REPORT: Reddick To Show Up This Weekend??

what's going on guys we just got a Hanan reic update that actually has a little bit of teeth to it um or at least somebody's sticking their neck out there and claiming that it does and that would be Michael Lombardi who was on Von live a sports and betting podcast um and he said quote I'm told reliably by people inside the reic camp that he's due to come to the report to the Jets in sometime maybe today or tomorrow that would be Saturday September 7 or Sunday September 8th the former NFL GM went on to say that there is no chance he plays in week one against the 49ers due to the short turnaround um shout out to Paul boy green on Twitter I'm I'm reading uh verbatim from boy green who chopped up the quote and everything like that now look Michael Lombardi these guys National media guys they are wrong sometimes because they can only report what agents are telling them so sometimes they're being used by front offices and by agents but Michael Lombardi is not it's not my guess right like when they restructured uh Quincy and Tyler Conlin just as a fan with a podcast I said hey man I'm guessing maybe this means reic this is more than a guess this is a guy with actual NFL sources um so it's probably the most substantive report because everything else has been people hedging their bats nothing new uh dates to watch this is the first time someone's coming out and said no I have sources over these next two days um he will be there I'm told reliably um and I know that we're all at varying degrees of reic fatigue right but man I'm still in the camp that this dude is plays a premium position at a high level and Joe Douglas was willing to Fork over a good amount of cash offered him an extension uh a third round pick a couple years from now is not a lot but it's also not nothing and uh yeah he could be the difference in you winning and losing a playoff game absolutely J alus knows that that's why he made the move um so it's good news it's good news it's obviously you allocated re you allocated cap space you can't spend on anyone else right now you allocated SC cap space for reic you gave up the capital for him so it is unequivocally better if he plays for your football team than if he doesn't right so we hope we hope that uh Lombardi is scratcher but we'll see what happens and we will talk all soon go Jets
