Really, it seems like every day and inside training camp and any other forum we're talking, it's about when is CeeDee lamb going to end his holdout, and when are the Cowboys going to finally pay? Yesterday they paid and it is a big one. Four years, $136 million. That is $34 million per year, just shy of Justin Jefferson's $35 million per year, which means CeeDee lamb ties with Nick Bosa as the highest paid, a second, highest paid non-quarterback in the NFL. You mentioned the signing bonus $38 million, which is a record for a receiver. He is a do it all player for the Dallas Cowboys with Mike McCarthy. Met with the media yesterday. My only problem with the contract is that it's 136 million. And last year he had 135 catches. I think they should have put that right on the nose as the same number. There is no way he was showing up to that thing without the CeeDee lamb contract done. I also think it's very funny that if you want to begrudge Jerry how he runs the thing as a general manager, that's fine. But he's got some nuances up that sleeve of his. For example, like when he tells Clarence Hill yesterday, you see this quote, this really vulgar quote that Jerry was saying. He was saying, there's nobody that can bleep in come in here and do all the contracts and be a GM. Any better than I can. We knew that it was just a matter of time for Jerry Jones and CeeDee lamb to get on the same page and have have the Cowboys be able to have a chance this year at advancing in the playoffs.
