economic projections and they change they don't even stick to it right because you can't there's things you don't see that that you're pricing in so people that gobble it up that's what you have to understand anytime you hear somebody say The Economist say that that's good or Economist say that's bad listen you don't know until it happens because you don't know the things that are going to happen that are the outliers of that and the fact is they don't know what's good and what's bad like you can't say that something is bad without going through the process to determine whether it's bad or not right so it's kind of it's not kind of it is you know just it is what it is you know it's exactly what it is it's just just it's uh it's rhetoric is all it is have been slower to move forward and engage and monetize on our portfolios because they've had a lot of these assets marked higher and they've been hoping for more of a recovery what a couple of interest rate Cuts this fall help that a little bit probably we've had a bunch of significant IPOs in the market there have been some big m&a transactions but I'd be the first to say it's been a little bit slower in the recovery now that said there's nothing that's fundamentally changed that says all this pent up activity that's been held up won't come through and when it does we're incredibly well correlated to it and I do think it's going to come through so I do think you'll continue to see a pickup through the fall of 24 and into 25 nothing seems to be slow as it relates to AI or spending on it as you've heard firsthand at your own conference so it's an interesting time to have this conversation given some of the disruption in some of these stocks as well can you describe the tone of the conversations that you've had thus far with the CEOs who were here about AI the spending that they're making and the expected return on that investment sure I I only got here late last night so I've had a few conversations this morning um I was on stage with um with Jensen from Nvidia uh you know this morning but there's been you know everywhere you go people want to talk about this and and and what I'd say is from a macro perspective this is a big secular Trend an acceleration in the speed of compute and all businesses are thinking about how they can create real use cases to change processes serve their customers or clients better create efficiencies in their business and it depends who you talk to what kind of business they have when you step back and say how are we going to implement this I'd say when we think about a Goldman Sachs we have lots of super smart people we're thinking about productivity first but when you look at lots of businesses they're thinking about productivity and they're also thinking about cost efficiency cost efficiency requires you to make investment and change processes that takes time so what I'd say is going on when you're engaged with CEOs on this topic is the really trying to figure out how can we take this increased compute capacity and how can we use it in a way that can both increase productivity and allow us to gain efficiency but any you know executive that you would talk to would say changing processes significantly in business is hard and it takes time and so I think this is going to be a process I think it's going to be ongoing um and um but I think it's real and it's something that's going to have a big effect on the way people operate their businesses just as the cloud did just as the internet did you know just as the growth of compute 40 years ago did so this is this is real and you know I think people are very very focused on it what was the big takeaway for you personally from the conversation you had with Jensen this morning I just his optimism about the pace at which they're innovating and the ability to use compute to accelerate that Innovation you know is really compelling he's he's quite excited about the pace of their Innovation and very excited about you know the new platform the new chip Blackwell and the pace and the speed you know uh you know particular inference with that and so you know I think he's he's quite optimistic that the impact they're having on their customers and the demand for the products is quite strong you've been on Wall Street a long time when you see what's going on with his stock what do you think you know I'm not a stock picker um I have been on the Wall Street a long time and it's hard for to IM I'm a stock Watcher I've been on I've I've um I've been around for over 40 years doing this I um I'm more focused you know on good companies and kind of understanding the execution their plan it's a super company it's incredibly well positioned you know I'm not smart enough when you have you know this kind of momentum in stocks you know they're up and down what you really have to say is what's this going to look like 5 years from now um this is a super important company it's going to be a super important company I'm not smart enough to call balls and Strikes on short-term valuation sure but I'm sure people have walked the halls of Goldman Sachs or popped into your office and said wow this is unbelievable what's happening in the market around these a I give i' give them the same answer I'd send them to our research analyst that focus on it say ask them for evaluation opinion I don't you know I I I it's the FED it's the government it's what it is it's $7 trillion do of stimulus that's rolling out very very subst ative that doesn't mean that certain companies can't be trading valuations that look very very robust and wind up being very significant companies with lower valuations it doesn't mean that there are shifts in all of this I mean you're you're you're a great student of the market too you know things move up and down that doesn't mean that they're a bubble let's talk some politics debate was last night not sure if you had a chance to see it or not your own economic team of course has made news of late suggesting that the bigger boost to growth would come from the Harris economic plan at least over the first couple of years she mentioned it last night you feel the same so that report which was mentioned last night in the debate came from an independent analyst and it's it's interesting Scott I think a lot more has been made of this than should be what the report did is it looked at a handful of policy issues that have been put out by both sides and it tried to model their impact on GDP growth the reason I said bigger deal has been made of It Is What It showed is the difference between the sets of policies that they put forward was about 210 to 1% let's go so at economy grows okay if you took these particular sets of policies they looked at and by the way we have no idea whether these policies these things that are talked about were ultimately be imp implemented what was the growth impact and the differential was 2/10 to 1% so you know I think our clients are trying to look at what's going on from a policy perspective and make judgments I think this blew up into something that's bigger than what it was intended to be you said in August though I'm going to quote here we need a set of policy decisions that help us deal with the trajectory of spending the level of debt and the cost of that debt whose policies fit that well I I think one of the interesting things I did watch the debate last night um and just one of the interesting things and I I I could be wrong about this but this is my recollection of what I watched did the debt come up once in the conversation all night I don't think there was any discussion about the debt you know all in the debate last night I do think this is a policy issue that's going to have to be wrestled with um but I didn't hear any discussion about it last night there are obviously policy decisions that some will suggest are better or worse for growth there are then decisions that will impact Goldman directly whose policies are better for the firm you know I think that's a complicated question and I think one of the things that's important you know at this moment time we're two months away from an election um there's a lot of political rhetoric political rhetoric is very different from policy implementation and so our job is to be prepared to run Goldman Sachs and serve our clients regardless of what the outcome is and also to participate actively with either Administration to try to allow you know America to accelerate and do as well as it can do and so you know we we stand ready to do that in either outcome I mean it's been hard to make deals obviously under this current Administration are you looking for Relief a change on that front so that you can actually execute on what part of the bread and butter of your business is well I I definitely think that one of the themes of the last four years last three and a half years has been an increase in regulatory impact across all Industries and this is actually something that I'm hearing from CEOs across all Industries the FTC is obviously one you know one Avenue of that um I don't think the FTC has been in the right place on a whole significant number of issues and I do think the FDC this FTC has been a headwind to activity that actually strengthens us business strengthens us competitiveness and I don't think that's a good thing and so I do think from a policy perspective whatever Administration comes forward over bosel 3 you feel that way with the decision this week from Vice chair bar the capital buffer is going to go up obviously but not nearly as much as you had feared it could well what I what I'd say about bosel 3 at this point is I I obviously heard what Vice chair bar said yesterday um and there's no question that it's moved from what was originally proposed um uh you know a number of months or you know meaningful period of time ago um what I'd say is I have not seen the details okay the details will come out next week there were a number of areas that weren't addressed or weren't touched on in particular the capital markets impact and the fundamental review of the trading book so I want to look at it and you know I'll Reserve comment to then um but I think this is a process and I'd say we're still in the middle of the process we're far from the end of the process let's finish by by talking about you for a moment your stock you mentioned it earlier that your stock has had a great run before this week I was up 30% I think going into this week for the for the year I saw a fortune headline from early July and I want to read it to you and I want to get your reaction to it Goldman sachs's CEO was seen as a dead man walking a year later the David Solomon era is being hailed as a success what what is the David Solomon era that's being held as a success I'm I'm running sacks now for I think next week or the week after I start my seventh year we have an incredible team of people that have done an unbelievable job growing The Firm when I look back over the six years I'm incredibly proud of how our team has grown the firm and has enabled us to be better position to serve our clients we've materially gained market share with our clients we've really gravitated to a very very strong one Goldman Sachs ethos that is helping us serve our clients more holistically and better and I think improving our market shares we've got an asset and wealth management business that's set up that's really positioned to grow and grow nicely we're continuing to change the mix of activities in The Firm around our two core businesses banking of markets and asset and wealth we're running the firm more efficiently we're making substantial technology Investments and we've grown the market cap very materially we have more work to do it hasn't been perfect there were things that we tried that we decided weren't right and we've narrowed on them but I try really to stay focused on what we're trying to do over the next few years how we're trying to execute you know are we executing correctly are we serving our clients well and if we are you know we keep going and I try not to read all the ups and downs in the Press if you you know you read the press the last few months it says we're doing quite well if you read the Press 12 months ago it had other things to say you know we're focused on our clients we're focused on our people we're focused on executing and I think we're making good progress I feel really good about the way the firm's position really good on the way our people are performing for our clients and very optimistic about the progress Goldman Sachs will make over the next 5 years does the Solomon era have a long runway in front of us you're relatively young man 62 I'm 62 years old I'm I'm working hard I'm Focus forward uh and we're going to continue to work hard to drive Goldman Sachs forward I appreciate you so very much sitting down with us today D my pleasure Scott thank you for having yeah that's David Solomon he of course the chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs we have much more ahead from the conference here we'll talk about today's selloff obviously with the committee more trades coming up as well we're back after this are you following the halftime report podcast what are you waiting for look for us in your favorite podcasting app follow the halftime podcast now look at this do you guys see back here in the 50s and the 60s and going into the 70s and the and it's really the 80s sure we had you know this was your your recession area era so if you go down here it should show you um should show on the chart really what these spaces are and what that means but this in my opinion would be your uh I guess that's showing you what when it goes negative indoor recession so I do have a chart though I do have a chart and you guys know that which shows when it shows GDP okay I don't know if you guys have saw this or not it's a really good chart so let's see here if I go here let me see here let's see where's it at where's she at where she at where she at where she at where she at coach trades in consistent profits no um right here here you are oh hold up is this it is that it CPI headline CPI B of America blah blah blah I wonder if all these projections were hit and I don't think they were let me see who I think this is was our expectation I have why what was that picture from shat all right so we're here bing boom right there all right so this is important why this shows us whoops my bad gang my bad gang let me see let me pull that back up okay so let's keep an eye on the Spy so here's the thing we're right back at resistance and we're getting the 10-year yield um you're getting your 10year auction look at that volume to the buy side it's so much lower than sells side volume so is this a break retest pull it back where's Nvidia nvidia's bigger part of the xlk [Music] nvda nvda dude nvidia's ripping bro are you serious I thought it was down wow look it went all the way dude we said that didn't we didn't I say that this morning I did I'm such an idiot that was the line that I gave us oh my God I'm so dumb I'm so dumb I said look for the poor back in the 108 10750 and that's literally what the hell it did it pulled right back in the prior day close oh my God I'm so dumb I'm so dumb I'm such an idiot dude why is my stuff Frozen that's literally what it did literally what it did pulled right into prior day's close um and recovered but that recovery man was a mean one let me know in chat what are you guys watching and what are your guys's thoughts on the markets like this is where I Stumble like I'm SI I sit here and talk all day but I don't get no feedback uh where we can bounce ideas off of one another so what are these contracts that I have up okay so that's the 450 put all right all right bet uh September 12th so that's tomorrow damn think about that guys so oh my God oh my God um I had September 12 so tomorrow 450 put dated for tomorrow the 450 puts wait wait wait wait wait so this has got to be for the cu's look at look at Nvidia getting ready to hold prior day's high this could possibly be a long but here's the problem you have to be careful because in 10 minutes that trade could be a reversal you could get the reversal here and you're screwed all right so let's see here you did get above the the 100 day moving average and I'm not going to think about well what if this what if that what I would like is to say okay we broke above 110 let's look for the pullback to 110 which we still haven't got which is vwap all right let's look for that pullback to to try and take this higher can you take me higher [ __ ] white people um I think you got to Target 117 11750 in that 50-day moving average we literally have nothing here on Nvidia to stop us from going higher look at that can you take me higher look at that got that whole area right there hell right there 11750 we got all that it's almost $10 it's about seven bucks there inies so China does a complaint or something and undo add rectangle so what does that mean for Baba that does that mean for Baba just hanging out above 84 okay nothing doesn't mean anything for Baba all right so obviously semiconductors is is where the strength lies lies that's so commo I just thought about commo when I said that um I mean and she does it's so funny if you go back and look at kamla she does the ticket like she's handing you something like o like like Obama did right let's see come the Trump debate images the ticket let's look at the ticket I'm going to hand you something while I'm talking let's see let's see where's it at they're not showing it but she did it she did it all like crazy I saw it I synced it and he does his like chop like he's like Judo chop I know I'm getting off track here with my ADHD um they're not going to show it Dam it damn it can't find it all right bug it anyway so I was what looking at real GDP here and what changed what what changed here to bring our TDP down so low what Chang in that I mean you also don't have big recourse for going negative right where you have glimpses of being negative in GDP like you did here so you have big upswings but you also have big downswings so a lot of this is before China manufacturing and we sent all of our jobs over abroad okay that's why you don't see this this growth in GDP like you have in the past you also did not have what I think right here in the 80s this is where the decline started literally right there from the 80s to the 90s is when GDP just stopped you never saw 10 you saw it right after the FED did what they did in 2020 really quickly where things ramped up and then it just boom and you didn't even retest 10 the last time you saw 10 was 1983 I wasn't even born I wasn't even here for that but what what took place around this time it's kind of interesting isn't it when did the US let's see what was [Music] us go to Global curreny let's see here what's it give us to yeah but but but what I'm looking for is flirting exchange rate 1973 United States gold REM okay yes we were off the gold standard but but there's more Ronald Reagan in the trade large decline in US interest rates 1982 BL Def basic let me see here so when did okay so September 22nd it was the plaza Accord was a joint agreement signed in September 22nd 1985 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City between France West Germany Japan United Kingdom United States to depreciate the US dollar in relation to the other countries this helps for a few reasons a lot of people are like we need strong dollars how about them trumpers and even the Democratic dumb asses they strong dollar or dollar is weak the dollar is no more right oh the US dollar nobody wants anything to do with it they're dumping US Dollars okay well where you going to go here's here's the fact the US debt right A dollar is is a result of debt but the dollar you do trust is the US dollar because we're not going to make plans and changed laws overnight like China some of these other countries when things go wrong you know they uh you know there's a there's a trust Factor there so I don't know uh what's his name talked about it the FED before he left he went to Purdue so we have that and what else do we have we have China we have China when 1990 that happened in 199 you know who helped sign that bill Joe Biden yes I am I say yes to sending jobs over seas 1990 and look at at that GDP went down bang you never saw 10 again e e e e e e e e e e [Applause] [Music] look you guys you guys support this guy I'm not here to take your guns but your friends with this guy he sure does we need to stand in unit Joe doesn't even know where yo listen Biden is burning up inside he don't have a fan out look look at him he's mad he's like God [ __ ] damn it well guess what Joe you turn into a politic an untrustworthy politic who was okay with you and Obama and H and her and Hillary lying to [ __ ] faces instead of just not bringing up the subject all right you talk about Donald Trump but what about your son dropping that cocaine in the federal building my guy huh where were the charges then where were the charges for your files that were at home just that and the third so you can't charge somebody for bring a fil him when you don't have a process for when the president leaves the White House you know if it's US Government which it is then obviously the majority of it stays and you don't you know it's I get that they're there I'm sure there's a a fine line with what some of the things that are personal and not the states and but he mad look he mad look he's pissed he's like man where the [ __ ] are my people at man I ain't got one single blue backer down here man this is crazy he's he's burning up inside like that's all he wants is to be Donald Trump with people like shouting his name and looking up to him he's always wanted that he's so mad he's so mad Won Won [ __ ] no [ __ ] [Music] look he he wait oh my God it's so funny because these people are I don't know man oh my God oh my God oh my God why is there one minute here hold on let's see here five minute sorry I was getting a little uh I was feeling a little I don't know weird dude the qes are already making new highs dude I knew it the minute I fed my cat bro was the minute the market took off and we said watch this pullback for long literally guys I said watch this pullback if it sticks vwap look for the long to high a day oh my God the [ __ ] tenure already happened oh my God oh my God I think that's Rick's take on this two which is perfect because we also just had a 10-year note auction top of the hour Rick Santelli is out at the CME Rick how'd it go terrific boy oh boy I'll tell you what they were just rushing to the table to buy these tenure notes we auctioned off 39 billion of them Kelly it's a reopening adding to an issue whose coupon was established about a month ago so 9year 11 month Securities if you want to be detail oriented and the yield was 3.64 a basis and a half below the when issued Market at one Eastern what does that mean lower yields mean higher prices the government was a seller it was a very solid auction and if you look at the bid to cover it was the best since just June so not long ago but look at the other metrics indirect biders whopping 76% that's the best foreign uh involvement since Feb of 22 if you look at dealer takedown the buffet table was almost empty 10.2% the smallest takedown since August of 23 the only fly in the ointment why it was an A minus auction is because direct biders just like yesterday's three-year uh mutual funds Pension funds insurance companies they were at 13.7 % the weakest since August of 21 why well most likely because there was interest outside of the country in many ways and the auction takedown well many are saying it's the slowing economy maybe it's the yield curve hey maybe it was a debate last night you know we're indebted up to our eyeballs seemed like there was a lot of programs and policies being thrown out there how are we going to pay for them that's one question but then you have to question if that is an issue why did they buy so many 10-year notes most likely the slowing economy is having a big effect in long-dated treasuries tomorrow we finish up the 119 billion in treasury coupon Supply with a reopening in 30-year bonds so 29e 11 month to the tune of $22 billion back to you Rick real quickly there are a lot of people who have pointed to Falling bond yields and falling oil prices saying that these are screaming recession and that the FED needs to react of course now the CPI report this morning points in the other direction but how what would you say what is the feeling from the traders that you talked to about what the declines in bond yields and oil prices mean as to what's happening in the economy the Traders are all in on the fed put they're all in look at what types of Trades they're doing in short maturities at the CME now once again we get in the argument Market's wrong Market's right whenever I clap my hand whatever the prices are the Market's right but it doesn't mean that what they're saying today is going to be right down the road I think Traders are way over their skis I do believe there's a fed put here but on the other hand we have a two-speed economy and I really believe that those who need credit aren't going to necessarily benefit much from a quarter half point and I think much more than that is questionable I still see a stagflationary Outlook in slow motion I think CPI PPI pce are all going to stabilize between 2 and a half and 3% and I see growth as a downward trajectory but a long long long Runway thank you very much Rick Santelli let me get some response to that from ad which is to say it does make a big difference in the long run whether we get inflation below 2% or stuck in the 2 to 3% range what do you think is taking place here I think it makes a difference in terms of The credibility of the FED in terms of consumer welfare you know being at 2 and a half is not that different from being at a little bit below two like we were my opinion I think you have people locking in these rates while they're there that's my opinion all right I think this they know you know we haven't seen rates like this in a long time it could be much much longer this time than it was last time because the government has learned all they have to do is suppress yields and spend or borrow money and it'll get you through the pandemic it'll get you through the GFC it'll practically get you through whatever it is that you want and you don't have to pay the price until you have to pay the price okay so I think that is I think that's really what's going on here is you have a Chase for yield uh just for the sake of this is a like the last time you'll see it for who knows how long all right that's just my opinion so I said this morning I thought it would be a good Bond auction let's see what this guy says I don't think he's correct I'm not saying that he's wrong I just think you had a Chase for yield while it's here small caps because we think the soft Landing is coming we don't want to run to catch up that's going to be a fast mover when it finally hits early next year in large caps where do you put the money let's start to position for a cyclical recovery we think it's going to happen next year it'll be broad-based we've already moved into financials Industrials materials and energy uh we'd be uh let's say underweight the defensives here to put it in just a few words that's interesting betting on the big cyclical recovery and saying we're going to get a bigger rip in small caps but not yet maybe in 2025 uh Steve real quick last word I've been talking about the idea that people should have been thinking about the long end of the curve for a long time now they got to go in and try to grab I don't know what it is 365 and they could have had 4 and A2 or 5% and everybody said stay short so I'm not sure what the play is here but I just want to say a lot of folks had that play wrong they could have been sitting there clipping 4 and a half or 4% and now they're they're 365 and I think that you got to watch what's happening there's a big gap right now Kelly between the 2-year and what the FED funds Market is saying I don't know which way it resolves but somebody's going to make some money somebody's going to lose some money on that resolution that's exactly right we have the overnight rate at 5 a half% of the two years at 3.6 so that either means two full points of cuts are coming in The Fairly near term or that people holding those bonds I think that's that's one of the biggest questions in markets well H hang on Kelly because it's actually bigger than that I'm going to get a you a fresh growth but folks in the back if you could put up the Janu the September 2025 fed funds contract it was trading 245 or 250 below where so one year from now the expectation is that number has a two handle on it 290 or so now sorry 88 right now ke Kelly so there is a lot of cutting expected and the 2E seems to be maintaining that yield up near three and a half so something's wrong here imagine buying it at five uh that you could have done that on April 30th of this year which is astonishing gentlemen thank you all really appreciate it Steve lean ad iave and Paul Christopher because of the drop in yields mortgage rates are at almost a two-year low now Diana ol with those details Diana yeah that's right Kelly mortgage rates dropped 11 basis points after after the CPI report this morning the average rate on the 30-year fixed is down to 6.11% and that's according to mortgage News Daily the rate has been falling for six straight weeks but mortgage demand seems to be waiting to come out of the gate refinance applications only increased 1% week to week they were 100% higher than a year ago and while that may sound like a huge increase the numbers were so low last year that even with the large gain refinancing is still really historically low most borrowers have rates well below 5% % and anyone refinancing today likely bought their home in the last 2 years when rates had moved significantly higher off of record lows now applications for a mortgage to buy a home Rose just 2% for the week still 3% lower than the same week one year ago given Skyhigh home prices and low Supply a lot of potential buyers are waiting for the expectation that rates would move much lower and actually the CEO of luxury home builder Toll Brothers said on CNBC this morning that he does expect rates to come come down into the 5% range that was Doug yearly and he said when that happens you should quote look out because the market should take off Kelly wow wouldn't I mean I would say wouldn't that be nice but if that pushes prices up further I mean and how much difference in the margin doesn't make six and a quarter versus you know 5.8 well it makes a lot every time you do a refinance they look for 75 basis points they say that's worth it but if you're buying a home depending on the price of the home it can not only make it more affordable for some buyers but it also makes them qualify for the mortgage because remember mortgage lending is very tight right now and a lot of folks think they can afford it they want to put that money down but they don't qualify for that loan at that rate when the rate starts to come down more buyers qualify for the loan and of course more can afford it all right Diana thanks we appreciate it some big changes potentially on the make Diana Ole coming up Tech and communication services are both in the green today but financials remain among the worst performing sectors and are extending yesterday's losses when we come back we'll break down The Good the Bad and the Ugly in the space with Ali Financial failing to rebound after its worst day since March of 2020 plus all right I'm not going to use this anymore um public let's see 2000 we have smci ATI Technologies keep an eye on some of these names here 75 price Target on this so this is at high of day so so Tech is our leader guys I'm almost positive here Tech is our leader right now yeah see this it's just so the Dow has just gotten back above prior day's low and this is at prior day high the spies at prior day's High The Q's are above prior day's High let's go let's go let's get them likes up damn right I appreciate you guys let's go damnn right let's get it um so man Nvidia just on a runaway train here guys I'm so upset that I was not able to catch the que long feel like that was such a big move though for the Spy versus The Q's like it was a decent move for the q's too but damn I'm gonna go grab something to drink really quickly you guys let me know in chat do you guys think we're going to get another test up here at this 555 Level what do you guys think after com first there was the good Bank of America CEO Brian moan saying right here on CNBC that the consumer is stable and not getting worse right now but the shares kind of shrugged it off then there was the bad JP Morgan Chase CEO Daniel Pinto warning that net interest income next year is going to be a bit more challenging thanks to expected rate Cuts those shares were down as much as 7% in the session and then the ugly the Ally Financial CFO saying their borrowers are not just struggling with high inflation they're now also navigating job market weakness Ally mainly citing concerns in its auto loan segment that had the shares down 18% so is this an auto specific story or cause for broader credit concerns my next guest covers the consumer fintech trade including names like a firm which also has some exposure to Autos joining us more for What on he's seeing and where there's still opportunity Dan Dov is senior analyst for fintech equity research at muho welcome to you thank you first of all because you sort of are very front and center with a lot of these kind of consumer financy kind of names especially the fintech ones are you detecting a lot of broad-based weakness right now such as what Ally reported actually it's really interesting so to make the distinction you know um the lower end you are the better off you are so what we're seeing for you know a firm or even upstart we're actually seeing them doing better now than the more Prime consumer so I think this is more idiosyncratic Ally specific the commentary and not a broad-based weakness in the delinquency sense for the Lo for for the affirms of the world that is interesting and surprising you think the fintech players with more exposure to the lower income consumer are doing better right now how could that be correct I know it's counter but you know subprime is is sort of the place to be uh and and if you think about what happened for example at upstart that's the best example the low-end consumer got a lot of steamy money they spent beyond their means and now that they've pulled back on the spend they're actually paying back their loans and so it's more about paying back your loans on time that lowers delinquencies than anything else and that actually causes a Slowdown in the macro but it's good for the borrower and the prime consumers are actually exper ing the same thing that the subprime consumers experienced 6 months ago and that's the disconnect that you're seeing so that's the time to sort of you know buy upart buy a firm because there's a disconnect in the um delinquency trends that this is surprising on a number of levels but you think what Ali is talking about is actually more of a prime consumer maybe that more middle class consumer who is now feeling the pinch and and what is that from the slowing job market it's it's the it's more it has to do more with the behavior of the consumer right so they uh low-end consumer kind of depleted their savings you know like 6 to 12 months ago and they started pulling back on on spend they spent more rationally and I think what we're seeing now is that the more Prime consumer is seeing the same thing obviously jobs are not happening right are not helping but the job market is still pretty tight so I think that's it's more about Behavior than any outside forces so keeping all this in mind what do you do with the STS because I hear all this and I go well none of this sounds great so maybe you just want to slowly back away from the entire space but maybe you see it differently I I mean I this differently like let's talk about a firm specifically they're going to be Gap profitable by the end of you know next year and then if you get like I don't know nine cuts just think about how much Gap profitability you can have down the road is there going to be usage of the platform if if that if the lower income um sort of user of that platform is under pressure and has now exhausted excess savings and is paying down debt are they going to be the ones leaning back on that platform in a in times of of a pinch so my interpretation is there could be a counter cyclical pal here because if you run out of credit card savings you might go to buy now pay later and buy something there so we don't know yet cuz we haven't been through a real recession but there could be a countercyclical you know steering towards buy now pay later which would help companies that can underwrite really well like a firm even if that means a year two years after that surge of demand there's then a spade of default so you think they would be able to avoid that and maybe by that time we're out of recession or we're on the rebound or something like that and lower borrowing cost and they can actually open the spigot and open the credit box because of that if we get into you know a better environment but that counter cyclical thing we haven't we've never seen that but I think there's a good chance we might actually see that fasc so A firm which is up 5% today by the way seems to be moving kind of to to your point up 66% in the past year what else in the space then do you either want exposure to or want to avoid if you if you think this is going to be the trend for some time so if this is going to be the trend I would you know affirm upstart for example which is sort of the quintessential subprime borrower space we always talked about Sofi right Sofi the stock Sofi is the last stock in the fintech consum universe that hasn't worked literally and it hasn't worked because there's a lot of prejudice a lot of people hate it for no other reason but just like because they've hated it forever n we actually don't hate Sofi we actually don't hate Sofi uh we just hate when you know the government says that they don't have to pay back their student lows because they're trying to get votes and then it affects PayPal or Sofi I'm sorry so um so I literally was talking about Spotify right but affirm upstart um and that's what he was talking about so you know if you don't understand why we're talking about them these are good comp companies that this is really the in my opinion outside of like natural gas and materials this is the last part of the market that's at the lows that you can see discounted prices here upstart kind of rebounded but like look at that previous High you know was 300 too much you know I don't know maybe I'll be damned if that wasn't a big winner that thing went to 400 bucks and it's now $30 just like coinbase I wonder if this is it if it's going to start bouncing from here it had it had good earnings at least it was perceived to be good so should we and look at that that's a pullback I just you know we just don't have the volume in my opinion that screams go long and and and be confident about that trade I don't know maybe I'm trying to be too perfect so if you guys don't know upstart affirm Shopify Shopify is having a nice day today too this was on the list today Shopify was on the list you need to get that list if you don't got that list you need to get it because these were all on the watch list this morning we talked about Boeing breaking down did Boeing recover it did and there's Divergence with Boeing I think Boeing could be a buy here I do I think you can nibble on it I think this might offer even a a trade for the the next couple days where it could give you a bounce back to 165 you'll probably even see 170 again I mean you know what here's the thing that I don't that I wouldn't do with that is I would I would stay with stuff that are in the cu's like uh let's see here what's what's in the QQQ it's all pretty much information technology like PayPal and video and stuff um oh here's they go look look look look look look operations Nationwide are warning that widespread issues with the US Postal Service could disrupt voting in November in a letter to The Postal Service officials said over the past year local election officials received mailed ballots that were postmarked on time days after the deadline to be counted and properly addressed election mail was being returned as undeliverable the postal service did not immediately respond but they say that there is nothing wrong with the voting but yet here we are contradicting ourselves again there are some issues with the United Postal Service why do we use the United Postal Service because United Postal Service unlike FedEx and UPS for anybody that uh you know maybe do things that they shouldn't that that the government doesn't think that they should do United State Postal Service you know sticks to the Constitution right you don't really have that when you go through FedEx and UPS and stuff because there are businesses that can do what they want they don't have to abide by the Constitution so they want to look through your stuff they can whatever they deem necessary anyway um so the next time they say that oh the everything is good everything is good bring them back to these little segments where they contradict themselves so 160 so back to what I was saying the QQQ is our leader right now so we need to be in that sector all right let's go back to where I was at see I get I have ADHD so bad that I didn't even go over this chart I'm so bad no wonder there's nobody here I didn't even go over our um GDP growth and and the fed and stuff dude I don't know why I have the hiccups how many stocks are in the in the cues total holding total Holdings 102 288.5a you have to just give me a second I'm typing one-handed yeah just a 100 that's it the QQ ETF has 102 Holdings but yet okay this does say 102 all right cool all right all right okay so let's do this um Dollar Tree arm illuminum give me one second guys I got I'm going to go grab I'm going to go wash my hands really quickly really quickly here at ddq well it's another blazing hot day here at ddq and we are continuing to work on the F12 we've got uh both of the cool bosses running uh at extra high speed to try to cool this down in here it's like I don't know 100° inside the shop but if you're close enough to one of those fans it's not too bad but uh yeah just going make us more progress on the F12 we were able to get all those fittings so have uh that pile of stuff behind me that we're working on currently um already welded a few things up let me show you guys what we have going on we got a couple fittings for the turbo water line so we've got the banjo fitting here so that's going to come straight down and we have uh well actually that one's off right now because Tim's actually assembling the lines for that uh I pulled the front cover off again and welded on another fitting a -6 that points down uh with a t fitting on it so we basically water comes down and then tees off and we'll go to both the turbos that is uh right there so now we have that spot ready for the uh that one is the hot side so I have that fitting that we were working on last time we cut it up and uh machine it down nice and flat and I just welded the- 6 A fitting on that guy so that's going to go into the block um and then another line is going to come out of there go to another T fitting and that'll be on the other side of the turbo so we can get the water in and out of there um lots of little details had to machine the fittings down a little bit actually the banjos were a couple millimet too long to actually get onto the turbos because of the way we made the brackets so it is a very tight clearance right here and I didn't want to really grind this down because we've already windowed it um mostly just for looks obviously save a tiny little bit of weight uh but now if I was to grind that piece out I'd basically take the whole rib off the side um and then it wouldn't be that strong so instead of redesigning that whole piece I was able to just cut the banjo down a couple millimeters and get it to just swing in there to tighten on that's the kind of things that just take a long time that you know you could think about it but until you have the fittings on hand and you figure everything out you start making brackets to hold the turbos you build a whole exhaust around it and then you run into a little issue like that so a little bit of problem solving that always adds some time um but after doing this for so long you get kind of used to you kind of know like all right it should take me about 3 or 4 hours to do all the plumbing for the water lines well new fittings all that but I'm going to give myself six because you're always going to run into Little issues um like welding on the front cover cover front cover cast aluminum and it's not new so it's been soaking up all these you know bits of dirt and all these uh I don't know in contaminants basically some coolant stuff um so grinding it down sanding it and then torching it scrubbing it with a wire brush trying to get everything out before you weld it so you don't get that paracity in the welds like all these little bits of dirt that come out that basically make like these pin holes for water or whatever it might be wherever you're welding it to get out and start leaking but it looks pretty good I think it's solid move on to the next thing we were able to make some more progress and I think we finally come to the point where I've ordered every single fitting um and piece of line that we need except for the brake line so the brake lines I'm just going to have made at a local place uh they do a crimp style is just well brake pressures are really high sometimes up to 2,000 PSI um and those fittings I know are going to be assembled properly and uh then I don't have to worry about did I assemble it perfectly did The Little Acorn nut get smashed properly did it get really good seal cuz if one of those lines pops off you're going to basically lose brakes and that's not good so uh other than that everything seems to be accounted for we got all the water lines figured out we got the oil lines figured out um everything's looking really good and we're starting to work on the Breather lines got all those fittings done so we've got coming out of the valve cover here we've got two ports um so I think we're going to run the lines like this and have them loop back so we'll just put a clamp here and then these will uh basically make a U-turn come down here and then we're going to put a a y in the valley so it'll be two- eights going to a single -10 then it'll run over here and come into the catch tank on top of the or actually on the dry suum tank we're going to run a hose from here into the catch tank as well and then I think we're just going to plug this hole up here cuz I believe that the valve covers used to go into that lower spot on the dry sum tank and then the upper one went into the intake system to basically draw any oil Vapors out and get it into the combustion chamber and burn it but uh we don't have to worry about that this is a race car all that's emission stuff so this is going to be a vent of to Atmosphere system um we're not going to have any crank case pressure really if we do it's going to be vented out so we shouldn't see any positive pressure inside of crank case um we'll know if the engine is not sealing well by the amount of blow by we're getting out of the catch tank um but I hope it works because like I said trying to find those diagrams for the uh Ferrari and how everything is routed is really difficult but that's what makes the most sense from other dry sum systems that I've put in race cars before um that looks like how it's put in there um and I can kind of see where the fittings go inside of the tank the one on top is just all the way up it's basically basically just a vent it's the point where there is the least amount of oil cuz it's the highest point um so yeah I think we'll just plug that one up everything else should be good um so I ordered some more fittings that are going to come tomorrow or Monday to finish all this stuff up but we got the critical stuff done on the front of the engine um so when we have to take the engine out at least we're not like hoping that we got it right um I know where we have everything everything's been cut we actually cut the hoses for the water lines and the turbos we had to go with like a 45 Dee angle there to get it to clear this plug so it fits really tight on the side there that's just way the banjo fits so these are going to come down here to a t that's already here that guy is going to go right there as well both these lines will come in it this line goes into that one on the side of the block that uh I welded up so that our water line over there everything's looking pretty good yo Tim you can't do that here you're going to ruin the interior bro no this isn't the bad thing that you think it is what is that it's just flavored air from our sponsor today fume the flavored air category is quickly becoming the fume topper when you order your journey pack today we got the radiator in we got the radiator uh coolant tank in and we started figuring out the fill lines and the vent lines there so we have the -10 fill here that's going to the uh radium expansion tank uh this is the the dash4 Breather line that comes from the front of the engine and that's going to basically go over here there's going to be a t fitting so we're going to have uh another dash4 there going into the T that line and then going over there to the highest point in the car to make sure that all the air is out of the system constantly it's always circulating the water and it's always letting any air bubbles come out all the way to the top that's looking pretty good now I'm working on the next project uh that needs to get started because I have to send this file out to someone to machine some parts out of steel probably uh 4130 41 something some type of Chromo that's going to be strong enough because it's an axle adapter so for now I want to try to use the F12 original axles because we're using all of the F12 rear suspension um it's a really good design it's already on the car the subframe and everything is there obviously a the axles are very strong as well so we'll give it a shot and if we do have issues and we're breaking axles then we'll go and uh spend the $3 $4,000 to get a set of custom axles made but that means we have to have Spar so 3 or four grand for the first set another 3 or four grand for the second set it's a lot of money so if I can avoid having to do that for now at least we can get the car on the dyno and start testing it we'll buy a couple spare axles because they're actually not that bad uh I've seen them on eBay for about 5 six 700 bucks a piece so in the grand scheme of things relatively cheap but now I'm trying to measure everything out and it's a little bit more complex than just the two bolt patterns because the axle is actually 106 uh yeah it's 106 mm across and the Quick Change diff that we put in the car is 104 mm so we can't do a straight bolt which I wouldn't want to do anyway cuz we need about 37 mm of spacing uh to get the axles to work so the factory transmission was uh whatever 37.5 is doubled uh wider so figured out what the width difference is cut that in half 37 and a half now we need to make a spacer that goes in there so I'm starting to draw that up um and uh it's going to be like I said kind of complex because we have to do some pocketing some dish stuff and also some recesses for the bolts because we're going to have to have this adapter bolt on to the side of that uh stub axle basically coming out of the Quick Change diff those will bolt on first and then the axle will go in place and get the other bolts now the reason I wouldn't want to run a long bolt all the way through is the longer the bolt is the more chance it's going to twist and snap those bolts off so we're going to run shorter bolts that adapt it and then shorter bolts that basically Bolt the axle on so here's what we're working on right now so I've got both of the uh bolt patterns here this hole is smaller cuz this hole is going to have to get tapped uh for a 10 mm by 1.5 volt these are just 10 mm straight through where the bolts are just going to go um right through and then I'll have to build that recess into there but I got to draw it up and then I have to um it's called extrude it so you basically make it flat and then you tell it how thick you want it to be and then I can go in and do it in layers so do the first layer and then add the second layer with some pockets and some re esses and all that it's going to take a while to draw it up and I'm not that proficient at doing these types of drawings 2D drawings simple flat sheets I can get that done super fast but this is a bit more complicated and something that I don't usually do because I don't really machine anything I have a mill but I might flatten something out but I'm not going to get really carried away with all the pocketing and all that kind of stuff just send it out to somebody else to do it but so far everything's coming along and uh you know one step at a time try to focus on all of these different things that need to get done on the car I got this list that I just keep jotting down um checking things off and adding things to the list but like I said at this point when you get to the car build um when it's nearing completion it's all the little details that you just have to go through step by step so today the sen is getting the windshield replaced finally after this giant crack on the windshield from vibration and uh these guys got to figure out um how to get this out because the clamshell in the front does not open so they're going to try to just move the windshield out of the way and find a way to basically cut the windshield out but hopefully it's pretty simple and nothing breaks um have you guys done one of these before sure really yeah we couple from McLarens oh really you have you guys done a s though 720s just one oh really yeah so it's going to one it's not too bad is it not too bad not too bad got it got it that's a is this the first cut it's the first cut it seems pretty simple kind of kind of so they got the whole driver side uh cut already and now they're about to probe under the windshield to see if they can break seal all right so typically you remove the wire with knife cutting all metal y piano wire they use on Sample cars yeah since this car is a carbon fiber you're going to use different type of wire where just to prevent damage to the carbon fiber so it's a little bit softer but it'll still cut softer and you will never damage the carbon fiber with this oh perfect this you do but not with this oh so but do you still have to use this to push that through or how do you get that string through oh so we use this needle we're going to pass it through you will see it minute cool so they got the string through the windshield I had to run real quick so I couldn't film it but they pushed it through very carefully and uh now the string is through and they're about to cut the windshield right now looks like they're all ready to go Mike yeah yeah they are using the correct tools too like like obviously this is a very very expensive car um and it's all carbon so on a normal car you'd open the hood you pull the windshield wipers off but there is no hood on this car it's this little yeah it's all one piece like uh I don't even know how you would unbolt this front clown sh yeah it's well it's multiple pieces but I think you'd have to take this piece off no you might have to take this off first to get that off but anyway that doesn't that's that's a lot of work and uh yeah these cars are put together with these little tiny clips that are like one time use plus it's carbon there's always a chance of like break something so better to just not take it apart but yeah these guys have the right tool so basically oh it's moving it's a super strong string yeah and uh they wrap it around they poke a hole and they get the string inside and then uh yeah they just use that tool it's like basically like a fishing reel and it just shrinks around and pulls a string and it cuts the Rubber seal while they do it so that will it'll be able to remove the windshield without damaging the carbon cuz it only will cut through the glue and it won't hurt the carbon at all yeah they're using like a some kind of like special soft like nylon or clo uh string instead of the normal guitar string yeah yeah it's not a wire it's it's a string so it's some sort of uh I don't know what the material is exactly but it might be like a similar type of line that you would use for fishing not like the plastic line but like the braided line cuz it's super strong and has really little Flex um but yeah they're going to pull it out pop this new one in that thing has been cracked I think since Damon got the car right yeah since he got it like it was already broken so yeah it's been a while also had this new windshield for a long time yeah I know if anything sits around long enough eventually someone's going to hit it well it was a it was a very expensive windshield and uh I know he was like well the crack's not that bad right now so we might as well ride it out until uh you know to get worse yeah yeah apparently these cars doesn't have a problem with cracking windshields yeah apparently they made the windshield like super thin and then this car is all solid M so yeah also it's carbon so it doesn't Flex much but it does flex a little bit oh so that's what they accounted for to absorb the vibr exactly so I think that's got to be like what's causing it yeah to crack because there's no Mark of where anything like no it just looks like it cracked like in the middle of the glass yeah so that's kind of carbon cuz it only will cut through the glue and it won't hurt the carbon at all yeah they're using like a some kind of like special soft like nylon or cloth uh string instead of the normal guitar string yeah yeah it's not a wire it's it's a string so it's some sort of uh I don't know what the material is exactly but it might be like a similar type of line that you would use for fishing not like the plastic line but like the braided line cuz it's super strong and has really little Flex um but yeah they're going to pull it out pop this new one in that thing has been cracked I think since Damon got the car right yeah since he got it like it was already broken time so yeah it's been a while also had this new windshield for a long time yeah and if anything sits around long enough eventually someone's going to hit it well it was a very it was a very expensive windshield and uh I know he was like well the crack's not that bad right now so we might as well ride it out until uh you know get worse yeah yeah apparently these cars doesn't have a problem with cracking windshields yeah apparently they made the windshield like super thin and then this car is all solid mounted so yeah vibration it's carbon so Flex much but it does flex a little bit oh so that's what they accounted for to absorb the vibr exactly so I think that's got to be like what's causing it yeah to crack because there's no Mark of where anything like no it just looks like get cracked like in the middle of the glass yeah so that's kind of like yeah that has to be like from some sort of flex or something yeah all stress basically yeah yeah but yeah we'll see what it looks like when they get this thing out of here um yeah I'm just interested to see what the carb looks like underneath oh that glue and stuff yeah be cool oh yeah I wonder if it's like really nice cuz the rest of the car is like done really nice yeah I mean if you look inside the car you can see the big like two weave like yeah it's big right yeah and it's not like this carbon here it's a much much thicker weave so got to be honest with you I think 4x4 carbon like large weave in general I mean I don't know all the sizes obviously but like large weave carbon looks really really good to me um I agree for whatever reason I don't know like when you see it on a race car you're like yeah versus like you know as a man who has fake carbon fiber this car that came from the factory I didn't put it on there the plastic that if I was to put Carbon on the car I would see if I could do 4x4 cuz it just looks really cool to me that's it I mean if you're going to spend a ton of money get what looks the best that's true it looks cool yeah it's it's pretty it's pretty wild like there's so many different carbon and it's you know they're using the carbon in the right way to get all the strength out of it right so here doesn't need to be like 30 lb it's just like the wind is just going to go right over top of it it's like pretty flexible crazy weird but like why would you make it like I cast iron like something stupid this is like going to weigh a ton of weight right yeah pretty cool yeah it is oh there it goes it's coming off that's crazy there it's so flexible and uh they all like they had left the wipers in so they had to like put stuff under it just to keep it from uh like hitting I can smell the interior that's a that's a weird oh let's see what's under it uh yeah that does not match to the other carbon but you know what that's why you never see it that's why you never see it I'm just going to let me let me just dude that's a sticker that's crazy yeah that's weird interesting all right so finally glass is out nice now we're going to start uh preparing the new glass yep uh this is an activator it's called primer yeah right uh seea activator for just glass something else for the body but the body is not a scratch it doesn't need it okay so we're putting we're applying this primer just so this just helps the glue Bond better to the glass yes gotcha gotcha and then does this car take a special kind of glue cuz it's carbon or is it the same it's just the same yeah but high quality glue gotcha cool all right and then now we're ready for the final thing glue we're going so since they didn't take the windshield wipers off I'm going to help them hold it out of the way uh and they're going to lay it down so hopefully this goes very smoothly uh we got one shot basically ready yep I'm ready got cut I'm nervous I am too notice how right there right there right there this is a s you could go slowly okay good thank you man that was there breing there is something special about this SAS yeah McLaren that it has a guide point right on The Middle on both sides in the bottom top so this windshield cannot go wrong one spot that that makes it easy especially since uh there's not many of these windshields and they're quite uh quite expensive right yes so it's basically done now everything basically done all back together yep just finishing it off with a little clean finishing it up clean up my dirty hands yeah and that's pretty much it yeah so I know that uh this windshield has like a bunch of sensors and uh I guess like cameras and stuff on it does anything need to be calibrated once you put it back or does it just kind of figure it out every time every time that we do a glass you do yeah but because we work with a lot of shops that do like collision shop like uh any structural repair yeah if in case that this car has to move to let's say to a spray boot or uh service mechanic and you have to turn the key on y then you do because basically you turn the switch on particularly yeah we don't because the car we never started so disconnect connect and that's it you're good to go Okay cool so since it was off it's all good it's already like set okay perfect yeah thank you appreciate it guys all right guys so today we have a lot going on all for the F12 so we've got to pull the engine out which means we have to take everything back off get it out of the car pull the transmission hold on hold on a second I'm just I'm just going to ignore that what he just said like Tim's a mechanic bell housing and then get the engine into the back of the truck got to head over to uh to CP and pick up the new Pistons that we had made because uh well in case you don't know I'll explain it on the way over there um uh but anyway we have to get new Pistons um and the block over to dport and then get all the stuff to them so they can crank this thing out and get it done as soon as possible so we can get this thing running the last thing that I need to do today uh before we pull the engine out uh was make these exhaust brackets so I actually ordered material and it just came in so I got some stainless um I drew this up yesterday just got the stainless cut it out real quick fit it in the car and it is looking pretty good so theide idea here is basically to support all of that xipe because right now we've got the turbos that are hard mounted to the car and the exhaust here basically floats so we've got the headers that go into the xpipe and the waist Gates and all of this weight kind of uh hanging off the front so we need some supports there uh so this seemed like the best way to do it this is going to brace everything from underneath these are uh like silicone mounts so they're very high Temps so they're not going to melt it's not like a regular rubber uh but yeah that's uh that's the idea so I'm going to tack these things up and then we'll pull everything off of the car um we've got obviously a lot of lines and stuff that we made so I have to take all those things off the car as well but now that we'll have all those lines off the car we'll be able to clean all that stuff put them in bags and just have them ready for when the engine comes back cuz the idea is when that engine comes back in it's a thrash assemble everything the wiring guy is going to come down um work his magic and then finish up the final bits of Plumbing um obviously there's a lot of stuff we have to do the chassis in between there um but I'll tell you guys about that a little more right now I'm going to tack these things up so we can get this engine out of the car and get this thing uh yeah just keep moving forward with this big project [Music] so we got all the lines off now and we're going to take off the uh well they would be called down pipes but they are up pipes since they are going through the hood so we'll get those guys off and then uh we'll pull the turbos off so we just got to take the clamp off here um and then we've got two bolts over here on this bracket that hold them in place and then we can just lift the whole tur hold on did you guys see those fin did you guys see that look at this through the hood so we'll get those guys off and then uh we'll pull the turbos off so we just got to take the clamp off here um and then we've got two bolts over here on this bracket that hold them in place and then we can just lift the whole turbo out of the way and that makes it way easier than trying to get the xpipe out with the turbo still in place because xpipe is pretty big and goes all the way from one side of the engine compartment to the other but once you get those turbos off the xpipe actually comes out really easily it takes him a whole like 15 like pretty much undoing and it's basic um undoing the lines for coolant oil uh and and fuel um I think trans I don't know about transmission too but he has his whole front bumper pretty much where it just comes off the whole motor in and out like all quick again because you know if when you're at the track or something if something happens you need to take it out you can take it out put it right back in uh and trying to simplify everything it's actually really cool what he did like you literally just like put a jack underneath the front bumper and I'm no and what I'm saying though is that the radiator the intercooler everything is on it and it's just like the whole front end just comes off all in one piece it's cool looking but damn that was some serious so you can see how he designed the uh I guess you you know he designed the F12 to do the same thing where you can just take off all right the engine is out transmission is off Tim is just pulling off the uh the factory part of the engine mount cuz the uh guys at the Machine Shop don't need that that so pull those last things off um gather up some other bits and pieces that are still here we got most of the stuff over to them already the cams the lifters all the cam caps um I think almost every single piece for the engine except for the oil pump which I still have to rebuild I'm going to do that so I will uh take care of that and then bring it over to them in a couple days and looking at the cart over here this is all F12 stuff but there's not a whole lot lot left so couple things like this is a oil pump heat shield I think this might be a starter heat shield the coils a starter some pulley uh some Factory spark plug G old gaskets and stuff and then up here the factory alternator for the F12 and this is the alternator that I'm going to try to fit onto the car so this is a Bosch race alternator and as you can see it is quite a bit smaller so takes less drag um to spin it up and spin it down so the engine can actually rev up faster um and come down in revs quicker so you have a lot more control plus it just makes everything sound even snappier lighter flywheel uh less drag on all the accessories because now there's nothing except for the alternator so that's the only thing we're going to have driven off the front of the engine is the alternator so we've also got the stock front pulley that has two uh belts on it basically so we got one for the AC um and something else maybe it was the power steering and then the alternator I think that was it but yeah so we can probably cut this down um and make it a little narrower but I won't do that right now uh I want to make sure I can mount the alternator first and that's something that I did want to do before we sent the engine off but we don't have a crankshaft in the car so I can't Mount the pulley which means I can't get the dimensions from the pulley to the front of the block to make sure that the alternator is in the right position as far as depth goes so if it's off by a mm or 2 mm or anything like that it'll just spit belts because the belt is going to be crooked the entire time that the engine is running and the fast revs and desels will just cause the belt to slip off so that won't be good so we just have to wait until we get it back but luckily since we have the CAD software and the plasma table we can actually make some brackets the things people don't think of when it comes to a pretty quickly I still might have to do some Machining but we do have a Mill and if I have to make some spacers with a lathe then I'll just have to run over to my shop and do that but either way not a big deal probably get that that'll probably take it 6 or 8 hours maybe maybe a little less depending anyway it's got that engine over to the Machine Shop we got the engine loaded up and uh the few parts that we needed to grab we seat beled on since we're leaving the block y we're leaving the safety of the block safety of the block uh so we have to pick up the Pistons okay um and then go to dport first Tim first it's the most important meal of the day food lunch we're going to be by right by CP and uh actually right down for Sparco too yeah we go over to that like that Farmer Boys oh yeah that's a good spot that's good right yep all right let's do that something different cuz over here it's always the same you know we uh there's not much around so it's like uh here's the three options that we have yeah unless we want to take like you know an hour and a half lunch which honestly like most the time we order something and we don't even leave like our area in the shop like I'll sit at my desk and maybe watch like a 15-minute video and like CH Y and then we're back to work yeah we got a lot of things to accomplish in the next uh like month yep yep lots and lots of things this doesn't help you know he's doing all right though he's doing better than a lot of these dudes yeah there's been a few dudes that uh you know a cool five minutes will go by yeah and then they'll they'll try they don't get it they pull forward again and then they try again but they don't like let you they don't wave You by they just block the whole street until they get it so you minutes they need to focus they're locked in first stop well second stop that's right cuz lunch you can't forget about lunch yeah yeah yeah but we got the Pistons we got brand new the brand the second set of brand new pist slightly larger slightly larger so yeah basically um if you guys remember the Coatings inside of the cylinders on the Ferrari uh is about a qu of a millimeter thick but a little thicker than that like 28 or30 or something like that um so basically when they were Machining the coating off which we didn't even know it had a coating um there was a little bit of coating left and that was going to be an issue quite possibly so we didn't want to take that chance of having that Ultra hard COA that is super thin start to flake off and get into the oil and then get into the bearings um which would just kind of destroy the engine really quickly so new set of Pistons we're going to head over to dport now um and give the guys the stuff and hopefully in the next two weeks I can get all this stuff done we can pick up the engine put it back in the car get the wiring done all that stuff so let's get over to dport all right we are back at dport we got the engine off of the off the back of the truck we got on the engine stand we got the Pistons down there we got a bunch of parts in here some cam timing stuff and basically all the rest of the bits and pieces that uh are for this engine so we know we have everything over here except maybe a couple bolts that I can always bring by and like I said the oil pump which I'm going to rebuild so I'll show you guys that process cuz it's pretty interesting it's a multi-stage pump since it's a dry sump system and the way that it's built in it's all obviously just like a complete unit that bolts onto the side of the block it's factory so everything fits seamlessly um yeah that's about it over here they're just going to have to get cranking to get this thing ready we also uh when we popped in here we noticed they have a few new pets over here we got some uh got some bunnies this is the most interesting machine shop I've been in yeah it's rad it's like uh you know right by the mill over here we got the bunnies on patrol making sure everything gets done right and uh yeah but other than that I think we're uh we're good to go it's all back here and now it's in the uh the hands of the boys at dport yeah that's pretty crazy that's like right by right behind your house basically right yeah about I mean probably about 75 or 100 miles away but yeah like in that in that direction I was to oh I I thought it was closer that far away no cuz it's way over on the other side of the hill over there oh yeah I thought it was like 10 15 miles away no a few years ago like well not a few maybe uh four or 5 years ago yeah there was a like really big fire yeah like 10 miles away from my house and we got evacuated so that was uh that was pretty wild but this is a massive fire and then you got one up by your house too right yeah that one's also pretty far I would say like minimum 15 to 20 miles but yeah like freeway miles yeah they were talking about this fire um I don't know if you guys me heard it um let's see here not really close at all yeah it's pretty crazy that like there's the fire is so big and there's home there's so much heat coming from the fire that it's actually creating clouds yeah it's making its own weather system yeah it's wild and then it was raining the other day by your house because of that fire yeah it created like a low pressure Zone under it and then it was like thunder lightning rain yeah pretty crazy man Fire season in SoCal it's always wild yeah it doesn't happen every year it used to seem like that but the last couple years it was raining a ton and nothing happened and I think now all that uh vegetation that grew because of got some bunnies this is the most interesting machine shop I've been in yeah it's rad it's like uh you know right by the mill over here we got the bunnies on patrol making sure everything gets done right and uh yeah but other than that I think we're uh we're good to go it's all back here and now it's in the uh the hands of the boys at dport yeah that's pretty crazy that's like right by right behind your house basically right yeah about I mean probably about 75 or 100 miles away but yeah like in that in that direction oh I I thought it was closer that far away no cuz it's way over on the other side of the hill over there oh I thought it was or 100 the hands of the Boys At sorry like I said I wanted to see this eort yo that's so crazy looking oh man that s look at look at the topping look at the clouds popping right and that's what happens these clouds up here that are popping if that's even clouds it could be smoke um they get so high up in the atmosphere the air is thin it's cold they freeze and then they drop turns to particles but like they pop to the 50,000 ft 20,000 feet it all depends I don't know what it would be in California but that's pretty wild to see isn't it and I think they said this morning they got the person who started this fire I think it's San bernid uh I don't know where it's at but I think they got the person that started it that's like right by right behind your house basically right yeah about I mean probably about 75 or 100 miles away but yeah like in that in that direction oh I I thought it was closer that far no cuz it's way over on the other side of the hill over there oh yeah I thought it was like No 10 15 miles away yeah no a few years ago like maybe well not a few maybe uh four or 5 years ago there was a like really big fire yeah like 10 miles away from my house and we got evacuated so that was uh that was pretty wild this is a massive fire you got one up by your house too used to seem like that but the last couple years it was raining a ton and nothing happened and I think now all that uh vegetation that grew because of the rain is now uh it's all dried up and uh yeah Tinder basically just like just instantly starts and catches on fire so easily y that's pretty crazy well we're on our uh we had another stop that I kind of forg got and didn't know about yep it uh we reminded ourselves when we drove past here like oh yeah the wheels for Dave's Bentley are sitting at Nick's shop and I don't know if you guys have seen Nick's shop but it's pretty small not a lot of room in there so Nick's like guys can you please please come get these wheels yeah he's been uh quite adamant about it for a while and we're like we're a little busy yeah and we also also like we also didn't know yeah we didn't know until like last week but uh yeah it's also kind of far like driving down here all the way down here an hour away just to pick up the wheels just so we can put them in our shop and uh stack them in a pile for later not super motivated but we're here so Nick we're coming to see you and uh we're going to grab those wheels so you don't have to worry about them anymore all right well Nick isn't here but uh Shop's open so we just grab these wheels and uh maybe we'll mess with them all right call him up and say hey Nick can I come by and pick up the wheels they're ready to go he's going to be like where are they I don't know have do now we'll tell them the truth but all right back to the shop let's go so as you guys can tell we made it back to HQ um we're still on the F12 so we've got all those parts dropped off but uh I need to order some more parts and the transmission has obviously been connected to the engine for a while so I couldn't get these numbers that I had written down here before with the uh clutch depth with the flywheel installed and just to make sure uh to get the right bearing I'm going to measure it again um but so far I wrote down that I've got 100 mm spacing uh with no Gap so basically where the clutch sits the flywheel between the back of the bell housing here and the face of the clutch I've got 100 mm that I need to fill up with a bearing minus about 3 mm to give us a little bit of a gap for clutch wear um otherwise if the release bearing is constantly pushing on the fingers of the pressure plate actually let's go over and look at the clutch so I can explain it a little better all right so I tightened down all the bolts so basically the clutch is now completely clamped down onto the flywheel and that's important because the these fingers here um in the diaphragm on the pressure plate will be up and then as you bolt it down the inside here it's on a it's on a full Chrome basically so as the clutch disc gets pressed down tighter the fingers will move and then when you push the fingers in with the the release bearing when you push your clutch in this bearing pushes these down and it releases the load so basically releases the load on the uh clutch plates to allow it to slip so you can put the car in neutral and shift gears so I need to measure the height of this where the bearings sit so I've got about 8 mm there and then I also need to measure the total height here um so yeah I've got about uh 76 millimet there um so measuring all of that and knowing that the timing gear the center of the timing gear sits 20 mm into the engine I actually just to double check that I took a picture before I pulled the or before I sent the engine off um so I knew I would get it right and uh here we go so I've got to the center of that we got 20 mm so I can just subtract 20 mm off of that knowing that that goes onto the engine side and figure it out and it looks like my measurement was correct um but I just wanted to double check it I want to order a bearing and have it sitting here on the shelf and think that it's the right one we go to put the car together and it's not the right one um that would would be good but uh yeah so now I need to find a tilt and release bearing that is 97 is MM depth so I'm going to go over to my computer go to the Tilton website and and see what kind of bearings they have also I need to look at the diameter of the bolts to make sure it's going to fit on our bell housing cuz the middle about 90 mm of it is cut out and I don't want the bearing to be connected to the transmission um we'll walk back over here so we've got this this hole here um and either way we could have a bell housing that's almost completely cut out in the middle and the bearing would connect to the transmission then but the real issue is that if you want to service the transmission and not have to touch the clutch clutch is fine release bearing is fine but you just want to service the transmission and pull it off well we've only got four bolts here and we can pull the transmission off of the bell housing really really easily in the car except if the bearing was Mount only got not the right one um that wouldn't be good but uh yeah so now I need to find a tilt and release bearing that is 97 is MM depth so I'm going to go over to my computer and go to the Tilton website and see what kind of bearings they have also I need to look at the diameter of the bolts to make sure it's going to fit on our bell housing cuz the middle about 90 mm of it is cut out and I don't want the bearing to be connected to the transmission um we'll walk back over here so we've got this this hole here um and either way we could have a bell housing that's almost completely cut out in the the middle and the bearing would connect to the transmission then but the real issue is that if you want to service the transmission and not have to touch the clutch clutch is fine release bearing is fine but you just want to service the transmission and pull it off we've only got four bolts here and we can pull the transmission off of the bell housing really really easily in the car except if the bearing was mounted to the transmission instead of to the bell housing then we going have to take the whole assembly off which means either we need quick release fittings uh dry brake fittings on the clutch lines um and we'd have to disassemble all that obviously it's like eight or N9 bolts that go all the way around starter has to come off all that stuff or we just take the four bolts off then the release bearing and everything in the clutch all stays on the engine um so that's why we want to mount it to this plate here so these two holes um we're just here when uh Gary who made that plate for us um when he machined it to try to line everything up get a couple holes in there so you can Bol the plate to it and kind of get everything to adjust not saying it's going to but um keep an eye out on that Nvidia is still climbing to the highs properly so we're not going to use those holes but I do need to make sure that the bearing sits outside of that range so you can't have something that where the bolts go in there cuz that wouldn't work then we going have to make an adapter plate that brings it in also takes up some room so to try to simple everything I'm just going to try to find a bearing that has a bigger bolt circle um and then I can just drill three four holes whatever the mounting bolts are um and mount it directly to the belts so that's going to be the easiest thing to do we've got quite a few bearings to choose from so Tilton has stuff for a ton of applications like we've got um stuff for for Hondas down here we' got Corvette Mustang um and some Universal stuff we even have stuff for a Saab 900 and Saab 9000 which is pretty crazy that there is enough Saabs running tilt and stuff to have actually their own unique bearing very interesting um but looking at the options here it looks like either the 2000 series or the 4,000 series are going to be the ones that we want this 5,000 series looks similar but this is actually for a tilt and bell housing so um you'd have to run their bell housing or we could make it work but the other ones are more of a Universal style so I'm guessing that uh the there's going to be more leg height options uh and I will start over here so let's see what our overall height is oh yeah so they have something that goes all the way up to 96 1/2 mm so with our 100 mm Gap that gives me 3 1/2 mm and that's actually pretty much spot on so that might be the one that we go with they also have one that's 94 mm 91 mm so uh there's some there's some room there if we do need to adjust anything we could just put the bearing into the lathe and machine the feet down slightly to get the height a little bit farther or if we need to shim it we can make a plate that goes behind it to shim it up um but I also need to check to make sure that the bearing size is the right size so Tilton has like a 5 1/2 in like a really small uh button clutch that you would run in a road race style car and then they have the bigger one the 7 and a/ qu um that you would run in something that that requires like a lot more clamping power and also a lot more heat control like when you're drifting or um other stuff like that where you're going to slip the clutch a bit you're going to be on and off the clutch quite a bit throughout the run it's not like a road race car where you just have the clutch in it for that Split Second while you do a shift and then it's engaged when you're drifting um you're kind of on the clutch a lot on and off on and off and even slipping the clutch a little bit to get the wheel speed to ramp up without just dropping the clutch like that snap so these are designed for that but we got to make sure we get it uh it right and we've got the bearings available for a 38 mm and a 44 mm contact diameter so we need the one for a 44 mm contact diameter and this looks like it's going to meet all of our needs so I am going to find that part number and I will order that from Tilton for for about $445 for that bearing it's expensive but that's racing things are pricey and is what it is and we'll probably order a spare too just to have it this is uh the same clutch style that I ran in my drift car that made uh about 1,00 horsepower to the wheels so not nearly as much as the F12 um but you know what I think it's going to hold it held really really well in my car and we had that thing gripped up like crazy we would run the tire pressure between 8 to 12 lb so a 295 40 between 8 and 12 lb like fullon drag race style but we're still sliding the car sideways like an insane amount of grip we didn't actually get the wheel to rotate inside of the tire so there was so much grip on the tire that the wheel would Spin and you would get like rubber build up on the side so we had to tell the guys that were mounting the tires don't use any lube put it on dry so it can just grip as as best as it can um and most of the time it worked out release bearing has been ordered so that'll be here in about a week week and a half um I knew I would get it right and uh here we go so I've got to the center of that we got 20 mm so I can just subtract 20 mm off of that knowing that that goes onto the engine side and figured out and it looks like my measurement was correct um but I just wanted to double check I want to order a bearing and have it sitting here on the shelf and think that it's the right one we go to put the car together and it's not the right one um that would be good but uh yeah so now I need to find a tilt and release bearing that is 90 7ish mm depth so I'm going to go over to my computer and go to the Tilton website and see what kind of bearings they have also I need to look at the diameter of the bolts to make sure it's going to fit on our bell housing cuz the middle about 90 mm of it is is cut out and I don't want the bearing to be connected to the transmission um we'll walk back over here so we've got this this hole here um and either way we could have a bell housing that's almost completely cut out in the middle and the bearing would connect to the transmission then but the real issue is that if you want to service the transmission and not have to touch the clutch clutch is fine release bearing is fine but you just want to service the trans transmission and pull it off well we've only got four bolts here and we can pull the transmission off of the bell housing really really easily in the car except if the bearing was mounted to the transmission instead of to the bell housing then we going have to take the whole assembly off which means either we need quick release fittings uh dry brake fittings on the clutch lines um and we'd have to disassemble all that obviously it's like eight or n volts that go all the way around starter has to come off all that stuff or we just take the four bolts off then the release bearing and everything in the clutch all stays on the engine um so that's why we want to mount it to this plate here so these two holes um were just here we'd have to make an adapter plate that brings it in also takes up some room so to try to simplify everything I'm just going to try to find a bearing that has a bigger bolt circle um and then I can just drill three four holes whatever the mounting bolts are um and mount it directly the itself so that's going to be the easiest thing to do we've got quite a few bearings to choose from so tilon has stuff for a ton of applications like we've got um stuff for for Hondas down here we've got Corvette Mustang um and some Universal stuff we even have stuff for a Saab 900 and soab 9000 which is pretty crazy that there's enough Saabs running tilt and stuff T actually their own unique bearing very interesting um but looking at the options here it looks like either the 2000 series or the 4,000 series are going to be the ones that we want this 5,000 series looks similar but this is actually for a tilted than bell housing so um you'd have to run there bell housing or it could make it work but the other ones are more of a universal style so I'm guessing that uh the there's going to be more leg height options uh and I will start over here so let's see what our overall height is oh yeah so they have something that goes all the way up to 96 and2 mm so with our 100 mm Gap that gives me 3 and2 mm and that's actually pretty much spot on so that might be the one that we go with they also have one that's 94 mm 91 mm so uh there's some there's some room there if we do need to adjust anything we could just put the bearing into the lathe and machine the feet down slightly to get the height a little bit farther or if we need to shim it we can make a plate that goes behind it to shim it up um but I also need to check to make sure that the bearing size is the right size so Tilton has like a 5 1/2 in like a really small uh button clutch that you would run in a road race style car and then they have the bigger one the 7 and a/4 um that you would run in something that that requires like a lot more clamping power and also a lot more heat control like when you're drifting or um other stuff like that where you're going to slip the clutch a bit you're going to be on and off the clutch quite a bit throughout the run it's not like a road race car where you just have the clutch in for that Split Second while you do a shift and then it's engaged when you're drifting um you're kind of on the clutch a lot on and off on and off and even slipping the clutch a little bit to get the wheel speed to ramp up without just dropping the clutch like that snap so these are designed for that but we got to make sure we get it uh it right and we've got the bearings available for a 38 mm and a 44 mm contact diameter so we need the one for a 44 mm contact diameter and this looks like it's going to meet all of our needs so I am going going to find that part number and I will order that from Tilton for about $445 for that bearing it's expensive but that's racing things are pricey and it is what it is and we'll probably order spare too just to have it this is uh the same clutch style that I ran in my drift car that made uh about 1100 horsepower to the wheels so not nearly as much as the F12 um but you know what I think it's going to hold it held really really well in my car and we had that thing gripped up like crazy we would run the tire pressure between 8 to 12 lb so a 29540 between 8 and 12 lb like full-on drag race style but we're still sliding the car sideways like an insane amount of grip we would actually get the wheel to rotate inside of the tire so there was so much grip on the tire that the wheel would Spin and you would get like rubber build up on the side so we had to tell the guys that were mounting the tires don't use any lube put it on dry so it can just grip as as best as it can um and most of the time it worked out release bearing has been ordered so that'll be here in about a week week and a half um hopefully sooner but the good thing is that we won't need it until then so we're going to continue working on the chassis now and I want to make sure that we finish up everything in the engine cor and there's two more things that we really need to do one is pretty big and that's to move the steering rack so that's going to require us uh cutting the back half of this Mount off and grinding everything down here and making it basically all smooth um and then I'm going to leave that forward hole there so I can make a plate with three holes in it um two holes are going to be the steering rack width and the other hole is going to be the distance that we need to move it back uh which I think was 30 mm so um we're going to make those plates and I'll probably weld a tube across it to keep it Square so it'll move around um and then I can kind of design and build the mounts off of that so basically like make a little jig to hold everything in place but that's a pretty big project not something I really want to start right now cuz it's almost 5:00 it's about 4:30 um that's uh that's for tomorrow so today the other thing we need to do is just kind of small stuff we need to put some nutts in here which were the points where the exhaust ounce were um so Tim I'll have you work on that for me and I'll go and weld up the exhaust just so that's all done uh but yeah we'll put some bolts in there I think probably 6 mm but let's check the whole diameter inside these mounts 6 mil is probably strong enough uh or definitely strong enough but I don't want it to wobble around a ton and it's an 8 mm so we're going to go with the big boys and we're just going to put some 8 Mills in there just uh so we have the right bolt hole size because if we put a six mil in there it's uh it's a bit sloppy we'd probably have to stack a washer on top and you guys know me I like things to be done right so uh we'll put some 8 Ms in there get that done and then we'll probably actually end up pulling all the front suspension off again anyway um we put it back on there mocked it all up again everything looks good but we want to pull everything off of the front of the car after we get that Fab work done and and uh paint all of this so now that we're getting ready to uh almost near assembly time um almost all the Fab work is done so we can clean up anything um go over little bits like this where we've got some glue and some sharp edges um sand them down maybe grind Barrel sanded or whatever just really go over everything and even cut off these studs so there's a lot of these studs on the car that are for plastic nuts um which we're really not going to use on this car and honestly there's probably not going to be anything over there in that spot so we'll cut these off and then sand them all down to make it smooth uh for a couple reasons one so it looks better but two when you have things like that just sticking out and you're going and work on the car especially something that's designed to be worked on constantly like a race car is that is just a point where you're going to scratch your arm or your hand or whatever it might be um so trying to eliminate all those things uh things like when you zip tie stuff using flush cuts to cut the end of the zip tie off so there's no sharp edges cuz that's one of my pet peeves when you reach your hand into an engine compartment you're trying to grab something you pull your arm out and you just get a slice because of a Sharp zip tie cuz somebody went in with a regular pair of snips and cut it at an angle and made this nice little triangular Jagged point on it can't stand that guys please please don't do that get some flush guts they're cheap believe me it's going to be like so much better to work on the car if you use flush cuts [Music] so while Tim is drilling those pilot holes I'm going to grab the nut shirt that we're going to use and measure it to see what size the final drill bit is we actually use a bunch of drill bits um going up in size and steps that really helps to keep the hole centered uh if you just do like an E8 in pilot hole and then go with like a 10 mm drill bit or you know 3/8 drill bit or whatever um it's going to walk around a lot the drill bit's going to kind of like jump around in the hole and you're going to see it kind of cuts almost like in a triangular shape um and doesn't keep it doesn't make a round hole and doesn't keep it centered so we're going to grab the let's see what we got here 8x1 125 nutserts and measure these things to see what our final size is and then pick like four five or six drill bits depending on what we started with what the hole was and how high up uh in size we're going to go all right so we need a drill bit that is about 13.3 mm uh to finish the hole off and uh let's see if we have a drill bit that is that big because I think our drill bit sizes end at a/ inch over here get my uh Harbor Freight drill bit set out it's cheap but they actually work really well uh but yeah half in as big as we have I did buy another drill bit and I think it might have been for 17 30 seconds let's see what size this thing is all right so that's it right we need and yeah I bought this drill bit last time when we had to do
