Why Everyone’s Moving to Bartow County: Amenities, Affordability, & More

just you know I talk to people every single day and they're typically finding us on our YouTube videos so if you never check those out check them out and they are saying we're moving to your area and we're thinking about it right why are people liking us well I mean for BTO County specifically it's one of the only counties left in kind of the Metro Atlanta area where the median household income qualifies for the median home purchase price here now you know I'm big on what does that mean to an average person basically people can afford to live here in BTO County which is great yeah if you get a job your job will support you buying a house here correct where it's not always that case in other areas true now what's another reason they lock our area so Carterville specifically has tons of amenities that cater to its residents we've got Parks we've got plenty of sports courts um Hamilton Crossing Park just opened 10 new tennis and pick wall courts um there's just so much to do and see while you're here even though we're a small town and we're so close to the interstate you can go into Atlanta or Chattanooga exactly easy shopping dining flying whatever you want to do y and then anything else oh I know one go ahead then for weather we just don't get too much this too too crazy that's what I was gonna say the weather is pretty calm most days [Music]
