welcome members of the audience back to your favorite show right on time will we cover something right on time and uh today that is something that everybody's been itching to hear people cover because it doesn't seem so cut and dry how can something this treacherous be so cut and dry but I hate to break it to you it might just be as bad as you think it is Dave Gro who is Dave Gro you know who he is I'll tell you right now you know who he is he's one of the most famous people not really because of himself funny enough yes he made his own name after narvana the biggest grunge band of all time the most commercially successful if you will so successful that after the lead front man Kurt gobain passed away sadly at a very young age Dave Gro then started his band Foo Fighters what was once an aerial term used in World War II amongst Pilots is now the name of a band let me know if you knew that neat factoid Foo Fighters is also a very commercially successful rock band ever long one of their biggest singles of all time is also one of the biggest songs ever it's a very good song Some say it's the best song uh that is definitely not true but it's definitely up there Gro was known as a f Family Man a lot of people said all over the world in every form of media that he was the best man a good man a family man one of the only pillars in history in rock history to be standing still to be uh uncorruptible no cracks in his iron skin if you will married to Jordan Blum whose Wikipedia page consists of a link to David grolls I don't know just a weird fact cuz she's like a director and other stuff too but uh nope just Dave girl's wife she is Dave girl's wife supposed to be the one thing in his life along with his three daughters that he holds nothing above at least that's what Society tells you to do because like we said Dave Gro is a family man he would often talk about on talk shows and everything else about his family in very high regards talking about how it doesn't matter what he's doing if his daughters need something then he's there for instance it's assumed that Dave Gro made a statement about Taylor Swift a very harsh one some would say you don't want to suff for the Wrath Taylor S that's because we actually play Liv What so we like to call our tour the errors tour where he said that she doesn't really play Live which what he means is that she doesn't really sing she mouths the words while a recording plays which is not proven nor fact and honestly he did it in all speculation to stop his eldest daughter from getting hate online about something she said about Taylor Swift and how they but that just goes to proof that he had this facade of putting his family forward okay he stuck his neck out for his daughter and said something about Taylor Swift allegedly to get hate away from his daughter which is honestly if that was true all points to him because any jabit Taylor Swift fans is a it's a good thing all right they've got too big of Egos and they think their opinion is correct and that's uh weird so but this isn't this video isn't about Taylor Swift and Taylor Swift fan it's it's not okay it's about Dave Gro like I said he's a very loved man or he was he was a very beloved man in rock people thought he was too good to be true and often when it is it is Dave gr released a statement on Instagram talking about how he cheated on his wife not only did he cheat on his wife but he fathered a child outside of that marriage he talks about how he is seeking forgiveness from his family and that he wants nothing more but to regain their trust hey girl I got bad news buddy but I don't think you're going to be able to do that when you committed adultery and then proceeded to have a child outside of your marriage H I don't know that sounds like a pretty hard bargain right guys you have to give points where points is due because we are Proprietors of human decency here he was upfront to an extent he said outright before anything else happened that this is what he did he had a child he's going to be having a baby he's going to be a father of another kid so of four uh but one of them is under adultery which honestly really sucks for that kid but though he came out and said this he didn't do it earlier for some reason he didn't say earlier when he first uh conceived the kid to put it lightly he didn't say anything about that then he only now says something because he knows if he has this kid that the information will get out he can no longer stop it from escaping the mouths of uh publicists or fake online journalists Like Yours Truly how can you consider any journalist fake I don't know whatever to me it looks like Dave Gro might have been trying to get ahead of the hate he would get for not saying that this was happening perhaps he might have been trying to either get on the good graces of his wife and children or maybe the good graces of the internet which I think he's supremely failed to do by cheating on his wife and having a kid with the person that he cheated on his wife with not saying that any decision to keep that child is wrong that is that's that would be a that would be a crazy thing to say it's a conception that happened all right the decision after that is whatever the decision to uh conceive though the decision to uh fornicate if you will is vile Gro you know Mr Gro I think you should really you should really have thought about not cheating on your wife fun fact gr decided to get a divorce attorney before this all went down he straight up was ready he was ready he got a divorce attorney before he even came out with this statement we don't even know but I hope that his wife and daughters knew what he had done before this public statement but the way it seems the way it seems is that he didn't see gr do you know what you could have done do you know what you could you could have divorced your wife before you cheated on her that's the best part about the freedom of America baby you're allowed to do that you don't you don't have to cheat there is no there is no case in history where you need to cheat okay that's why there's no excuse for it it's because if you do what you you just you just didn't care you didn't love the person you were with you didn't care you don't care about the repercussions it has on your daughters because they all privated or deleted their accounts from Twitter as you put this statement out 4 days ago at time of recording which is understandable their father is extremely famous and any hate he gets can sometimes and almost always be directed towards them unjustly I may add any hate that would have been directed towards his daughters if they hadn't taken the precautions to eliminate that possibility that it would have been bad okay because the internet sucks and I'm not here to say hey Dave Gro you're the worst person ever because that would would be insane no but the truth is is that you made a decision to cheat on your wife when there was no reason to okay you got a divorce attorney right before you're about to have a kid with the woman you cheated on your wife with instead of getting a divorce attorney having a divorce and then having another child maybe I don't know maybe maybe that could have been maybe maybe maybe maybe maybe maybe maybe but guess what this goes deeper than you might think Dave Gro has a history of being accused of cheating actually he happened to date a woman for about 1 year Louise post was a woman that Dave gr happened to date a while ago in about 1997 around that area and it just so happens that she also accused Dave Gro of cheating on her they only dated for about a year or so it seems but what we do know is that in Melbourne Australia in 1997 Louise decided publicly on stage to say that Dave GR cheated on her in the same fashion that Dave girl on stage yelled at Taylor Swift funny I don't know that's just a neat little thing again Dave gr wasn't in the wrong for what he did there he is in the wrong for cheating on his wife and having a kid with the woman he cheated on her with that's cut and dry but she has never dropped these allegations no matter how much time has passed even though Dave Grill continuously said that that's not true they are supposedly friends now even though she still hasn't said those allegations are untrue obviously Time Heals all wounds is what they say but time does not erase what happens in time because if Gro did actually cheat on her supposedly with Winona Ryder supposedly allegedly then that means that Gro has a history of doing these things and he was never the good guy of rock that everybody thinks he was for some reason a lot of people will put celebrities on pedestals celebrities are put on these pedestals because people relate to them okay the more you can relate to somebody the more cool badass or interesting you find a celebrity the more likely you are to idolize them which is wrong they're just people every celebrity Ever every rich person ever is just a person they're just for lack of a better gender neutral term a dude okay they're just they're just a a thing okay they're just a they're just like you okay the main issue with these things is that if Dave Gro had cheated on his wife in a different Universe where people don't put famous people celebrities on pedestals we would still have the situation of having to keep him accountable he would then go to court for you know adultery and having a kid outside of his marriage and stuff like that and whatnot and have money taken away from him and nobody would really have anything to say because celebrities are not idolized but because of the nature of celebrities of course they are idolized there's no way not to honestly and that's something that a lot of people don't talk about for a celebrity to exist people have to think about them above other people that's that's just how that works is that a good thing no but celebrities existing isn't necessarily a bad thing except for the fact that people tend to take for granted what they have and instead of Dave girl seeing his happy marriage and wife and life his daughter's plenty he decided I don't have enough I need more The Human Condition the human disease one in which every person should hold themselves accountable to okay the ego is a disease if you ask me and Dave Gro let it get to his mind funny enough he was writing a book called the Storyteller which is all over his Instagram page and it's really funny to me because he talks about how he's just growing and realizing he's not the kid he sees in the mirror sometimes I forget that I've aged though it only takes one quick look in the mirror to remind me and then alongside all those posts is a post about the adultery he committed there is a high chance that Dave Gro happens to be a Serial cheater that the stacks and facts are lining up against him okay in preparation for this video I watched a lot of uh publicity with Dave Gro including the hot ones episode with him and I found it to be uh a little strange knowing about this to watch this video that takes place it has to take place before the conception of this adultery baby no offense to you if you're watching this you you child who will be born and then grow up to experience the world but you just so happen to be born in a situation that is not good and that is not your fault if you're watching this I don't know 12 years in the future or something that would be insane but it is true that it is not your fault and it never will be and there's nothing wrong with you as the child of course it is all Dave's fault but another question is are we to blame as the fans as the the celebrity glorifiers are we to blame for instances like this I think that question is a little more nuanced than you'd think the answer is probably no because Dave could commit actions like this if he is a celebrity or not okay adultery happens all over the world every day nonstop because people suck okay but are we to blame for the harm that would come to him and his family because of this situation yes and and let me elaborate back to how his daughters have to eliminate their accounts from almost every face of the Internet it's because the internet the people on it the celebrity glorifiers can often be very two-faced we saw recently with Chapel ran and even I think it's Johnny Johnny Gilbert sorry I forgot his name I'm not a fan or anything I just know of his existence in this situation with the lady who play plays Chrissy from uh stranger things he got in a relationship with her and the the what I the reason I bring these two people up chapel and Johnny is that they have to address their fans as if they are hurting them Chapel Rowan had to say that that she is not allowed to be stocked you're not allowed to do that and then people took that in the exact wrong direction saying that she should have expected this the same thing with Johnny saying that people aren't allowed to tell him to off himself or that he is wrong for dating a woman exactly right so I am not blaming us for holding Dave Gro accountable we absolutely must keep doing that he deserves that because he committed an action that is unforgivable because there is so much you can do to avoid it but we are to blame for the Fallout if you will his daughters should not be fearing for their life by discarding their internet presence because of their father's actions that have nothing to do with them because we know damn well that these poor young women would suffer from verbal harassment nonstop because of their father's dumb actions why I don't know it doesn't make any sense does any action taken by most on the internet make sense no does Dave groll's actions make any sense no not at all it doesn't make one lick of sense and that's the main issue we need to think about these things more we don't think about these things enough we do not hold ourselves accountable enough as the people as the action takers the ones who hold people accountable okay there is a role on YouTube and most platforms called brigading okay you were not allowed to send people at other people because it is one of the most heinous things you can do using your platform to then send your people and your supporters to attack somebody that's not allowed that's bad no longer the pillar that stands as the good boy of rock he is an example of why people should not idolize and put celebrities on pedestals I repeat myself because I wanted to get into some people's heads who don't get it celebrities inherently are not a bad thing and looking up to people is amazing okay but the fact that the people who are not Dave Gro had to take precautions to not be affected by his heinous actions disgusts me almost as much as Dave Gro does kind of but I'm sure you see where I'm coming from and this video was very short but because the situation is so cut and dry of course it was but I hope you got my point and what I was trying to say let me summarize it here for you Dave gr's a sorry Dave Gro kind of sucks for what he did and I'm sure he knows that deep down and that's why he posted about it but I also think that he did it specifically to you know not get as much backlash but thankfully people are seeing through that I I hope but my main other point is that we should hold people accountable but only the people who did things I don't care if you looked up to Dave Gro as a guitar player or a drummer or a singer or a songwriter I don't care that does not give you the right to hate anybody but him okay you're allowed to hate Dave girl okay you're allowed to not like him but you're not allowed to take out your frustration on his goddamn family you're not allowed to take frustration out on anybody about this situation because he's just a guy who did something something bad that has nothing to do with you uh but thanks so much for watching everybody I'm going to
